I've cashed on Virginia a couple times this season, but now they are being asked their toughest task here tonight. The Cavs are very well coached, but their style once they face an athletic team that likes to get up and down the court they really struggle. They struggle because of the pace they always try and play at, well tonight going on the road @ WVU who will press them all game and dictate the pace will be something most of these players aren't use to.

If you haven't seen Nova play this season you are missing out. This team lead by Brunson has a chance to be very special. The main reason here for this pick is the fact that Gonzaga has to travel so far. I like Gonzaga, but must admit a little surprised by them so far. However, the tournament they played in was still on the west coast on Oregon and they haven't played a true road game. Think South Carolina is getting way to much respect here in this game tonight. South Carolina has the epic run last season we are all familiar with, but they lost a ton on that team. They will be playing the best team in the MAC here tonight. Also, WMU will have the best player by far on the court in Wilder who is a legit NBA prospect. Too many points for a bottom feeder SEC against a mid major with a lot of upside

This is a ton of points for the Cowboys to be laying here considering their two best players are out for this game being suspended in Carroll and Dillard. I love this Missouri Tigers team here against Iowa St. The Cyclones have been a great team the last couple years, but now they are in a big rebuilding stretch replacing 4 starters that contributed big time. Their returning leading scorer only averages 6 points per game from last year. They thrived on the 3 point shot and lost practically everyone who can knock them down consistently. Mizzou will be a team full of interest for several reason this year hiring Martin from Washington. Well he brought Michael Porter Jr with him to Mizzou also because his dad is the assistant. But this kid is the real deal and everyone will find out why. Mizzou lands a top 5 recruiting class. Add that to the fact Mizzou returns their 3 leading scorers. I think this team will be a handful .

They won't be making the tournament or even getting close this year. Ball St on the other hand in the MAC has hopes of making the tournament and could easily be the best team in that conference. This is a discount here on Bama given and it's because they are on a neutral court. Bama won 10 conference games and 19 overall last year which left them on the bubble. I think they are much improved this season in Johnson's third season. They signed a top 10 overall player in Sexton and also got 2 time Bama Mr. Basketball in Petty. Both are guards who will contribute right away. Throw those two into the mix that they also return 4 starters to give them some quality depth. Memphis will be going the other way losing key transfers. The AAC 2nd leading scorer and his brother who was AAC fresh of the year both transfer to Kansas. They have a bunch of new faces everywhere only returning 2 starters.

Gonzaga is a team that I believe can't be stopped at the moment. So many throughout the season called this team a fraud because of the conference they play in. We are now seeing that obviously they are legit and haven been very deserving of a #1 seed. What has caused North Carolina fits this year are teams that are just as long and athletic as them. Meeks will not have a game like he did against Oregon and Jackson will have to work even harder to get open looks with Collins on him. The Gonzaga Bulldogs win the 2017 National Title!

This one here is all about the match up and quite frankly the size of this Gonzaga will cause havoc as South Carolina isn't a great jump shooting team so they will rely on getting points in paint which plays into the hands of Gonzaga. TCU is just a really good team that could have mad some noise in the big dance this year, but they have a rough stretch during the middle of the season which ultimately kept them out. When looking at the two roads each team has had to get here, the Horned Frogs have had a much tougher draw. They beat #1 seed Iowa @ Iowa City in OT, followed that up with an impressive 20 point win over Richmond and just man handled UCF in the first game at the garden. Tech has had a great year as well, but this team is very young and their road was a great set up for them. Despite winning their first game at the graden they are still just 4-11 away from home this season.

They did so because Dorsey got hot hitting 9 of 10 shots. If you have to rely on that, it will come to an end. Michigan presents a nightmare match up for them with Boucher being out.
