The CFL Totals Play is on the UNDER in the Edmonton at Saskatchewan game at 9:05 eastern,. These two met in the opener in a closely contested 17-13 game and was very close stat wise. We note that rested home teams like the roughriders are 100% perfect to the under off a dog win where they scored 21 or more and and were off a previous loss and are taking  on a team with no wins. At 7 eastern we are rolling with British Columbia on the money like which is reasonable here for a 3-0 team that has looked solid thus far and was a blowout road winner at Winnipeg where they rarely lose. Toronto has beat a winless Edmonton team but allowed them to score 31 points. In Contrast BC Coasted to a shutout win over Edmonton. Toronto also beat a winless Hamilton team.  BC has covered 4 of the last 5 and 7 of 9 in week 4. Montreal has bolted out to a 2-0 start and tonight they fit a rare CFL System that is perfect when playing on home dogs off a road dog win and a prior home vs a team like Winnipeg  that is off a home loss. The Bluebomers are always much tougher at home. Now they are a big road favorite with a defense that has allowed 27 or more in all 3 games thus far. Montreal has covered 3 of 4 off a win, 4 of 5 at home and 3 of 4 vs a winning team. Look for Montreal to get the cover.

At 7:30 eastern the CFL Top Totals Play is on the Under in the Edmonton at Ottawa game. This one applies to a 21-2 under system with a subset below that has Hit UNDER ALL 11 Times since 2007 and pertains to road dogs off a home dog loss like Edmonton that allowed 28 or more points and passed for less than 330 yards and are taking on a Non Division opponent that had 4 or less Turnovers.
