8/22 04:05 PM MLB (965) HOUSTON ASTROS VS (966) PITTSBURGH PIRATES. Take: (966) IL Game of the Month: Play Pittsburgh on the Run Line. The Astros are 25-52 in interleague road games vs. a team with a winning record. Astros pitcher Doug Fister started at Pittsburgh as a member of the Washington Nationals last season and took the loss while allowing four runs in five innings. He is slumping, allowing 9 runs and 15 hits his last two starts (11 innings). The Pirates are 5-1 in their last 6 interleague games, plus 53-19 at home against a team with a losing road record. Pirates righty Jameson Taillon (3-2, 3.00 ERA) posted his sixth straight quality start since returning to the rotation when he held San Francisco to three runs on six hits in as many innings during a no decision on Tuesday. The 24-year-old was even better in his last home start, scattering three hits in eight scoreless innings against San Diego on Aug. 11. And the Astros are 7-20 in the last 27 meetings in Pittsburgh. Play Pittsburgh on the Run Line.

08/20 10:00 PM EST NFL (431) KANSAS CITY CHIEFS VS (432) ST. LOUIS RAMS. Take: (431) KANSAS CITY CHIEFS Reason: Much has been made about Coach Andy Reid caring little about these preseason games. That was true for a long time, but not last season or this one. A year ago he had a deep, talented team and pushed them in preseason, going 4-0 SU, 3-1 ATS. They opened with a loss to Seattle last week, though it should have been a win, outplaying the Seahawks for 59 minutes before allowing a 39-yard TD on the final play. The Kansas City Chiefs first team is expected to play approximately the first half Saturday. That first team will include QB Alex Smith and WR Jeremy Maclin (groin) who are both expected to play. Last season the Chiefs beat the Rams in preseason on the road, 24-17, holding the Rams to 76 yards rushing and 157 passing. The Rams looked lethargic last week in their home opener, falling behind Dallas 24-7. Jeff Fisher runs a boring offense and has no QB play, so grab the dog again. Play Kansas City.

A year ago after losing the preseason opener they played a tight game with the defending champion Patriots, 26-24, leading 21-7 at the half. New Houston QB Brock Osweiler went 4 of 7 last week and the Texans kept to the ground for the most part. They are trying to run the football as the offensive line continues to be a work in progress. The Twins are 24-50 in their last 74 games following a loss. Twins lefty Héctor Santiago (10-7, 4.80 ERA) has come up empty in his three starts since he was traded to the Twins. He lasted only four innings in his last outing against Kansas City and was shelled for seven runs on nine hits, now 0-3 since they dealt for him. The Royals are 45-21 in their last 66 home games and Ian Kennedy has turned in four consecutive good starts. And the Twins are also 18-41 in the last 59 meetings. Play Kansas City on the Run Line.

Reason: Calgary has on four-straight, and hasn't lost a game since Week 1, but this is a tough spot for them with first place on the line. These are the top two offensive teams in the CFL. Calgary plays its second straight road game, off a grinding 19-10 win over Saskatchewan. British Columbia is home on a 5-2 SU, 6-1 ATS run scoring 38 or more points in four straight. Manny Arceneaux's touchdown with 1:23 remaining sealed a victory for the BC Lions, who held off the rallying Hamilton Tiger-Cats 45-38. 08/19 08:00 PM EST NFL (415) MIAMI DOLPHINS VS (416) DALLAS COWBOYS. Take: (415) MIAMI DOLPHINS. Reason: Miami has a lot of talent on the roster but has underachieved the last few years. Bringing in a new coach appears to have helped, winning at the NY Giants in Week 1, 27-10. The defense allowed just 69 yards passing and the QB rotation is good with Ryan Tannehill and Matt Moore. Dallas has to be careful with QB Tony Romo coming off an injury, so rookie QB Dak Prescott and Jameill Showers will carry the load. Miami is 9-1 ATS in Week 2 of preseason while Dallas is 0-6 ATS. 08/18 05:00 PM NFL (405) OAKLAND RAIDERS VS (406) GREEN BAY PACKERS. Take: (405) OAKLAND RAIDERS Reason: NFLX Systems Release: Oakland. Green Bay is home but dealing with a lot of injuries. Green Bay is still without WR Jordy Nelson after losing him in last year's preseason, and this week they lost WR Jeff Janis (broken right hand). WR Randall Cobb didn't play last week either (calf injury). The team has had a rough week with Clay Matthews and Julius Peppers facing PED suspensions from the league. Meanwhile Oakland coach Jack Del Rio is 22-17 ATS in August after a 31-10 win at Arizona last week. Derek Carr and Matt McGloin anchor a strong August QB rotation and the young defense impressed, forcing two turnovers as the Cardinals' QBs went just 15-of-40 passing with no TDs and two picks. McGloin threw a pair of first-quarter touchdown passes and RB George Atkinson III scored on runs of 53 and 35 yards. Play Oakland.

The Eagles have a first-year coach in Doug Pederson. Despite an injury to rookie QB Carson Wentz, who won't play, the Eagles still have a very strong rotation with QBs Bradford and mobile Chase Daniel. Pittsburgh has a young defense that struggled badly last year and still has major concerns after a Week 1 30-17 home loss to Lions. The secondary was shredded as Detroit QBs were 28-42, 284 yds, 2 TDs, 1 pick. Play the Eagles.

Happ (16-3, 2.96 ERA) will look to become the first pitcher in the majors to reach 17 wins. Happ is coming off yet another superb performance, blanking Tampa Bay on four hits over six innings to win his fourth consecutive start. During that span, he has permitted two runs and only 12 hits over 25 innings and, more impressively, has allowed one run or fewer seven times in his last 10 starts. He faces a weak New York offense, and Yankees CF Jacoby Ellsbury is 2-for-20 over his last five games. Yankees lefty C.C. The Tiger-Cats are 2-6 ATS vs. a team with a winning record, off a 37-11 loss at Winnipeg. They head to a BC Lions (4-2) squad that has won 2 off the last 3 scoring 38 or more points in all three. The Lions scored on the ground, through the air, and on a turnover, on their way to a 38-18 victory over the Montreal Alouettes. 8/13 05:00 PM NFL (277) DALLAS COWBOYS VS (278) ST. LOUIS RAMS. Take: (278) ST. LOUIS RAMS Reason: It's a big deal in LA for this one: The Rams will officially make their return to Los Angeles. QB Case Keenum will start and is in a battle with the No. 1 overall pick, former Cal signal-caller Jared Goff. Dallas Coach Jason Garrett cares little about preseason games with a 6-14 record. Starting quarterback Tony Romo is expected to see little, if any, action; a surgically repaired collarbone limited Romo to only four games last season. In addition, backup Kellen Moore will not play due to a broken fibula. That means rookie Dak Prescott could get the bulk of the playing time after the Cowboys selected him in the fourth round of the NFL draft. Former Ohio State running back Ezekiel Elliott is doubtful to play for the Cowboys on Saturday night in Los Angeles because of a hamstring injury. All the cards point to a one-sided rout for the home team. Play the LA Rams.

The win marked the third straight four the Stampeders. Bo Levi Mitchell had another accurate night in completing 25 of 36 passing attempts for 312 yards and a touchdown, supported by an eight-catch, 110-yard performance from veteran receiver Marquay McDaniel. The Stampeders are 6-0 ATS vs. a team with a losing record, plus 16-5 ATS in August. They face a 1-5 Saskatchewan team again, the worst defensive team in the league surrendering 214 points. Chicago looks to continue its dominance at Wrigley Field, where the Cubs have won eight straight and 15 of their last 18 and own an major league-best 41-17 home mark after belting five home runs in Friday's 13-2 victory. Denver lost some key players on defense in the offseason, as well as their top two QBs. Cb Aqib Talib won't play, either. The Broncos have been getting shaky play at QB in practice from their newcomers, Marc Sanchez, Trevor Simien and rookie Paxton Lynch. Chicago was 1-7 at home last season and has plenty to prove. The Giants ended the 1st half of the season red-hot, winning four straight and eight of 10. The Giants are the best team in baseball right now with a 57-34 record. Their pitching staff is one of the best, ranked 5th in baseball in ERA (3.55), 3rd in quality starts (54), 4th in WHIP (1.21) and 6th in BAA (.245). The Giants lost on Saturday with their ace, Madison Bumgarner on the hill. The Giants lost as a 2.20 favorite, scoring just one run in a 4-1 loss. Today the Giants will send Jeff Samardzija to the hill. Samardzija was in need of a good start after three starts where he was roughed-up for 16 runs over 16.1 innings. And, he got it, with a nice start last time out over the D'backs. Samardzija allowed just two runs for the win. With the trade deadline looming, the Padres could be looking to deal some players, especially Drew Pomerance who is arguably their best pitcher. Luis Perdomo gets the go today for the friars. Perdomo has got hit hard this year, posting a 7.48 ERA and 1.98 WHIP. Perdomo is 2-2 at home with a 9.70 ERA and BAA of .392 this season. With the Padres winning on Friday, I doubt they can put together two straight against the MLB's top team - especially with Perdomo on the hill. The line is too big to play straight, so lay the -1.5 runs with the Giants.

The Giants begin their quest for another World Series title today as they begin the 2nd half of the season. The Giants finished the first half red-hot, winning four straight and eight of 10. The Giants are the best team in baseball right now with a 57-33 record. Their pitching staff is one of the best, ranked 5th in baseball in ERA (3.55), 3rd in quality starts (54), 4th in WHIP (1.21) and 6th in BAA (.245). The Giants send their ace (or one of them) to the hill toda in Madison Bumgarner. Bumgarner is 10-4 with a nifty 1.94 ERA and 0.96 WHIP. The southpaw has not allowed a run over his last 15 innings with just five hits, three walks and 20 KO's. Bumgarner is coming off his most dominant performance of the season, a complete game shutout win of the Dimaondbacks, where he allowed just one hit and struck out 14 batters. The Padres finished the 1st half losing three straight games and now are 18.5 back of the Giants. With the trade deadline looming, the Padres could be looking to deal some players, especially Drew Pomerance who is arguably their best pitcher. Andrew Cashner will start today. Cashner has struggled this season to a 3-7 record and 5.40 ERA. Cashner got rocked in his last start, allowing eight runs (4 home runs) in just 2.2 innings to the Dodgers. In addition, Cashner is 0-2 this season against the Giants with a 6.23 ERA. As much as I love the Giants here today, I can't lay the big price. However, I can play them -1.5 runs and get a full nine innings of hitting. Take San Francisco on the RUN LINE today.

QB Burris is back along with all 5 offensive linemen, a group who started every game last year. The RedBlacks are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 road games. Defensive back Aaron Grymes (Philadelphia), linebacker Dexter McCoil (San Diego), and defensive end Willie Jefferson (Washington) all went to the NFL. Linebacker and nickelback Otha Foster has gone to the Saskatchewan Roughriders. The loss of Grymes was compounded in training camp when John Ojo, the team's leader in interceptions last year with five, went down for the season with a ruptured Achilles tendon. For 2016 Montreal gets a huge lift in QB Vernon Adams Jr, a mobile signal caller who dazzled at Oregon, joining veteran QB Kevin Glenn. Glenn will throw to an already strong receiving group that has Duran Carter back after a year in the NFL. And they still have last season's CFL-leading rusher Tyrell Sutton and top kick returner Stefan Logan. Winnipeg was terrible on offense last season (last in the CFL) and the defense was poor, allowing 100 more points than Montreal. The Blue Bombers are off a 5-13 season that saw them miss the playoffs for the fourth straight season and sixth time in seven years. The Mercury are 4-11 ATS in their last 15 road games, plus 3-8-1 ATS against a team with a losing straight up record. Dallas is home for their new fans and the Wings are 16-7 ATS following an ATS win, which was a straight up win at this Phoenix squad the last game. The Cleveland Cavaliers are healthier and have taken charge in the series, winning the last two games. LeBron James is averaging 30.2 points, 11.3 rebounds and 8.5 assists in the series and rose his play to even higher levels with Cleveland facing elimination. Point guard Kyrie Irving also has performed well in the series with three 30-point outings while averaging 27.3 points. Golden State is home but has had injury problems, with its starting center out, and Andre Iguodola banged up. The Cavaliers are 19-8 ATS in their last 27 games vs. a team with a winning percentage above .600, so grab the talented and confident dog. Warriors Head Coach Steve Kerr has said that he would want LeBron James playing for him in a game 7. Lets see if that comes back to bite him. Play Cleveland.

They have been dominant at home but not on the road, winning recent road games by 7, 10, 8 and 7 points -- the latter to this Seattle squad, failing to cover. A young rebuilding Seattle team has the last two number one draft picks in the lineup playing well. They are home from a 4-game trip. 6/13 06:00 PM NBA (509) CLEVELAND CAVALIERS VS (510) GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS Take: (510) GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS Reason: A frustrated and dispirited Cleveland team takes to the road after a bad loss in Game 4 at home. They looked lost on offense, a stagnant game with LeBron and Kyrie Irving holding onto the ball with little movement from anyone else. It cost them, as the offense was terrible from long range and even the free throw line. The Cavaliers are 1-5 ATS in their last six road games, plus 7-18-1 ATS following a straight up loss of more than 10 points. By contrast, the Warriors have exceptional ball movement on offense and play better team defense. The Warriors are 36-14-2 ATS at home vs. a team with a winning road record, plus 34-15-2 ATS playing on two days rest. Look for a big win by the confident home team, while the Cavaliers are 3-9 ATS in the last 12 meetings in Golden State. Play Golden State.

The Cavaliers are 7-0 ATS in their last 7 home games, 17-7 ATS vs. a team with a winning percentage above .600. Have to back the home team at this price as the series gets even. 06/08 09:00 PM EST NBA (505) GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS VS (506) CLEVELAND CAVALIERS Take: (505) GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS Reason: The Warriors look unbeatable so far in the FInals, winning both the first games in landslides. So far the Cavs cannot handle the defensive pressure of Golden State, resulting in just 77 points in Sunday's 33-point loss. To make matters even worse, Kevin Love suffered a concussion in the first half after an elbow to the head and his status is unknown for game three. Love did return to play in the second half, but observers stated that he looked disoriented on defense. But in all fairness to Love, he's always looked disoriented on defense. The Warriors have won the first two games without Stephen Curry or Klay Thompson being their high scorer. Draymond Green led the Warriors in game two with 28 points. Unless the Cavaliers can figure out the defensive switching strategy of the Warriors, this could be a very quick series. In addition, James is looking his advanced years, now 33-of-80 (83 points) in his last four games against the Warriors. I just don't trust the Cavaliers at this point and I'm sticking with the team that is looking every bit the Champion they are. Take Golden State.

Both teams are outstanding defensively and will bring that intense defense with the NBA title on the line. Cleveland can play any style but will prefer to focus on defense and a slower pace against the Warriors, especially on the road in Game 2. The did in Game 1 but still lost and the Under is 8-3-1 when the Cavaliers face a team with a winning straight up record. Golden State can play any style, too, as we saw in game 7 last Monday, shutting down a great OKC offense. They then held the Cavs to 38% shooting in Game 1 of the Finals. Now it's a quick turnaround to face the talented and rested Cavaliers. Cleveland was without power forward Kevin Love (shoulder) for all of last season's championship series, lost point guard Kyrie Irving (kneecap) in the opener, but now the Big 3 are together. Irving is averaging 24.3 points and has topped 20 points in 12 of Cleveland's 14 postseason games. The Cavaliers are 16-5 ATS in their last 21 games vs. a team with a winning percentage above .600. The Cubs continue their dominance in baseball with the best record at 35-14 and a 6.5 game lead over the Pirates. The Cubs beat the Dodgers on Sunday, 2-0, for their sixth win in a row. The Cubs have been doing this with both hitting and pitching. Their hitting ranks first in on base percentage (.359), third in runs (275) and top 10 in both batting average and slugging. Their pitching staff is first in ERA (2.60), WHIP (1.05) and opponent BAA (.201) with quality starts at third. Their ace and Cy Young lock at this point starts today in Jake Arrieta. The 30-year-old is 9-0 (1st in majors) with a 1.72 ERA (2nd) and 0.90 WHIP (2nd). The Dodgers had been playing better, winning six of seven games. That was before coming to Wrigley. After losing the opening they now face Arrieta with Scott Kazmir. Kazmir is 4-3 with LA and has a 4.84 ERA. Kazmir is coming off his best performance of the season, allowing just one run to the Reds over six innings with 12 KO's. The price is way too high at minus two bucks or greater. However, I look for Arrieta to shut down the Dodgers here today and the offense to get some runs off of Kazmir. I'm going to lay the 1.5 runs with Chicago.

The Oklahoma City Thunder did not want this game to happen. And, it looked for the majority of game six that it wouldn't. The Thunder led game six by five points at half and finished the third quarter up by eight. Midway through the fourth quarter, it looked like the Thunder might just be going to the finals, as they led by seven points. However, this is where things fell apart for the Thunder. Golden State, led by Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson tied the game with just under three minutes. Thompson set a playoff record with 11 three-points in a game and outscored the Thunder by 15 points to win going away 108-101. Now the clubs return to Northern California where the Thunder will almost certainly have a major letdown. That's what I'm counting on here, that and the knowledge that Golden State won't let the Thunder beat them twice on their home court. Thompson and curry combined for 70 points to lead the Warriors to the win. Favorites of 5 or more points on their home court in game 7 are 22-8 ATS. I'm taking the Warriors here tonight. Get on this line early, because the price will go up on the Warriors. Play Golden State

Golden State had a series saving game on Thursday with a win over the Thunder, 120-111. Now the Warriors have to do something they haven't this entire series, win at Oklahoma City. It's a win or go home game for the Warriors. One thing the Warriors have done is slow down the game a bit. Sure, then wen't over in game 5, but that required big 2nd and 4th quarters to do so. The Warriors also stayed "big" in game five, keeping their small-ball squad on the bench as they went with size. The Thunder will have to improve on what turned out to be one of their worst performances of the season in the pain on Thursday. The Thunder, despite the game 5 loss, are still a very confident team in their ability to beat Golden State. Tonight's game really is a MUST-WIN spot for the Thunder. They realize that going back to Northern Cal will likely result in a game seven loss. Tonight's contest could be the most important in Oklahoma City history and I'm taking them here tonight laying the short number.

Reason: The Cleveland Cavaliers are the only team in the post season that has cruised through every game. The Cavs are a perfect 8-0 and well rested for their Conference finals. On the other end, the Raptors have had to go a full seven games against Indiana and Miami to make it here. Cleveland has had eight days off to prepare and rest for tonight's contest. The Cavs haven't had to totally rely on Lebron James this time, as Kyrie Irving (24.4 ppg) and Kevin Love (18.9 ppg) have both been big contributors. Cleveland has also been red-hot from beyond the 3-point arc, hitting 77 3-points against the Hawks in their four game series. Cleveland has also played great defense in the postseason, holding their opponent to under 100 points in seven of their eight games. The Raptors are just 3-8 ATS their last 11 games, while the Cavs have covered six of their last eight home games. Portland looks to even their series with the Golden State Warriors at 2-2 here tonight. The Warriors had anticipated the return of Stephen Curry tonight. However, now that doesn't look to the case, as Curry was downgraded to doubtful tonight. The Warriors usually stellar defense was non-existent in game three, allowing 120 points to the Blazers. Warriors power forward Draymond Green pulled few punches about his team's chances in game four. The All-Star forward has called their opponent "out of its depth" and without "self-belief" and went as far as to predict a win tonight. The Warriors will have to do better defending the perimeter, after allowing the Blazers 17-three point shots. If anything really became apparent, it was that this Warriors club need Curry back in the lineup. With that not happening tonight, I'll take the home team here again as I did in game three. Game four here from Miami with the Raptors leading the series, 2-1. Miami blew a big opportunity to go up 2-0 after losing their OT game in game two. The Raptors then took game three of the series, 95-91. The Heat are in a must win spot here as the series will return to Canada for game five on Wednesday. If the Heat win tonight, then this series becomes a best of three. As for the Raptors, somehow they have made it thus far. They were outscored in the Indiana series and in the post season they are being outscored 93-94 over the 10 games. In addition, they are hitting just 28.6% from beyond the 3-point arc. The Raptors will also be without their center, Jonas Valanciunas, who will miss the remainder of the playoffs with a sprained knee. Not only will the big center be missed in the paint, but his presence as a thorn in the side of the Heat will also be gone. Miami has been tough at home, covering nine of the last 11. OKC is a strong defensive team and is young and quick on offense. The Thunder are also 29-10-2 ATS at home against a team with a road winning percentage of greater than .600. And the Spurs are 3-11 ATS in the last 14 meetings in Oklahoma City. Play Oklahoma City in Game 4.

5/07 05:35 PM NBA (523) GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS VS (524) PORTLAND TRAILBLAZERS Take: (524) PORTLAND TRAILBLAZERS Reason: Portland is 31-13 at home and needs to win. They catch a break facing a Golden State team without star Steph Curry. Portland nearly won Game 2 on the road before a wild Golden State fourth quarter comeback. Portland C Mason Plumlee grabbed double-digit rebounds in each of the last seven games. The Blazers are 9-3 ATS in their last 12 games following a straight up loss of more than 10 points and the Home team is 5-0 ATS in the last 5 meetings. Play Portland.

5/06 04:05 PM NBA (517) CLEVELAND CAVALIERS VS (518) ATLANTA HAWKS. Take: (517) CLEVELAND CAVALIERS Reason: The Cleveland Cavaliers are fresh off the greatest 3-point shooting performance in NBA history. Cleveland knocked down a record 25 3-pointers - the most in the regular season or postseason - while rolling to a 123-98 win that represents its 10th consecutive playoff victory over the Hawks. Cleveland made 40 3-pointers over the first two games of the series. This is a bad matchup for Atlanta, with the Hawks 5-16-1 ATS in their last 22 Conference Semifinals games. And the Cavaliers are 6-0 ATS in the last 6 meetings. Play Cleveland.

Reason: NBA 2nd Round Game of the Year: The Miami Heat relied heavily on their veteran players to take game seven from the Bobcats on Sunday, 106-73. Meanwhile, the Raptors advanced from the first round for the first time since 2001. The Heat dominated the Bobcats in games 1,2 and 7, but played sloppy in 3,4,5 and 6. The Raptors really shouldn't have advanced to round two. The Pacers outscored them overall in the seven game series. The Raptors led by 16 in the fourth quarter of game seven and almost lost as the Pacers could have tied the game with 30 seconds to play. The Raptors two big scores (Lowry and DeRozan) averaged almost 13 points less than during the regular season. These teams have met four times this year, but none of those games really featured the same personnel we'll see here today. Quick turn around here tonight and I think the Heat can win this one outright. Take the Heat as your 2nd Round NBA Game of the year.

05/02 07:05 PM EST NBA (503) ATLANTA HAWKS VS (504) CLEVELAND CAVALIERS Take: (504) NBA Playoff Steam Play: Play Cleveland in Game 1. Atlanta is off a road win in Game 6 and now has to head out on the road again for this one. The Hawks are on a 5-9 spread run and don't match up well with the talented Cavaliers. Cleveland was banged up a year ago when these teams met in the Eastern Conference Finals and the Cavs still swept Atlanta despite not having home court. Play Cleveland in Game 1.

Big game 7 here today between the Pacers and Raptors. The Raptors finished the season with the No 2 spot in the East and were expected to roll past this Indiana squad. However, the playoffs have never been kind to Toronto and now all the pressure will be on the Raptors. Toronto has not survived a first round match since 2001 and that is when it was best of five. The Pacers have also been dominating the boards. After losing the rebound battle the first three games, the Pacers inserted Myles Turner into the starting lineup and the 6-foot-11 rookie has shut down Toronto's big man in Jonas Valanciunas. With all the pressure on the Raptors here and the Pacers winning the boards the last three games, I'll take the points with Indiana.

So far so good for the Warriors without the best player in the league, Stephen Curry. The Warriors had little problems with Houston after Curry went down. Even without Curry, the Warriors outscored Houston by 60 points with their star on the bench. Curry could even return in this series, possibly as early as game two. Portland got new life in their series with the Clippers when LA lost both its top two players, Chris Paul and Blake Griffin. The Blazers only had one day off to prepare for the Warriors, which won't be good for rest. This should be a fast paced series, as the winning team this year has scored at least 128 points. With the short turnaround here for the Blazers I look for them to come out flat in game one. Take Golden State.

04/30 08:35 PM EST NBA (501) OKLAHOMA CITY THUNDER VS (502) SAN ANTONIO SPURS Take: (501) NBA High End TV Bookie Buster: Play Oklahoma City. A pair of outstanding defensive teams clash. Yes, Oklahoma City is great defensively, No. 5 in the NBA during the regular season in field goal shooting defense for first-year coach Billy Donovan, No. 8 at defending beyond the arc. The Thunder are on a 5-1 ATS run on the road and 0-2 ATS when their opponent scores 100 points or more in their previous game. San Antonio will focus on defense first, on a 2-5 spread run at home, plus 3-10 ATS after scoring 100 points or more in their previous game. And the Thunder are 4-0 ATS in the last 4 meetings, so grab the dog in a close one. Play Oklahoma City.

The Trail Blazers had little trouble in Game 5, winning 108-98 on the road, giving the Blazers a 3-2 series lead. The Blazers are healthy and 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games playing on 1 days rest. The Clippers are a bad free throw shooting team (10 more misses the last game, 66%) and lost their star power. The Clippers are 7-17 ATS in their last 24 Conference Quarterfinals games and the home team is 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings. Play Portland.
