New York & Los Angeles over 206.5
The New York Knicks host the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday afternoon. New York is coming off a 125-96 win over Charlotte, while Los Angeles fell to Orlando, 114-105. The Lakers have been fielding what is effectively their varsity squad of late amidst numerous injuries up and down the roster. As is often the case, secondary players can score the basketball but have loads of trouble playing defense, and that reflects in the team's scores of their recent games. In the Lakers' last seven games, both they and their opponent have eclipsed 100 points. In their last seven games, the Lakers have scored 108.3 points per game. In their last 10 games, they've surrendered 112.2 points per game. The over is 7-0 in the Lakers' last seven games overall. New York hasn't been much better at the defensive end. In their last six games, the Knicks have surrendered 107.2 points per game. With top scorers Carmelo Anthony and J.R. Smith finding their scoring touch in recent games, we could be in for some fireworks when these teams hit the court. The over is 5-1 in New York's last six games overall. Take the OVER. Toronto -1
The Toronto Raptors host the Los Angeles Clippers on Saturday evening. Both teams enter this game coming off of wins on Friday night, but Toronto has the luxury of playing this game at home. The Raptors have won seven of their last eight games at the Air Canada Centre, thanks to big performances from Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan. The Raptors have also stepped up their game on the defensive end of the floor. Their outstanding play at home is directly correlated to a defense that's allowed just 91.6 points per game and held opponents to 43.8 percent shooting in that 7-1 stretch. The Clippers have been hot themselves as Blake Griffin has picked up the slack for an injured Chris Paul. With that being said, Toronto has some solid defensive big men in Amir Johnson and Jonas Valanciunas, who should be able to keep Griffin in check. The Clippers are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games following a SU win of more than 10 points. The Raptors are 17-5 ATS in their last 22 games overall. Atlanta +4.5
The Atlanta Hawks host the San Antonio Spurs on Friday night. It's been heavily documented that the Spurs are the only team in the league that's yet to lose back-to-back games, but we see a great opportunity with the Hawks here. San Antonio has remained relatively healthy this season, but injuries are starting to take their toll. Kawhi Leonard went down in Wednesday's loss to the Thunder, adding to San Antonio's injury woes, as they were already without Danny Green and Tiago Splitter. Meanwhile, the Hawks have been quietly playing some good ball. Atlanta knocked off Miami at home on Monday and held on for a rare road victory in Orlando on Wednesday. Atlanta also has a tendency to play up to the level of their opponents. The Hawks are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games against a team with a winning % above .600. The Spurs are 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games overall. The Hawks are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 vs. Western Conference. Take Atlanta Good Luck, Razor Ray 7* Play on Atlanta Hawks +4.5 |

The Arkansas-Little Rock Trojans host the Texas State Bobcats on Thursday night. Arkansas Little-Rock is coming off a 99-73 loss to Georgia State, while Texas State fell to Texas-Arlington in their last game, 56-48. Betting on games that involve teams the betting public doesn't know a whole lot about often presents opportunities for us to get in at a fair number, and that's just what we get here. These teams enter playing at very different levels right now. Texas State has lost five of their last six games, while Arkansas-Little Rock has won five of its last seven games. The Bobcats are 1-7 ATS in their last eight games overall. We also get this game in the building we want. Arkansas-Little Rock is 4-2 at home, while Texas State is 1-6 in true road games. The Bobcats are 1-6 ATS in their last seven road games. Additionally, Arkansas-Little Rock won the first meeting between these teams this season, a 63-59 win on the road, despite hitting on just 41.3 percent from the field. Expect them to up that number in front of a friendly crowd. The Trojans are 4-1 ATS in their last five home games. Take Arkansas-Little Rock. Phoenix & Indiana under 196.5
The Phoenix Suns host the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday night. Phoenix is coming off a 117-103 win over Denver, while Indiana beat Golden State in their last game, 102-94. No team has been better defensively on a per game basis than the Pacers this season. The team has won eight of their last nine games, and done so playing some solid defense, limiting their last nine opponents to 85.4 points per game. Now the team embarks on a west coast road swing and have clearly brought their defense with them, limiting a high-scoring Golden State team to 94 points in playing under the total in the first leg of this trip on Monday. As for Phoenix, they've played some high-scoring games of late, but those have come against teams like Denver and the Lakers. Neither of those teams hold a candle to what Indiana can do at that end of the court, so the Suns may be woefully under prepared for the step up in class. The under is 22-8 in Phoenix's last 30 games when playing on two or more days rest. Take the UNDER. Good Luck, Razor Ray 7* Play on Phoenix & Indiana under 196.5 |

Atlanta +5
The Atlanta Hawks host the Miami Heat on Monday night. Atlanta is coming off a 127-110 loss to Brooklyn, while Miami beat Charlotte in overtime their last time out, 104-96. It's easy to look at this game and assume that Miami should be favored based on the talent we know they have on the roster, but the team is clearly in some trouble right now, and this spot just doesn't lend itself to confidence in the defending champions, yet the general public is unwilling to accept that. The Heat close out a six-game road trip on Monday night, with the second of a back-to-back coming on Tuesday at home against Boston, and another game coming on Thursday in prime time against the Los Angeles Lakers. With these games on tap and a long road trip coming to an end, it would be tough to fault the Heat for looking ahead. The team has lost three of the first five games of their current road trip, and needed overtime to get past Charlotte in their last outing. Now they get a Hawks team that is 14-6 at home on the season and hungry for a win. The Heat are 4-11 ATS in their last 15 games versus Eastern Conference opponents. Take Atlanta. 01-18-14 | Los Angeles Clippers v. Indiana Pacers -8.5 | 92-106 | Win | 100 | 26 h 42 m | Show
Indiana -8.5
The Indiana Pacers host the Los Angeles Clippers on Saturday night. The Pacers sport the best home record in the NBA at 20-1. They're going for their ninth straight victory at Bankers Life Fieldhouse, and they've outscored opponents by an average of 21.3 points in their eight prior home games. Indiana can score points, but it's their defense at home that separates them from the pack. In their current home winning streak, they've allowed an average of 81.7 points, and they should be able to continue that trend against a Clippers squad that played in New York last night. Los Angeles is 6-1 since Chris Paul went down with an injury, but we doubt that they can continue at that torrid pace without their All-Star point guard. Darren Collison has filled in for the injured Paul, and the Pacers have strong familiarity with Collison, stemming from his three years in Indiana from 2010-2012. Indiana beat the Clippers 105-100 at Staples Center on December 1st, and that was with Paul fully healthy. On their home court, they should be able to win comfortably. Memphis -5.5
The Memphis Grizzlies host the Sacramento Kings on Friday night. Memphis is coming off an 82-77 win over Milwaukee, while Sacramento beat Minnesota their last time out, 111-108. We were very active in backing the Grizzlies during their great run a year ago and the team seems poised to go on a great run this season which has us ready to get behind them. The impact the return of Marc Gasol has had on the Grizzlies is incredibly evident by just looking at the scores of their last five games. In their last two games, the Grizzlies have surrendered an average of 82.0 points, after surrendering an average of 103.3 in their previous three. That's 21.3 points per game fewer with Gasol in the lineup. Now the team gets a Sacramento squad that they've owned in recent years. Memphis has won nine of the last 10 in the series, including an 11-point win in Sacramento in the lone meeting this season. The Kings are 3-8 ATS in their last 11 trips to Memphis. The Toronto Raptors host the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday night. Toronto is coming off an 88-83 loss to Boston, while Minnesota dropped their last game to Sacramento, 111-108. Toronto has been one of the best teams in the association of late, and one bad loss to Boston on the road isn't enough to knock us off their bandwagon. The Raptors have been stellar since trading away Rudy Gay, as the team has gotten far more efficient at the offensive end without Gay, and general manager Masai Ujiri did a great job of bringing a bench back the other way, and the Raptors are now in a position to make some noise down the stretch. Lost in the team's improvement is home good they've been at home, winning five in a row at the Air Canada Centre. Now they get a Timberwolves team that has lost nearly two thirds of their road games this season, including four of their last six. Minnesota is also in danger of looking ahead to a cupcake matchup with Utah at home on Saturday. The Virginia Tech Hokies are improving quickly on the defensive end of the floor. Coach James Johnson has worked hard on making this team better defensively, and it is starting to show up both on the court and in the statistics for the Hokies. Opponents are shooting just 39 percent from the floor against Virginia Tech. The Hokies shoot 40 percent from three-point range, and they have shot it extremely well on their home floor in Blacksburg. Clemson is coming off a huge win at home over Duke, and because of that win the Tigers are getting too much respect from the oddsmakers. Indiana & Sacramento under 194
The Indiana Pacers host the Sacramento Kings on Tuesday night. Indiana is coming off a 93-66 win over Washington, while Sacramento beat Cleveland their last time out, 124-80. The Kings have ramped up their scoring in recent games, but they've done so at home against lesser opponents, and a Portland team happy to play at a fast pace. They're about to get a rude awakening against a Pacers team committed to playing great defense, particularly in their own building. The team put that on display in their last game when the Pacers limited the Wizards to just 66 points on a season-low 32.1 percent shooting from the field. While Sacramento has ramped up their scoring of late, the team has also been much better at the defensive end of the court, limiting opponents to 94.0 points and 38.7 percent shooting in their last three games, down nearly 10 points and eight percent from their season averages. The Indiana offense could be it's next victim, as Paul George has struggled to score the ball of late, with just 16.5 points per game on 34.3 percent shooting in his last six games. Memphis +2.5
The Detroit Pistons host the Memphis Grizzlies on Sunday afternoon. Detroit is coming off a 106-99 loss to Washington, while Memphis dropped their last game to Denver, 111-108. The Grizzlies have been vulnerable since center Marc Gasol went down, but the team has begun to figure things out, winning four of their last seven games, not losing back-to-back games in that stretch. As for the Pistons, the high-priced talent the team brought in during the offseason just hasn't meshed well together, and its shown on the court. Detroit has lost five of its last six games. The Pistons get this game at home, but that hasn't mattered in past meetings with the Grizzlies, as Memphis has won eight in a row in this series, including five straight in Detroit. A big part of Memphis's turnaround has been their ability to score the basketball, and that spells trouble for Detroit, as the Pistons have posted a 2-12 record when surrendering 100 or more points this season. Detroit could also come out rusty after a five day layoff and going against a strong Memphis defense. They're also expected to be without guard Rodney Stuckey for the second game in a row, another blow to their offense. The Grizzlies are 7-3-1 in their last 11 road games. Take Memphis. They played UCLA, Michigan State, Indiana, Gonzaga, and others. While it was no fun to lose to those teams then, it is going to help them in conference play. Oakland will take on Valparaiso Saturday in what is an important game for both teams. The Golden Grizzlies have shown signs of life lately. They beat Ohio and Illinois State both badly at home, and both of those teams are high quality teams. Oakland can score the basketball in bunches, and they are terrific offensively at home. Look for Oakland to beat mediocre teams at home the rest of this season. They are now healthy and battle tested. Valparaiso lost a ton of senior talent from last year |

Denver & Philadelphia under 212.5
The Denver Nuggets host the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday night. Philadelphia was one of the highest scoring teams in the NBA to begin the season, but they've quickly tailed off, and oddsmakers have been slow to adjust. If you remove an OT game against Brooklyn from the equation, the 76ers have averaged just 99 points per game in their last ten contests; a far cry from the 104 points per game they were averaging before that. Their field goal percentage in that same span is a paltry 42.5%. On the other side of things, the Nuggets have failed to hit the century mark in 7 straight games, and 9 of their last 10. They haven't eclipsed 103 points since December 3rd against Brooklyn, a span of nearly one full month. The last time a total in a Nuggets game was greater than 210 was on November 27th against Minnesota, but oddsmakers have been forced to install a high total here because of the perception that Philadelphia can score. The Under is 4-1-1 in the 76ers last 6 games against Western Conference opponents. The Under is 16-5 in the Nuggets last 21 overall. The Under is 11-1 in the Nuggets last 12 when their opponent scores 100 points or more in their previous game. Take the UNDER. Good Luck, Razor Ray 9* Play on Denver & Philadelphia under 212.5 |

The Boston Celtics host the Atlanta Hawks in an early afternoon affair on Nee Year's Eve. Boston is coming off a 103-100 win over Cleveland, while Atlanta fell to Orlando in their last game, 109-102. The Celtics lost some players in the offseason that had represented a big part of their offense, and are still without star point guard Ramon Rondo, but the team hasn't had any trouble filling the bucket. That starts with the improved offensive play of guys like Avery Bradley and Jeff Green, who have thrived in larger roles, picking up the slack at the offensive end. As for Atlanta, their roster looks very different for the second year in a row, but they're still scoring in bunches, even bucking a long under trend by playing over the total versus Orlando in their last game. As for the early start time, we know it won't bother the Celtics as they played over the total against the Cavaliers in an early start their last time out. The Over is 21-5 in the Hawks last 26 road games and 9-0 in their last 9 games against Eastern Conference opponents. The Over is 4-1 in the last 5 meetings between these two teams in Boston. Portland -1
The Portland Trail Blazers host the Miami Heat on Saturday night. Portland is coming off a 116-112 overtime win over the Clippers, while Miami fell to Sacramento in overtime on Friday night, 108-103. We cashed a pair of tickets by fading the Blazers in the last 10 days, but we'll get behind the team in this one. The schedule makers didn't do Portland any favors by assigning them a difficult stretch of games leading up to Christmas. The Blazers played a stretch of four games in five days in which we correctly faded them twice, and now the team has failed to cover the spread in each of their last five games. Even still, the Blazers have won seven of their last eight games and now get a Miami team that played a late game that was made even later by an added overtime session on Friday night. Additionally, LeBron James is dealing with a litany of injuries which leave his status in question for Saturday night, and even at something less than 100 percent, the Heat will have plenty of trouble with the Blazers. The Blazers are 14-5-1 ATS in their last 20 games versus Eastern Conference opponents, while the Heat are 1-4 ATS in their last five games overall. Take Portland. Good Luck, Razor Ray 7* Play |

Phoenix +6
The Golden State Warriors host the Phoenix Suns on Friday night. Golden State is coming off a 105-103 win over the Clippers, while Phoenix beat the Lakers their last time out, 117-90. These teams have already met once this season, and Phoenix took that game by a score of 106-102, yet they're giving away a healthy number of points in this one, a good enough reason for us to get behind the Suns on this night. The Suns have quietly had an impressive season, and their early hot start was expected to fade, but instead they've only continued to get better. The Suns have won eight of their last nine games, covering in eight of them. Their only loss and failed cover came against the San Antonio Spurs. The Suns have been on fire scoring the basketball, averaging a whopping 110.8 points per game over their last eight contests. As the team continues to be undervalued by a betting public that refuses to give them the respect they deserve, we'll continue to jump in on spots like this one. The Suns are 11-2 ATS in their last 13 games. Take Phoenix. Good Luck, Razor Ray 8* Play on Phoenix Suns +6 |

Portland -9
The Portland Trailblazers play host to the New Orleans Pelicans on Saturday night. Portland is playing some really good ball right now, and they'll be ready to go in their first game of a three-game homestand. The Blazers are 10-2 at home this season and have scored at least 111 points in three of their last four home contests. They now take on a Pelicans team that allows a whopping 106.7 points per game away from home. The Pelicans are already 0-3 on a five-game road trip and have lost those three games by an average margin of 11 points. Anthony Davis return to the New Orleans lineup on Wednesday, but that wasn't nearly enough, as the Pelicans were shellacked by the Clippers. The Pelicans are just 4-12 this season when allowing triple-digits, and since we fully expect the Blazers to eclipse the century mark here, New Orleans will likely drop to 4-13 in that situation. The Pelicans are 7-19 ATS in their last 26 road games. The Pelicans are 3-13-1 ATS in their last 17 games against Western Conference opponents. The Blazers are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games following a S.U. loss. Take Portland. Good Luck, Razor Ray 7* Play on Portland Trailblazers -9 |

The Cleveland Cavaliers host the Portland Trailblazers on Tuesday night. Cleveland is coming off a 114-107 loss to Miami, while Portland beat Detroit in overtime their last time out, 111-109. This game is all about the situation, with Portland playing their third road game in four nights, coming off an overtime game. To further Portland's scheduling woes, the team has a far more important game on Wednesday night in a divisional matchup with Minnesota, so it will be easy for them to look past this contest. The team had plenty of trouble with Cleveland in two meetings last season, squeezing out a one-point win in overtime at home, and losing by five in Cleveland in January. Now they have to go back to Cleveland in their third road game in four nights with a fourth scheduled for the next night for a strong look ahead factor. As good as the young Blazers have been this season, this situation may be too much for them to overcome on the road against an underrated Cavaliers squad. New York & Washington over 190.5
The New York Knicks host the Washington Wizards on Monday night. New York is coming off a 111-106 win over Atlanta, while Washington fell to the Clippers their last time out, 113-97. Even without the services of starting shooting guard Bradley Beal, the Wizards haven't had any trouble scoring the basketball, and it starts with the play of point guard John Wall, who is making his case to be named among the elite point guards in the NBA. The over is 6-3 in Washington's last nine games overall. The Knicks have seen a dramatic shift in philosophy without the services of their top big man Tyson Chandler, moving Andrea Bargnani into the team's starting lineup which has done a real number on their ability to stop opposing teams from scoring the rock. On the flip side, Washington is now adjusting to life without Nene Hilario, which has them feeling the same pain at the defensive end. Good defensive plays will be few and far between in this matchup between two teams that can score when they want to, and that has us getting in on the over. The Miami Heat play host to the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday night. Cleveland has been disappointing this season, but they're starting to turns things around. The Cavs have won three straight games and five out of their last six after a 109-100 victory in Orlando on Friday night. We feel as though oddsmakers have been slow to adjust to their recent success. The Cavs haven't forgotten that LeBron James used to play for them, and subsequently, we get maximum effort out of Cleveland every time they take on Miami. The Cavs have lost to the Heat by more than four points only once in their last five meetings. Meanwhile, Miami is mired in a mini-slump right now. The Heat have dropped three of their last five games after a 90-84 setback in Indiana on Tuesday. Miami has had plenty of time to dwell on that game, and it wouldn't come as a surprise if they're not completely focused on the lowly Cavaliers tonight. The Cavaliers are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games overall. The Heat are 3-7 ATS in their last 10 home games and 1-6 ATS in their last 7 home games vs. a team with a losing road record. The Cavaliers are 7-2 ATS in the last 9 meetings in Miami. Take Cleveland. Good Luck, Razor Ray 7* Play on Cleveland Cavaliers +13 |

Washington +4.5
The Washington Wizards host the Los Angeles Clippers on Saturday night. We'll look to take advantage of a poor scheduling spot for the Clippers in this one. Los Angeles is playing their final game of a 7-game, 11-day road trip and we don't expect them to have much energy in this contest. Chris Paul wasn't fully healthy heading into this road trip and now he has to deal with one of the league's more athletic point guards in John Wall. The Clippers have also struggled against Eastern Conference opponents this season. L.A. is a solid 10-3 against the West, but just 5-6 in 11 tries against the East. The Clip have averaged 10.7 less points per game in games against the East than the West. This is Washington's only home game in the span of six games, so they'll definitely place a greater importance on this one. The Wizards are 23-9-1 ATS in their last 33 vs. Western Conference and 20-7 ATS in their last 27 games playing on no rest. The Wizards are also W5-0 ATS in their last 5 games following a S.U. loss. Mavericks vs. Warriors Over 208.5
The Dallas Mavericks and Golden State Warriors have both had some significant defensive problems of late. Golden State allowed 115 points against a horrible Charlotte offense last time out. Dallas gave up 112 points to a very weak Sacramento team. These two offenses are both very good. They both rank in the top five in the NBA in offensive efficiency. The first meeting this year between these two teams finished at 202 points, but both teams shot well below their normal shooting percentage in that game. With average shooting numbers, that game would have sailed over. Both of these teams like to run and score in transition. Monta Ellis used to play for the Warriors, and he has been a nice addition to the Mavericks roster. He is getting Dirk Nowitzki more open looks this year. Ellis |

Atlanta +5.5
The Atlanta Hawks host the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday evening. Oklahoma City is coming off a pair of impressive wins and subsequently, we're getting some good line value with Atlanta at home tonight. The Thunder DESTROYED the Pacers 118-94 on Sunday and there's a good chance we catch them in a flat spot following that blowout win over one of the Eastern Conference's best squads. Oklahoma City shot 61% from the field in that matchup; a feat that isn't likely to be duplicated again tonight. Atlanta has played some very good defense as of late. The Hawks have given up 91 points per game and a 41.7 field goal percentage over a three-game home winning streak. The Hawks have also run up an ATS Margin of +35.5 over their past three contests. Impressive double-digits wins over the Clippers and Cavs, plus a narrow two-point loss in San Antonio show that Atlanta is playing their best ball of the year right now. The Thunder are just 6-13 ATS in their last 19 games playing on 1 days rest. Charlotte & Golden State under 195
The Charlotte Bobcats host the Golden State Warriors on Monday night. Charlotte is coming off a 105-88 win over Philadelphia, while Golden State beat Memphis in their last game, 108-82. We've been very active in taking the under in both teams' games in recent weeks, and with the two sides set to square off with a posted total that is simply too high, we'll gladly get on board. The Bobcats have shocked many onlookers with some strong defensive play this season. Prior to their last game in which the team score 105 points, neither side had eclipsed the century mark in a Bobcats game in their previous nine outings. The under is 12-3-1 in the Bobcats' last 16 games overall. The team has been especially effective defensively in their own building, which will help against Golden State's sharpshooters. The under is 6-0-1 in Charlotte's last seven home games. Golden State's offense meanwhile hasn't travelled as well as they've scored at home, and meeting a good Bobcats defense isn't going to help turn that around. The under is 9-3 in Golden State's last 12 road games. Take the UNDER. Good Luck, Razor Ray 9* Play on Charlotte & Golden State under 195 |

12-07-13 | Brooklyn Nets v. Milwaukee Bucks +3 | 90-82 | Loss | -109 | 7 h 37 m | Show
Milwaukee +3
The Milwaukee Bucks play host to the Brookly Nets on Saturday night. We're of the opinion that the Nets should not be a road favorite against anyone in the league right now. The Nets' road game against the Knicks on Thursday basically sums up their season thus far. Brooklyn had a great opportunity to snap a five-game home losing streak, but instead, they were pounded by New York 113-83. The Knicks had entered that game on a nine-game losing streak. The Nets have now lost four of their last five games, getting outscored by a whopping 73 points in their last three losses. To make matters worse, the team is still without Deron Williams and Paul Pierce, who are sidelined with injuries. The aging Kevin Garnett has been forced to carry the load for Brooklyn and that's proven to be a recipe for disaster thus far. We're fully aware that the Bucks aren't a very good squad either, but they happen to match up well with this Brooklyn squad. The Bucks are one of the league's better three-point shooting teams and can take advantage of the Nets' league-worst three-point defense. Brooklyn allows opponents to connect on 41.6% of three-pointers. The Nets are 2-8 ATS in their last 10 games overall and 12-30-1 ATS in their last 43 road games vs. a team with a losing home record. The Bucks are 14-2 ATS in the last 16 meetings between these two teams. Take Milwaukee. Good Luck, Razor Ray 9* Play on Milwaukee Bucks +3 |

12-03-13 | Denver Nuggets v. Brooklyn Nets +4.5 | 111-87 | Loss | -110 | 7 h 41 m | Show
Brooklyn +4.5
The Brooklyn Nets host the Denver Nuggets on Tuesday night. Brooklyn is coming off a 97-88 win over Memphis, while Denver beat Toronto their last time out, 112-98. We cashed a ticket on a play in a similar situation on Monday night, and we'll go right back to that well for this one. On Monday, the public overreacted to the news of Anthony Davis's injury and allowed us to get in on New Orleans as significant underdogs, a game in which they won outright. A similar situation here with Paul Pierce getting knocked out for the Nets. The loss of a key player isn't a good thing, but teams regularly seem to rally in situations like this one and steal that first game after the injury. This game is also a bad spot for the Nuggets, who will have to travel to Cleveland after this game for a date on Wednesday with the Cavaliers. Meanwhile, the Nets are rested, having been off since Saturday, and won't play again until Thursday. Home court advantage has been especially helpful in this series, as the home team has eight of the last nine meetings, including six in a row. 12-02-13 | New Orleans Pelicans +6.5 v. Chicago Bulls | 131-128 | Win | 100 | 9 h 54 m | Show
New Orleans +6.5
The Chicago Bulls host the New Orleans Pelicans on Monday night. Chicago is coming off a 97-93 loss to Cleveland, while New Orleans beat New York their last time out, 103-99. This number screams overreaction to the news of Anthony Davis's injury on Sunday. The reality is that the Pelicans are a good team even without him, thanks largely to their terrific team defense. The team ranks near the top of the NBA with 10 steals per game. The Pelicans have won five of their last seven games overall, with the two losses coming in tough matchups at San Antonio and versus Golden State. They've also scored the ball very well of late, eclipsing 100 points in seven of their last eight games, with the lone miss coming at San Antonio. The absence of Davis will hurt in the long run, but expect the team to rally in their first game without him and at least keep this game close. Getting all those points makes this game especially attractive. The Bulls have struggled of late without star Derrick Rose. The team has lost five of their last six games and gone 2-5 ATS in their last seven games overall. The road team is 7-0 ATS in the last seven meetings between these teams. Take New Orleans. Dallas +2
The Dallas Mavericks host the Minnesota Timberwolves on Saturday night. Dallas is coming off an 88-87 loss to Atlanta, while Minnesota fell to Denver in their last game, 117-110. We successfully faded the Mavericks last night in a game against the Hawks, but we'll gladly get behind Dallas in this one. For starters, that game was on the road, where Dallas is now 2-6, while this game will be played at the American Airlines Center, where the Mavericks are 8-1. The Mavericks are 11-2 ATS in their last 13 games played on the second night of a back-to-back. As for Minnesota, they seem to be the darlings of the basketball world with popular players like Kevin Love and Ricky Rubio on the roster, but as good as those players can look at times on offense, the reality is that the team loses frequently because of their inability to clamp down at the defensive end. The Timberwolves have now lost five of their last six games, and are just 2-6 on the road this year. The Mavericks are 4-0 ATS in their last four games played on a Saturday. Take Dallas. Atlanta +1.5
The Atlanta Hawks play host to the Dallas Mavericks on Friday night. Atlanta has been blown out in back-to-back games and that allows us to get in at a very favorable price tonight. The Hawks should not be home underdogs in this spot and we'll gladly capitalize. The Hawks' recent struggles stem from uncharacteristically low shooting numbers and poor defense; both of which can be easily corrected. Atlanta is shooting 40.7% from the field over the last three games, much lower than their 46.1% season average. This game presents a great opportunity to get back on track as the Mavs allow opponents to shoot 47.0% from the field and allow 103.4 points per game, the third worst mark in the NBA. Atlanta's last two opponents have shot a ridiculous 52.8% from the field, a number that almost seven percentage points higher than the Hawks' season average. The Hawks are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game. As for Dallas, it's no secret that they've struggled on the road this season. The Mavs are just 2-5 away from home this year, compared to a stellar 8-1 mark at home. The Hawks are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games following a S.U. loss. The Mavericks are 1-6 ATS in their last 7 games playing on 1 days rest. Take Atlanta. Good Luck, Razor Ray 7* Play on Atlanta Hawks +1.5 |

11-27-13 | Denver Nuggets +6.5 v. Minnesota Timberwolves | 117-110 | Win | 100 | 26 h 10 m | Show
Denver +6.5
The Minnesota Timberwolves host the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday night. These teams are headed in opposite directions and oddsmakers have been slow to adjust. We'll gladly grab the points in this matchup. Denver has won three straight games and they've been impressive in doing so. The Nuggets' last three victories have come by an average margin of victory of 8.7 points and their defense has picked up considerably. Denver has held their opponents to 41.6% shooting from the field in their last three contests. Meanwhile, the T'Wolves have won just three of their last nine games. Those three wins have come against the Nets, Celtics, and Cavaliers, who have a combined 13-30 record on the season. One of those six losses was to these very same Nuggets, and Minnesota was a 2-point favorite in that game. Minnesota's biggest issue this season has been their horrible shooting. The T'Wolves have shot just 42.5% from the field this year, significantly lower than the league average of 44.8%. The Nuggets have held opponents to just 43.7% shooting so it's not likely that the Timberwolves' shooting woes will miraculously end in this one. Denver has been one of the streakiest teams in the league in recent years. The Nuggets are 19-7-1 ATS in their last 27 games following a win of more than 10 points. The Nuggets are 9-1-1 ATS in the last 11 meetings in Minnesota. Take Denver. Good Luck, Razor Ray 8* Play on Denver Nuggets +6.5 |

Orlando -4
The Orlando Magic host the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday evening. After a super hot start to the season, the 76ers have come back down to earth quickly. Philadelphia has won just two of their last nine contests, with both of the wins coming in overtime in games that they could have easily lost. It's not like Philadelphia has been competitive in their losses either; they've been outscored by an average of 13.4 points in their last seven losses. The 76ers now take on a Magic team that's been their kryptonite in recent years. Philadelphia is 3-14 ATS in the last 17 meetings between these two teams. Orlando has lost four straight contests but those losses have come against the Suns, Mavericks, and Heat (twice). Those teams have a combined record of 27-16 on the season. The 76ers will be a huge step down in class. Philadelphia gives up a whopping 113.3 points per game away from home, 14.3 points more than the league average. Their defense is a complete abomination and they'll struggle to slow down a Magic squad that's shot 46.6% from the field at home this year. Take Orlando. Utah +4.5
The Utah Jazz play host to the Chicago Bulls on Monday night. The Bulls are in complete disarray right now and it's our opinion that the wrong team is favored in this matchup. Derrick Rose is lost for the season with another knee injury and the locker room must be a mess following that announcement. Chicago knows that their season is over and we expect their play on the court to suffer. Rose isn't the only Bull that's sidelined right now either. Jimmy Butler remains on the shelf with a toe injury, further cementing their position as a subpar squad. The Bulls lost 121-82 to the Clippers yesterday and now have to play the second game of a back-to-back, and their fourth game in five nights. Along with the mental fatigue stemming from the Rose injury, Chicago will be facing some serious physical fatigue. We're fully aware that the Jazz are one of the league's bottom feeders, but it's important to note that their recent schedule has not been forgiving. Utah's last eight games have come against the Thunder, Mavericks, Pelicans (twice), Warriors (twice), Nuggets, and Spurs. Now they return home to take on a Bulls team that's just 1-6 on the road this season. The Bulls are 2-8 ATS in their last 10 games vs. a team with a winning % below .400. The Jazz are 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games overall. Take Utah. 8* Play on Utah Jazz +4.5 |

The Atlanta Hawks host the Boston Celtics on Saturday night. Atlanta is coming off a 96-89 win at Detroit, while Boston fell to Indiana in their last game, 97-82. The Celtics are in full out rebuild mode, and while the team has some good contributors that can fill the basket like Jeff Green and Avery Bradley, they have simply been inept at their end of the court. The Celtics have allowed opponents to put up 105.0 points per game over their last five contests. The last three meetings between these teams have each soared over the total, with both sides eclipsing the 100 point marks, and the three games producing an average output of 222.7 points. One player that will help out out cause in this one is Kyle Korver, who has been lights out from three this season, knocking down better than 52 percent of his shots from beyond the arc. The over is 8-2 in Boston's last 10 games versus Southeast Division opponents. Good Luck, Razor Ray 8* Play on Atlanta & Boston over 194 |

11-23-13 | New York Knicks v. Washington Wizards OVER 191.5 | 89-98 | Loss | -105 | 20 h 18 m | Show
Washington & New York over 191.5
The Washington Wizards host the New York Knicks on Saturday night. The Wizards are coming off a 96-88 loss to the Raptors, while the Knicks dropped their last game to Indiana, 103-96. The Wizards played little to no defense in their Friday night matchup with the Raptors, and there is little reason to expect anything but the same on the second night of a back-to-back. Washington continues to get tremendous guard play out of John Wall and Bradley Beal. Wall put together a great shooting night on Friday, hitting on 15 of 21 shots from the floor in a 37-point night. New York will counter with one of the best scorers in the game today in Carmelo Anthony, who is coming off a 30-point night against Indiana. The Knicks have been a very different team without Tyson Chandler, a former defensive player of the year, as without him, and with added minutes going to the defensively inept Andrea Bargnani, the team's defense has been almost non-existent. New York shouldn't have much trouble scoring either, as they put in 120 points in their last game against Washington. The over is 8-3 in Washington's last 11 home games. Take the OVER. 11-22-13 | Cleveland Cavaliers v. New Orleans Pelicans -6.5 | 100-104 | Loss | -110 | 21 h 53 m | Show
New Orleans -6.5
The New Orleans Pelicans host the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday night. New Orleans is coming off a 105-98 win over Utah, while Cleveland dropped their last outing to Washington, 98-91. This selection comes down to the home/road splits for both teams. Backing New Orleans at home has been a profitable endeavor, while the same cannot be said for Cleveland's play on the road. The Cavaliers are 1-8 ATS in their last nine road games. The Pelicans have posted a 4-2 record in their own building, while the Cavaliers have record a woeful 1-6 mark when taking to the road. The Pelicans are 6-2 ATS in their last eight home games versus teams with a road winning percentage below .400. New Orleans also received a boost recently when Ryan Anderson came back from injury. His play from beyond the arc has really keyed the team, and helped their cause night in and night out. His return halted a three-game slide, and his slick shoting has the Pelicans knocking down 42.2 percent of their shots, good for third in the Association. The Cavaliers are 4-9 ATS in their last 13 trips to New Orleans. Take New Orleans. Good Luck, Razor Ray 8* Play on New Orleans Pelicans -6.5 |

11-20-13 | Brooklyn Nets v. Charlotte Bobcats UNDER 189 | 91-95 | Win | 100 | 6 h 8 m | Show
Charlotte & Brooklyn under 189
The Charlotte Bobcats host the Brooklyn Nets on Wednesday night. Charlotte is coming off an 86-81 win over Chicago, while Brooklyn fell to Portland in their last game, 108-98. This game features a pair of teams that play in the halfcourt offense. Neither side will be in any hurry whatsoever to get things going quickly, and as such, we could be in for a very low scoring game on Tuesday. Brooklyn's veteran players have had trouble meshing, and the team's offense has taken a big hit, particularly on the road. As for Charlotte, opponents have finally figured out that the team's offense can be stopped if Al Jefferson is stopped. The team has been held to just 89.0 points per game over their last 10 games, and rank dead last in the NBA, scoring 88.5 points per game on the year. The under is 4-0 in Charlotte's last four games overall. Things have been even worse for the team in their last two contests, as they've been held to 81 points each time out. The team has compensated with a defense that surrenders just 92.9 points per game. The under is 4-1 in the last five meetings between these teams. Take the UNDER. Washington & Minnesota over 205
The Washington Wizards host the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday. Washington is coming off a 103-96 loss to Cleveland, while Minnesota beat Boston their last time out, 106-88. The Timberwolves have quietly been one of the better offenses, and over bets, in basketball this season. The team has scored a whopping 113.2 points per game over their last six contests, all while allowing 101.2 points per game. Head coach Rick Adelman finally has the horses to run his offense, with point guards Ricky Rubio and J.J. Barea seemingly putting on a show night in and night out. Meanwhile, forward Kevin Love is having an MVP caliber season, filling the basket at a rate of 26.8 points per night. The over is 6-2 in Minnesota |

11-18-13 | Denver Nuggets v. Oklahoma City Thunder OVER 210 | 113-115 | Win | 100 | 10 h 48 m | Show
Oklahoma City & Denver over 210
The Oklahoma City Thunder host the Denver Nuggets on Monday night. Oklahoma City is coming off a 92-79 win over Milwaukee, while Denver fell to Houston in their last game, 122-111. Denver has been an over machine of late, playing over the total in five of their last six contests, hitting the century mark in each of those games. As quick and efficient as they are on offense, the team leaves a lot to be desired at the defensive end, which spells trouble against a good Oklahoma City offense. The Nuggets have surrendered 117.5 points per game over their last two games, and with Oklahoma having scored better than 100 points in each of their three home games this season, another big scoring night appears to be in order. The over is 4-0 in Denver's last four games versus teams with a winning percentage above .600. In two meetings with a posted total of 210 or lower last season, the teams played over the total each time. In four total meetings last season, the teams played to an average of 219.8 combined points per game. The over is 4-1 in Oklahoma City's last five games. The over is 15-6-1 in Denver's last 22 road games. Take the OVER. Good Luck, Razor Ray 7* Play on Oklahoma City & Denver over 210 |

11-17-13 | Detroit Pistons v. Los Angeles Lakers +2.5 | 99-114 | Win | 100 | 27 h 16 m | Show
LA Lakers +2.5
The Los Angeles Lakers host the Detroit Pistons on Sunday. The Lakers are coming off an 89-86 loss to Memphis, while Detroit beat Sacramento their last time out, 97-90. The scheduling of this game sets up very favorably for the Lakers in this one, and with the public riding along with the Pistons in this one, we'll gladly get behind a Los Angeles team that is grossly undervalued. The Pistons play this game at the end of a four-game West Coast road swing, usually the toughest game to get up for with a flight home looming. That likely means that an already struggling Pistons team could have trouble getting up for this game. The Pistons have lost four of their last five games, going 1-4 ATS in those contests. Conversely, the Lakers will be ready to leave everything they have on the floor, as they'll be off until Nov. 22 after this contest. The Lakers have been good at home this season, but tough games against San Antonio, a good Minnesota team, and the always underrated Memphis Grizzlies have kept Los Angeles's home record from being squeaky clean, allowing us to get in at a fair price. The Lakers are 6-2 ATS in the last eight meetings between these teams. Take the Los Angeles Lakers. Good Luck, Razor Ray 7* Play on Los Angeles Lakers +2.5 |

11-16-13 | Dallas Mavericks v. Orlando Magic +2.5 | 108-100 | Loss | -110 | 21 h 18 m | Show
Orlando +2.5
The Orlando Magic host the Dallas Mavericks on Saturday evening. The Mavs are coming off of a 110-104 loss in Miami on Friday night while the Magic took down Milwaukee 94-91 on Wednesday. Dallas is undefeated at home but they've been brutal on the road this season, beginning the year just 1-4 on the road. The Mavs have committed 19.2 turnovers per game away from home this season. With the Mavericks having played on Friday night, we'd expect to see some more sloppy play in Saturday's game. Dallas has allowed four of their five road opponents to shoot at least 46 percent from the field. On the other side of things, Orlando has been very strong at home to open the season. The Magic are 4-1 at home this season and have been getting strong contributions from SG Aaron Afflalo. Afflalo has connected on 52 percent of his three-pointers this season. The Magic are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 against Western Conference opponents. The underdog is 12-5 ATS in the last 17 meetings between these two teams. Take Orlando. Phoenix +1
The Phoenix Suns host the Brooklyn Nets on Friday night. Phoenix is coming off a 90-89 loss to Portland, while Brooklyn fell to Sacramento in their last game, 107-86. The Suns front office's plans to tank this season haven't been a reality. The team is 5-3 on the year, with a 4-0 record at home. Conversely, the Nets front office's attempt to build a contender appear to have been a triumphant failure. The players on the roster simply don't mesh with one another, with too many players on the roster being used to handling the ball. Deron Williams, Joe Johnson, Paul Pierce, and Kevin Garnett each spent the majority of their career being "the guy" for an NBA team, and even Brook Lopez had the offense running through him at Stanford. The players look good on paper, but as a team they simply haven't meshed. As for Phoenix, they've been the NBA's best bet this season, posting a 7-0-1 ATS mark through their first eight games. The team has been much better at the defensive end this year, surrendering more than six points per game fewer than they did a year ago. The home team is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings between these teams. Take Phoenix. Good Luck, Razor Ray 7* Play on Phoenix Suns +1 |

11-11-13 | Denver Nuggets v. Utah Jazz OVER 196.5 | 100-81 | Loss | -105 | 25 h 51 m | Show
Utah & Denver over 196.5
The Utah Jazz host the Denver Nuggets on Monday night. Utah is coming off a 115-91 loss to Toronto, while Denver dropped their last game to Phoenix, 114-103. We were very active in backing the over in Nuggets games last season, and we'll go right back to that well in a good situation in this one. Neither side in this game has done a good job in their defensive end this season. Factor in the pace that each side likes to play, and that's a recipe for an over. Utah gave up 115 points to an average Toronto team in their last game. On the flip side, Denver has surrendered 109.0 points per game over their last four games. Many think of Denver as a team that scores at home, but they get their fair share of points on the road as well, while playing inferior defense. The over is 6-2 in Denver's last eight road games. Denver hasn't had any trouble scoring against Utah in in previous matchups, eclipsing 100 points in each of the last five meetings between the teams. The over is 3-0-1 in the last four meetings between these teams in Utah. Take the OVER. Good Luck, Razor Ray 8* Play on Utah & Denver over 196.5 |

Boston +7
The Orlando Magic host the Boston Celtics on Friday night. Orlando is coming off a 98-90 win over the Clippers, while Boston beat Utah in their last contest, 97-87. There is certainly some talent on the Magic roster, but they just have no business giving this many points away against any opponent. The Magic have been the recipients of some good fortune, holding each of their last three opponents under 40 percent shooting, an apparition that will surely come to an end in short order. Boston also matches up well with Orlando, as they currently have the best three-point defense in basketball, limiting opponents to just 27.1 percent shooting from beyond the arc. The Celtics are 6-0 ATS in their last six games against Southeast Division opponents. Boston won their last game, their first win under new head coach Brad Stevens, and will surely look to keep that momentum going against a lowly Orlando team that they have dominated in recent years. The Celtics are 6-1-1 in the last eight meetings between these teams, and 7-2 in their last nine trips to Orlando. The road team is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings between these teams. Take Boston. Lon Kruger has done a very good job with the Oklahoma Sooners basketball program. Oklahoma used to be a football only school when it came to being competitive, but that has changed. The Sooners lost three key players from last year, but recruiting has been much better recently, and I believe this team will be better than most expect. Alabama has a quality coach in Anthony Grant, but he really has his work cut out for him this season. Trevor Lacey was set to be the Crimson Tide |

Denver +4
The Denver Nuggets host the San Antonio Spurs on Tuesday. Denver is coming off a 113-98 loss to Portland, while San Antonio fell to Portland as well in their last game, 115-105. We were very active in backing the Nuggets at home last season with tremendous results, and we'll go right back to that well for this contest. The Nuggets are 0-3 to start the year, but they've actually played quite well in those games. A 36 percent shooting night was the only thing that kept them from beating Portland in their home opener. Now they'll look to make a statement against a Spurs team that could be looking ahead. The Spurs close out a three-game road trip on this night with a home contest scheduled for Wednesday, with another home contest on Friday, so they could hardly be blamed for looking ahead. Home court has been very important in this series, with each side defending their home court a year ago, so getting points with the Nuggets at home in this one is more than enought to get us on board. The Nuggets are 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings between these teams. Take Denver. Good Luck, Razor Ray 7* Play on Denver Nuggets +4 |

11-04-13 | Golden State Warriors v. Philadelphia 76ers UNDER 211 | 110-90 | Win | 100 | 23 h 15 m | Show
Philadelphia & Golden State under 211
The Philadelphia 76ers play host to the Golden State Warriors on Monday night. The 76ers are coming off of a 107-104 victory over the Bulls while Golden State is fresh off of a 98-87 win over Sacramento. The 76ers have played three straight high scoring affairs to start the season but we think that those high scoring games are an aberration. Philadelphia has shot over 51% from the field over their first three games; a number that will surely decrease in recent weeks. Evan Turner has a career .430 FG%; he's shooting .509 from the field this year. Spencer Hawes has a career .469 FG%; he's shooting a ridiculous .649 this season. And the list goes on and on. Golden State is in a very similar position as well. They've taken less than 77 attempts from the field in two games this year which indicates that they're not getting a lot of possessions. Expect a decrease in scoring from the Warriors as well. The last four meetings between these two teams had totals of 191, 188.5, 199.5, and 197.5. Not only is this total severely inflated; it's inflated by more than 10 points. The under is 7-1 in the Warriors' last 8 games playing on 1 days rest. The under is 18-7-1 in 76ers' last 26 games playing on 1 days rest. Take the under. Good Luck, Razor Ray 9* Play on Philadelphia & Golden State under 211 |

11-03-13 | Boston Celtics +9.5 v. Detroit Pistons | 77-87 | Loss | -105 | 21 h 36 m | Show
Boston +9.5
The Detroit Pistons play host the Boston Celtics on Sunday evening. The Pistons are coming off of 111-108 overtime loss to Memphis on Friday, while the Celtics are coming off of a 105-98 loss to Milwaukee. We're fully aware that these are two teams going in opposite directions but we're ready to jump on the Celtics at an inflated number. Brandon Jennings has a chance to make his season debut for Detroit tonight and subsequently we've gained a couple of points of line value. Even if Jennings does suit up, he'll likely be eased into action after recovering from a hairline fracture in his jaw. We wouldn't expect him to have a major impact on this contest. Detroit is coming off of a hard fought overtime loss to the Grizzlies. It will be easy for them to overlook the lowly Celtics in this spot after that deflating loss. Boston is by no means a good basketball team but the first few games have shown us that they're willing to play hard under head coach Brad Stevens. The Celtics have held (and blown) leads against the Raptors and Bucks so far this season but their willingness to battle leads us to believe that they're the right side here. The Celtics are 33-15 ATS in their last 48 Sunday games. The underdog is 5-0 ATS in the last 5 meetings between these two teams. Take Boston. Good Luck, Razor Ray 7* Play on Boston Celtics +9.5 |

New Orleans +2
The New Orleans Pelicans play host to the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday night. This will be the Pelicans season debut while the Pacers are coming off of a 97-87 victory over the Magic. We expect big things out of New Orleans this season and we like that they're getting an Indiana squad that had to play last night. Most of the question marks surrounding the Pelicans this season are whether or not certain players can stay healthy. Anthony Davis and Eric Gordon have had injury concerns in the past but they're 100% for the start of this season. We expect Davis to have a huge campaign as a 20-year-old, building off of a solid rookie campaign last year. The Pacers experienced a scare in last night's win over Orlando when Roy Hibbert went down, and it wouldn't be a surprise to see him at less than 100% if he plays tonight. New Orleans is loaded with talent---so much so that Tyreke Evans has been relegated to a spot on the bunch. Evans could easily be a top contender for the Sixth Man award this season. Dating back to last season, the Pacers are 0-4 ATS in their last four games following a win. Take New Orleans. Good Luck, Razor Ray 7* Play on New Orleans +2 |

The first two games in this series were played in Miami, and each of those games played under the total. The under is 12-3 in the last 15 meetings between these teams in Miami. The Spurs have played two very different styles at home and on the road in the playoffs. At home, the team has scored 104.0 points per game in the postseason, and the over is 8-2. On the road, the team scored 88.0 points per game in two contests at Miami, and the under is 2-7. The Heat have limited opponents to 87.7 points per game at home in the postseason.
