Boston at Washington 8:00 ET

Celtics (+) over Wizards- Washington has been playing in spurts. Especially at home where they have won twice against the Celtics without a loss. After opening this series with a 16-0 run in Boston the Wizards lost the game by 123-111. In Game 3 and Game 4 at home they ran streaks of 22-0 and 26-0 in blowout victories. Home teams have had huge wins going 5-0 ATS so far but Boston is 9-4 ATS in the last 13 meetings overall. This time out the trend ends. Take the CELTICS!  

San Antonio at Houston 8:00 ET

Rockets (-) over Spurs- Hold-on a minute...The Spurs who are the No. 2 seed in the West are a heavier underdog (+7) at Houston then the Rockets (+5.5) were at San Antonio. My first thoughts are that Kawhi Leonard is injury is more severe then we are being let-on. The Spurs were 2-0 at Houston during the regular season and are 4-1 ATS in their last five meetings there. James Harden the unstoppable force on the Rockets is off a terrible performance in Game 5 committing nine turnovers and shooting poorly. I expect that all to turn around tonight. Take HOUSTON! 

Boston at Washington 6:30 ET

Celtics (+) over Wizards- Scoring steaks have been the forte of the Wizards as they raced out to a 16-0 lead in Game 1 of this series (lost 123-111) and came on with a 22-0 run in the first quarter of Game 3 a 116-89 win. Washington has also become the 'physical' team in the series knocking out Celtics guard Isaiah Thomas' front teeth as he dropped from a high of 53 points to a low of 13. There were eight technical fouls and three ejections in Thursday's contest as tension rolled over from regular season issues. Two key trends bring the Celtics to the forefront as they are 6-1 ATS after losing by 10 points or more and they have won eight of the last 11 meetings. Take BOSTON! 

Golden State at Utah 8:30 ET

Jazz (+) over Warriors- Now, let me think about this...the thing that is on the minds of the Golden State Warriors is 'where can they party in Utah?' Yes, they have won the first two games of this series easily (0-2 ATS) and they are 6-0 ATS in their last six road games. We all understand the overall firepower of the Warriors but everything take a different perspective on the NBA playoff road. Take UTAH!

San Antonio at Houston 9:39 ET

Spurs (+) over Rockets- I know I've seen teams come back from losses in a big way but the 52-point turn around from Game 1 (Rockets win 126-99) and Game 2 (Spurs win 121-96) is the biggest swing in point differential I can remember. Now, San Antonio will be without point guard Tony Parker who is averaging 16 points in the playoffs will miss the rest of the season after he suffered a ruptured quadricep and the Spurs will have to adjust. The Rockets have struggled to 'cover' at home going 1-6 ATS in their last seven as hosts. Houston captured the Spurs attention with their humiliating Game 1 blowout loss and they have adjusted their style and intensity. Take SAN ANTONIO!

Boston at Washington 8:00 ET

Celtics (+) over Wizards- Since dropping the opening to playoff games to Chicago the Celtics have reeled off six straight wins and 'covers' as the entire team rallied around Isaiah Thomas' personal tragedy. Thomas scored 51 points on what would have been his sister's 23rd birthday and was almost matched by John Wall (40 points) until the final pressure minutes in the fourth quarter and overtime. Boston is 8-2 ATS in the last 10 meetings and are 5-0 ATS in their last five after a straight-up win. Take BOSTON! 

Toronto at Cleveland 7:00 ET

Raptors (+) over Cavaliers- Well, I guess that answers that question...what question is that you ask? After a losing final month of the regular season it is, Can the Cavaliers just turn it on any time they want? Yep, it appears so. Cleveland has won five straight playoff games since their last regular season game (a home loss versus Toronto) covering the last three. Toronto now down 0-1 once again in playoff series has lost their opening game of a playoff series 12 of 13 times but they are 5-1 ATS after a straight-up loss. Take TORONTO! 

Washington at Boston 8:00 ET

Celtics (-) over Wizards- After dropping their first two games to Chicago the Celtics have stormed back with five straight wins and covers. The Wizards defeated Atlanta in six-games as their guard based offense ran past the Hawks. Washington already realizes that their guards won't be able to dominate Boston's front court as Isaiah Thomas, Avery Bradley and Marcus Smart provide defense and scoring. The Wizards are just 2-7 ATS in the last nine meetings and are 0-6 ATS in their last six meetings in Boston! Take the CELTICS!

Houston at San Antonio 9:30 ET

Spurs (-) over Rockets- Last season the Rockets James Harden claimed that 'he' was the MVP and this year he said it again. Only, this year he went head-to-head with his 'MVP' competition in the playoffs getting the best of Russell Westbrook and now he up against one of the 'other' MVP choices in Kawhi Leonard. Teams win Championships not individuals and the Spurs have a deeper team. Houston led the NBA in 3-point attempts per game but San Antonio led the NBA in 3-point percentage (39.1%) while the Rockets shot 28.4%. Tonight, that will be the difference. Take SAN ANTONIO!  

Utah at L.A. Clippers 3:30 ET

Jazz (+) over Clippers- Okay, so the Clippers won a game they 'had to win' and kudos to them but I'm still not a believer. The question is are they better without Blake Griffin as the numbers might indicate or are they riding on a fragile point guard that I have yet to see do it. Now, that has been said about many athletes until the win...but, some never do! The question on the Utah side is can Rudy Gobert who has been hobbled with knee injuries can fend off DeAndre Jordan. Gordon Hayward does not crack under pressure. Take the JAZZ!

Boston at Chicago 8:00 ET

Bulls (+) over Celtics- The Bulls jumped out to a quick start (2-0) in this No.1 versus No. 8 opening round matchup but Boston has rebounded into position to close the series with what could be their fourth straight win here. The Celtics started the series with heavy emotional baggage as the death of the 21-year old sister of All-Star guard Isiah Thomas and dropped the first two at home. Jimmy Butler the Bulls leading scorer when to the free throw line one once in Game 4 in Boston after going to the line 23 times in Chicago in Game 4. Both Butler and the Bulls will rebound tonight. Take CHICAGO!

San Antonio at Memphis 9:30 ET

Grizzlies (+) over Spurs- The home team is 5-0 in this Best-of-7 series both straight-up and ATS as the Grizzlies enter Game 6 down 3-2. Memphis held 'service' as well during the regular season as they have have won the last four meetings and 'covered' when hosting. Defense is the key for Memphis as they held the Spurs to 42.4% shooting at home while allowing the Spurs to shoot 52.2% in San Antonio. The Grizzlies lead the playoff teams in free throw shooting hitting 87.8%. Take MEMPHIS!

Atlanta at Washington 6:00 ET

Hawks (+) over Wizards- It's sort of like a 'Tale of Two Cities' with both clubs holding serve and winning at home. Now, that is not so unusual in the NBA but the manner in which the home teams won left no doubt. But, after the way Atlanta rebounded from an 0-2 deficit with Paul Millsap dominating in the paint and Dwight Howard contributing defensively the Hawks are brimming with confidence. Washington was outscored in the paint 104-64 in Atlanta and tho they will sure-up that area of need it won't be enough. Take ATLANTA!

Oklahoma City at Houston 8:00 ET

Rockets (-) over Thunder- All season long I have had problems playing 'on' the Thunder believing that one man can not defeat five players. On Sunday, I thought that Russell Westbrook's supporting cast could do enough to win at home in critical Game 4...I was wrong! The trouble here is that Westbrook can take his team just so far and if he doesn't have a clutch 4th quarter Oklahoma City has no chance. One can make the point that the Rockets are just 1-5 ATS in their last six home games but we see that the Thunder are just 3-13 ATS in their last 16 trips to Houston. Take the ROCKETS!

Golden State at Portland 10:30 ET

Trailblazers (+) over Warriors- I know this will be a tough on to take after what we have all witnessed the two games of this series. It has not gone like the No.1 versus No. 8 series between Boston and Chicago as it has gone the way most expect a No.1 seed to dominate a No. 8 seed. Even without Kevin Durant (they played plenty without him this season) their was little adjustment needed. The Warriors started to turn it on with about 10 games remaining and have gone 5-0 both straight-up and ATS in their last five road games. They have also had success in Portland going 11-5 ATS in their last 16 at the Moda Center. But, with that being said I see all to often when a team gets humiliated like that on national TV they come back with a focus and a purpose that is difficult to deal with. The Trailblazers are 5-0 ATS in their last five games following an ATS loss. Take PORTLAND!

Boston at Chicago 7:00 ET

Celtics (+) over Bulls- Entering this series their was so much talk of how the Celtics under Brad Stevens leadership are 2-10 in the playoffs and haven't won a road playoff game. Well, he better win one quick after Boston's 'home' performances in the first two NBA playoff games. The No. 1 seed is down 0-2 and were totally out-played by the Bulls who had to win a tie-breaker over Miami to qualify for the post-season. Adding fuel to the fire Boston isn just 9-19-2 ATS in their last 30 meetings against the Bulls and 3-10-1 ATS in their last 14 games in Chicago. Yep, I know it, but I also know that of the Celtics don't win here they are toast. Take BOSTON! 

San Antonio at Memphis 9:30 ET

Grizzlies (+) over Spurs- If Memphis is to have any chance of getting past the Spurs (fat chance) they will have to score more then 82 points which they posted in both Games 1 & 2 as the trail the series 0-2. The hoards who believe that it is Kawhi Leonard who is the MVP have been supported by his play making ALL 28 free throws that he has attempted while scoring 69 points in the two games. Memphis who was 2-0 at home against San Antonio during the regular season but are 0-4 ATS in their last four games overall. This time the Grizzlies compete four 48 minutes. Take MEMPHIS! 

Oklahoma City at Houston 8:00 ET

Thunder (+) over Rockets- There were no triple-doubles in Game 1 between James Harden and Russell Westbrook as the Rockets ran past Oklahoma City in the second half and won by 31 points. Not only was Westbrook shooting poorly (6-23) and turning the ball over (9) but the Thunder were out-rebounded 56-41 in Sunday's 118-87 loss. The two MVP candidates will once again give it their all but Oklahoma City is in a pressure situation. Houston who beats the Rockets like a drum (10-1 ATS in last 11) but they haven't done it of late going 1-9 ATS in their last 10 overall. Take THUNDER!

Atlanta at Washington 7:00 ET

Hawks (+) over Wizards- After Game 1 a 114-107 win by Washington the Hawks were complaining that the Wizards were playing tough and fouling every chance they got. Atlanta went to the free throw line 39 times and don't like that because they are so weak on fundamentals like shooting free throws. Now, which is better the Hawks getting fouled or the Grizzlies against the Spurs not getting any calls. Maybe if Atlanta didn't commit 21 turnovers they would have a chance. The NBA's most-over-rated player Dwight Howard scored just seven points Sunday and will have to step it up here. Ha, I think he will. Take the HAWKS!

Milwaukee at Toronto 7:00 ET

Raptors (-) over Bucks- The Bucks had lost 13 of their last 15 regular season games came out with a dominating 97-83 win over the Raptors in Game 1 of their Playoff series. Toronto managed just 32 pints in the second half as Milwaukee's Giannis Antetokounmpo was 13-of-18 scoring 28 points. Game 2 of any playoff series can be tricky but Toronto is 4-0 ATS in their last four games following a straight-up loss and they are still 5-2 ATS in their last seven meetings against the Bucks. Take TORONTO! 

Indiana and Cleveland 7:00 ET

Cavaliers (-) over Pacers- After dominating play and shooting the 'lights' out of the ball the Cavaliers failed to 'cover' in Game 1 of their series because of poor foul shooting (52%). The Cavaliers blew a 10-point lead in the fourth quarter but still managed a 109-108 victory. Lance Stephenson who has played just seven games this season (Pacers signed him with six games remaining in the regular season) always seems to play well when he's up against LeBron James and had 16 points in Game 1. The Pacers are now just 13-28 on the road and will suffer once more tonight. Take CLEVELAND!

Atlanta at Washington 1:00 ET

Hawks (+) over Wizards- Washington had one of the great runs in the NBA this season but finished losing five of their last eight and ended up with the No. 4 seed and will host Atlanta who is the No. 5 seed. Atlanta turned it on at the end of the regular season winning four straight until they 'rested' keys players in their season ending loss. The Hawks had dropped eight of nine without All-star Paul Millsap before turning it around the last five games when he returned to the lineup. Hawks fly here. Take ALTANTA!

Indiana at Cleveland 3:30 ET

Cavaliers (-) over Pacers- Oh boy, I can't tell you how much I like this bet! Here are the Cavaliers who had the top seed sewed up with four games to go and went on the lose their last four and ended up the No. 2 seed. Indiana has won five of six with Lance Stephenson in the lineup and he as he has shown in the past has no fear going up against LeBron James. The Pacers struggled on defense ranked 20th and Cleveland leads the NBA in 3-point percentage and 3-pointers made per game (13). The Cavaliers have won three of four against Indiana and they win here. Take CLEVELAND! 

Philadelphia at New York 8:00 ET

76ers over Knicks- So, who is happier that the season is ending the Knicks or the 76ers? I believe I know as New York quit on the season some time in early February whereas Philadelphia has fought hard night after night. The 76ers have won two-of-three meetings this season and are 23-17 ATS on the road this year. New York has been talking about the off-season for months and now they get a chance to play golf. Take PHILADELPHIA!

Houston at L.A. Clippers 10:30 ET

Clippers (-) over Rockets- The Houston Rockets have shown the biggest improvement of all NBA teams this season and I need not go into the details. They are 'locked' into the No. 3 seed in the West and close their season at home against Minnesota on Wednesday. So,don't expect much out of the Rockets tonight as James Harden get a chance to rehab his sore wrist and is expected to 'rest' Lou Williams. The Clippers are tied with Utah for the fourth playoff spot and although the Rockets have dominated LA this season winning both meetings by a combined 43 points but will bring intensity into tonight contest. Take CLIPPERS!  

San Antonio at Portland 10:00 ET

Spurs (-) over Trailblazers- Portland has put together a great run to make the playoffs as the final and No. 8 seed and get to play Golden State in the first round. The Trailblazers have been playing with huge intensity and now get to play without the pressure that they have been carrying for the last month. The Spurs are the other hand are 'locked' into their No. 3 spot and haven't been playing well and now coach Gregg Popovich says, 'nobody is going to rest.' Stange price to lay on the road but tonight it's the SPURS!

Boston at Charlotte 6:00 ET

Hornets (+) over Celtics- Both these clubs have dropped their last two games and have lost out on their primary goals. Boston was in the top spot in the East before after getting wasted by Cleveland on Wednesday then got ambushed by Atlanta Thursday night. Charlotte dropped their last two to fall three games behind the final playoff spot and as of now have no pressure while the Celtics are down-trodden and beatable right now. Take CHARLOTTE! 

San Antonio at Dallas 8:30 ET

Mavericks (-) over Spurs- We are all aware of teams 'tanking' and giving multiple players 'rest' in the same game but the Spurs position here is acceptable. San Antonio is 'locked-into' the No. 2 seed behind Golden State and they are also the No. 2 seed overall. In their last contest against the Lakers on Wednesday when Kawhi Leonard, center Pau Gasol and LeMarcus Aldridge saw only 18 minutes of action with others sitting the game out completely. Take the MAVERICKS!

Boston at Atlanta 8:00 ET

Hawks (+) over Celtics- I know that the Hawks are sliding backwards losing nine of their last 11 but have welcomed the return of All-star forward Paul Millsap who is furious with the team's loss to the league worst club (Brooklyn) last time out. The Celtics were completely destroyed by the Cavaliers last night a loss that will have some Impact as reality sets in. Most will believe that Boston will bounce-back from yesterday's loss but I'm betting on the bang-bang theory and expect them to lose again. Take ATLANTA!

Brooklyn at Orlando 7:00 ET

Nets (+) over Magic- Brooklyn the NBA's worst team (by far) is in the mist of a three-game winning streak their longest of the season. Including in the streak is a 121-111 home win over Orlando last Sunday and a 141-118 pounding of the 76ers. Orlando had won the five previous meetings and are 4-1-1 ATS in the last six meetings in Orlando. The Magic have dropped their last five games going 0-5 ATS and are just 2-8 ATS in their last 10 and will be without forward Jeff Green. The Nets haven't quit and are the side once again. Take BROOKLYN! 

Charlotte at Washington 7:00 ET

Hornets (+) over Wizards- After putting together two of the best months in the NBA season Washington has fallen off a bit of late losing their last three and are 3-7 ATS in their last 10. Charlotte on the other hand has won their last three and 7-of-9 both straight-up and ATS. The Hornets sit in 10th place in the East but are just one-game behind Miami for the eighth and final playoff spot. Although Charlotte is 1-5 ATS in the last six meetings they are off a 98-93 home win over the Wizards in their last encounter. Washington is 0-7 ATS after a straight-up loss. Take CHARLOTTE!

Brooklyn at Philadelphia 7:00 ET

Nets (+) over 76ers- At the end of February the Nets had lost 16 in-a-row and were 40-games under .500 at 9-49. Since that point Brooklyn is a respectable 9-10 (for them) as center Brook Lopez has led the way as the Nets have gone 6-1 ATS in their last seven road games. Philadelphia has won all three meetings this season and yet comes up such a meager favorite at home. The Nets Jeremy Lin should have 'free rein' as 76ers guard Sergio Rodriguez will be sidelined. Take BROOKLYN.

Oregon (3) vs North Carolina (1) 8:50 ET

Tar Heels (-) over Ducks- The last time Oregon was at the Final-4 (1939) the first of the NCAA Tournaments there were only eight teams invited as they were know as the Webfoots. On the other side the last time North Carolina was here Villanova threw it in at the buzzer to win it all and left the Tar Heels runner-up. Leading the nation with nine teams represented in the ACC is down to North Carolina who is 7-1 ATS in their last eight against the PAC-12 while Oregon is 17-7-1 ATS in their last 25 games. The Tar Heels who lead the nation in rebounding (+13) are also 4-0 lifetime against the Ducks and are in their 20th Final Four. Take NORTH CAROLINA!

South Carolina (7) vs Gonzaga (1) 6:09 ET

Bulldogs (-) over Gamecocks- Well, my question is, 'does anyone believe in Gonzaga now that they have reached the Final Four? I really don't think so. When I see this South Carolina team play (especially Sindarius Thornwell) I find it difficult to believe that they actually lost 10 games this season. We realize that the Gamecocks are led by their defense and they allow just 65 points per game but few realize the Bulldogs play great defense as well allowing just 60.9 points while averaging 83.2 points, SC scores 72.7 points per contest. The 'numbers' grade out to the Bulldogs advantage (big). Take GONZAGA!

Dallas at Memphis 8:00 ET

Mavericks (+) over Grizzlies- The Mavericks were making a move of the final playoffs spot but three straight losses have put a damper on their hopes as they find themselves three full games off the pace. Dallas has taken four of the last five meetings (4-1 ATS) with the loss a 80-64 beat down in November when the Mavs were without Dirk Nowitzki and now the Grizzlies are without center Marc Gasol. Memphis is pretty much 'locked' into their playoff seed and are just waiting for the playoffs to start. Take DALLAS!  

Houston at Portland 10:35 ET

Trailblazers (+) over Rockets- Houston has defeated Portland in both meetings so far averaging 128 points with James Harden leading the way with 32 points, 12 assists and seven rebounds winning by 16.5 points a game. Right now, the Trailblazers are the hottest team in the NBA winning 12 of 15 games in March and hold a one-game lead over Denver for the final playoff spot in the West. Harden put up his 20th triple-double against Golden State Tuesday night but it was obvious to viewers that Harden is 'hurting' as he injured is left wrist. That may be the difference tonight. Take PORTLAND!

Georgia Tech vs Texas Christian 8:00 ET

Yellow Jackets (+) over Horned Frogs- After getting 'crushed' in the NIT Tuesday I feel somewhat better after last night's win with Wyoming in the CBI as another of my 'Highest-Rated' releases. This one seems a bit odd as both these teams were a four seed and yet TCU comes up a strong favorite on a neutral court in New York. It seems even more out of the realm when we realize that Georgia Tech is 16-5 ATS in their last 21 games. The Horned Frogs are now 6-1 since dropping their final seven regular season games and have coach Jamie Dixon who is 27-15 lifetime at Madison Square Garden having led Pittsburgh to the Big East title nine years ago. In a tough one...take GEORGIA TECH!

Coastal Carolina at Wyoming 9:00 ET

Cowboys (-) over Chanticleers- To start with as a former High School teacher and coach I had to find out what a Chanticleer because I had no idea what I was writing about. Okay, it's a 'feisty rooster' in Fairy Tales, sort of like the idea that Coastal Carolina has a chance tonight. Not in my book! The Cowboys who are 3-10 on the road took it on the chin in Conway, South Carolina and now those 'feisty roosters' find themselves tied by a Cowboy lasso as Wyoming is 17-3 straight-up at home and 7-2 ATS in their last nine including their Game 1 loss. CC is just 3-10 on the road losing by a 11.2 average. Take WYOMING! 

Atlanta at Philadelphia 7:00 ET

76ers over Hawks- As long as any team that has Dwight Howard as their center is an imposter and won't winning anything that counts. Atlanta who just broke a seven-game losing streak beating Phoenix 95-91 last night has defeated the 76ers in the last six meetings and are 6-1 AST in their last seven meetings in Philadelphia. The 76ers return home after a five-game (2-3) road trip where they are 17-19 straight-up. But, their home advantage is really against the points where they are 15-2 ATS in their last 17 games playing as hosts. Take PHILADELPHIA!

Texas Christian vs Central Florida 9:00 ET

Knights (+) over Horned Frogs- A pair of No. 4 seeds meet at Madison Square Garden in New York City as the NIT plays their semi-final contests. Texas Christian has reeled off three impressive wins in the tourney after the season with seven straight wins. TCU coach Jamie Dixon has done a great job setting school the record for wins (22) and bring this long time basketball doormat some pride. The Knights are fifth in the nation in scoring defense allowing just 61 points per contest. Central Florida is actually a higher four seed and will be getting points. Take CENTRAL FLORIDA!

Miami at Detroit 7:30 ET

Pistons (+) over Heat- I an really kind of annoyed at missing out on playing 'against' the Pistons last night in New York where the Knicks lead from start to finish winning 109-95. Detroit had reached .500 but have now lost four straight and 7-of-8 but play three of their next four at home where they are 23-14. Miami who is within three games of the break-even mark has dropped their last two and are 14-22 on the road. Add that the Heat are 1-4 ATS in their last five visits to Detroit gives me the Pistons. Take DETROIT! 

Cal-State Bakersfield vs Georgia Tech 7:00 ET

Roadrunners (+) over Yellow Jackets- Really now, how many of you were aware that Cal-State Bakersfield win the Western Athletic Conference regular season title. The Roadrunners feel that they have something to prove as they were left out of the 'Big Dance' after qualifying for the first time in school history last season. Bakersfield who is 19-6 ATS in their last 25 games 'lined' overall has a great balance with three seniors, a junior and sophomore starter that are looking to showcase their talent. Georgia Tech has 15 losses on the season and this will be their final one...Take CAL-STATE BAKERSFIELD!  

Oklahoma City at Dallas 8:30 ET

Mavericks (+) over Thunder- Oklahoma City has the most exciting player in the NBA with Russell Westbrook who has posted 36 triple-doubles this season breaking all-time NBA record for a single season. But, most of the good things that can be said of the Thunder pretty much end there. Granted OKC is secure in their playoff position but they have not played well away from home and that spells trouble in the Playoffs as they will be seeded 5th or lower and will not have any home court advantage. The Thunder are 14-21 on the road (3rd worse among playoff teams) and have dropped eight of their last 10 as visitors. Take DALLAS!

South Carolina vs Florida 2:20 ET

Gators (-) over Gamecocks- Growing up within 30 miles of MSG when I was a youngster I realized South Carolina was always a New York favorite because of former Knicks star and Gamecocks coach Frank McGuire. So, I had no problem taking them against Baylor here in the Regional opener. Now, I see them in a position where it is so easy to take them after the way Florida blew a 12-point lead before beating Wisconsin 78-77. South Carolina is just 4-9 ATS in their last 13 overall and 1-9 ATS against the SEC. I have a source that I respect back 'East' who told mean South Carolina is the beat team left in the East and yet when this match-up was established his response was...'Fade them.' I trust him and I believe he is right. Take FLORIDA! 

Phoenix at Charlotte 1:00 ET

Hornets (-) over Suns- What a joke. I know and 'love' Devin Booker the Suns bright-light who scored 70 points in the loss at Boston Friday night. But, after jumping out to a 25-3 lead the Celtics coasted the rest of the game playing little defense as Booker scored 51 points after halftime. Phoenix has lost seven straight and have not allowed fewer then 97 points in a game since January 5th. No kidding! Even eight game under .500 the Hornets still are fight for the final playoff spot in the East trailing the Bulls and Pistons by a 1.5 games. Take CHARLOTTE!

Xavier vs Gonzaga 6:09 ET

Bulldogs (-) over Musketeers- The Musketeers pulled off the upset of the Tournament defeating Arizona 73-71 scoring the last nine points of the game over the final 2:39. Xavier has won three straight with guard Trevon Bluiett averaging 25 points and have never been to the Final Four and they are going to fall short once again. Gonzaga has never been there either and this will be their first trip to the Finals. These two clubs have met four times with the Bulldogs holding a 3-1 series lead and they will post another win with their heavy bodies leading the way. Take GONZAGA!

UCLA vs. Kentucky 9:35 ET

Wildcats (+) over Bruins- Without a doubt this will be the most heavily 'played' game of the weekend as these two high scoring high profile programs clash late Friday night. Just to show how thing change during the season the first week of the December these two met in Lexington and the Bruins pulled out a 97-92 victory as an 11-point underdog. Now, on a neutral site they are favored. When you get this far a team need more then talent and coaching becomes a big part of how thing play out. The edge their goes to Kentucky with John Calipari as he is 10-2 straight-up and ATS in Sweet-16 games including 5-0 with the Wildcats. UCLA on the other hand is 2-9 ATS in their last 11 Sweet-16 games. Take KENTUCKY! 

Cleveland at Charlotte 7:00 ET

Hornets (+) over Cavaliers- The Cavaliers are struggling (0-3-1 ATS in last four)and even with the return of both Kevin Love and Kyle Korver they are having problems playing defense as the Nuggets 53% shooting last time out. Charlotte who has won their last three are chasing Miami for the final playoff spot in the East play their next three games at home and then will play five of their remaining games are on the road. In need...Take CHARLOTTE!

Purdue vs. Kansas 9:35 ET

Boilermakers (+) over Jayhawks- According to Kansas coach Bill Self 'We haven't seen a team that plays through their bigs,' and they will get their chance Thursday. Purdue will count on Center Caleb Swanigan who keys their offense that averages over 80 points per game. The Jayhawks have gone 6-2 ATS in their last eight to rise their over ATS record to 13-18-1. This is not impressive but they have won 10-of-11 straight-up. Boilermakers are 6-1 both straight-up and ATS on neutral sites and Kansas is 5-3 both ways. In their last meetings the Jayhawks prevailed in the 2012 NCAA Tourney 63-60 as an 8-point favorite. Take PURDUE!

L.A. Clippers at Dallas 8:30 ET

Mavericks (+) over Los Angeles- If there is one playoff team that I believe is an imposter it's the Los Angeles Clippers. There just always seems to be something lacking be it injuries or bonehead plays under pressure but I just don't see it. Here come the Clippers winners of three straight by an average margin of 21 points up again the Mavericks who are sitting 10th in the West. Having to overcome Denver and Portland is not an easy task but the Mavericks can here their cause with a win here. Take DALLAS!

Cleveland at Denver 9:00 ET

Nuggets (+) over Cavaliers- Denver is off back-to-back losses to Houston by one and four points getting beat 125-124. That is significant because the Nuggets are 6-1 ATS in their last seven games after allowing 100 points. They are also 12-2 ATS in their last 14 games following a straight-up loss. Now, don't get the idea that I have nothing to say about the Cavaliers. To start with they are 4-0-1 ATS in the last five meetings in Denver and 5-1-1 ATS in the last seven. The clincher for me is that Cleveland is just 18-16 straight-up on the road and only 14-20 ATS. Take the NUGGETS!

Cal-State-Bakersfield at Texas-Arlington 9:00 ET

Roadrunners (+) over Mavericks- Two unusual suspects are vying for a trip to Madison Square Garden as the NIT continues in Arlington with the 27-8 Mavericks hosting 24-9 Cal State Bakersfield. Both clubs made it the hard way as the Mavs were seeded 6th and the Roadrunners 8th. But, Bakersfield routed both California and Colorado State while Arlington took out BYU in Provo and Akron at home. The Mavericks have won 17 straight at home and are undefeated 14-0 this season. But, the Roadrunners are 10-2 ATS in their last 12 road games and 16-5 ATS in their last 21 games overall. I'll take the points. Take CAL-STATE BAKERSFIELD! 

Golden State at Dallas 8:30 ET

Mavericks (+) over Warriors- After losing three straight the Warriors appear to be 'back' as they have won their last four. Poor shooting was the problem where they scored just 91 points per game during the losing streak and in the last four they averaged 114 points. The injury to Kevin Durant didn't help but it appears Golden State has adjusted. The Warriors have dominated this series wining the last five meetings and 12 of the past 13. Dallas is just two-games out of playoff contention and are 6-1 ATS versus teams with a winning record. Take DALLAS! 

Akron at Texas-Arlington 7:30 ET

Mavericks (-) over Zips- Texas-Arlington has been under the radar all season but have posted some impressive wins including routing BYU at their place and handing St. Mary's one of their four losses the other three came from Gonzaga of course. Akron has had a wonderful season but have not rewarded their backers as they are just 13-18 ATS while the Mavericks are 17-11-1 ATS. They are also 13-0 straight-up at home. Take TEXAS-ARLINGTON!

Washington at Boston 7:30 ET

Wizards (+) over Celtics- The battle for the second spot in the East continues with this match-up between clubs that have had some intense meetings this season. They play of both squads have leveled out as Boston is 4-4 in their last eight while Washington has dropped three of their last four. Celtics dynamo Isaiah Thomas has missed the last two games and should return tonight but how effective he will be is the question. This is the fourth meetings between these two this season and the home team has won all three with the Wizards 0-4 ATS in their last four visits to Boston. That changes tonight. Take WASHINGTON! 

Cincinnati vs UCLA 9:40 ET

Bearcats (+) over Bruins- A huge contrast in styles will be facing off in Sacramento as the nation's highest scoring team UCLA (90.6) will be up against the nation's fifth best scoring defense (60.8) with Cincinnati. The Bearcats have held 28 of their 35 opponents under 70 points this season while the Bruins haven't scored less then 74 points in any game this season. UCLA averages 21.5 assists per game, the most in the NCAA since 1995 but it won't be enough. Take CINCINNATI!

Phoenix at Detroit 4:30 ET

Pistons (-) over Suns- Both clubs are on a three-game slide but the losses by the Pistons were more critical as they have dropped out of the final playoff spot in the East. Detroit lost their three games by a total of 58 points and now they come up a 10-point favorite. They seems a bit high as the Vegas odds-makers are aware that the Suns are doing their best job of 'tanking' their remaining 13 games as they are sitting out their best player in Eric Bledsoe. The is the first of a six-game road trip and it will be a dark trip for the Suns. Take DETROIT!

St Mary's vs Arizona 7:40 ET

Gaels (-) over Wildcats- This one can be a great match-up in Salt Lake City. Arizona set a season's high in points scored last time out when the trounced under-manned No. 15 seed North Dakota 100-82 in round one. St. Mary's defeated VCU 85-77 as they shot 56% in Thursday's round one win. The Gaels defense has lead the way this season holding opponents to 56.1 points second in the nation to Virginia as they are 6-1-1 ATS in their last eight. St. Mary's has lost four games this season three of which were to No.1 seed Gonzaga and the other loss was to Texas Arlington. Take ST MARY'S!

Portland at Atlanta 6:00 ET

Trailblazers (+) over Hawks- The Trailblazers are off an impressive 110-106 win at San Antonio the night after an embarrassing 100-79 loss at New Orleans and they need to continue on this path to catch Denver for the final playoff spot in the West. Atlanta has dropped their last two contests and are 0-4 ATS in their last four home games including a home loss to Memphis last time out. Atlanta posted a win at Portland a month ago and now it's 'turnabout.' Take PORTLAND! 

Houston at New Orleans 8:05 ET

Pelicans (+) over Rockets- it's all just supposed to come together this way isn't it. I mean the Rockets come blasting winning three in-a-row including a 139-100 trouncing over the Lakers. With the 'Glitter Boys' not putting up much resistance Houston will find getting to the hoop a little more difficult with Davis and Cousins defending the basket. New Orleans has dropped seven of the past eight meetings but things are obviously different now with the addition of Cousins and the return of Holiday. At home off a loss (2-6 since trade) Pelicans in need of a win. Take NEW ORLEANS! 

Kansas State (11) vs Cincinnati (6) 7:27 ET

Bearcats (-) over Wildcats- 'We' posted Kansas State as a 'Megabucks Best Bet' on Tuesday and they responded by running Wake Forest off the court scoring 95 points. That many points for the Wildcats is an anomaly as they average just over 72 points per contest. Cincinnati very quietly has set as school record for wins (29) and will have a 'chip' (Ha) on their shoulder as coach Mike Cronin was miffed at the Bearcats seeding. I've never really had much luck with Cincinnati in big games but this just sets up so nice. Take CINCINNAT! 

Oklahoma State (10) vs Michigan (7) 12:15 ET

Cowboys (+) over Wolverines- The Wolverines come flying into Indianapolis have swept through the Big Ten Tournament taking no prisoners. Oklahoma State was in the same position as Michigan (both 20-11) and while the Maze and Blue won four straight the Cowboys got stomped by Iowa State. One thing that this has done is give Oklahoma State eight days to recover and put together solid practice time while Michigan has been basking in the Championship glory and the number show this does not bode well for them. The Cowboys enter with three straight losses and this is a great spot for them to put it together. Take OKLAHOMA STATE! 

Virginia Tech (9) vs Wisconsin (8) 9:40 ET

Badgers (-) over Hokies- The selection committee once again is under scrutiny and it's understandable why. I'm not going to go through it all as a number of 'lower' seeds end up the favorite but, that is not the case here. Wisconsin is making their 19th straight NCAA appearance while Virginia Tech is 'here' for the first time in 12 years. The Hokies have fared well against the Big Ten going 5-2-1 ATS in eight games and are 34-16-1 ATS in their last 51 games. (That's pretty damn good!) But, the Badgers have big game experience and a defense that can shut down Delay and Allen and that will be enough. Note that tourney teams that lost their conference Championship game by more then 15 points are 23-7 ATS in the opening round. Take WISCONSIN!

Brooklyn at New York 7:35 ET

Nets (+) over Knicks- After putting forth their best defensive effort of the season in a win over Indiana when the allowed only 81 points Knicks coach Jeff Hornacek said the team at 27-41 was out of the playoffs. New York's young budding star Kristaps Porzingis is ailing and with no chance for the playoffs will most likely sit this one out. There are number of different trends that I could use but I like tis one; the Nets are 5-1 Ats in their last six games following a loss. Brooklyn is look for their first win in Manhattan after three straight losses. Take BROOKLYN!

Texas Arlington at Brigham Young 9:00 ET

Mavericks (+) over Cougars- These type of match-ups are difficult to handicap because of the drastic differences in their conference play. When going over the schedules I find that Texas-Arlington have defeated three NCAA tournament teams and defeated Texas for haha's 72-61 in Austin. BYU of course plays in a weak conference as well and were just pounded by St. Mary's 81-50 a team the Mavericks beat St. Mary's 65-51. Add that the Cougars have lost three players to injury during the course of the season and are 3-8-1 ATS in their last 12 games overall. TAKE TEXAS-ARLINGTON!

Southern California vs Providence 9:10 ET

Friars (+) over Trojans- An oddity about this match-up is that they played each other in the first round game last season and the Friars took down the Trojans 70-69 on a buzzer beater to advance. USC has made the tourney for the 2nd straight year and for Providence this is their 4th straight appearance. The Trojans come to Dayton with losses in five of the their last eight while the Friars had won six straight before bowing to Creighton. Providence who is a money maker at 20-12 ATS for the season and are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games. Playing well and with confidence take...PROVIDENCE  

Dallas at Washington 7:00 ET

Mavericks (+) over Wizards- The Wizards fell in their final game of their 5-game west coast road trip as they were taken down by Minnesota 119-104 on Monday. Washington finds themselves just a half-game behind Boston for the 2nd spot in the East but have still won eight of their last nine. Dallas meanwhile was blown-out by Toronto on Monday and have dropped their last two but have a home 113-105 win over the Wizards and are 3½ games out of the payoffs right now. With a huge effort the Mavericks get it done. Take DALLAS!

Indiana at New York 7:30 ET

Knicks (+) over Pacers- The Knicks are one of those dysfunctional teams that can only win or 'cover' after you have given up on them. You know, you see them here or there and think this is 'the' spot and then they go out an make a mess of everything. Right now Carmelo Anthony is not shooting and I don't just mean not shooting well I mean he's not shooting the ball at all. In Detroit Saturday night he took a total of nine shots from the field and last night he 'missed' 16 shots. You know this is the perfect time and spot for the Knicks to rebound with a win. Take NEW YORK! 

Dallas at Toronto 7:30 ET

Mavericks (+) over Raptors- The Raptors who are off a 2-3 five game road trip are really feeling the affects of Kyle Lowry's absence as was evidenced by their loss to Miami Saturday night when the accumulated but seven assists. This is the first meeting of the season between these two and Toronto swept both meetings last season as Dallas tries to rebound from only their second loss in their last eight contests. After a terrible start without Dirk Nowitski in the line-up are just two-games out of the final playoff spot. Toronto has lost 15 of their last 25 and are about to lose any home court advantage in the playoffs. Take DALLAS!

New York at Brooklyn 6:00 ET

Nets (+) over Knicks- There was once a time when New York City was considered the hotbed of basketball both on the professional and college level. But, there has been a dramatic change in what we get from basketball out of the 'City' now-a-days. Got are the college power houses CCNY, LIU and St. Johns along with the New York Knicks and the Russian owned Brooklyn Nets. New York who lost last night at Detroit are just 3-9 in the second of back-to-back contests and are 11-23 straight-up on the road. Brooklyn meanwhile is just 7-24 straight—up at home but are 29-32 ATS on the year. Take the NETS!

Cincinnati vs SMU 3:15 ET

Bearcats (+) over Mustangs- The 'hottest' team entering the play-downs is Southern Methodist who has won 15 straight and 25 of their last 26 after a 4-3 start and are 21-6-1 ATS in their last 28 games overall. Cincinnati who has had many great teams in the past has already set a school record with 29 wins and is seeking their first conference title since they won the Conference USA tournament in 2004 where Bob Huggins was coaching. The Bearcats clear the hurdle here. Take CINCINNATI!

Duke vs. Notre Dame 9:00 ET

Fighting Irish (+) over Blue Devils- 'We' missed out on the Irish last time out but cashed-in huge with Duke as our 6th straight 'Highest-Rated' Megabucks winner and now more of the same tonight. This should be a great basketball game as both teams are fundamentally sound with the Blue Devils winning the only meeting 84-74 at Notre Dame. Despite that win, Duke is just 2-6 ATS in the last eight meetings but they are BACK. Take DUKE!

Minnesota at Milwaukee 8:00 ET

Timberwolves (+) over Bucks- Two of the 'hottest' teams in the NBA go at it in Milwaukee where the Bucks winners of their last five host the Timberwolves who have won six of their last eight including a win over Golden State last night 103-102. These two have met once this season with Minnesota taking a 116-99 win breaking a four-game losing streak to the Bucks. The Timberwolves young squad has matured as the season progresses and they are good enough to win here. Take MINNESOTA!

Colorado State vs Nevada-Reno 6:00 ET

Rams (+) over Wolfpack- There is not doubt in my mind that The Wolfpack are the 'class' of a very weak Mountain West Conference. Both these clubs enter this Championship contest on winning streak not only straight up but ATS as well. Nevada is 37-15-2 ATS in their last 54 games (that's two season's worth) and Colorado State is 15-5-1 ATS in their last 21 this season. A thought to remember is that even though this game is being played in Nevada, Las Vegas does not welcome their rivals from the north. Home court dis-advantage. Take COLORADO STATE!

Utah at Oklahoma City 3:00 ET

Jazz (+) over Thunder- Being buried in theWestern Conference the under-rated Utah Jazz come to Oklahoma City 17-games over 500 and with four straight wins. The flash which is the Thunder are off a huge 102-92 win over San Antonio breaking a 4-game losing streak. Of course every game that OKC is playing gets the Russell Westbrook treatment and it's getting kind of boring because they really don't have much else. The Thunder have won 2-of-3 meetings and tonight the Jazz will even the slate! Take UTAH! 

Houston at Chicago 8:05 ET

Bulls (+) over Rockets- The Bulls are in need of a victory soon as they have lost their last three and four of its last five while Houston is off losses to Utah and San Antonio. Chicago will most likely have the services of Dwayne Wade tonight along with Rajon Rondo and have had the best of it against the Rockets. The Bulls are 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings and this trend will continue here. Take CHICAGO!

Duke vs. North Carolina 7:00 ET

Blue Devils (+) over Tar Heels- Oh boy, I mean, Oh Boy I get to root for the biggest asshole in college basketball. Ya know I don't mind rooting for Duke but I can't stand them now because of Grayson Allen's antics. He just lost me completely with that flagrant elbow he threw out for no absolute reason. These two met just six-days ago as North Carolina won along with a dominating revenge win over Miami on Thursday. This time it's the Blue Devils revenge as the enter this contest with two Barclays Center wins under their belt. Take DUKE!

Kansas State at Baylor 9:00 ET

Wildcats (+) over Bears- This one is tough for me because on a 'personal' level I like this Baylor team because they play defense but, this match-up and situation has forced me to move to the 'dark side.' To start with the underdog in this series is 18-7-1 in the last 26 meetings including a series split this season. Kansas State is pretty much in the position that they have to make a good showing in the Big-12 Playoffs in order in insure an NCAA bid. Oh by the way the Wildcats play some pretty good defense themselves. Take KANSAS STATE!  

San Antonio at Oklahoma City 8:00 ET

Thunder (+) over Spurs- A pair of Western Conference foes are streaking in opposite directions as San Antonio has won nine in-a-row while Oklahoma City has lost four straight. In head-to-head match-ups the Spurs have struggled against the Thunder as they are 3-13 ATS in the last 16 meetings in Oklahoma City and are believe it or not despite their winning streak are 0-5 ATS in their last five games. San Antonio is now just 1.5 games behind Golden State for the best overall record after a 28-point come-back win over the Kings. But, not this time. Take OKLAHOMA CITY!

L.A. Clippers at Minnesota 8:00 ET

Timberwolves (+) over Clippers- This is one of those one-sided series that has got to stop (at least if I'm playing against it). The Clippers have won 16 of the last 17 meetings between their two clubs and nine straight at the Target Center and are 12-3-1 ATS in the last 16 meetings. But, Los Angeles is off a huge win over ht eCeltics while the Timberwolves were postponed on Monday which was supposed to be the first of a 3-game home stand, instead they will be growling and it is the Clippers that will pay the price. Minnesota is 6-0 ATS in their last six games overall. Take the WOLVES!

Georgetown vs Saint John's 7:00 ET

Red Storm (+) over Hoyas- There was a day I remember when this two would be fighting it out to play Villanova in the national champions game but long gone in the Big East and what we have left is a pair of Jesuit schools doing their best going a combined 12-24 in league play with the Hoyas posting only five wins in 18 tries. Georgetown has lost five straight entering this contest and one of those losses was against the Red Storm in Queens 10 days ago. More of the same. Take ST. JOHN'S!  

Washington at Phoenix 9:00 ET

Suns (+) over Wizards- What is happening 'Up is down, left is right' and George has the Phoenix Suns winners of three straight. But, winning in something the Wizards are becoming accustomed to as they had won 18-of-21 before splitting their last six. The Suns have actually had their way against Washington going 1-5 ATS in the last six meetings. I'll stay with the hot hand and hope I don't get burnt by the Suns...Take PHOENIX!

Pittsburgh vs Georgia Tech 7:00 ET

Panthers over Yellow Jackets- I usually don't get too excited about these early round conference championship games but as a 'handicapper' I like what I see here. I see Pittsburgh who has lost their last four games open the favorite even though they are not even a .500 club. The Panthers have already lost to Georgia Tech in Atlanta and they bring an incredible 9-25 ATS in their last 34 games on Tuesdays. (Really ? Yep) The Yellow Jackets are 11-4 ATS in their last 15 games overall but are going down here. The Panthers have played more Top-25 opponents (11) then any other team in the nation. Take PITTSBURGH!

Miami at Cleveland 7:00 ET

Heat (+) over Cavaliers- I know, the knee-jerk reaction is to tale the Cavaliers who are looking for revenge for the 120-92 beat-down in Miami. That game ended with some words and had bad-blood developing during the contest. In that Friday encounter both LeBron James and Kyrie Irving were 'resting' and didn't even dress for the meeting. A few trends will clash here as the Heat have won 18 of their last 22 and have their sites on the Pistons whole they are 0-5 ATS in their last five meetings in Cleveland. Miami is still 'hot' over the closing minutes of Friday's brawl...take MIAMI! 

Minnesota at Wisconsin 6:00 ET

Badgers (-) over Gophers- Something that looked like a given 10-days ago is now the focal point of Sunday's season ended match-up between the Badgers and Gopher as the No. 2 seed and 'double-bye' are at steak here. This situation exists because Wisconsin could not take care of business losing five of their last six games while Minnesota is riding an eight game winning streak. The Badgers are 14-2 at home and have won 20-of-22 as hosts and have won the last six meetings. In a reversal the Badgers come up with the performance they need today. Take WISCONSIN! 

Golden State at New York 3:30 ET

Knicks (+) over Warriors- Golden State has dropped two consecutive regular season games for the first time in two years and every body is freaking out. But, I would venture to say that all those that think the Warriors are in 'trouble' will be betting on them today. After all, they are playing the New York Knicks who run that stop-and-shoot offense centered around Carmelo Anthony. Although Golden State is 5-1 in there last six meetings in New York they still are reeling from the obvious. Take NEW YORK! 

Toronto at Milwaukee 8:00 ET

Bucks (+) over Raptors- The Raptors got the revenge win last night defeating the Wizards who had beaten Toronto just two nights earlier. DeMar DeRozan has picked up most of the slack left by the injury to Kyle Lowry. Milwaukee broke out of a mini slum with a win over the L.A. Clippers last night as the Bucks evened their home record to 16-16. Toronto has won seven meetings and are 5-0 ATS in the last five meetings. That will all change tonight. Take MILWAUKEE!    

Kansas at Oklahoma State 6:00 ET

Cowboys over Jayhawks- With the Jayhawks already clinching their 13th consecutive Big-12 regular season title their sites will be set of the conference tournament ahead. Nothing changes for them win or lose. Oklahoma State on the other hand start Big-12 play 0-6 and have gone 10-2 since including a loss at Iowa state last time out. Looking at the trends Kansas is 3-7-1 ATS in their last 11 Big-12 games while the Cowboys are 10-2 in their last 12 overall and 8-1 ATS on the past nine Saturdays. Take OKLAHOMA STATE!

Oklahoma City at Portland 10:30 ET

Trailblazers (+) over Thunder- Russell Westbrook is on a four-game triple-double streak and the Thunder have won all four games which were all played at home going 4-0 ATS. Portland has had a day to recover from their 1-3 road trip which ended with an overtime loss at Detroit. There are some trends that points out that OKC is 6-2 ATS in the last eight meetings but the Blazers have won the last five contests in Portland. Take the TRAILBLAZERS!

Iowa at Wisconsin 9:00 ET

Badgers (-) over Hawkeyes- Wisconsin was leading the Big Ten two weeks ago but has fallen a game-an-a-half behind Purdue after dropping four of their last five contests losing three straight road games. I look for the Badgers to bounce-back here as they are 14-1 straight-up at home while Iowa is just 3-9 both straight-up and ATS on the road this season while going 4-12 ATS in their last 16 road games. Wisconsin has won the last six meetings and 12 of 13 at home against the Hawkeyes. The Badgers will do it with defense here and dominate...take WISCONSIN!

Louisville at Wake Forest 9:00 ET

Demon Deacons (+) over Cardinals- The quite surprise in the ACC this season has been the emergence of Wake Forest who have played tough against the upper tier in the conference scoring 81.6 points per game. Louisville is off a beat down of Syracuse 88-68 Sunday as their poor shooting didn't factor in this contest. The Cardinals have been doing it with defense as their offensive woes show up much to often as they have failed to 'cover' in four of their last six. Louisville has a major problem at the free throw line where they are just 20-of-43 in their last two road games and 45-of-81 overall in their past four games overall. Take WAKE FOREST!

Dallas at Atlanta 7:30 ET

Mavericks (+) over Hawks- Like so many other NBA teams the Mavericks struggle on the road while playing so very well at home. Dallas is off two straight home wins but is just 7-21 straight-up on the road and are 1-4 ATS in their last five games in Atlanta. The Hawks can counter that trend by going 0-5 ATS after a 10-point victory. As a matter of fact Dallas has lost six straight to the Hawks but Atlanta has the Cavaliers up next and might get caught 'looking ahead' to playing the conference leader. Take DALLAS!

Golden State at Washington 7:00 ET

Wizards (+) over Warriors- Just when we were told the Wizards were a threat to Cleveland in the East they go out and lose their first two game after the All-Star break. Golden State has had their was with Washington winning 10 of the last 11 meetings including the last six visits to the nation's capitol. The Wizards won 18 of 21 before the break and look to regain that confidence tonight. The Warriors are 2-9 ATS in their last 11 contests. Take WASHINGTON!  

Maryland at Rutgers 6:30 ET

Scarlet Knights (+) over Terrapins- The best thing for the Big Ten about this game is that somebody is actually going to get a win. Between the two of them 'they' have lost eight straight with Maryland on a three-game slide and the Knights taking it on the chin in their last five contests. It is hard for me to comprehend why this line is so low when you figure Rutgers has only two conference wins and they are by a total of three points and they are 19-41 ATS in their last 60 vs. the Big Ten. I know it is asking a lot but the play is RUTGERS!

Miami-Fl at Virginia Tech 9:00 ET

Hurricanes (+) over Hokies- Both clubs picking-up the pace with Miami on a 4-game win streak and Virginia Tech winners of their last two with both squads at 20-8 over all. The Hurricanes are off two upset wins of ranked clubs defeating Virginia and Duke while the Hokies had a party against Boston College Saturday. Defense has been the key for Miami who held Virginia and Duke to a combined 31.6% shooting. The 'Gobblers' are coming off their best shooting (67.4%) game in ACC history and will find it more difficult to find good shots tonight. Take HURRICANES!  

Atlanta at Boston 7:00 ET

Hawks (+) over Celtics- Just when people were starting to take notice of their move on the playoffs the Atlanta Hawks have dropped their last three games. Boston just bounced-back from a pair of losses with a win at Detroit with Isaiah Thomas scoring over 20 points for the 43rd straight time. The Celtics are one of the worst rebounding teams in the NBA and are hosting one of the best at cleaning the boards. Boston is 20-8 straight-up at home but have are 0-5 ATS in their last five home games and just 11-17 ATS as hosts. Tale ATLANTA!

Toronto at New York 7:00 ET

Knicks (+) over Raptors- Now that the Raptors have won three straight games we once again are hearing how they will catch the Cavaliers. With Kyle Lowry sidelined DeMar De Rozan has picked up the slack scoring 76 points in the last two games and with the addition of Serge Ibaka these imposters are playing with confidence. New York has been the same old story for over a decade and has dropped six of their last eight and are just four games out of a playoff spot. (They won't get there!) The Raptors have won the last five in the series but are just 1-4 ATS in their last five meetings in New York. This 'line' is ridiculously low and the odds-makers give the Knicks a fighting chance. Take NEW YORK! 

North Carolina at Virginia 7:00 ET

Cavaliers (+) over Tar Heels- North Carolina enters this contest having won their last four and with the ACC No. 1 seed in the already clinched with this game and Duke on Saturday remaining. Virginia just ended a 4-game losing streak with a win at N.C. State 70-55 as the continue to lead the nation in scoring defense. The Tar Heels who lead the nation in rebounding margin (+13.6), rebounds (44.2) and offensive rebounds (16.1) defeated the Cavaliers 65-41 in Chapel Hill eight days ago. With their confidence restored and revenge over their embarrassing performance in the first meeting likes the fact that the home team is 9-2 ATS in the series. Take VIRGINIA! 

Boston at Detroit 6:00 ET

Pistons (+) over Celtics- The Celtics have been very consistent this season and have lost two consecutive games only twice this season as the enter the Palace of Auburn Hills off a pair of losses. The Pistons meanwhile have won their last two and are 4-0 both straight-up and ATS on their last four Sundays and 9-2 ATS in their last 11 weekenders. Detroit has won five of their last six at home with their lone loss coming at the hands of the Spurs. Take DETROIT!

Utah at Washington 5:00 ET

Jazz (+) over Wizards- These two enter this contest with very similar records and are racing to improve their playoff seeds. Washington returns home where they have won 19 of their last 20 home games off a loss at Philadelphia but have still won 15 of 18 overall. So, with all those impressive numbers siding with the Wizards why are they less then a 3-point shot favorite. Utah is 16-11 straight-up on the road and can win here. Take UTAH!
