12-04-22 | Dolphins v. 49ers -4 | 17-33 | Win | 100 | 24 h 2 m | Show
Miami at San Francisco 4;25 ET 49ers(-) over Dolphins- Hey, ya know what I just Heard on Las Vegas radio (no not Brittany pears) but that Miami’s offense in a fraud...personally I don’t think so but they make a good point which I shall share with you all. It was pointed out to me that the Dolphins have been lucky enough to have played against some of the NFL’s worst defenses including games against the Lions, Texans, Bears, Browns and Ravens. They will see a different animal on the West coast as the Niners rank No. 1 in total defense allowing just 281 YPG and are 7-2 ATS last nine home games and Fins 0-3-1 ATS against teams with winning home records. Take SAN FRANCISCO! |
12-04-22 | Jets +3 v. Vikings | 22-27 | Loss | -114 | 21 h 13 m | Show
New York Jets at Minnesota 1:00 ET Jets (+) over Vikings- Believe it or not but Minnesota can clinch the NFC North with a win here and a Jacksonville win at Detroit. Seems silly at this point of the season but the division is that weak. That won’t matter here as the Vikings will have to wait a week at least. New York has found the magic elixir and his name is Mike White who has replaced Zach Wilson leading the Jets to a season high 466 yards of offense against the Bears last week. The club has responded to the change and now believe that with their defense (Ranked No. 5) they can make the playoffs and cause some damage. Like what they do against the Vikings. Take the NEW YORK J-E-T-S! |
12-04-22 | Titans v. Eagles -4 | 10-35 | Win | 100 | 21 h 4 m | Show
Tennessee at Philadelphia 1:00 ET Eagles (-) over Titans- I am a bit surprised at what I am seeing surrounding this game as I expected people to gravitate to the high flying eagles especially after them beating the packers without much difficulty and the Titans falling tat home to Cincinnati. Philadelphia has incentive as a win clinches the division along the best record currently in the NFC. Tennessee is have problems in the red-zone as their one sided offense meets resistance closer to the goal. Eagles No. 2 on defense allowing just 304 YPG and are No. 4 on offense averaging 382 YPG. The home team is 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings and the beat goes on...take PHILADELPHIA! |
12-04-22 | Jaguars +1 v. Lions | Top | 14-40 | Loss | -110 | 21 h 49 m | Show |
Jacksonville at Detroit 1:00 ET Jaguars (+) over Lions- Here I am thinking that Detroit is that hot team and now the book-makers do this. What you ask? Well, the Lions and Jaguars have the same record (4-7) and the Lions had won three straight until Thanksgiving against the Bills but have covered four in-a-row while Jacksonville is off their thrilling come-from-behind win over the Ravens winning for only the 2nd time in their last eight games. I though I saw something in the Jags last week that make me believe that they are getting better and by the looks of this line so do the odds-makers. Take JACKSONVILLE! |
12-01-22 | Bills v. Patriots +5 | Top | 24-10 | Loss | -110 | 43 h 6 m | Show |
Buffalo at New England 8:15 ET Patriots (+) over Bills- Is Buffalo just slogging their way their the season before they start to show some real stuff that is expected of them or is what you see is what you get. Or can they be the most overrated team in the NFL and just don’t measure up to other expectations. are No. 2 in totals gaining 416 a game and they are No. 3 in passing with Josh Allen leading the way. The Bills Josh Allen is their leading rushing with Singletary close behind but, Allen has been involved in over 500 plays between his passing and running and that much usage with take its toll especially in the NFL. The Patriots are not in Buffalo’s class and the Bills are 3-0-1 ATS in their last four trips to Bean-town but they are 1-3-1 ATS in their last five road games and the Pats are 7-3 ATS at home and 6-2 ATS in their last eight games overall. Belichick will find a way to steal this one. Take NEW ENGLAND! |
11-28-22 | Steelers +3 v. Colts | Top | 24-17 | Win | 100 | 15 h 20 m | Show |
Pittsburgh at Indianapolis 8:15 ET Steelers (+) over Colts- Wait a second...Indy is the home team. Not paying too close attention until the weekend and I had thought because of the meager line that the game was in Pittsburgh. So what they bookie is saying is that the Steelers would be favored at a neutral site. Everybody is pulling for Jeff Saturday and well this Monday after defeating the Raiders in Las Vegas and battling the Eagles to the final gun in the City of Brotherly Love (that is a frickin’ joke) the return home with a Dickens thought of Great Expectations. Too bad the odds-makers sees disappointment in store for Colts fans. Take PITTSBURGH! |
11-27-22 | Raiders +4 v. Seahawks | 40-34 | Win | 100 | 23 h 34 m | Show
Las Vegas at Seattle 4:05 ET Raiders (+) over Seahawks- What a great season it has been for the Raider haters as Vegas suckered the locals into a win total that was 7.5 and they bought into it, but, the sentiment has switched off as Las Vegas has taken down it’s backers 7-of-10 times. Watching them recover and get a gift win at Denver has lifted their spirits and confidence. Seattle has been great running off a 5-game SU and ATS winning streak before being exposed in Germany two weeks ago. Rust shows here as Raiders surprise. Take LAS VEGAS! |
11-27-22 | Chargers v. Cardinals +3 | Top | 25-24 | Win | 100 | 23 h 33 m | Show |
LA Chargers at Arizona 4:05 ET Cardinals (+) over Chargers- Like I said the Chargers do just enough to get you beat as they covered their last two against the points but lost both games outright to the Chiefs and Niners. Arizona on the other hand after starting, oh what was it 6-0 or 7-0 last season has been one the the worsts covers in the NFL. Coaching has been called into question along with a shortstop playing QB who refuses film study and would rather just wing it. But that will work against these guys because they know how to lose. Take ARIZONA! |
11-27-22 | Ravens v. Jaguars +3.5 | 27-28 | Win | 100 | 20 h 34 m | Show
Baltimore at Jacksonville 1:00 ET Jaguars (+) over Ravens- We know what the Ravens are now for and they are living up to that expectation and even more. Baltimore’s defense is among the leaders in all defensive stats, as they are 2nd in forced turnovers, 3rd in fewest rushing yards allowed and 3rd best in third-down stoppage. Jackson leads the NFL in YPA with 6.9 and that helps the weakness in other parts of his game. Stats are great and I have a few for you. The Ravens are is 0-4-1 ATS in their last five visits to Jacksonville and the home teams is 8-2-1 ATS in the last 11 meetings. Take JACKSONVILLE! |
11-27-22 | Bengals -115 v. Titans | 20-16 | Win | 100 | 20 h 30 m | Show
Cincinnati at Tennessee 1:00 ET Bengals over Titans- The fact that the Bengals opened the favorite raised my eyebrows as it just didn’t look right. Here is division leader Tennessee on a eight-game ATS winning streak and possessing the most punishing running back in the league while Cincinnati’s ground game will suffer as Mixon stays in concession protocol. Still the SFC champs Cincy is 13-3 ATS in their last 16 games in the AFC and are 4-0 ATS in their last four trips to in Nashville. Take CINCINNATI! |
11-27-22 | Bucs v. Browns +3.5 | Top | 17-23 | Win | 100 | 20 h 32 m | Show |
Tampa Bay at Cleveland 1:00 ET Browns (+) over Buccaneers- Poor Tommy-boy is taking the heat from every where except at home where it is now peaceful and his number and play are as good as ever. To me the problems start with head coaching along with injuries and a receivers corps that lead the NFL in dropped passes. The Bucs are 0-7-1 ATS as the sod seems to slow them down while the Browns without Watson at QB average over 150 yards on the ground and will dictate the tempo. Take CLEVELAND! |
11-24-22 | Patriots +2.5 v. Vikings | Top | 26-33 | Loss | -105 | 29 h 17 m | Show |
New England at Minnesota 8:20 ET Patriots (+) over Vikings- How can I possibly consider New England in this spot and make you all sick after a great dinner and days winning picks. Having used a Dallas as a Megabucks winner against Minnesota I was so looking to rebounding with them on Thanksgiving, closing the day a perfect 3-0. Yeah, well wishful thinking! But, now with the hapless offense that the Patriots bring into this fray and the bookies making the Vikings just a field goal it makes believe it’s way too low and why. It is because Minny isn’t as good as their record of is it the that Bill Belichick will devise some sort of game plan to disrupt the Vikes offense. Don’t don’t Jones looks like Wilson of the Jets and yet the line says lay the field goal...oh yeah, maybe someone else. If I get beat I get best. but this number is silly. Take NEW ENGLAND! |
11-24-22 | Giants v. Cowboys -10 | 20-28 | Loss | -105 | 25 h 28 m | Show
NY Giants at Dallas 4:30 ET Giants (+) over Cowboys- At first glance I loved the Giants as I could see a bounce back for them and after Dallas’ 40-3 Megabucks win over Minnesota that they would come back toward the middle. But, that was when I thought the line would give the Giants a fighting chance...but it doesn’t. As a 9-point favorite it has become too inviting to jump on the Giants while laying close to double-digits is no bargain in this NFL. Dallas will return home after a bye and a pair of road games to play at home for the for first time since Oct. 30. Cowboys defense No. 1 against the pass and Danny Turnover Jones will cough it up more than once. Boys 22-7 against NFC East and New York is 3-7 against NFC East and 2-9 ATS in last 11 visits to Big D. Take DALLAS! |
11-24-22 | Bills -9.5 v. Lions | 28-25 | Loss | -105 | 21 h 26 m | Show
Buffalo at Detroit 12:30 ET Bills (-) over Lions- Oh, how the mighty have fallen, ha but believe me not too far. Buffalo who was expected to breeze through the AFC East have had a few disappointing outings but have still won 7-of-10. The Lions have come roaring back into the media speak as they have won and cover three straight after four straight ATS and SU losses. Bills remained in Detroit after their win over the Browns are will be comfortable playing on Thanksgiving with their No. 2 offense averaging 417.4 YPG against the prides No. 32 defense surrendering 416 YPG. That is enough for me. Take BUFFALO! |
11-21-22 | 49ers -7.5 v. Cardinals | Top | 38-10 | Win | 100 | 20 h 27 m | Show |
San Francisco vs Arizona 8:15 ET 49ers (-) over Cardinals- Basically the question is..do I believe that the Cardinals can defeating the defending Super Bowl champion LA Rams one week and then San Francisco the next. No, I don’t think they can or will do it. The birds will have an injured wing against the No. 1 49ers defense with tight end Ertz out and Hopkins among six other starter not practicing this week. Niners’ McCaffrey getting comfortable and receiving more reps. Arizona 2-9 ATS on Monday nights and Mexico won’t help. Take SAN FRANCISCO! |
11-20-22 | Chiefs v. Chargers +5.5 | 30-27 | Win | 100 | 28 h 55 m | Show
Kansas City at LA Chargers 5:20 ET Chiefs (-) over Chargers- It seems like it is always the same old story concerning the Chargers be it in San Diego or LA or the moon they do just enough to get beat. Kansas City can coast with their lead and talent and should play to their level of their competition meaning play down here. It’s only half way till the playoffs and the Chiefs have been there before. LA is a desperate mode after loss to Niners. Take Los Angeles! |
11-20-22 | Cowboys -120 v. Vikings | 40-3 | Win | 100 | 23 h 14 m | Show
Dallas at Minnesota 4:25 ET Cowboys (+) over Vikings- I gotta like this one as the ‘Boys laid down last week as our Megabucks winner Detroit stole the victory in overtime Now, Dallas goes to the conference leader nest and open the favorite. I don’t see how that is, now that genius Mike McCarthy said he’s going back to Zkeziel Elliot at running back and down grading Tony Pollard (the best back they have). Prescott should be better here as the rust wares off. Minnesota has won seven straight and have become the hot media item with Kirk (How do you like me now) Cousins and as long as he is able to hand the ball to Dalvil Cook the Vikes have a shot. But, the Cowboys defense is one of the best as they led the league in sacks that make the media to re-evaluate Cousins. Take DALLAS! |
11-20-22 | Commanders v. Texans +3 | 23-10 | Loss | -100 | 20 h 22 m | Show
Washington at Houston 1:00 ET Texans (+) over Commies- Yes, that household name Taylor Heincke is making his case for Carson Wentz’ job and he has earned it. A real gutsy play that does what ever he can to win, he stands up to the rush and takes the hit to complete the play. The Commanders have won 3-of-4 since he took over at QB that loss of course was to Minnesota after leading by 10 points in the fourth. Coming off their Monday upset of Philadelphia the Commies might get caught here as they are 3-9 ATS when playing on a Sunday after a Monday night game. Texans are 4-1 ATS after a loss. Take HOUSTON! |
11-20-22 | Bears v. Falcons -2.5 | 24-27 | Win | 100 | 20 h 6 m | Show
Chicago at Atlanta 1:00 ET Falcons (-) over Bears- With Justin Fields running wild out of te quarterback position the Bears have emerged as the NFL’s No. 1 rushing team with 201.7 YPG. Atlanta runs the ball better from the running back position averaging 160 yards rushing good for fourth in the league. Here’s the rub with both these teams is the Chicago is dead last in passing yards with just 128.1 per game while the Falcons are not much better ranked 30th with 157 per. The Dirty-Birds are 1-3 SU and 0-4 ATS since defeating the Niners five weeks ago. With the only guy that can throw the ball playing for the home team I’ll play the Falcons. Take ATLANTA! |
11-20-22 | Lions +3 v. Giants | Top | 31-18 | Win | 100 | 20 h 57 m | Show |
Detroit at New York Giants 1:00 ET Lions (+) over Giants- Has there been a bigger turn around than what is going on with New York Giants (Green slim fans claim it’s the J-E-T-S) who are 7-2 and gaining attention. A healthy Saquon Barley has been the key as his 931 rushing yards lead the NFL and Danny ‘Dimes’ turnover improvement has kept the Jints alive. ones season high passing yards is 217 and winning with so few yards passing will be difficult to continue. Detroit is playing with confidence after their rally against the Bears for their second straight win. There offense has picked up the last three games with just one turnover. The road team is 7-2 ATS in the last nine meetings. Take DETROIT! |
11-17-22 | Titans +3.5 v. Packers | 27-17 | Win | 100 | 24 h 53 m | Show
Tennessee at Green Bay 8:15 ET Titans (+) over Packers- Green Bay ended their five-game losing streak with an improbable come-from-behind win over Dallas Sunday, Trailing 28-14 in the 4th quarter the Cowboys lost for the first time after 195 wins when having a 14-point final period lead when the Packers rallied. The Pack have won 2-of-3 meetings including a 40-14 home romp last season in week 16. The Titans Travis Henry is a load and saw his steak of 5-games with 100 yards rushing end last week against Denver but Green Bay’s defense allows 4.8 yards per carry. He should have a field day and Aaron will pull a Derek Carr and cry about something after this one is final. Take TENNESSEE! |
11-14-22 | Commanders v. Eagles -10.5 | Top | 32-21 | Loss | -110 | 20 h 31 m | Show |
Washington at Philadelphia 8:15 ET Eagles (+) over Commies- Before he became this good QB Jalen Hurts who has led the Eagles to 11 straight regular season wins has defeated Washington three times among those victories. I still carry the feeling of disappointment that was thrust upon me when the Commandos blew 10 late 17-7 lead to the Vikings and failed to win their fourth straight behind QB Taylor Heincke. Philly just keeps rolling and the fact that this is a conference game many believe that it will play close. I just don’t think so. Eagle offense will soar and their defense will dominate the limited offense of the DC boys. Take PHILADELPHIA! |
11-13-22 | Cowboys v. Packers +4.5 | 28-31 | Win | 100 | 20 h 11 m | Show
Dallas at Green Bay 4:25 ET Packers (+) over Cowboys- Ah, memories of a Championship game in Green bay before the AFL/NFL merger but only the uniforms are the same. Okay can it get any worse for Aaron Rogers as he is now taking the heat as the Packers continue to fade into the also-ran category. Dallas head coach Mike McCarthy has 125 wins under his belt with Rogers at the helm while with Green Bay and would love to squash Rodgers for the continues criticism of his coaching abilities. Even though he has struggled this season I still prefer Rogers over McCarthy anytime. The underdog is 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings and the Packers are 4-1 ATS in the last five meets. Take GREEN BAY! |
11-13-22 | Lions +3 v. Bears | 31-30 | Win | 100 | 17 h 50 m | Show
Detroit at Chicago 1:00 ET Lions (-) over Bears- So now Justin Field is the rage after running wild against Miami rushing for 178 yards on 15 carries but guess what...they still lost. With a lack of a passing game the Bears defense has been tame allowing 84 points the last two games as they went without a sack against the Dolphins. Chicago has struggled within the division as they are 1-6 ATS in their last seven against the NFC North and 7-19 ATS within the NFC.On the flip side the Lions are 6-0 ATS vs the NFC North and the dogs is 4-1 ATS in last five meetings. Take DETROIT! 4 |
11-13-22 | Vikings v. Bills -3 | 33-30 | Loss | -115 | 17 h 48 m | Show
Minnesota at Buffalo 1:00 ET Bills (-) over Vikings- Let me start by saying that a man I respect for his ethic and NFL opinion said to me “If this game doesn’t win I quit betting.” He of course means the Bills and he doesn’t care who starts at quarterback. I don’t take his statement lightly as I’ve heard him say this maybe 10 or 12 times over the years and he’s still betting...and by that I mean he has yet to lose after making this rare statement. Minny is 1-3-1 ATS on the road and the Bills are 5-1-1 ATS last seven games at home. The price will move huge if Allen plays or not but regardless..it’s BUFFALO! |
11-13-22 | Browns +3.5 v. Dolphins | Top | 17-39 | Loss | -110 | 17 h 49 m | Show |
Cleveland at Miami 1:00 ET Browns (+) over Dolphins- Well, all the Tua doubters should adjust their evaluation of his talents as he has the NFL’s highest passer rating of 115.9 and averaging 9.2 yards an attempt. With Tua out Miami dropped two straight and have won their last three upon his return to action. Browns QB Jacob Brissett who sat behind Tua last season will be leading the charge and he is 2-3 as a starter. The Browns are 6-1-1 ATS in the last eight meetings and Miami is 1-5 ATS in their last games overall. Take CLEVELAND! |
11-13-22 | Broncos +2.5 v. Titans | Top | 10-17 | Loss | -100 | 17 h 47 m | Show |
Denver at Tennessee 1:00 ET Broncos (+) over Titans- The Broncos are off their bye week and a 21-17 win in London over Jacksonville but have not won in the states since an 11-10 win over the Niners on September 25. The win overseas ended a 4-game slide while the Titans after opening with losses to the Giants and Bills reeled off five straight winners before losing in OT at the Chiefs. With rest Denver should be fresh and ready while the Titans deal with a questionable quarterback situation and their disappointment at blowing lats weeks fourth quarter lead. Finally the Broncos are 7-1 ATS in the last eight meetings. Take DENVER! |
11-10-22 | Falcons v. Panthers +2.5 | Top | 15-25 | Win | 100 | 26 h 46 m | Show |
Atlanta at Carolina 8:15 ET Panthers (+) over Falcons- These two played a great shootout game two weeks ago as the Falcons pulled out an improbably win. Carolina missed an extra point after an ego driven unsportsmanlike penalty in the final second give the Panthers to atone and kick the game winning field goal but alas, they missed again they game winning chance again. This time around they seal the deal. Take CAROLINA |
11-07-22 | Ravens v. Saints +1.5 | Top | 27-13 | Loss | -110 | 20 h 47 m | Show |
Baltimore at New Orleans 8:15 ET Saints (+) over Ravens- If this game was played on Sunday it would have been my ‘Highest-Rated’ Megabucks so I have no problems using them here. New Orleans has a chance to do something for the first time this season and that is to win back-to back games. The Ravens accomplished that feat last week after defeating Tampa Bay 27-24 and Cleveland the previous week. The Saints have put something together after last week’s dominating performance against Las Vegas winning 24-0 and allowing just 183 yards total offense. Ravens 2-6 ATS against teams with losing records and 0-3-1 ATS on field turf while the Saints are 6-2 ATS after allowing less than 250 yards the previous games. Take NEW ORLEANS! |
11-06-22 | Titans v. Chiefs -12 | Top | 17-20 | Loss | -110 | 27 h 41 m | Show |
Tennessee at Kansas City 5:20 ET Chiefs (-) over Titans- Okay, here we go with the craziness. Tennessee has won and covered four straight and now without their mediocre quarterback out and rookie Milik Willis they are a double-digit road dog. This price tells you exactly what to expect as the Titans conservative style will prevent them from competing here. Mahomes and KC offense too much for the air challenged Titans. The trends are all Tennessee as they should be with a number like this. But, it is there for a reason. Take KANSAS CITY! |
11-06-22 | Seahawks v. Cardinals -125 | 31-21 | Loss | -125 | 23 h 46 m | Show
Seattle at Arizona 4:05 ET 4 Cardinals 9-) over Seahawks- If this was opening day and you saw these teams records projected one would think that their has been a typo but, it’s true Seattle is 5-3 and leading the division while Arizona who started the season 7-0 last year is 3-5 and in last place in the AFC West. The Cardinals are in a must win situation as the Rams and 49ers are still ahead of them. Seattle is 6-14 ATS after a SU win and the Redbirds are 5-1 after a SU loss. Thankful for 17 game schedule the Cardinals prevail here. Take ARIZONA! |
11-06-22 | Dolphins v. Bears +4.5 | 35-32 | Win | 100 | 19 h 59 m | Show
Miami at Chicago 1:00 ET Bears (+) over Dolphins- After the way the Dolphins make comeback under Tua is a scary thing. There was the 21 points that they overcame against Baltimore and then last week they trailed the Lions by multiple scores once again stand managed to win and cover. Chicago is getting better and their performance against Dallas last week showed that they still have a few things to work on (HA...I’ll say). Bears are 3-1-1 ATS after a SU loss and the underdog is 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings. Take CHICAGO! |
11-06-22 | Colts +6 v. Patriots | 3-26 | Loss | -116 | 18 h 21 m | Show
Indianapolis at New England 1:00 ET Colts (+) over Patriots- There are so many reasons that I did not want to make a play on this game as there are question marks on both sides of the ball for both teams. Quarterbacks seem to be the problem as the Colts have replace Ryan and the Patriots are beginning to question if Mac Jones is the answer for them or is it Baily Zappe. Take INDIANAPOLIS! |
11-06-22 | Vikings v. Commanders +3 | Top | 20-17 | Push | 0 | 20 h 58 m | Show |
Minnesota at Washington 1:00 ET 2 Commies (+) over Vikings- Minnesota is leading the way in the NFC and at 6-1 in the NFC North and have a 4-game lead in the loss column over both the Packers and Bears who are both 3-5. The Vikings are a perfect 4-0 at home and will be taking it on the road for the first time in three weeks. Washington is off a late second 17-16 win at Indianapolis and are 2-0 under gutsy Taylor Heinecke and have won their last three but are still in the NFC East basement. Vikings defense is ranked No. 28 and allowing 381YPG and the Dogs is 8-3 ATS in the last 11 meetings in the series. Take WASHINGTON! |
11-03-22 | Eagles v. Texans UNDER 45.5 | 29-17 | Loss | -110 | 9 h 6 m | Show
Philadelphia at Houston 8:15 ET Texans (+) over Eagles- The soaring Eagles (7-0) remain the only unbeaten NFL squad and the odds are at at 11-1 that they would go undefeated. I don’t believe that they might even lose here and anything is possible in the NFL world but, they aren’t even in a look-ahead spot with Washington (4-4) up next. Jalen Hurts has done a great job with his 105.1 QB rating leading the Eagles to the No. 3 ranked offense but it is the defense that sets it all up. They are allowing just 298 YPG and lead the NFL with 16 take-a-ways. This mismatch gets wider when we see Houston with the offense ranking 31-of-32 and a defense ranking 30-of-32. The only way I see the Texans staying close and that’s all I’m really hoping for is that the Eagles are not looking to humiliate another Union member. So, if Philly isn’t looking to rub it it this game should stay UNDER! |
10-31-22 | Bengals v. Browns +3 | Top | 13-32 | Win | 100 | 23 h 42 m | Show |
Cincinnati at Cleveland 8:15 ET Browns (+) over Bengals- One club has their quarterback of the future and the other club in waiting for their future quarterback to return from double-secret probation. No doubt Joe Burrow has emerged as an elite QB but a major part of his past success is now sidelined as La Marr Chase is down for six weeks. With Chase down the browns run defense can put more pressure on Joe Mixon and the Bengals run game. I state rivals have the underdog 5-0 ATS in the last five meetings. Take CLEVELAND! |
10-30-22 | Packers +11 v. Bills | 17-27 | Win | 100 | 28 h 34 m | Show
Green Bay at Buffalo 8:20 ET Packers (+) over Bills- Relax! Ha! I’m pretty sure Aaron Rodgers will be relaxing on a beach or playing golf come the first week of the NFL playoffs as the 4-time MVP his having a career worst season. I’ve been kidding all season that Geno Smith is the NFLs MVP, but in reality it is Josh Allen. But as you all know ‘you can’t win em all.’ Buffalo has won three straight games while the Packers have lost three straight but under Rodgers they are 6-0 ATS after gaining less than 250 yards the previous game. The Bills are just really good but this one should stay close. Take GREEN BAY! |
10-30-22 | 49ers v. Rams +1 | 31-14 | Loss | -110 | 24 h 40 m | Show
San Francisco at L.A Rams 4:25 ET Rams (+) over 49ers- Really now, I know the record between these two teams and it is all Niners to the point that they have already dominated the Rams once this season willing 24-9 as a 1-point dog. With this line I would normally move toward the Rams but the sentiment is overwhelming for San Francisco. Maybe it’s the Cable Car City’s now allowing residence to use the sidewalks as toilets I don’t know and I don’t get it. The 49ers looked helpless against the Chiefs last time out and I believe they were exposed and then they come up favorite and the masses are on them Not me. Take LOS ANGELES! |
10-30-22 | Titans v. Texans +2.5 | Top | 17-10 | Loss | -103 | 24 h 35 m | Show |
Tennessee Houston 4:05 ET Texans (+) over Titans- Oh man, really, the Titans are less than a field against the NFL’s worst in spite of them getting their wish. Be careful what you wish for as Malik Willis might get his chance. Ryan Tannehill is not at full strength but it is his low QB rating could be a factor. Trends are backing Texans as the home team is 9-3 ATS in last 12 meetings and get the rest of this. Titans are 1-7 ATS in last eight meets in Houston and 6-15-1 ATS in the last 22 meetings overall. Take HOUSTON! |
10-30-22 | Raiders v. Saints +1.5 | 0-24 | Win | 100 | 20 h 17 m | Show
Las Vegas at New Orleans 1:00 ET Saints (+) over Raiders- If you bet them they will lose...yeah that’s me and the Saints but fortunately we we bet against Las Vegas we win. The Raiders are one of those teams that just doesn’t do what is expected (maybe it is an Al Davis thing) and they have only two wins and are favored on the road. Guess what, they are 2-6 ATS in their last seven road games and are 0-6 ATS on the road against teams with losing records. Meanwhile, the Saints stink and their coaching is coming into question but they win here. Take NEW ORLEANS! |
10-30-22 | Dolphins v. Lions +3.5 | Top | 31-27 | Loss | -108 | 21 h 32 m | Show |
Miami at Detroit 1:00 ET Lions (+) over Dolphins- The Lions have scored a grand total of three points in their last two games and had a much needed week off to regroup. I do believe that Miami can beat anyone and being favored here is no surprise but they still have lingering doubts as to who should be playing at quarterback. It isn’t that Tua can’t win the issue is getting him and keeping him on the field as this has been a career issue. Take DETROIT! |
10-30-22 | Broncos +2.5 v. Jaguars | 21-17 | Win | 100 | 20 h 38 m | Show
Denver at Jacksonville 9:30 ET Broncos (+) over Jaguars- Yeah, I just love this match-up and so happy that is garbage game in overseas and many won’t have to endure this sure to be ‘classic.’ We had both these side last week and we were very disappointed with the outcome as Denver held the Jets to 10 first downs and lost without Russell Wilson and the Jaguars fumbled into the end zone twice in blowing a lead to the Giants. It bothers me that I like the Broncos and the Jags have come up the favorite with identical records on a neutral site but nobody else like the Broncos. So take DENVER! |
10-27-22 | Ravens v. Bucs +105 | Top | 27-22 | Loss | -100 | 23 h 7 m | Show |
Baltimore at Tampa Bay 8:15 ET Buccaneers (+) over Ravens- Although I can’t remember ever seeing a Tom Brady led team look so inept on offense, therefore I really shouldn’t be surprised that they are an underdog at home. Especially if you consider that they are 0-3 SU and ATS in three home games this season losing last week to Carolina 21-3 rushing for only 46 yards. Bucs are 0-5 ATS last five and Ravens are 0-3-1 ATS in last four. So, if this one comes down to quarterbacks...Take TAMPA BAY! |
10-24-22 | Bears +9 v. Patriots | Top | 33-14 | Win | 100 | 8 h 10 m | Show |
Chicago at New England 8:15 ET Bears over Patriots- I know one thing it’s that is Bill Belichick is not afraid of making a quarterback change at anytime (see Bledsoe). Former Western Kentucky star QB threw for over 6,000 yards and 62 TD’s in his final season and had a great start for the Patriots winning a pair of games over Detroit and Green Bay going 51-of-70 for 596 yards with four TD’s and only one interception. Unlike Mac Jones or Zappe Bears QB Justin Fields is better off running the ball as opposed to throwing it. Bears growl on a Monday night. Take CHICAGO! |
10-23-22 | Chiefs v. 49ers +1 | Top | 44-23 | Loss | -110 | 24 h 58 m | Show |
Kansas City at San Francisco 4:25 ET 49ers (+) over Chiefs- Perfect spot for the Niners as the Chiefs come off a physical encounter against Buffalo. San Francisco was beaten down in Atlanta last week 28-14 and will be a little more focused this time out. At 3-3 the 49ers are in need of a win before falling too far back in the NFC West while Kansas City is 1-4 ATS in their last five games overall and 0-5 ATS in their last five visits to Sam Francisco. Niners 6-0 ATS last six at home and 6-0 ATS against teams with winning records. Take SAN FRANCISCO! |
10-23-22 | Jets v. Broncos +2 | 16-9 | Loss | -110 | 24 h 47 m | Show
NY Jets at Denver 4:05 ET Broncos (-) over Jets- Well, after what we have seen so far this season some have come to realize that Denver has issues at QB with a slowed and aging Russell. The Jets have QB issues of their own as their No. 1 draft pick in 2021 Zach Wilson has completed 56% of his passes and improvement from last year’s 55%. Jets fall 26-0 at Denver last season and even with Brett Rypien at QB this time around they win easy! Take DENVER! |
10-23-22 | Giants v. Jaguars -3 | 23-17 | Loss | -110 | 21 h 19 m | Show
New York Giants at Jacksonville 1:00 ET Jaguars (-) over Giants- My, my are the Giants in trouble here...and it is not me saying this it is the book makers, the guys that make the spread, blame them don’t get mad at me. How in heavens name can the Jaguars be the favorite here, has anybody been watching what is happening on the playing field. New York has won 5-of-6 while the Jacks have dropped three straight. It just doesn’t seem right and I will follow the bookies lead. Take JACKSONVILLE! |
10-23-22 | Colts +2.5 v. Titans | 10-19 | Loss | -110 | 21 h 12 m | Show
Indianapolis at Tennessee 1:00 ET Colts (+) over Titans- How Tennessee has won any games at all is an accomplishment as they rank at or near the bottom in both NFL offensive and Defensive categories. The Titans are ranked No. 31 on offense (among 32) and No. 28 on defense ranking last in passing yards allowed. The Colts threw for 386 yards last week and will repeat that type of performance here. Take INDIANAPOLIS! |
10-23-22 | Packers v. Commanders +5.5 | 21-23 | Win | 100 | 2 h 4 m | Show
Green Bay at Washington 1:00 ET Commandos (+) over Packers-The Pack must be done! Look at this price! Very cheap if you ask me. Aaron Rodgers QB rating is down over 30 points from his MVP 2020 season and down over 20 points in his2021 MLVP season. Washington will go with Taylor Heinicke and you could do worse as he is 7-9 as a starter and has the heart of a winner. Take WASHINGTON! |

10-20-22 | Saints +2.5 v. Cardinals | 34-42 | Loss | -100 | 8 h 53 m | Show
New Orleans at Arizona 8:15 ET Saints (+) over Diamondbacks- So, you think that Kliff Kingsbury can coach? Well, let’s think this thing over again. This is a guy that said ‘we don’t practice like professionals.’ What, hey you are the head coach, practice is your responsibility. The 2-4 Cardinals have a quarterback that isn’t willing to put in the extra time it takes to be a winner. Arizona is 2-4 and defensive injuries hit them hard last week. Take NEW ORLEANS! |
10-17-22 | Broncos +4.5 v. Chargers | Top | 16-19 | Win | 100 | 10 h 48 m | Show |
Denver at L.A. Chargers 8:15 ET Broncos (+) over Chargers- Entering last week’s game in Cleveland the Chargers were last in rushing in the NFL but a breakout game by Austin Ekeler moved them up 10 spots. Justin Herbert was his usual self and when he is they are hard to beat. Denver got what they wanted by signing Russel Wilson and they are beginning to realize what they actually have...and for four more years after this. LA has covered their last two while Denver is 0-2 getting beat 12-9 last week at Indy but they are 12-4 ATS in their last 16 games after scoring less than 10 points. Add that LA is 5-13 ATS at home against teams with losing records.Take DENVER! |
10-16-22 | Cowboys v. Eagles -6 | 17-26 | Win | 100 | 26 h 30 m | Show
Dallas at Philadelphia 8:20 ET Eagles (-) over Cowboys- Unbeaten Cooper Rush will likely be under center Sunday night when his Dallas Cowboys visit the unbeaten Philadelphia Eagles. Rush is 4-0 as the starter since Dak Prescott broke a bone in his throwing thumb in the season opener. Prescott is not expected to be ready for the primetime NFC East showdown between the Cowboys (4-1) and Eagles (5-0). Jalen Hurts has emerged as an early MVP candidate in his third season, passing for 1,359 yards and four touchdowns and rushing for 266 yards and six scores.Hurts is 1-2 against Dallas with five turnovers (four interceptions, one lost fumble) and three TD passes. The Eagles rank No. 2 in the NFL in total offense (419.8 yards per game) and No. 4 in rushing (160.0). Take PHILADELPHIA! |
10-16-22 | Bills v. Chiefs +3 | 24-20 | Loss | -120 | 22 h 37 m | Show
Buffalo at Kansas City 4:05 ET Chiefs (+) over Bills- The Chiefs (4-1) and Bills (4-1) are tied for best record in the AFC. This will be the fifth meeting in the past two-plus seasons, with the teams splitting two regular-season contests and Kansas City winning a pair of playoff games. Mahomes leads the NFL with 15 touchdown passes while throwing for 1,398 yards and two interceptions. He threw four touchdown passes to Kelce in Monday night's 30-29 home win over the Las Vegas Raiders. It marks the 15th time he has thrown four or more scoring passes in a regular-season game. Josh Allen leads the NFL with 1,651 passing yards, including a career-high 424 yards in last Sunday's 38-3 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. He threw four touchdowns, all in the first half, to raise his season count to 14 against four interceptions. Take KANSAS CITY! |
10-16-22 | Bucs v. Steelers +10 | 18-20 | Win | 100 | 18 h 15 m | Show
Tampa Bay at Pittsburgh 1:00 ET Steelers (+) over Buccaneers- The Steelers (1-4) return to play at home this weekend, but they will host Tom Brady's Tampa Buccaneers. While the Steelers defense will have plenty to worry about with Brady and the Tampa Bay offense, the Buccaneers (3-2) are also armed with a stout defense that could pose some problems for Pittsburgh rookie Kenny Pickett. After going whooped 38-3 last week I expect a prideful effort out of the Steelers. Take PITTSBURGH! |
10-16-22 | 49ers v. Falcons +4.5 | 14-28 | Win | 100 | 18 h 13 m | Show
San Francisco at Atlanta 1:00 ET Falcons (+) over 49ers- Last week the San Francisco defense was as dominant as the offense, limiting the Panthers to 64 yards rushing, recording six sacks and getting a 41-yard TD interception return from cornerback Emmanuel Moseley. Playing without injured running back Cordarrelle Patterson, who went on injured reserve with a knee injury, and standout tight end Kyle Pitts, the Falcons (2-3) were held to a season-low point total in a 21-15 loss at Tampa Bay in Week 5. Rookie Tyler Allgeier and second-year back Caleb Huntley rushed for a combined 79 yards in the defeat. The Falcons hope to get Pitts (hamstring) back into game action against the 49ers after he returned to practice on a limited basis Wednesday. He had four catches for 77 yards when the clubs met last December. Take ATLANTA! |
10-16-22 | Bengals v. Saints +3 | Top | 30-26 | Loss | -115 | 18 h 18 m | Show |
Cincinnati at New Orleans 1:00 ET Saints (+) over Bengals- The Bengals (2-3) have struggled thus far to regain the form that brought them to the Super Bowl last season. All three of the Bengals' losses have come on a field goal on the final play of the game. It has dropped from No. 13 to No. 22 in total offense, from No. 7 to No. 12 in passing offense and from No. 7 to No. 16 in scoring. New Orleans put together a complete offensive game for the first time this season in a 39-32 home victory against Seattle that ended a three-game losing streak last Sunday. Saints starting quarterback Jameis Winston has missed the last two games because of back and ankle injuries and has been replaced by Andy Dalton, who started 133 games for Cincinnati from 2011-19. TAKE NEW ORLEANS! |
10-13-22 | Washington Commanders v. Bears | Top | 12-7 | Win | 100 | 29 h 36 m | Show |
Washington at Chicago 8:15 ET Commies (+) over Bears- Believe it or not Washington actually out-played and out-gained Tennessee by over 150 yards and still fell short with quarterback play turning the result. Chicago’s Justin Fields had his finest day as a pro going 15-21 208 yards passing and 47 yards rushing accounting for 255 of the Bears 271 offensive yards. The road team is 8-2 ATS in the last 10 meetings and the commies are 5-0 ATS at Chicago. Bears are 2-6 ATS in their last eight home games and just 6-16 ATS against the NFC. Take WASHINGTON! |
10-10-22 | Raiders +7 v. Chiefs | Top | 29-30 | Win | 100 | 16 h 6 m | Show |
The Chiefs (3-1) have dominated the Raiders (1-3), winning the past three meetings by a combined score of 124-54. They've won eight of the teams' past nine meetings and 13 of the last 15 matchups. Along with that the home team is 8-3 ATS in the last 11 meetings. The Chiefs' strong start, which included a 41-31 win at Tampa Bay on Sunday, has been fueled by quarterback Patrick Mahomes. He's completed 66.4 percent of his passes for 1,106 yards and 11 touchdowns, the latter tied for most in the league. His 82.3 quarterback rating is tops in the NFL. The Raiders, who are coming off a 32-23 win over the visiting Denver Broncos, have struggled defensively. They have yielded 100 points and 1,015 passing yards, ranking in the bottom third of the league for both. Quarterback Derek Carr has completed 61 percent of his passes for 1,038 yards with six touchdowns and four interceptions. After a disappointing start posting a win last week has the Raiders believing in themselves once again. Take LAS VEGAS! |
10-09-22 | Eagles v. Cardinals +5.5 | 20-17 | Win | 100 | 16 h 15 m | Show
Philadelphia at Arizona 4:25 ET Cardinals (+) over Eagles- The Philadelphia Eagles (4-0) also started 4-0 and made it to 7-0 before going all the way to Super Bowl XXXIX that season. The Cardinals (2-2) are 0-2 at home and have alternated wins and losses entering Week 5. Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts, an early MVP candidate with 1,120 passing yards and four touchdown passes plus 205 yards and four more scores on the ground. Cardinals counterpart Kyler Murray leads the NFL through four games in pass completions (113) and attempts (173). In his only previous start against Philadelphia, Murray completed 27 of 36 passes for 406 yards, three touchdowns and one interception in a 33-26 win at home on Dec. 20, 2020. Philadelphia's last road win against Arizona was in 2001. Take ARIZONA! |
10-09-22 | Cowboys v. Rams -5 | Top | 22-10 | Loss | -110 | 17 h 31 m | Show |
Dallas at L.A. Rams 4:25 ET Rams (-) over Cowboys- The Cowboys (3-1) would be nowhere without one of the top defenses in the NFL that has 15 sacks and has destroyed the internal clocks of opposing quarterbacks this season. While the Cowboys have found a winning formula, the defending Super Bowl champion Rams (2-2) have been sputtering along. Their latest defeat came Monday night against the San Francisco 49ers, as they fell 24-9. The uneven play from Los Angeles quarterback Matthew Stafford continued as he went 32 of 48 for 254 yards and an interception that was returned for a touchdown. Stafford has been intercepted an NFL-leading six times after throwing 17 picks last season, which was tied for the most in the league. Take the L.A. Rams! |
10-09-22 | 49ers v. Panthers +7 | 37-15 | Loss | -130 | 16 h 49 m | Show
San Francisco at Carolina 4:05 ET Panthers (+) over 49ers- The 49ers hold the NFL's top defense a month into the season, limiting opponents to 11.5 points per game. Yet it could be a tough turnaround for the 49ers (2-2), who topped the Los Angeles Rams 24-9 on Monday night and then must make a cross-country trip. For now, the Panthers (1-3) appear to have more problems. In quarterback ratings, Mayfield is 30th, while San Francisco's Jimmy Garoppolo is 14th. The Panthers have won six of the last eight matchups with San Francisco, including three in a row at home in regular-season play. They do it again. Take CAROLINA! |
10-09-22 | Seahawks v. Saints -4.5 | 32-39 | Win | 100 | 13 h 34 m | Show
Seattle at New Orleans 1:00 ET Saints (-) over Seahawks- Seattle's Geno Smith has been one of the most productive and efficient quarterbacks in the NFL as the successor to Wilson, who was traded to the Denver Broncos in the offseason. The New Orleans Saints aren't even sure who their quarterback will be when they host the Seahawks on Sunday. The Seahawks are ranked 31st in total defense (428 yards a game), 29th in rush defense (154) and tied for 29th in pass defense (274). Take New Orleans |
10-09-22 | Titans v. Washington Commanders +1 | Top | 21-17 | Loss | -110 | 13 h 28 m | Show |
Tennessee at Washington 1:00 ET Commanders (+) over Titans-After two seven-win seasons and a poor start to this year, pressure is ramping up on Rivera. During their three-game skid, the Commanders have been outscored in the first half 58-7. If ever a team needed a feel-good story it's the embattled Commanders (1-3), losers of three straight games and who host the Tennessee Titans (2-2) on Sunday. The Titans enter on a two-game winning streak, which coincides with improved work from running back Derrick Henry. In two losses to open the year, Henry averaged 3.1 yards per touch. Since then, he's gained 290 yards on 50 touches, for an average of 5.8 yards. Still, in need...take WASHINGTON! |
10-06-22 | Colts v. Broncos OVER 42 | Top | 12-9 | Loss | -110 | 26 h 52 m | Show |
Indianapolis at Denver 8:15 ET Colts/Broncos (Over)- Both of these clubs started the season with 'new' quarterbacks and playoff expectations and neither have shown much offense in their first month. The Indianapolis Colts were picked by many to win the AFC South after bringing Matt Ryan on board but Indianapolis (1-2-1) has struggled so far. The same is true for the Denver Broncos (2-2), who were expected to compete for the AFC West after trading for Russell Wilson in the offseason. The Colts who galloped along and lead the NFL in rushing last season are ranked 27th this season gaining just 87 YPG. Indy's defense is ranked No. 6 allowing just 297 YPG while Denver's 'D' is even better allowing just 284 YPG ranking No. 4. With all those terrible numbers on offense I can only expect a high scoring national TV audience. He OVER is 10-4 in the last 14 meetings and there's not much more for me to say. Play OVER! |
10-03-22 | Rams v. 49ers | Top | 9-24 | Win | 100 | 10 h 43 m | Show |
L.A. Rams at San Francisco 8:15 ET 49ers over Rams- Los Angeles (2-1) hasn't beaten the 49ers (1-2) at Levi's Stadium since 2018 and San Francisco is seeking their seventh straight regular-season victory over the Los Angeles Rams. The Rams won against the Niners in playoff action last season. Los Angeles is 15th in scoring offense (20.3 points per game) and 25th in total offense (306.3 yards per game) while the 49ers are tied for 28th in scoring offense (15.7) and 24th in total offense (323.7). SF Quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo will make his second start of the season since Trey Lance was lost for the campaign with a broken ankle. Rams are 0-5 ATS in the last five meetings. Niners are 5-0 ATS in their last five home games. Take SAN FRANCISCO! |
10-02-22 | Chiefs v. Bucs +110 | Top | 41-31 | Loss | -100 | 22 h 19 m | Show |
Kansas City at Tampa Bay 8:20 ET Buccaneers (-) over Chiefs- Patrick Mahomes and the visiting Kansas City Chiefs are prepared to test their mettle against Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in a showdown on Sunday night. Mahomes and Brady are no strangers to one another, with the former holding a 2-1 edge in regular-season play while the latter has gotten the better of both postseason matchups. Brady guided the New England Patriots to a win over Kansas City in the AFC Championship Game of the 2018 season before quarterbacking the Buccaneers past the Chiefs in Super Bowl LV. Tampa Bay's defense arguably was the star of the show in that game and can make that same claim this season by surrendering a league-best 9.0 points per game. Evans returns and Bucs win. Take TAMPA BAY! |
10-02-22 | Broncos +3 v. Raiders | 23-32 | Loss | -120 | 18 h 25 m | Show
Denver at Las Vegas 4:25 ET Broncos (+) over Raiders- The AFC West rivalry is one of the fiercest in the NFL, right up there with Green Bay-Chicago and Dallas-Washington. The Broncos and Raiders have a palpable dislike for each other and bragging rights alone with divisional records. Two head coaches, in their first year with their new teams, have something to prove and Josh McDaniels is looking for his first win with the Raiders (0-3) and is facing plenty of criticism. McDaniels has already had a lengthy closed-door meeting with owner Mark Davis. While Denver is 2-1 despite outscoring opponents just 43-36 while Raiders are minus-13. In a surprise Wilson gets the best of Carr. Take DENVER! |
10-02-22 | Cardinals v. Panthers +1 | Top | 26-16 | Loss | -120 | 18 h 7 m | Show |
Arizona at Carolina 4:05 ET Panthers over Cardinals- The Panthers (1-2) are coming off their first victory. The Cardinals (1-2) won at Vegas in between losing their two home games. Quarterback Baker Mayfield picked up his first victory with Carolina last week, though the outcome against New Orleans largely hinged on defense. The Panthers won despite Mayfield completing less than half of his passes (12-for-25). Carolina holds a 14-5 all-time record, including postseason against the Cardinals and has six consecutive victories in the series. Kingsbury is 0-3 versus the Panthers and for good reason. After a 7-0 start in 2021 the Cardinals continue to dive. Take CAROLINA! |
10-02-22 | Seahawks +3.5 v. Lions | 48-45 | Win | 100 | 15 h 4 m | Show
Seattle at Detroit 1:00 ET Seahawks (+) over Lions- Watch out Geno Smith for MVP as the percentage leading NFL QB has completed 77.4% of his passes for the 1-2 Seahawks. The Detroit Lions have struggled because coach Dan Campbell and the Lions' staff were unsure which players would be available at kickoff. Leading rusher D'Andre Swift and top receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown were among the Lions (1-2) sidelined this week. The Seahawks (1-2) might be in better physical shape but they've struggled in the post-Russell Wilson era. Seahawks are 39-19-4 ATS after a SU loss. Take SEATTL |
10-02-22 | Washington Commanders +3.5 v. Cowboys | 10-25 | Loss | -120 | 15 h 3 m | Show
Washington at Dallas 1:00 ET Commies (+) over Cowboys- The Commanders allowed a whopping six sacks in the first half and seven for the day. At one point in the third quarter, the Eagles held a preposterous 323-(-1) advantage in passing yards, since the NFL counts sack yardage as part of the passing game. Wentz was able to throw for 211 yards and lead a late touchdown drive, but none of it mattered. It added up to a second straight dispiriting loss for Washington after rallying in the fourth quarter to stop Jacksonville in Week 1. The good news for Washington is that Wentz has a history of success against Dallas. In eight career starts against the Cowboys, Wentz has 14 touchdowns and just four interceptions. His career passer rating against Dallas is a solid 95.7. But the most important numbers for Rush and Dallas are these: Two and zero. Two wins that Dallas really needed and zero turnovers. With the Cowboys playing a good brand of defense, Rush doesn't have to be Prescott. He just has to do what he's done. But, not this week. Take WASHINGTON! |
09-29-22 | Dolphins v. Bengals -4 | Top | 15-27 | Win | 100 | 32 h 30 m | Show |
Miami at Cincinnati 8:15 ET Bengals (-) over Dolphins- The streaking Miami Dolphins are seeking their first 4-0 start since 1995 and Cincinnati (1-2) had dropped its first two games before bidding farewell to their Super Bowl hangover with a solid 27-12 victory over the New York Jets. Tua Tagovailoa has passed for 925 yards, eight touchdowns and two interceptions during the 3-0 start wile Joe Burrow passed for 275 yards and three touchdowns against the Jets. He was only sacked twice after being dropped 13 total times in the two setbacks. Tagovailoa said he doesn't have a head injury but backup QB Teddy Bridgewater is being prepared to play. Bengals come to play. Take CINCINNATI. |
09-26-22 | Cowboys v. Giants -114 | 23-16 | Loss | -114 | 10 h 50 m | Show
Dallas at New York Giants 8:15 ET Giants over Cowboys- New Giant's coach Brian Daboll guided New York to consecutive wins to start a season for the first time since 2016. The Giants have dropped nine of their last 10 meetings with Dallas, including both matchups last season. The Dallas offense ranks 31st in the NFL at 11.5 points per game. Cooper Rush started in place of Prescott against the Bengals and completed 19 of 31 passes for 235 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions. Rush is 2-0 in his career as a starter. He passed for 325 yards, two touchdowns and one interception while leading Dallas to a win over the Minnesota Vikings last season when Prescott was sidelined. Giants quarterback Daniel Jones has passed for 364 yards, three touchdowns and one interception. Star running back Saquon Barkley has a league-leading 236 rushing yards. Take NEW YORK! |
09-25-22 | 49ers v. Broncos +2 | Top | 10-11 | Win | 100 | 25 h 4 m | Show |
San Francisco at Denver 8:20 ET Broncos (+) over 49ers- 'It is the best of time and it is the worst of times,' that how 49ers fans see the Jimmy Garoppolo is back story. Personally, I like him injuries aside, but he's in trouble here. With Lance out for the season following surgery on his right ankle on Monday, Garoppolo is the No. 1 quarterback once again, and he makes his first start of the season on Sunday night when San Francisco (1-1) pays a visit to the Denver Broncos (1-1). QB Russell Wilson has seen better days and the Denver crowd is letting him hear it as his subpar performances have drawn attention after him signing a 5-yr extension. He'll come to play tonight as Broncos No. 3 defense allowing just 243.5 YPG leads the way! Take DENVER! |
09-25-22 | Bengals v. Jets +6 | 27-12 | Loss | -105 | 18 h 40 m | Show
Cincinnati at New York Jets 1:00 ET Jets (+) over Bengals- Break-up the Jets! Miracle comeback win over Browns has New York ready to take off. Bengals O-line still can't protect Burrow and Jets defense has improved enough to cause Bengals problems. Super Bowl hangover affects the loser and Cincy a great example. The Bengals (0-2), who were expected to contend for a second straight AFC title, are already in a tough spot. They followed a season-opening 23-20 loss in overtime to the Pittsburgh Steelers with a 20-17 setback at Dallas on Sunday. The Jets won the teams' meeting last year, 34-31, by scoring two touchdowns in a span of 61 seconds in the final 4:36 to rally from a 31-20 deficit. It's getting to be a habit. Take NEW YORK JETS! |

09-25-22 | Chiefs v. Colts +5.5 | 17-20 | Win | 100 | 18 h 39 m | Show
Kansas City at Indianapolis 1:00 ET Colts (+) over Chiefs- If anybody has been more disappointing than the Colts (Maybe Raiders) who are repeating their scenario from 2021 by losing games that they are expected to win. The Colts were picked by most to win the weak AFC Central and are in a 'must' win situation after failing to win as favorites and were shut out last week by the Jaguars of all clubs. Colts can't pull-up lame and must run the ball with Taylor or the climb back into playoff contention looks dim. The offseason acquisition of quarterback Matt Ryan led to high expectations for the Colts (0-1-1), but they bottomed out quickly with a tie against the Houston Texans and an ugly 24-0 loss to the lowly Jacksonville Jaguars. They come to play today. Take INDIANAPOLIS! |
09-25-22 | Eagles v. Washington Commanders +6.5 | 24-8 | Loss | -110 | 18 h 38 m | Show
Philadelphia at Washington 1:00 ET Commies (+) over Eagles- Eagles flying after dominating Minny on MNF and are the favorites to win the NFC East but must contend with old division rivals. Playing at Washington will present it's problems as the Commies will be ready especially with the dog and home teams 3-0-1 ATS in the last four. Philly closed 2021 with two wins over Washington in weeks 15 & 17 with Hurts proving his worth but, now it's get back time for home club. In the pandemic-riddled 2020 season in Philadelphia, Hurts and Wentz were pitted in a divisive battle for the starting job which divided Eagles players, coaches and fans. Hurts ranks No. 2 in the NFL in combined yards passing and rushing (723) for the 2-0 Eagles, while Wentz is No. 2 in the league in passing yards (650) and is tied for the lead in touchdown passes (seven) for the 1-1 Commanders. Take WASHINGTON! |
09-25-22 | Lions +6 v. Vikings | 24-28 | Win | 100 | 18 h 37 m | Show
Detroit at Minnesota 1:00 ET Vikings (-) over Lions- This should be bounce-back city for Minnesota who were completely dominated by the Eagles Monday night. Lions are 2-0 ATS and will return to reality here as the Vikings 'How do you like me now' QB Cousins takes advantage the NFL's 30th ranked defense which is allowing 425.5 YPG. Kirk Cousins will look to bounce back from its 24-7 road loss to Philadelphia when it faces the Lions on Sunday in Minneapolis. Cousins, a Michigan native, has a 7-2 record in nine starts against Detroit. He's averaged 282 passing yards in those outings while throwing for 19 touchdowns and getting intercepted just twice. The Lions snapped an eight-game losing streak to the Vikings with a 29-27 triumph last December.A new losing streak starts here. Take MINNESOTA! |
09-25-22 | Ravens v. Patriots +2.5 | Top | 37-26 | Loss | -110 | 18 h 42 m | Show |
Baltimore at New England 1:00 ET Patriots (+) over Ravens- If you keep playing against Mack Jones you will pay. The Ravens collapse to Miami (blew 28-7 lead) will linger. The difference here is the Pats defense is ranked No. 4 and allows only 246 YPG while Ravens ranked last surrendering 463.6 PPG. Aside from QB Jackson Baltimore has little run game to speak of. The Patriots dropped their season opener against Miami, but their defense fared much better than the Ravens did against the electric offense down in South Beach. New England's defense has been among the league's best through the first two weeks of the season, allowing just 34 points and the fourth-fewest yards per game (275). Take NEW ENGLAND! |
09-22-22 | Steelers v. Browns -4 | Top | 17-29 | Win | 100 | 19 h 16 m | Show |
Pittsburgh at Cleveland 8:15 ET Browns (-) over Steelers- Pittsburgh pretty much trailed most of the game in their loss to the Patriots (A-Play ML winner) and will stay will Mitch Trubisky at QB, he will be making just his third start and there are already 'rumblings' about replacing him with Kenny Pickett. Trubisky is averaging just 5.1 yards per completion which ranks 32nd among 33 qualifying quarterbacks while passing for 362 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. Both clubs coming off losses but the way the Browns lost last week has got to have some lingering effect. The Browns (1-1) blew a 13-point lead with 1:55 left to play in Sunday's 31-30 home loss to the New York Jets. I'm looking for the Browns to suck-it-up and run the ball at the Steelers and not surrender the lead. Take CLEVELAND! |
09-19-22 | Titans +10 v. Bills | 7-41 | Loss | -110 | 9 h 20 m | Show
Tennessee at Buffalo 7:15 ET Titans (+) over Bills- The Buffalo Bills opened the season by sending a message to the rest of the NFL that they are the team to beat not only in the AFC but in the NFL as well by dominating the Super Champion Rams. Buffalo (1-0) committed three first half turnovers and then scored 21 unanswered second-half points while notching a 31-10 road. The Titans let a 13-point halftime lead slip away en route to a 21-20 loss to the New York Giants. Tennessee who was the No. 1 seed in the AFC last season whipped the Bills 42-16 in Week 5 of the 2020 season and rallied for a 34-31 victory in Week 6 on the Monday last season as Henry took over in the fourth quarter. Both those games were in Nashville but I'm still take back a bit by this double-digit price especially because the underdog is 10-1 ATS in their series and the Titans are 8-2 ATS in Monday Nights and 6-2 ATS in their last eight games when underdogs. Take TENNESSEE! |
09-18-22 | Bengals v. Cowboys +8 | 17-20 | Win | 100 | 21 h 13 m | Show
Cincinnati at Dallas 4:25 ET Cowgirls (+) over Bengals- Oh, I absolutely love my side here and will be surprised if Dallas (0-1) doesn't actually win the game on the field (no points needed, but, I always take them). The visiting Cincinnati Bengals aim to recover from disastrous season-opening loss when they meet the Pokes on Sunday while the 'Boys defeat was compounded by the loss of Dak Prescott to a thumb injury on his throwing hand that will sideline him multiple weeks during their 19-3 setback to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Cincy's Joe Burrow spent time in a doctor's office this week could he endure another seven-sack performance. As Burrow looks to rebound from a difficult start, Cooper Rush will be making his first start for the Cowboys since stepping in for Prescott last season. Cowboys are 6-1 ATS after a straight up loss. Take DALLAS! |
09-18-22 | Seahawks v. 49ers -9 | 7-27 | Win | 100 | 21 h 51 m | Show
Seattle at San Francisco 4:25 ET 49ers (-) over Seahawks- Geno for MVP as Megabucks win outright Monday night and now it's back out to sea for the 'Hawks and they will face a defensive storm in San Francisco. I really don't expect Seattle to win more than one or two more games this season and the slide starts here. Seattle's defense made two goal-line stands in the second half and limited Denver to a pair of field goals on four trips to the red zone and three Broncos fumbled twice entering the end zone. The Seahawks are 4-12 ATS after a SU win while the 49ers are 4-0 ATS in their last four home games. Look for 'keep it n your pants' Lance to have a better outing. Take SAN FRANCISCO! |
09-18-22 | Jets +7 v. Browns | 31-30 | Win | 100 | 18 h 49 m | Show
New York Jets at Cleveland 1:00 ET Jets (+) over Browns- I know, I NO! I should not be anywhere near this team but the tide is right and I'm hanging on. As the Jets are 6-2 ATS in the last eight meetings. Having used the Browns a a winner last week over the Panthers I have not problem going against a team that is 0-5 ATS as home favorites and 8-20 ATS in the AFC. New York actually out-gained Baltimore by 106 yards last week but 81 yards in penalties alone with a pair of fumbles and an interception. Browns won last week despite passing for only 138 yards...that won't cut it Sunday. Take the J-E-T-S! |
09-18-22 | Panthers +2 v. Giants | 16-19 | Loss | -110 | 18 h 45 m | Show
Carolina at N.Y. Giants 1:00 ET Panthers (+) over Giants- Are you as excited as Giants fans are...don't sweat it with a home crowd of 77,000 in jersey the Jints will disappoint them all. Carolina had the second-worst rush defense in the opening week (217 rush yards allowed), ahead of only Tennessee because of what the Giants did. New York cranked out 238 rushing yards, with 164 from running back Saquon Barkley. The Panthers unveiled a new look with Baker Mayfield at quarterback. It took time to get traction, particularly as running back Christian McCaffrey, who's expected to have an impact similar to Barkley's, was held to 57 yards of total offense. This week the numbers will be reversed. The Panthers have won seven of 12 regular-season matchups against the Giants, including the playoffs. Panthers have lost eight straight regular season games but are 5-2 ATS on the road against winning teams. NYG are 9-22-1 ATS in their last 32 home games. Take CAROLINA! |
09-18-22 | Bucs v. Saints +3 | 20-10 | Loss | -115 | 18 h 43 m | Show
Tampa Bay at New Orleans 1:00 ET Saints (+) over Buccaneers- Both teams won their season openers. Tampa Bay had one of the more impressive performances last weekend as they beat the Cowboys 19-3 in Dallas and were the only team in the NFL to not allow a touchdown. The New Orleans Saints have had a lot of success against Tampa Bay since Tom Brady joined the Buccaneers in 2020. They are 4-0 in the regular season, though the Buccaneers won a Divisional playoff game after the 2020 season. The Saints have won seven straight in the regular season going into the matchup between the NFC South rivals Sunday in New Orleans. Injuries hit the Bucs as they had six players did not participate in Wednesday's practice. Bucks are 2-7 ATS in last nine after a win of 14 points or more. Saints are 8-2 ATS after a ATS loss and 7-1 ATS in the last eight meetings. Take NEW ORLEANS! |
09-18-22 | Patriots -135 v. Steelers | Top | 17-14 | Win | 100 | 25 h 50 m | Show |
New England at Pittsburgh 1:00 ET Patriots over Steelers- This one really turned my head as the Patriots opened the favorite and the piece has on gotten higher as the week progressed and the 'action' appears to be on the Steelers. What does that tell ya/ I know what it says to me and it is difficult to understand why Pittsburgh isn't the favorite. 'We' (me) need for this game to be BOGUS to win. Remember what my friend by the dearly departed Larry Ness would say 'Officials are there to see that the players have nothing to do with the outcome of the game.' I sure hope so here. Take NEW ENGLAND! |
09-15-22 | Chargers +4 v. Chiefs | Top | 24-27 | Win | 100 | 8 h 22 m | Show |
L.A. Chargers at Kansas City 8:15 ET Chargers (+) over Chiefs- Kansas City (1-0) totaled 488 offensive yards and 33 first downs in the 44-21 road win over Arizona. Preparing for Kansas City is typically tough and this time the Chargers have to do it on a short week. The Chargers have their own gunslinger in Justin Herbert, who passed for 279 yards and three touchdowns in a 24-19 home win over the Las Vegas Raiders. Kansas City has won 13 of the past 16 meetings with the Chargers, but the teams split two games last season and LA is 3-01 ATS in the last four meetings in KC. Take the CHARGERS! |
09-12-22 | Broncos v. Seahawks +7 | Top | 16-17 | Win | 100 | 21 h 55 m | Show |
Denver at Seattle 8:15 ET Seahawks (+) over Broncos- Denver's Russell Wilson's return to Seattle and the question is what of kind of greeting he might get from the 69,000-plus fans. Wilson recently signed a five-year extension worth $245 million with the Broncos expects to contend for a title but not so much with the Seahawks. At quarterback for the Seattle will be Geno Smith, who served the past two seasons as Wilson's backup. Pete Carroll isn't ready to write off his team, though most predict they'll finish last in the NFC West. Denver is 1-5 ATS in their last six road games and 1-4 ATS on MNF. Seahawks are 16-7 ATS in their last 23 games as underdogs and 3-1-1 ATS in the last five meetings. Take SEATTLE! |
09-11-22 | Raiders v. Chargers -3.5 | 19-24 | Win | 100 | 27 h 41 m | Show
Las Vegas at L.A. Chargers 4:25 ET Chargers (-) over Raiders- Josh McDaniels makes his return to the AFC West on Sunday, McDaniels and the Las Vegas Raiders visit the Los Angeles Chargers in a matchup of division rivals to open the 2022 regular season. These two met for an AFC Wild Card berth in last season's finale. The Raiders scored an overtime win, 35-32, to end the 2021 regular season with a playoff berth on the line. I'm look for the Chargers to extract a bit of revenge in a game they should have won. The Chargers are 7-1-2 ATS in their last 10 NFL openers. Take the L.A. CHARGERS! |
09-11-22 | Giants +5.5 v. Titans | 21-20 | Win | 100 | 27 h 40 m | Show
New York Giants at Tennessee 4:25 ET Giants (+) over Titans- The New York Giants tare once again on a rebuild with a new head coach Brian Daboll who has to the franchise up to contenders. The Tennessee Titans are perennial playoff participants and are well aware that their next contest on a Monday night in Buffalo will take on more significance. Giants 'numbers' are just terrible but the Titans are only 1-5 ATS in their last six openers. Take NEW YORK GIANTS |
09-11-22 | Chiefs v. Cardinals +7 | Top | 44-21 | Loss | -120 | 27 h 45 m | Show |
Kansas City at Arizona 4:25 ET Cardinals (+) over Chiefs- Arizona Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury, who recruited Mahomes to Texas Tech. Now, he has to coach against him for the first time in the 2022 season opener when his Cardinals clash with the Chiefs on Sunday. Kingsbury, of course, has watched the development of his own quarterback, Kyler Murray, who enters his fourth season. Cards are not getting much respect after closing 2021-22 they way they did. I expect this one to come down to the final gun...take ARIZONA! |
09-11-22 | Browns +110 v. Panthers | 26-24 | Win | 110 | 23 h 19 m | Show
Cleveland at Carolina 1:00 ET Browns (+) over Panthers- The Browns will have Jacoby Brissett as their starting quarterback as Watson serves an 11-game suspension to begin the season over sexual misconduct accusations. Now comes Baker's chance to make his mark on the field when the Panthers open the season Sunday afternoon at home against those Browns. Mayfield won the Panthers' first-string QB job in a training-camp competition with Sam Darnold, who has since landed on the injury list. Browns once were the favorite in this matchup and now the underdog who is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings. Take CLEVELAND! |
09-11-22 | Ravens v. Jets +7 | 24-9 | Loss | -110 | 23 h 18 m | Show
Baltimore at New York Jets 1:00 ET Jets (+) over Ravens- The Baltimore Ravens will face off against their past Sunday, when they open the season against the New York Jets. Joe Flacco, who led the Ravens to a Super Bowl title in 2013, was named Jets starter at quarterback over the injured Zach Wilson. Ravens coach John Harbaugh will be forever linked with Flacco, the team's first draft pick in Harbaugh's first year in Baltimore in 2008. Flacco, who was taken 18th overall, then needed a handful of seasons before leading the Ravens to their second title when he was named MVP of Super Bowl XLVII. Flacco led the Ravens to the playoffs in each of his first five years in Baltimore, ultimately going 10-5 as a starter in six postseason trips. Too much 'public action' on the Ravens who have plenty of holes. Take the upstart NEW YORK J-E-T-S! |
09-11-22 | Eagles v. Lions +5 | 38-35 | Win | 100 | 22 h 15 m | Show
Philadelphia at Detroit 1:00 ET Lions (+) over Eagles- The Eagles notched their most lopsided victory of last season in Detroit with a 44-6 romp on Halloween, a loss Lions head coach Dan Campbell termed as embarrassing. The Eagles finished last season at 9-8 and lost 31-15 in the NFC wild-card round at Tampa Bay and are now are the favorites in the NFC East. Jalen Hurts and Jared Goff begin pivotal seasons as Goff threw for 19 touchdowns in 14 games during his first season with the Lions after getting traded by the Los Angeles Rams. The Lions are coming off a 3-13-1 season, though they did win three of their final six games. Hurts accounted for 26 touchdowns (16 passing, 10 rushing) in 15 starts in his second NFL season. The Eagles are 5-11 ATS in their last 16 road games and Detroit is 4-0 ATS in their last four home games. Take DETROIT! |
09-08-22 | Bills v. Rams +2.5 | Top | 31-10 | Loss | -110 | 10 h 53 m | Show |
Buffalo at L.A. Rams 8:25 ET Rams (+) over Bills- There is no question that the Bills are the 'Public' favorite in 2022 to win it all and for good reason as it appears they are ready to make the next step. L.A. of course is expected like most Super Bowl champs to fall back to the rest of the pack. I just wonder if a young coach like they have if he isn't still going to be driven. Allen, who passed for 4,407 yards, 36 touchdowns and 15 interceptions last season, downplays the hype over the season opener. Stafford, who passed for 4,886 yards, 41 touchdowns and 17 interceptions last season. I just hope Stafford is healthy. Take the RAMS! |
02-13-22 | Rams -3.5 v. Bengals | Top | 23-20 | Loss | -110 | 72 h 52 m | Show |
L.A. Rams vs. Cincinnati 6:30 ET Rams (-) over Bengals- There is one thing that I can't get out of my mind and no it's not that Joe Burrow is a winner or that the Bengals have the confidence and 'Mojo' riding with them, it's that Cincinnati lost to the New York Jets. Yep! Burrow who led the NFL in a 70.4 completion record will be harassed by the Rams front and won't be able to throw while lying on his back. Los Angeles is playing at home although they will be considered the visitor and the crowd will not be an advantage with the way Super Bowl tickets are distributed. I've been to 23 Super Bowls and I would love to be at Sofi Stadium and just take in the atmosphere and energy that the game brings. The Rams have Super Bowl experience from two seasons ago while the Bengals have no big game experience and will be overwhelmed by the Rams defense. Take LOS ANGELES RAMS! |
01-30-22 | 49ers v. Rams -3.5 | 17-20 | Loss | -100 | 32 h 10 m | Show
San Francisco at L.A. Rams 6:40 ET Rams (-) over 49ers- The Niners have defeated the Rams six straight times and have been very physical doing it as many consider the Rams 'soft' in comparison. Los Angeles is supposed to be the home team as the game is at SoFi Stadium but if the attendance is anything like the first time they met in L.A. there may be more fans wearing red jerseys than the Rams blue. The most impressive performances in the postseason have been given to us by the Rams although last weeks giving up a 27-3 lead was due to four lost fumbles and they still won the game. More than anything I believe the difference this time out will be in the quarterbacking and I give a huge edge to the Rams. Take LOS ANGELES! |
01-30-22 | Bengals v. Chiefs UNDER 54.5 | 27-24 | Win | 100 | 21 h 42 m | Show
Cincinnati at Kansas City 3:00 ET Bengals/Chiefs UNDER- When two great passing offenses go against each other they also must face a secondary that has faced that passing offense in practice and for the most part are the best qualified to face their opposition. The Bengals one of the better passing teams went under 11 of 19 games but the Chiefs are on a current 7-0 over streak. But, under is 19-7-2 in the Bengals past 28 road games and the under is 7-3 in the last 10 meetings. Play UNDER! |
01-30-22 | Bengals v. Chiefs -6.5 | Top | 27-24 | Loss | -130 | 46 h 59 m | Show |
Cincinnati at Kansas City 3:05 ET Chiefs (+) over Bengals- Can you envision Cincinnati in the Super Bowl...I can't! Don't get me wrong I like where they are and what the Bengals are doing especially with a winner like Joe Burrow. But, their time for this season is done. Kansas City has won 11 of 12 with their lone loss coming at Cincinnati as Joe Borrow passed for 415 yards with Ja'Marr Chase receiving 266 of those yards. The Bengals are 4-0 ATS in their last four as underdogs but are 2-6-1 ATS in their limited playoff experience, while the Chiefs are 6-0 ATS as home favorites and 6-2 ATS in their last eight playoff games. Take KANSAS CITY! |
