Taking the BILLS. We have been on these guys since Opening Night and the printing press is rolling along. This is another spot where the Bills get to destroy someone. Enter Aaron Rodgers and a Packers team that is a hot mess. A team that has giving up 27 to Jets 21 to Washington 27 to NE with a 3rd stringer making his debut. And now they get MVP Allen. Forget it. Off a bye week. This game will be a 20pt funeral for Rogers. I can see maybe a desperate attempt to get about 20 points. But Buffalo drops 37-40 and it is not even close. Taking the NINERS. Man. I said Sunday on Mid Day Money to get down on SF before the line move. And here we go. Niners a fave. Will not matter. As much as I kick their coaches back for his Super Bowl blunders, the guy owns the Rams. We had them a couple weeks ago 24-9. We will do it again this afternoon. 7-1 SU last 8. Rams beat a terrible Carolina team before their bye week. Still not buying them even with San Fran getting demolished by the Chiefs. The Rams offense is not KC - not by any stretch. This team is quick, find Cupp and throw it. Will there be some magic maybe off the bye. Maybe- and it will be short lived. Will there be any San Fran fans at this game? Taking SEATTLE. Giants cashed for us last week. We'll take it. This afternoon though, home team gets the call. Just an absolute brutal travel spot for the G-Men. Florida to Seattle. Yikes. That is some nice flyer miles though. Again. Tough back to back road games. And where is the love for Geno. These guys are top dogs in the NFC West. I know the defense is a bit suspect. But these guys put points on the board. Daboll has NYG at 6-1 and looking like a Coach of the Year. Giants have played at Jacksonville and in London. Now will get a taste of a real fan base that will be pretty pumped up for their overachieving bunch. Give me the home team. 4* Money Maker SEATTLE SEAHAWKS

Taking DALLAS. So we did drop the Patriots on MNF. But you know what, that might help us here. No way the Cowboys will be overlooking the Bears, that's for sure. You beat The Hoodie on the road on MNF when the entire league is watching. You are going to get noticed. Any idea on Dallas that they would just cruise past Chicago went out the window when the showed up at practice Tuesday. And let's not forget - even though we cashed Dallas over the Lions, that game was something like 10-6 heading to the 4th quarter. That wasn't a cake walk with Dak back. But for me, this is all about the Dallas defense. It should really stymie the Chicago offense. They have done a terrific job all year. Can't see the Bears breaking out for 30+ in back to back games - both on the road - and a short week to boot. Cowboys lead the league in sacks and are 3rd in takeaways. I think they add to that and get us a 14pt win this afternoon. 4* Money Maker DALLAS COWBOYS 

Taking the PATRIOTS. As mentioned in the Dallas write-up - the league saw the Patriots take an absolutely humiliating loss to the Bears. 200+ yards of rushing allowed. Defense was what made these guys a good bet! 3 INTs and a lost fumble. Not being able to recover any of the Bears putting it on the ground 5 times or whatever. Terrible. Now the World loving the Jets. Riding high off that Denver road win. But costly - lose your RB, probably your best OL. Yeah. The traded with Jax for a solid RB. But still. Hall was electric. For me. This is The Hoodie owning NYJ for his entire career. Off that loss. Oh man. I don't know if Mac Jones is hurt or just working off the rust. I don't care if we get him and Zappe. Whoever is taking snaps, I need 7 points. Because I can't see how anyone on that defense is getting any rest after that performance on Monday night. 4* Money Maker NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS

Taking the JAGUARS. Yeah. Tough taking the Jags who are 0-6 ATS their last 6 as favorites. But there is zero chance we back Denver. Russell or Rypien. It does not matter. This offense is terrible. The coach will be canned at the end of the year barring a Super Bowl appearance.  Look at their scoring 6- 16 OT - 9 OT - 23 - 11 - 16 - 16 -- Call me crazy. I've been called worse. I have the much better coach. 8th game in 9 years here for Jacksonville not that it matters. Obviously lean under but didn't pull the trigger.  4* Money Maker JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS

Taking MICHIGAN. This is a huge number considering State has won the last 2 games in this rivalry. Both of their bye weeks. Sparty off their first win in a month, an OT thriller over Wisconsin. Wolverines demolished Penn State. Now - if this was right after those games, maybe we take the points and think some momentum and Michigan feeling good crushing PSU. But with a week to stew over losing 2 straight to Michigan State, I think we get a full effort here. Harbaugh needs to really run it up here. In-state "Little Brother" rival with 2 straight wins. Forget 2 straight wins - how about 10-4 SU and about 12-2 ATS vs you. -- 'Little Brother'? I am sure every year people say - this is it. This is the year we get payback. I don't care that Nebraska still loses 'close' games. Illini are your Big 10 West Leaders. Taking OHIO STATE. I know Penn State has played these guys tough. They no-show vs Michigan, but just ball-out vs the Buckeyes (OSU 9-1 SU, but PSU 5-1 ATS last 6). I will be that guy and 'Buck those numbers so to speak. Look. I think OSU is the best team in the land. They are really starting to get it going on offense right now. They didn't even play a good game last week and put up 54. These guys need some more 'statement' type games. They whipped Michigan State on the road 49-20. Taking TCU here. Going to ride this undefeated bunch this afternoon. Really just fading away on this West Virginia defense. 48 last week. 40 before that at home vs Baylor. 38 to Texas. Kansas put 55 up on them. 38 by Pitt. Red Raiders with 38-43-38-55-42-59-38 on the board. So we pencil a 40 spot and think that the Mountaineers maybe get 30. I can live with that. Yes. Taking the PATRIOTS. Have to take New England vs this offense. I do like Zappe and the offense. Heck, I would like Mac Jones here over Chicago. This is really a fade of the Bears, on the road, and facing a good defense. Just look at it. Forget about the monsoon game 19-10 over trash Lance, I mean Trey Lance. How about 10 at Green Bay and 10 at the Giants. They put points in Minny vs a team that just flew back from London. The Bears don't have Lamar and the Ravens coming to put up points. Because that is the only team to put points up. Yeah, they lost in OT at GB with a kid coming in cold off the bench. 15 points in Cleveland last week. A shutout their last game at home vs Detroit. Taking the STEELERS. How are you taking this Miami offense? I don't care if Tua is back. If it's Teddy B. If Marino comes back. Dante Culpepper or Fitzmagic. This team has trouble on offense. 1 game. Actually 1 quarter - the Ravens forget a NFL game is 4 quarters and Miami explodes. Say whatever you want about Pitt. Taking SEATTLE. Holy Cow this Chargers team is a flat out disaster. And me, like everyone else thought that Denver has the worse coaching. Geez.. Look. Give me Geno and this offense. They have been scoring. I know the defense is not all that great shakes. But I got a team that is playing inspired ball right now. LAC off an OT division rival game. A win to boot. And a short week. In a home stadium that will have a lot of Seattle fans. Too many points. Back door wide open for us to scoop up the win. 4* Money Maker SEATTLE SEAHAWKS

Going UNDER. This Broncos team continues to set offense back. This isn't even good 80s-90s grind out low scoring football. This is terrible. I don't think this game gets past 35 honestly. Taking the COWBOYS. Dak possibly back? I know the fade train will be pulling to the station. Off a tough game vs Philly. But - defense baby. Dallas has it. Lions, well not so much. I expect a conservative approach as you bring your QB back. But really. Lions haven't slowed down a thing this season. And if it is Cooper Rush again, I'm not mad. That is just more Zeke and Pollard who will, if given the carries, but get about 190 and 2+ TDs between them. Dallas defense will score a touchdown today. Off a bye week, the Lions last ranked defense hasn't improved enough. And this offense, if they get their RB back, will not score 30 against Dallas. And if they do. Well. And before that they run past the Pony Express in-state rival SMU. Taking TOLEDO. Ok - Buffalo opened with a loss to Holy Cross and has now reeled off 4 straight. Rockets with losses to Ohio State and San Diego State both on the road in their non-conference play. But the MACtion has lit a fire in their offense. Near identical 52-32 and 52-31 wins the last 2 week and a 38-17 to just start off conference play. I though Bulls would struggle a bit this year. They have surprised me a bit. I got down on the OVER 60.5 on this one also. These guys haven't met since 2019 so toss out revenge for Toledo as Buffalo won 49-30 as 10 point favorites. 4* Money Maker TOLEDO ROCKETS

Taking BOWLING GREEN here. I will say Central Michigan is probably the better team. But, do we trust them with this kind of number? I sure don't. Taking DUKE. Blue Devils have surprised me a bit. The new HC doing a good job. I am a 'Canes guy. And their QB has been improving. For me though, too many points. Even with Duke in off some dogfights the last two weeks - I think that actually helps. They will be fighting here. Again. Sometimes I take dogs thinking outright upsets. Other times, I see the fave that is not totally focused and we can squeeze in the number late. 47-10 and 48-0 the last 2 years as the Hurricanes rolled. Miami hasn't covered 5 straight weeks with last weeks 20-0 entering the 4th turning into 20-14 non cover. Doggy for me. 4* Money Maker DUKE BLUE DEVILS 

Taking SYRACUSE. This will probably come back to bite me in my giant butt. The Orange didn't fold in their look-ahead spot last week. Now they face Clemson who is really starting to put it together. I have seen the Tigers let teams get back late and take a big win to a non-cover. Syracuse has played Clemson tough the last few seasons. Now, with a lofty ranking for them we find out how real they are. A banged up Boilermakers team and last week you get a team with a backup QB. Well. Now you get a annual Top 5 program. I thought Babers was on the hot-seat and beat SU Under wins. Well that went out the window in September. Notre Dame on deck for Clemson. Clemson has 1 monster blow-out cover this year. Going UNDER the total. Oh the Broncos. What a mess. The HC is in way over his head. Russell has been outplayed by Geno Smith. Denver lose their stud RB. Let us not forget they are at like a 20% clip in the red-zone. Let us remove the flurry of points vs Vegas shall we.. 12-9 - 11-10 - 16-9 - 17-16 We know this for sure. Denver defense will show up. They have shown up in every primetime game for the Broncos this season. Chargers with their own bunch of injuries to deal with. I do have LAC -4.5 in this game, but don't trust it as much as I do the UNDER. Might be some in-game spots to grind out some more cash. Taking the COWBOYS here. Also have Under 45.5 but that is gone. Still like it to be low scoring though which is why are taking the points. Both teams play good defense. I think this is an ugly one. Might not be Amazon NFL ugly,  but it will be old school with Dallas wanting to run the ball to easy the pressure on Cooper Rush. Can't say anything bad about Philly. Well, we can since they couldn't do much in the 2nd half last week and cost us a rare loss. This for me is the Cowboys defense keeping the Eagles in check. Going UNDER here. We get two of the best Ds tonight. Man. This Dallas defense. What a turn under Dan Quinn. I have said this before. Micah and Lawrence. Man- they bring it. And we can't talk anything bad about the Eagles defense. They don't allow teams to score in the 2nd half. 7 to Jax. 8 to Washington. 7 to Arizona 0 to Minny. Toss out that Lions shoot-out. The team plays defense. Dallas plays defense. I won't be shocked to see something like 17-16 here. 4* Total Money UNDER Cowboys/ Eagles 

Taking the BILLS. I have said all season. Buffalo is the best team. The coin-flip revenge season is underway. They have had this game circled since their season ended. And honestly, I said on the Mid Day Show - KC going for 2 to get up 8 shows that their coach has zero faith in their defense making a stop. I don't care if the Bills have 6 backups in the secondary today - it won't matter. This offense is scoring 40. They are not taking their foot off the gas one bit. I love Andy Reid. Him and Mahomes have all types of gaudy home numbers. I get it. But the Bills are the best team in the NFL. I got this line at a PK at open. Now there are 3s out there. I don't care. Taking the JETS. These guys have been in it really every week. And honestly, this is a fade of Green Bay. I've been saying in Mid Day Money since Week 1 vs Minny - GB can play some defense, but they aren't scoring. Rodgers still looks like he is learning his way with his WRs. Jets play defense themselves. And the offense is coming to life under the new regime. I almost want to say Jets outright here. Line has moved down from the opener. And why not. GB again, plays down to a team and this time they couldn't pull it out. GB at home, and off a lose. I get it. you want to unload on the Packers. Jets beat a 3rd stringer. Rallied vs a rookie making his debut vs Pittsburgh and needed miracles, plural, to win at Cleveland. Angry Rogers sure. But I think NYJ can keep it close. Taking TENNESSEE. I have talked about this team and this QB for the last month. Here we go. Bama in your stadium. An Alabama bunch who continues to struggle on the road. They defense is even winning Championships, gives up plays to good QBs. Their own QB, not 100%. The backup not ready for prime time. The chinks are in the armor of this Tide bunch. Can the Vols rip it off and expose Alabama to the road SEC loss? I think they can. The points are great, but I think we can get an outright win here. Tennessee defense not the best. They give up some points. But I can't see this team getting beaten by double digits. We had Volunteers last week and they rolled LSU. No look ahead spot. Taking the EAGLES. Had Philly again last week and they reward us. They have been kind in all games we have interest in them. Arizona defense will have no answers here. This isn't Carolina. Philly spotted the Jags 14 in a monsoon and then ran off 29 points to let them know who the boss is. That's the kind of stuff that teams build and grow on. The swagger. They also have a pretty decent defense. And Murray for me, not a guy who makes the best decisions under pressure. I ma just not a fan. Hurts though, huge step forward with this offense. Keep it going Iggles. 4* Money Maker PHILADELPHIA EAGLES 

Taking DALLAS. Man. Dallas totally exceeding my expectations. The OL has been holding up. Cooper filling in nicely for Dak. And who knows, maybe we get a Dak sighting. Rams will be off huge MNF tilt vs Niners. No matter the outcome, that is a hard fought game. And unlike SF who gets a cupcake in Carolina, Dallas will bring some defense and toughness. Parsons and Lawrence will get to Stats Padford, Matt Statsford, Pads Statsford. Oh whoever he is! Dallas keeps it close and can maybe steal one late here. 4* Money Maker DALLAS COWBOYS

Miami does have extra rest and prep time for Teddy B. Now. I like Bridgewater. And I was a bit worried with my Cincy bet when he came in. But he is a guy I want to back as a dog, not a favorite. Taking the PATRIOTS. These guys bit in the butt last week as I had GB -6 before the injury news. Then to add insult to injury QB2 gets hurt and QB3 comes in. If Zappe was the starter coming in there is no way I am taking GB -6 or 9. Not happening. I like this kid. Liked him at WKU. Liked him in pre-season. Lions defense is a flat out mess. The Patriots OCs are bumbling idiots - but this kid can make plays. Taking the BILLS. Off a pair of tough back to back road games, Buffalo is home. They get a nice revenge game vs the Steelers who were so kind to bring their prize rookie QB to the table last week. Yeah. Kid looks great rushing for 2 TDs , running around like a chicken with its head cut off. 3 INTs make it a perfect day of pass attempts (10-13). Zach Wilson carved up this defense in the 4th. What is Josh Allen going to do? This team has allowed 1 TD, 7 lonely points in the 2nd half off their 4 games this year. 3 of those on the road. Ravens - Miami - Rams are all, I think, better than Pitt. I though they would beat the Titans 37-7. It was 41-7. This one has 37-16 written all over it. 4* Money Maker BUFFALO BILLS 

Taking the SEAHAWKS. We had these guys to start the season out and will look to them as a live road doggy here. Geno Smith with 77% completions on the year to go with 6 TDs to just 2 INTs. Penny healthy looking good. And I said over the summer in Mid Day Money - Lockett, Metcalf, Fant and Dissly are decent targets. Now off a huge offensive output the get to travel to New Orleans. Backing a team in B2B roadies isn't my favorite thing to do. But - Saints coming home from London! I'm old enough to remember that these teams would get a bye week after that game. Bad spot here for NO. Let's be honest. Last week if Minny would not kick FGs from inside the 10 or whatever, 16-7 to could have been 24 or more to 7. Saints rally late to make it a game with Dalton.
