Golden State at Memphis 9:30 ET

Grizzlies (+) over Warriors- Memphis was 20-5 SU when Ja Morant was sidelined this regular season and are now 0-1 without him in the playoffs although they did 'cover' the number. It appeared the Grizzlies were going to pull off the upset on the road and would even the series but Stephen Curry with playoff guile scored 18 fourth quarter points as the Warriors outscored The Grizz by 10 points for the 101-98 'non-cover' win. Golden State is just 1-5 ATS in their last six playoffs games as favorites while the Grizzlies are 10-1 ATS at home against teams with winning records. Take MEMPHIS!

Philadelphia at Miami 7:30 ET

76ers (+) over Heat- He may not be the MVP but Joel Embiid in the most dominating player on the court when healthy and he is carrying the 76ers on his back. James harden showed signs of life last time out scoring 31 points while handing out nine assists. Miami of course has the fabulous Jimmy Butler and Tyler Herro coming off the bench but the need more scoring balance as Kyle Lowry has been ineffective and is questionable. Most of the trends and money is moving toward the Heat and it's getting too hot for them. Take PHILADELPHIA!

Boston at Milwaukee 7:30 ET

Celtics (+) over Bucks- Here we go again where the defending NBA Champions with the most dominating player in the league is hosting a game and yet with the line so short is the 'books' are saying that the Bucks need only to win the game to win the bet. It just looks too easy! Boston who is in dire need are 5-0-1 in their last six games as road underdogs and aren16-51 ATS in their last 22 road games and Milwaukee is just 1-5-1 ATS in their last seven home games. Take BOSTON!

Phoenix at Dallas 3:30 ET

Mavericks (+) over Suns- Dallas came up with the win they needed in Game 3 and now have a chance to even the series at two wins apiece and they did it with defense the No. 2 ranked defense. Phoenix scored just 93 points and was held under 50% shooting from the field for the first time on the 2022 playoffs 11 points below the Mavericks defensive average. As veteran as the Suns are they are just 3-7 ATS in their last 10 on 1 days rest and 2-5 ATS in their last seven games when road favorites. The Mavs are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 home games and 20-8-1 ATS when playing on 1 days rest. Take DALLAS!

Boston at Milwaukee 3:30 ET

Celtics (+) over Bucks- Having posted two winner in this series including Boston as my 'Highest-Rated' Megabucks winner in Game 2 I believe I can say that this 'line' is off the wall. In the, 'you have got to be kidding' department how in the world can the Bucks be such a small favorite at home. Everyone saw how dominate Milwaukee was in Game 1 and that is difficult to put out of your mind but, at home under a bucket and the line is dropping. The 'books' must believe that the Celtics have the answer to Giannis and with Middleton sidelined...take BOSTON!

Miami at Philadelphia 7:00 ET

76ers (+) over Heat- The Heat is on! Miami is on a roll once against as the media and public keep underestimating them. As a 'Money Game' winner with them in the first two games I like the feel of playing against them and with the 0-2 team that most likely will return Joel Embiid. But, with or without him the 76ers are the side here. And of all people I wouldn't be surprised if James Harden actually shoots well and paces the Sixers. It is now or never...Take PHILADELPHIA!

Dallas at Phoenix 10:00 ET

Mavericks ()+) over Suns- Having used Phoenix as a Megabucks winner in Game 1 of this series I have no problem backing the Dallas here as I've been weary of them since they sent Porzingis packing. The Mavericks started the Utah series with Luca Doncic nursing an injury and have shown the defense travels well as they are ranked No. 2 allowing only 104.7. Without Porzingis whose heart was questioned their defense has risen to where they can win anytime with Luca carrying the offensive load. Although the Suns have dominated this series the Mavs are 5-1 ATS in their last six road games and 10-4 ATS in their last 14 as road underdogs. Take DALLAS!

Milwaukee at Boston 7:00 ET

The Bucks played Game 1 in this series they way they closed out their Championship last year as they were just too physical for the Celtics. Even with Khris Middleton out the Milwaukees big bodies just were causing problems for Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown who struggled for open looks. Giannis is unstoppable and Boston's Marcus Smart sustained an injury in Game 1 has his effectiveness should be questioned. The Celtics look like they don't have a chance so I have to have them. PLAY BOSTON!

Dallas at Phoenix 10:00 ET

Suns (-) over Mavericks- Both teams overcame the absence of their young superstars in tough first-round matchups. The Mavericks ousted the Utah Jazz, and the Suns survived the eighth-seeded New Orleans Pelicans, both winning in six games. But Dallas was without Luca Doncic and Phoenix was missing Devin Booker for three of the six contests. The Suns swept the season series 3-0 from the Mavericks, with two wins coming by eight points and the third by seven. Two of the games were in Phoenix, a November back-to-back that Doncic missed with a sprained left knee and ankle.The Suns are 21-8 ATS in the last 29 meetings including 7-3 ATS as hosts. Grizzlies (+) over Warriors- Game One of this series already me scratching my head as to why the 2nd seed in the West is an underdog at home. Golden State the No. 3 seed took out Denver in five games and are at their strongest point physically with a healthy Draymond Green and Klay Thompson getting up to speed averaging 22.6 points in the playoffs. Meanwhile the Grizzlies are 8-1 ATS at home against teams with winning records and 5-1 as home underdogs and 4-1 against the Warriors in the last five meetings in Bluff City. Take MEMPHIS!

Memphis at Minnesota 9:00 ET

Timberwolves over Grizzlies- The oddsmaker is certainly giving Minnesota the seventh-seed plenty of respect as the No. 2 seed Memphis is barely favored in what could be a close out game for them. After blowing a 26-point lead in Game 3 the Timberwolves have rebounded with a pair of ATS wins eking out a 119-118 win at home and losing at the buzzer in Memphis 111-109. With the line where it is they are giving you a chance to just pick the winner...not so easy. The NBA's two top scoring teams go to a game 7. Take MINNESOTA

Chicago at Milwaukee 7:30 ET

Bulls (+) over Bucks- The NBA Champion Milwaukee Bucks are not messing around like last year's playoffs when they fell behind 0-2 in their opening and second round series as they have pounded the Bulls in the last two games taking a 3-1 series lead. Undermanned Chicago will be without All-Star Zach LaVine who entered the NBA safety protocol on Tuesday and Alex Caruso is in the league's concussion protocol after getting whacked in the face on Saturday. Still, this is an elimination game and the Bulls will scratch and claw The Bulls are 9-3 ATS in their last 12 games in Milwaukee. Take CHICAGO!

Atlanta at Miami 7:00 ET

Hawks (+) over Heat- To start with people are starting to realize just how good a coach Eric Spoelstra actually is as the Heat always seem to give you their best no matter who is healthy and what kind of line-up they have. But, of course the Key to the Heat's success now is Jimmy Butler who posted 36 points in Sunday's win while Atlanta top scorer Trae Young had just nine points after scoring just eight points in Game 1 of this series. The Hawks are 6-1 ATS following a SU loss and are desperate trailing 3-1 and facing elimination. Take ATLANTA!

Utah at Dallas 9:30 ET

Jazz (+) over Mavericks- An unusual twist has happened in this series as the impact of Dallas's Luka Doncic presence is huge. In all four previous games Utah has been the favorite including the first two in Dallas when Doncic was out. Upon his return in Game 4 at Utah the Mavs held a 4-point lead with 30 seconds remaining only to be bested by a lay-in at the buzzer. The 'price' seems short with Luca's return and maybe it's because Dallas is 1-5-1 ATS in their last seven playoff games. Take UTAH!

Phoenix at New Orleans 9:30 ET

Pelicans (+) over Suns- New Orleans put up a good fight against the Suns on Game 3 but Phoenix without Devin Booker was able to weather the storm so to speak. But, the Pelicans have been 'game' playing tough since their horrid opening half of this series. The Suns are the number 1 seed and they were the best all season and they have had the better of it in the series but the Pelicans are 6-1 ATS in their last seven hames after a straight up loss and the Suns are 2-6 ATS as playoff favorites. Take NEW ORLEANS!

Phoenix at New Orleans 9:30 ET

Pelicans (+) over Suns- This New Orleans club for one reason or another has been a 'money maker' for 'us' and I see no reason to get off what has worked so well this season. They seemed to have picked up their step since CJ McCollum arrived and believe that they can compete with anybody in the league. The Suns are the best team in the NBA but have a history of falling short when more is expected from them and with Chris Paul around you well, are waiting for the shoe to drop. Phoenix is just 1-6 ATS in their last seven games as favorites and 0-4 ATS as road favorites while the Pelicans are 9-4 ATS in their last 13 playoff games as underdogs. Take NEW ORLEANS!

Golden State at Denver 10:00 ET

Nuggets (+) over Warriors- With Steph Curry coming off the bench Golden State has cruised to a pair of home playoff wins over Denver who's top two players Jamal Murray and Michael Porter Jr. are sidelined.after their convincing victories the Warriors look very inviting laying less than a field goal short or long. But the Nuggets are a playoff team that won 48 games and can play tough going 5-1 ATS in their last six as underdogs. Look for MVP Nikola Jokic to make his presence felt and for the Nuggets and the Warriors are 0-4-2 ATS in their last six playoff games as road favorites. Take DENVER!

Memphis at Minnesota 7:30 ET

Timberwolves (+) over Grizzlies- The NBA's two top scoring teams have not disappointed anyone with the pair of blowout wins my each side. But, what we saw out of the Timberwolves Anthony Edwards and the Grizzlies Ja Morant along with their more than capable supporting cast should make for a great series the rest of the way. The thing I like about this Minnesota team is they don't back down from anybody as they have shown their grit by going 14-6-1 ATS in their last 21 following a straight-up loss. Take MINNESOTA!

Brooklyn at Boston 7:00 ET

Celtics (-) over Nets- Ball movement of the ball was the key in the final moments of Boston's Game 1 win scoring the winning bucket after four passes before the winning lay in. Brooklyn hung tough and made a solid run and actually took the lead late behind a fabulous fourth quarter by Kyrie Irving who scored 18 points in the final period. Only to have Kevin Durant miss what would have been the game clinching shot just moments before the Celtics score. They do it again taking a 2-0 with a win and cover. Take BOSTON!

New Orleans at Phoenix 10:00 ET

Pelicans (+) over Suns- New Orleans like the start to their season (1-12) got off on the wrong foot Sunday in their first Playoff game in Phoenix. At the beginning they were tentative and seemed overwhelmed falling behind by 23-points at one point. And like in the regular season the played well after they regained their footing they were quite respectable as they shot 22.4% in the opening quarter and ended near 40%. Suns are 1-5 ATS in their last six games as favorites with that win coming their last time out. Take NEW ORLEANS!

Nuggets (+) over Warriors- A special thanks goes out to the Warriors who were Saturday's Megabucks and only winner in the NBA weekend. While everyone's eyes and mind included were on the return of Stephen Curry 22-year old Jordan Poole sole the show scoring 30 points in his playoff debut. Denver's Nikola Jokic had another MVP night in Game One but Golden State just ran too deep. The Nuggets are 5-1 ATS after a loss of 10 points or more and they are 10-4 ATS in their last 14 road games and the Warriors are 3-8 ATS in their last 11 games as home favorites. Take DENVER!

New Orleans at Phoenix 9:00 ET

Pelicans (+) over Suns- The thing about this New Orleans squad is the way they have hung together despite having to play the entire season without Zion Williamson and overcoming a 1-12 start to make the playoffs. The Pelicans posted a pair of play-in come-from -behind victories over San Antonio and the L.A. Clippers and are 13-5 ATS in their last 18 road games including 10-4 ATS as road underdogs. Phoenix may not be taking the Pelicans all that seriously and are 0-5 ATS in their last five games as favorites and just 3-7 ATS hosting the Pels. Take NEW ORLEANS!

Denver at Golden State 8:30 ET

Warriors (-) over Nuggets- “Heeee's back! Stephen Curry who missed the last 12 games is doing 'Curry things' in his workouts according to Golden State coach Steve Kerr. Denver has four time All-Star and 2020 MVP Nikola Jokic and he is a one-man wrecking machine that averaged 27.1 points, 13.8 rebounds and 7.9 assists but the Warriors have the 'Equalizer' and it's not Curry, its their best all-round player Draymond Green who can annoy any opponent. The Warriors have been laying-in-wait and should run away from the Nuggets as the have had their way against Denver going 9-3 ATS in the last 12 meeting including 5-2-1 ATS at home. Take GOLDEN STATE!

Atlanta at Cleveland 7:30 ET

Cavaliers (+) over Hawks- Cleveland is coming off a hard fought loss but 'cover' against Brooklyn and face an elimination game for the loser and a match against No. 1 seed Miami. After allowing Kyrie Irving to make his first 12 shots they will now have the task of trying to contain Trae Young. It's a job that J.B Bickerstaff is up to and the Cavaliers come in with the NBA's No. 5 ranked defense allowing just 105.7ppg. The Hawks are 6-15 ATS in their lst 21 road games and are 1-5 ATS in their last six trips to Cleveland while the Cavs are 6-2-1 ATS in their last nine games as home underdogs. Take CLEVELAND!

Charlotte at Atlanta 7:00 ET

Hornets (+) over Hawks- Last season Atlanta made a great run into the playoffs and fell from the 4th seed to the fifth seed on the final day of the year and then disposed of the No. 4 seed the Knicks in orderly fashion. This year they are seeded No. 9 in the play-in round and host Charlotte the No. 10 seed. The Hornets finished in the same spot last season and had the most wins of a No. 10 seed in 21 years. They are 15-5-1 ATS in their last 21 road games and and are 3-1-1 ATS in their last five trips to Atlanta. The Hawks are 6-0 ATS in their last six games as home favorites but are just 5-14 ATS after a SU win. Take CHARLOTTE!

Cleveland at Brooklyn 7:00 ET

Cavaliers (+) over Nets- For a pair of clubs that ended the NBA season with identical records (44-38) and Brooklyn is considered the superior team by far with the likes of Irving and Durant. Cleveland is a surprise to many and could have had an even bigger season if not for serious injuries to multiple players. These two met in NYC on Friday with the Nets running away with it 35-19 the fourth quarter but the Cavaliers bounced back with a 133-115 win at Milwaukee. Brooklyn has been money burners at home and are 11-28 ATS in their last 39 games as favorites. Take CLEVELAND!

Boston at Memphis 7:00 ET

Celtics (-) over Grizzlies- In the final days of the NBA regular season we see an number of oddities and in the line and this game is one of them. Memphis is the second seed in the West and just totally annihilated the Pelicans last night looking as good as they have all season. Boston and Philadelphia are tied for the second spot in the East with the Celtics owning the tie-breaker and need only to win today. The 'price' of this contest has the Celtics favored at Memphis and that is a 'tell.' Take BOSTON!

New Orleans at Memphis 6:00 ET

Pelicans (+) over Grizzlies- When I first saw this matchup I thought that I would be all over the Grizzlies as I had used with the Pelicans as a Megabucks winner and against Memphis with great success of late and felt the 'natural' vibe was to take the Grizzles. But, the first line I saw was transposed and had New Orleans the favorite (-5) and at the No. 2 seed in the West. I figured that Memphis would be playing no one. Then, I saw that they were actually 5-point dogs, I felt that the points were where they should be. Memphis is locked into their spot and should have little motivation while the Pelicans are hot and are playing for an improved play-in spot. Take NEW ORLEANS!

Portland at New Orleans 8:30 ET

Pelicans (-) over Trailblazers- After having starter the season 1-12 the Pelicans have fought back and have played better than .500 ball since and have qualified for the playoffs as part fo the play-in round. Portland has thrown in the towel and has lost eight straight after blowing an 18-point lead at OKC being outscored 31-12 and are 2-18 Su since the All-Star break. The Trailblazers can't score and don't defend and are 3-8 ATS in their last 11 trips to New Orleans and are 1-7 ATS in their last eight games overall. The Pelicans are 9-3-1 ATS in their last 13 games as home favorites. Take NEW ORLEANS!

Dallas at Detroit 7:00 ET

Mavericks (-) over Pistons- Dallas is looking for that fifty win season and are coming off a win at Milwaukee defeating the Bucks 118-112 on Sunday behind Luca Doncic's fifth straight 32 points or better game. Detroit has won their last three and is looking to extend their longest winning streak of the season but No. 1 draft pick Cade Cunningham missed the last contest and is getting little playing time. The Mavericks rank No. 2 in defense while the Pistons are ranked 28th on offense and the difference will be evident tonight. Take DALLAS!

New Orleans at Sacramento 10:00 ET

Pelicans (-) over Kings- Here I go again and I hope that I am not reading some in the line that isn't there. New Orleans has clinched a spot in the play-in games and probably can;move out of the ninth spot but they can push the Lakers even further back if not even eliminate them with a win here. This is the Kings final home game of the season and the Pelicans are 12-4 ATS in their last 16 road games. With the addition of CJ McCollum the Pelicans are playing their best ball of the season and at the right time. Take NEW ORLEANS!

North Carolina vs Kansas 9:00 ET

Tar Heels (+) over Jayhawks- The regular season college basketball season had about three weeks remaining when my thoughts about North Carolina were that Hubert Davis just wasn't cutting it and I expected the Tar Heels be to an also ran the rest of the season. But, not so fast as this team has matured right before our eyes and is playing for the NCAA title by winning 11 of their last 12. Kansas just totally dominated a short-handed Villanova squad that had over-achieved all season and are 7-2 ATS in their last nine at neutral sites. But, the Tar Heels are 12-3-1 ATS in their last 16 against teams with winning records and get the money here. Take NORTH CAROLINA!

New Orleans at L.A Clippers 9:30 ET

Pelicans (+) over Clippers- This line seems awful short to me considering that Los Angeles at 38-40 has a better record as the Pelicans who are nine-games under .500 and are playing at home. New Orleans has won their last three games while the Clippers have dropped six of their last eight games. The Pelicans are 12-3 ATS in their last 15 road games while LA is 4-9 ATS in their last 13 home games as favorites. The Pels have the Clips 'number' and are 38-16 ATS in the last 54 meetings. Take NEW ORLEANS!

Brooklyn at Atlanta 7:30 ET

Hawks (+) over Nets- The Nets and Hawks enter the final stage of the season tied with the exact same record 40-37 and both have been playing well of late. Atlanta has won their last four while Brooklyn who has lost 2-of-3 but is 8-4 SU in their last 12 games.The Hawks hold the tie-breaking edge and are positioned eighth while the Nets are tenth with the Cavaliers ninth between the two with the same record. Brooklyn has struggled in the favorites role going 9-25 ATS in their last 34 while the Hawks are 14-6 ATS in their last 20 home games. Take ATLANTA!

Villanova vs Kansas 6:09 ET

Wildcats (+) over Jayhawks- The 'thing' about this year's NCAA Tournament is that most felt that it was wide open this season as there was no dominating favorite and yet it was more of the 'old guard' making to the Final-4 in New Orleans as the traditional basketball powers prevailed. Kansas, North Carolina, Duke and two-time winner in the last five years Villanova. The Wildcats will be without their standout guard Justin Moore who racked up the most playing time among the Wildcat starters. That could be a factor but the oddsmaker has kept the price low as Villanova is 21-6 ATS in their last 27 NCAA Tournament games and Kansas is 2-5 ATS in their last seven Tournament games and are 1-4 ATS in the last five meetings against the Wildcats. Take VILLANOVA!

Minnesota at Denver 9:00 ET

Timberwolves (+) over Nuggets- Denver has won three in-a-row and is now atop the NBA Northwest tied with Utah while Minnesota has dropped for of their last five and currently a six seed for the playoffs. The Timberwolves are ranked No. 3 in offense averaging 115.2 ppg and are 5-1 ATS in their last six games as road underdogs and are 13-5-1 ATS in their last 19 games following a straight up loss and they are 22-6 ATS in their last 28 meetings in Denver. Take MINNESOTA!

L.A. Clippers at Chicago 8:00 ET

Cavaliers (-) over Bulls- With the return to action by Paul George Los Angeles now sits in the 10th play-in spot for the playoffs and just broke a five-game losing streak with a come-from-behind win over Utah after trailing by 25-points. Chicago is 23-7 ATS as home favorites but are 4-12 ATS in their last 16 games overall and 4-11 ATS against the Clippers at home. Take L.A. CLIPPERS!

Xavier vs Texas A&M 7:00 ET

Musketeers (+) over Aggies- Talk about turning around your season, Texas A&M is playing for the NIT championship after having lost eight straight games during the season and are 12-2 SU in their last 14 including four NIT wins. Xavier is 3-0 under interim coach Jonas Hayes. The Musketeers are 35-14-2 as neutral site underdogs while the Aggie4s are 10-2 ATS in their last 12. This time it is XAVIER!

Miami at Boston 7:00 ET

Heat (+) over Celtics- Miami still leads the East with Boston a close second one game behind with Philadelphia and Milwaukee in the wings. The Celtics have been high powered since the All-Star break as they are 13-3 SU and 7-1 ATS in their last eight games overall. The Heat ended a season worst 4-game losing streak with a win (Megabucks) Monday over the Kings and should stay hot as they are 7-1-1 ATS in their last nine road games and 15-6 ATS in their last 21 games as underdogs. Take MIAMI!

Utah at L.A. Clippers 10:00 ET

Clippers (+) over Jazz- Talk about fading as the regular season comes to a close both of these teams have found themselves headed south as the games pick up importance. Utah has dropped four straight while the Clippers have lost five straight and 8-of-10. Los Angels has fallen into the sixth spot in the playoff hunt and have lost both meetings against the Jazz this season by an average of 25 points. With this line being where it is tells me that theJazz are slipping more than LA. Take the CLIPPERS!

Washington State vs Texas A&M 9:00 ET

Cougars (+) over Aggies- Washington State got here the hard way winning a pair of games on the road at SMU and BYU winning by 12 and 19 points respectively and seems to have caught a spark going 7-1 ATS in their last eight games overall. Texas A&M has had the best of it as a No. 1 seed in the NIT they sat at home and defeated Alcorn State, Oregon and Wake Forest covering the last two and being strong favorites in each game. The Aggies have been impressive ATS going 9-2 in their last 11games overall and are 5-2 in last seven at neutral sites. Although the Cougars are 0-5 ATS in their last five games at neutral sites they are 11-5 ATS in their last 16 games as neutral site underdogs. Take WASHINGTON STATE!

Sacramento at Miami 7:30 ET

Heat (-) over Kings- Miami is in the middle of a four-game losing streak and are now tied with Boston for the best record in the East. Lowly Sacramento at 27-48 has won three straight and fine themselves double-digit underdogs against a team with 4-straight losses. Heat coach Eric Spoelstra was missing last time out for personal reasons for just the third time in 14 years and they are 0-3 when he is absent and they are 0-7 ATS in their last seven. With that kind of record it is a line telling me that the Heat are ready to bust out. Take MIAMI! 

Miami vs Kansas 2:20 ET

Jayhawks (-) over Hurricanes- So, Kansas the only Number 1 seed remaining has the task of defeating a well coached 10th seed in the Miami Hurricanes who are 26-10 on the season. The Canes have been under valued all year as their 21-14 ATS record might attest. In Friday's win over Providence the Jayhawks became the winningest program in college basketball history and they are now stopping there. It's a tribute to Miami's coach Larranaga who has brought a team that is ranked No's 330th, 229th and 288th in the three most important defensive categories. Jayhawks can cease the moment and they will as they Final-Four awaits. Take KANSAS!

Brooklyn at Miami 8:00 ET

Heat (+) over Nets- Well, Kyrie Irving has received a 'pardon' and will now be able to play home games as the mask restrictions have been lifted in New York. With his game on the road the team will have all personnel available and if the season ended today these two would meet in the opening round of the playoffs. Miami had a 'heated' exchange between players and coach as they have dropped their last two at home and they are 15-5 ATS in their last 20 games as underdogs and Brooklyn is 8-22 ATS in their last 30 games as favorites. Take MIAMI!

Houston vs Villanova 6:09 ET

Wildcats (+) over Cougars- With two National Championships to their credit in 2016 and 2018 this will be the third time in the past six years that Villanova has made it to the Elite Eight. Houston disposed of Arizona by holding the Wildcats to 25-points below their scoring average, but, these Wildcats present a different problem. They are now 20-6 ATS in their last 26 NCAA tourney games and have the discipline that it takes to win here. Take VILLANOVA!

Iowa State vs Miami-Fl 9:40 ET

Cyclones (+) over Hurricanes- Oh boy, this is a tough one as both clubs won ugly for 'us' already in the first two rounds. Iowa State has won a pair fo Tournament games where as last season the won just two game the entire season. The road for the cyclones in the tourney had them defeating LSU and Wisconsin with a couple of stellar defensive performances holding those squads at 54 and 49 points respectively. The Heels average 78.6ppg and their defense has allowed 72.6 ranking them No. 279 while UCLA play defense and defense travels well at least better than offense and they allow just 64.3ppg. The slower pace can cause any team to get anxious and the the Heels are 7-18-1 ATS as neutral site underdogs and 1-6 ATS in their last seven NCAA Tournament games when underdogs. Mavericks (+) over Timberwolves- Dallas has had a great six weeks going 16-5 in their last 21 games including a win over the Timberwolves on Monday and have moved into a fourth place tie with Utah. Each team has won a game on their own court in the season series and the Mavericks are 10-4 ATS in the last 14 meetings. Minnesota has hit a two-game slide after having won seven of eight while the Mavs are 6-0-1 ATS in their last seven road games and are 7-2 ATS as road underdogs. Take DALLAS

Cougars (+) over Wildcats- Houston is the best 5th seed that I can ever remember seeing play and the oddsmaker seems to agree with me. Arizona is the No. 1 seed in the South and at 33-3 and is in a virtual pick-em situation against the Cougars (31-5) and that show respect for the Five seed. The Cougars feel that the committee slighted them with the seeding and have won 11 of 12 and is in the Sweet-16 for the third straight years while the Wildcats are here for the first time in six years. Cavaliers (+) over Raptors- These two clubs are battling each other for the sixth playoff spot as the Cavaliers currently hold that place one-game ahead of Toronto who they had defeated three times without a loss this season. Both clubs are off losses with Cleveland's coming at home against the Lakers while the Raptors fell at Chicago. The Cavs are 4-1 ATS after a SU loss and Toronto is 0-5 ATS in their last five games as home favorites. Take CLEVELAND!

New York at Charlotte 7:00 ET

Knicks (+) over Hornets- Charlotte is back in action having won five straight and seven of nine and are climbing up the seeding ladder jumping three teams for the playoffs. New York is off a loss late night which makes the 2020-21 season their only winning year in the past nine. The Hornets have won both meetings this season but the Knicks are 6-0 ATS in their last six road games and are 4-1 ATS after a SU loss. Charlotte is just 4-12-1 ATS in their last 17 home games. Wake Forest at Texas A&M 7:00 ET

Demon Deacons (+) over Aggies- Both of these clubs expected a bit to the 'Big Dance' and ended up in the NIT with a chance to go to New York and play at Madison Garden. Texas A&M is the only number 1 seed remaining defeating Oregon 75-60 and have won 10 of their last 11. Wake Forest reached the 25-win plateau for the first time since 2004-05. The Deacons are playing in their seventh NIT and are 12-5 All-time in the tournament. Take WAKE FOREST!

Texas vs Purdue 8:40 ET

Longhorns (+) over Boilermakers- Texas is in foreign territory as they posted a round one win for the first time since 2014 as they handled Virginia Tech 81-73 for the victory. Purdue had no problems with Yale and put the Bulldogs down 78-56 as they continue to dominate the boards holding a 9.5 rebounds-per-game advantage over opponents. The Longhorns are getting it done with defense and that travels well as former Texas Tech coach Chris Beard has them playing well as underdogs at neutral sites going 6-2 ATS. Take TEXAS!

Knicks (+) over Jazz- The Knicks have had the most disappointing season as the chemistry that brought them to to fourth seed in the playoffs last years postseason and are now in the 11th spot in the Eastern Conference. New York has started to show signs of life as they are 6-0 ATS in their last six games as underdogs and 7-1 ATS in their last eight games overall. Hornets (+) over Mavericks- The Hornets have won their last three games overall after a long stretch of poor play as they added defense to their game of late. Dallas has won 8-of-10 and are off a loss to the 76ers last night and are looking to swept the season series having won 120-96 in the first meetings back in December. The Hornets are 5-2 ATS in their last seven games overall and 6-1-1 ATS playing on two-days rest. Take CHARLOTTE!

Michigan vs Tennessee 5:10 ET

Wolverines (+) over Volunteers- It has been a roller coaster year for the Wolverines and many never expected them to make it to the 'Big Dance.' Michigan was one of the favorites to reach the Finals and at 17-14 it was a shocker to be selected seeded No. 11 and defeated No. 5 seed Colorado State. After the suspensions and fights the Wolverines have rallied together and had a 28-point turnaround in their win and their confidence couldn't be any higher. Take MICHIGAN!

Bulls (+) over Suns- Chicago who was one of the biggest money makers in their first half of the season have hit their June swoon a bit early this year as they have dropped seven of last nine games and have lost their last four meetings against Phoenix. The Suns own the NBA's best record and have won seven of nine games since Chris Paul injured his finger. The Bulls are 9-2 ATS in their last 11 games in Phoenix. Take CHICAGO!

San Francisco vs. Murray State 9:40 ET

Dons (+) over Racers- It's been a great year for Murray State as they are undefeated in 2022 winning 20 in-a-row and have not lost since December 22 and are 30-2 on the season and aside from Arizona and South Dakota State are the one of three with 30 wins. San Francisco is 24-9 out of the Big West and a 10 seed is making their first NCAA appearance since 1988. The Racers are 3-7 ATS as neutral site favorites are while the Dons are 4-1 ATS in their last five games overall. Take SAN FRANCISCO.

Detroit at Orlando 7:00 ET

Pistons (+) over Magic- It's official...the Pistons and Magic have been eliminated from postseason play as the meet for the fourth time with Detroit holding a 2-1 games lead. Orlando who is not known for their defense had Kyrie Irving drop 60-points on them last time out as they surrendered 150 total points to Brooklyn. The Pistons are playing their best ball of the year and are 11-1 ATS in their last 12 games overall and 6-0 ATS as road dogs. Take DETROIT!

Portland at New York 7:30 ET

Knicks (-) over Trailblazers- I am a bit confused when I see New York losers in 13 of their last 17 games are favorites by double-digits. When I see Portland has lost 7-of-8 and all but one of those were by single digits a 122-113 loss to Atlanta. The Knicks have blown nine double-digit leads one of which was to the Blazers who outscored the Knicks 35-11 in the fourth quarter and posted a 23-point come-from-behind win. This time they hold the lead. Take NEW YORK!

Indiana vs Wyoming 9:10 ET

Cowboys (+) over Hoosiers- After spending the past six years like a dateless girl on prom night Indiana has an invite to the 'Big Dance' albeit a 'First Four' play-in matchup with Wyoming in Dayton. The Hoosiers put on a much needed surge in the conference payoffs defeating Michigan and Illinois before falling to Iowa on a buzzer beater. Wyoming is playing in the tourney for the first time since 2015 while the Hoosiers are 1-3-1 ATS in their last five NCAA tourney games. The Cowboys are 9-3 ATS in their last 12 neutral site games and 11-4 ATS in their last 15 games as underdogs. Take WYOMING!

Phoenix at New Orleans 8:00 ET

Pelicans (+) over Suns- Sometimes less is actually more as players step-up when needed as the Pelicans scored 130 points against Houston with their two top scoring players Brandon Ingram and CJ McCollum sidelined. Phoenix of course is still without Chris Paul but still have the best overall record in the NBA. The 'numbers' (trends) are one-sided lending support for Phoenix but is will be a stormy night for the Suns in New Orleans. Take the PELICANS!

Kings (+) over Bulls- Something is not right with Chicago as they seem to have hit a wall as their quality of play overall has fallen off. They had lost five-in-row and bounced back with a pair of wins over the Pistons and Cavaliers and most likely will be without Zach LaVine who is having back issues. The Kings have lost four straight and 9-of-11 while Chicago's DeRozan slumps and they are 1-6 ATS in their last seven overall and 0-4 ATS on the road. Texas A&M vs Tennessee 1:00 ET

Volunteers (-) over Aggies- Many thought that the Aggies would have had to win the SEC tournament to reach the 'Big Dance' but having won three straight including two victories over Top 25 ranked teams they know that they have already punched their ticket. Texas A&M will be playing their fourth game in four days with one of their games having gone overtime will start to wear down before this encounter is over. The two teams met in once this season in Knoxville where the home Vols posted a 90-80 win and they do it again here. Take TENNESSEE!

Knicks (+) over Nets- Kyrie Irving will be in attendance this afternoon but he will not be in uniform for the Nets as the nonconformist is still afraid of needles. Texas Tech vs Kansas 6:00 ET

Red Raiders (+) over Jayhawks- These two enter this fray off different scenarios as Texas Tech was lucky to survive against Oklahoma while the Jayhawks had an easy time against TCU. Each won at home in the two regular season meetings and it is fitting that the winner here gets the automatic big to the Big Dance. Kansas has played well against lesser teams going 6-2 ATS as favorites while the Red Raiders are 5-0 ATS in their last five as underdogs and are 14-3 ATS in their last 17 games against teams with winning records above 60%. Raptors (+) over Suns- The Raptors ended a 3-game losing streak with the return of Fred VanVleet on Wednesday defeating the Spurs 119-104 as he scored a team high 26 points. These two met in Toronto earlier and the Suns prevailed 99-95 but this time they are without Chris Paul this time around. Phoenix is 40-games over .500 and have won 11 of 13 and are off a dominating win over Miami. The Raptors are 8-2 ATS against teams winning better than 60% of their games and the Suns are 1-4 ATS in their last five games as home favorites. Take TORONTO!

Virginia Tech vs Notre Dame 7:00 ET

Hokies (+) over Fighting Irish- There is something to be said about having momentum when playing in conference tournaments and after a dramatic 3-point buzzer beating win over Clemson in the opening round has the Hokies are in high spirits. Notre Dame closed their regular season with a 78-54 blow-out win over hapless Pittsburgh and will find the competition a bit higher tonight. Tech won the lone meeting this season 79-73 in Blacksburg coming from 10-points down in the second half. The Irish are 1-6 ATS in neutral site games. Take VIRGINIA TECH!

Golden Gophers (+) over Nittany Lions- Although Ohio State lost last time out they are really concerned as to which of these teams t be too upset as to which of these 14th and 11th seeds advance to meet them the winner on Thursday. Both clubs won on their home court splitting the season series with Minnesota entering this fray having lost their last three as has Penn State. Hawks (+) over Bucks- It appears that the Bucks are rounding into playoff shape as they have now won their last four games averaging 128.4 points for the week. This is the third meeting of the season between these two and the Hawks have posted a pair of wins and are looking to sweep the season series as they are 13-5 ATS in the last 18 meetings in Milwaukee. Pelicans (+) over Grizzlies- Last time out for the Pelicans they broke 'our' hearts by losing 138-130 in overtime at Denver Saturday night a game where they led by 11-points with 3:22 left in the game as newcomer CJ McCollum said they 'should have won this game in regulation. Memphis blew a 10-point lead of their own against Houston Sunday has cooled off and has dropped four of their last seven and are 1-7 ATS min the last eight meetings. Spurs (+) over Lakers- Los Angeles ended a four-game losing streak with a 124-116 win over Golden State led by an epic performance by 37-year old LeBron James and his 56 points. San Antonio has lost four straight and finished their nine game road trip with four wins and returns for just their second home game since February fourth. Coach Popovich is one win shy of tying Don Nelson with 1,334 wins and should get it here tonight. Hawkeyes (+) over Wolverines- Both clubs are on an upswing as Iowa has won four straight and seven of eight with the loss coming at home against these Wolverines. For Michigan it seems that 'less is more' as they are off another win while Juwan Howard serves out his five-game suspension but are only 4-10 ATS after a SU win. Although I look to play 'on' a team favored over a ranked team in this situation I like the advantages the Hawkeyes have with the 5th ranked offense scoring 83.7ppg while the Wolves rank No. 188 on defense. Tigers (+) over Razorbacks- Arkansas has made a move winning their last four games and 13 of the past 14 games defeating four ranked team in the process. SU was ranked No.12 before it hit the skids as they are 5-7 since January 15 when they fell at home to these same Razorbacks. Arkansas is off an emotional 75-73 win over No. 6 Kentucky Saturday and may get caught in an emotional down turn here off their victory over the Wildcats. Take L.S.U.!

Hornets (+) over Cavaliers- This is sort of a 'East meets West' type of game where the top-rated defensive team the Cavaliers are surrendering just 102.7ppg while Charlotte is the No. 1 ranked offensive team scoring at a 114.3ppg clip. There is something happening to Cleveland of late as they were an underdog at home last time out while have a 17-game advantage in the standings and this one looks suspicious as well with this 'price' so cheap with the favorite. The Hornets are 9-3-1 ATS in their last 13 road games and are 4-1 ATS in their last five trips to Cleveland. Take CHARLOTTE!

Dallas at L.A. Lakers 10:00 ET

Lakers over Mavericks- When a team plays as bad as the Lakers are playing and is receiving the amount of negative media coverage that they are getting they seem to rally together. LA trailed the lowly Pelicans by as many as 32-points in an embarrassing 123-95 home defeat. Dallas rallied for a win at Golden State outscoring the Warriors 33-13 in the fourth quarter. The Mavericks have having a swell road trip but they are just 2-5 ATS in their seven meetings in LA. Lakers are 8-3 ATS following a SU loss. Take LOS ANGELES LAKERS!

Kansas at T.C.U. 8:00 ET

Horned Frogs (+) over Jayhawks- No. 6 Kansas still has a half-game lead over Baylor despite their 80-70 (Power Play) to the Bears on Saturday. TCU is trying to rise above the 'bubble' and upset No. 9 Texas Tech on Saturday as they have five wins against top-25 clubs. The Jayhawks lost in Waco has them at 2-7 ATS in their last seven road games while TCU is 8-2-1 ATS in their last 11 games as underdogs. Take TEXAS CHRISTIAN!

Syracuse at North Carolina 7:00 ET

Orange (+) over Tar Heels- Having won their last three games the Tar Heels still have a shot at the ACC regular season title (a surprise to me) and need a win here tonight and again in their final game at Duke. Syracuse who will need a tourney push to qualify for the 'Big Dance' has dropped their last two including a 97-72 drubbing by Duke Saturday. The Boeheim trio are gutty and respond after a defeat and are 7-2 ATS after a SU loss and 11-5 ATS after a double digit loss. The dog is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings and UNC is 1-5 ATS after an ATS win. Take SYRACUSE!

Ohio State at Maryland 4:00 ET

Terrapins (+) over Buckeyes- No. 19 Ohio State is off a huge win at Illinois Thursday having won their last two games and are 9-2 ATS in their last 11 games overall. Maryland is 13-15 SU and could be headed for their first losing season in 29 years. But, this afternoon they will honor their 2002 National Champions and that will add pride and incentive for the Terps. The home team is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings Take MARYLAND!

Memphis at Chicago 8:00 ET

Grizzlies (+) over Bulls- Memphis who at times looks like the best team in the NBA has dropped their last two and now face the hottest player in the league in DeMar DeRozen who has scored 30 points or more in nine straight games as Chicago enters this contest winners of their last six. The Grizzlies have won the last three meetings and are 6-1 ATS in their last seven games after an ATS loss and they are 12-3 ATS in their last 15 as underdogs. Take MEMPHIS!

Virginia Tech at Miami 3:00 ET

Hokies (+) over Hurricanes- The last time these two met Miami sank a half-court buzzer-beater defeating the 5-point favorite Hokies 78-75. Since then Virginia Tech is 7-1 with their lone loss to North Carolina. It's Senior night in Miami and so many of them are going home in tears. Timberwolves (+) over 76ers- With or without James Harden all of a sudden the 76ers are a team to fade. When and where Harden plays with Philadelphia the mindset has changed for the core of the team but for the newcomer it will be more of the same. Break a teams offensive flow so that you can show your skills which just don't seem to click when it counts most. The T'wolves are 'comers' and with Karl-Anthony Towns leading the way they are a threat. Take MINNESOTA!

Northwestern at Penn State 7:00 ET

Wildcats (+) over Nittany Lions- Although neither of these clubs is in any real contention in the Big Ten there seeding in the Conference tournament extends a bye in the first round. Northwestern can clinch a bye with a win over the Nittany Lions who defeated the Cats at home the first week of January. The dogs is 4-1 ATS in the last four meetings and Penn State is 8-0 ATS in their last eight home games. So, after defeating the Wildcats earlier they are a meager favorite here because they are in trouble. Take NORTHWESTERN!

UCLA at Oregon 9:30 ET

Ducks (+) over Bruins- Oregon who defeated the Bruins in LA has dropped 3-of-4 and are off an 84-81 loss to Arizona held UCLA to 39.7% shooting in the first matchup. Shooting seems to be an issue with the Bruins as that once again shot under 40% last time out against lowly ASU. The little bears don't seem to travel all that well as they are 2-5 ATS in their last seven road games and 17-39 ATS in their last 56 road games as favorites. Ducks sitting pretty here get the win. Atlanta at Chicago 8:00 ET

Hawks (+) over Bulls- Things change although they may appear to be the same. Chicago has won five straight riding the coattails of DeMar DeRozan who has scored 35 or more points in seven straight games and all while shooting over 50% from the floor. But, the Bulls who defeated the Hawks at home as a -7.5-point favorites 131-117 are now despite the hot run are favored by 3-points less. Atlanta who has won their last two before the break is doing what they did last year, in that they were below the .500 mark and then they put it together in the second half. Playing better the Hawks are 11-5 ATS in their last 16 games. Take ATLANTA!

Xavier at Providence 7:00 ET

Musketeers (+) over Friars- Providence managed to overcome a 19-point second-half deficit and defeat Butler but it wasn't good enough to cover as they fell to our Money Game winner. So, here they are the over-achieving Friars are the Big East leaders at 12-2 and here is inconsistent Xavier 7-8 in conference playing in what the odds-makers deem to be a virtual pick-em affair. The ball has bounced the Jesuits way and the pendulum swings both ways. Take XAVIER!

Baylor at Oklahoma State 9:00 ET

Cowboys (+) over Bears- It seems a bit strange to me that No. 7 Baylor who ranked No. 1 before losing to the Cowboys in mid-January are now trailing Kansas by 1.5-games in the Big-12. The Bears have slipped some as they have been playing with 40% of their starters down as both Adam Flager and LJ Cryer are down with foot and knee issues. OSU is 4-1 ATS in their last five games as home underdogs and the dog is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings. Take OKLAHOMA STATE!

Wolverines (+) over Badgers- The Maze and Blue are on the proverbial postseason bubble at 14-10 but are coming off a huge Megabucks 84-79 win at Iowa Thursday night while No. 16 Wisconsin was winning their 20th game of the season 74-69 at Indiana. The Wolverines are 4-1 ATS in their last five games as underdogs and the underdog is 17-6 ATS in the last 23 meetings. Badgers once of the worst 3-point shooting teams are 0-4 ATS as home favorites and are up against one of the nation's best 3-point defenders. Take MICHIGAN!

Virginia at Miami 5:00 ET

Cavaliers (+) over Hurricanes- Miami has only three losses in ACC action losing twice by 1-point to Florida State and a 71-58 loss at Virginia. This might lead one to think that the Hurricanes would get some revenge but not so fast bunkie....The Cavaliers had won four straight before falling to Virginia Tech last time out and they are 6-0 ATS after a loss. Still ranked No. 11 on defense the Cavs surrender just 59.7 ppg and Miami is ranked No. 336 in defensive efficiency. Take VIRGINIA!

Iowa at Ohio State 2:00 ET

Hawkeyes (+) over Buckeyes- Having used Michigan as a Power Play winner over Iowa Thursday night have 'feel' good coming back with them against even at Ohio State. The Buckeyes are 11-0 SU at home but will be up against the nation's No. 4 offense averaging 83.8 ppg. This has been a home and favorite's series going 7-3 ATS and 6-2 ATS respectively. Buckeyes are off a 25-point win over Minnesota but with find Saturday's action a bit tougher. Take IOWA!

Butler at St. John's 5:00 ET

Red Storm (-) over Bulldogs- Two of the Big East middle-of-the-roaders square off at Carnesecca Arena on the St. John's campus and that is a special home court advantage. Butler enters having won their last two after losing seven of nine is in a tough spot as the home team is 13-3 ATS in the last 16 meetings with the favorite going 4-0 ATS in the last four. Sun Devils (+) over Ducks- This one just doesn't look right! Here is Oregon at 17-8 and 5-1 SU on the road at ASU who is 8-15 on the season and just a meager favorite. Sun Devils coach Bobby Hurley's club has an upset win over No. 3 UCLA but are just 4-9 in Pac-12 play while the Ducks are 10-4 and tied with USC for the second spot behind Arizona. The Ducks have won 5-of-6 but are 0-4 ATS in their last four games overall. ASU is 5-1 ATS after a SU win having won at Washington State last time out and are the play here. Take ARIZONA STATE!
