| 09-03-26 | Marlins v. Royals +106 | Top | 3-7 | Win | 106 | 14 h 8 m | Show |
|
This is a play on the KANSAS CITY ROYALS for our MLB Prime Attraction. Michael Wacha remains one of the quietest and most consistent pitchers over the last month and a half as he has allowed three runs or less in eight of his last nine starts and has a 3.32 ERA and 1.10 WHIP on the season across 27 starts following a gem against Cleveland where he tossed eight shutout innings. He has a 3.04 ERA at home in 12 starts. Sandy Alcantara is coming off a poor outing at Washington which raised his ERA to 4.22 on the road while pitching to a 4.66 xERA in 16 road outings. He has been streaky all season and he could be getting fatigued after all of the time missed as his hits allowed has been on the rise while his strikeout numbers have been declining. The Marlins are still in the Wild Card picture and those are some of the teams we like to go against late as their lines tend to be inflated. 10* (968) Kansas City Royals |

| 09-03-26 | Akron +24.5 v. Wake Forest | Top | 16-38 | Win | 100 | 74 h 44 m | Show |
|
This is a play on the AKRON ZIPS for our CFB Thursday Enforcer. Wake Forest won nine games last season under first year head coach Jake Dickert and it was fortunate with four one possession wins. The Demon Deacons have a lot to replace on offense especially in the run game as leading rusher Demond Claiborne is gone along with four offensive linemen and they went 7-1 last season when they ran for 130 or more yards. Quarterback Robby Ashford is also gone and is being replaced by North Carolina transfer Gio Lopez and it is far from an upgrade. They will have to rely on their defense most likely once again. While it is a fade of Wake Forest, it is also a play on Akron that went 5-7 last season with nothing to play for as they were ineligible for a bowl game due to APR restrictions so head coach Joe Moorhead got the best out of his Zips squad and this could be his best team yet. The offense improved slightly from 2024 and now they have seven starters back but while one of those is not quarterback Ben Finley, they will turn to Reece Poffenbarger who has not started but sat behind Cam Ward at Miami and Drew Mestemaker at North Texas. Akron has not fared well against P4 teams at it is 2-8 ATS in its last 10 but those losses were Auburn, Ohio St. twice, Michigan St., Tennessee, Kentucky, South Carolina and Nebraska and this Wake Forest edition is not in that grouping. 10* (143) Akron Zips |

This is a play on the COLORADO ROCKIES for our Interleague Game of the Month. Tomoyuki Sugano is not having a great season in his first in Colorado but he is providing enough for the Rockies to get their wins as they are 14-10 in his 24 starts while winning 11.5 units and this includes a 7-5 record at home. He has been better at home than on the road and he will have a little added juice as he faces his former team for the first time. Trevor Rogers counters for Baltimore and he has turned his season around after a very slow start but is coming off a very poor outing. He has allowed six of his 16 home runs in his last five starts and was lit up in his only Coors Field appearance. Rogers is 5-12 in September games including 1-9 on the road showing that he has worn down late in the season. 10* (926) Colorado Rockies |

| 09-01-26 | Phillies v. Diamondbacks +124 | Top | 7-1 | Loss | -100 | 16 h 46 m | Show |
|
This is a play on the ARIZONA DIAMONDBACKS as part of our MLB Double Play. The Diamondbacks have moved ahead of the Padres for the third Wild Card Spot in the National League. Eduardo Rodriguez came into the season with high expectations as he reshaped his mind and body in the offseason and it has paid off as he has a 2.50 ERA and 1.19 WHIP through 27 starts and that ERA is third best in the National League. He has been exceptional at home with a 2.47 ERA and 1.07 WHIP in 15 starts with the Diamondbacks going 11-4 in those games. Arizona is 12-2 when he is on the mound as an underdog. He has been a road warrior this season hence the price as he is 8-0 with a 2.21 ERA and 1.13 WHIP and we go contrarian here with the value and with the Phillies going 12-2 in his 14 road starts. 10* (960) Arizona Diamondbacks |

| 09-01-26 | A's +180 v. Rangers | Top | 5-8 | Loss | -100 | 14 h 1 m | Show |
|
This is a play on the ATHLETICS as part of our MLB Double Play. The Athletics have nothing more to do than to play spoiler and finish the final month of the season strong and build for next year. The lineup is still good and J.T. Ginn has been very good this season as he has posted a 3.63 ERA and 1.24 WHIP in 24 starts and he has been just as effective on the road with a 3.63 ERA and 1.06 WHIP in 13 road outings with the Athletics going a respectable 6-7 in those games and 14-10 overall. Texas is two games out of the Wild Card in the American League and the Rangers will be overpriced based on the fact they have a lot to play for. Mackenzie Gore has a 4.40 ERA and a.28 WHIP in 28 starts this season and while he has been better at home with a sub-3.00 ERA, he has been paying the price. 10* (969) Athletics |

| 08-31-26 | Brewers -101 v. Cubs | Top | 3-17 | Loss | -101 | 8 h 19 m | Show |
|
This is a play on the MILWAUKEE BREWERS for our Divisional Game of the Month. Kyle Harrison has proven us wrong at times this season but he is showing to be the real deal. In his last start on Tuesday, he allowed one run on six hits while walking one and striking out five over five innings against the Mets. Overall, he has a 3.22 ERA and 1.11 WHIP in 21 starts and while his work on the road is not as good as it is at home, his overall work takes precedence as the former was because of two bad starts against the Padres and Athletics. The Cubs turn to Clay Holmes who has turned a corner after a rough opener in his first outing in Chicago as he has posted a 2.02 ERA over his last three starts. He now faces the best offense he has seen since coming to Chicago and going back he is 3-8 against teams outscoring opponents by 0.5 or more rpg. 10* (907) Milwaukee Brewers |

| 08-30-26 | Pirates v. Cardinals +110 | Top | 5-4 | Loss | -100 | 4 h 40 m | Show |
|
This is a play on the ST. LOUIS CARDINALS as part of our MLB Double Play. Unfortunately the Pirates have fallen 6.5 games back in the National League Wild Card with time running out while the Cardinals are 4.5 games back with this being a big game with a series at the Dodgers on deck. Braxton Ashcraft comes in as the road favorite and we go contrarian in a situation that he has never lost as the Pirates have never lost in his seven road starts when he is the chalk. He brings in a 3.70 ERA in 14 road starts which is certainly solid but far from dominant and there is another contrarian aspect of it on the other side. Matthew Liberatore has a 7.97 ERA in his past four starts so he will not be a popular play with the Cardinals being 0-4 in those four games. 10* (956) St. Louis Cardinals |

This is a play on the TORONTO BLUE JAYS as part of our MLB Double Play. I love Max Scherzer but he really has had some struggles this season as shown by his 1-7 record and 7.02 ERA. It has been bad luck and limited bats behind him as he is pitching to a 4.80 xERA which is nothing special but the differential is massive. Most importantly, he is pitching his best of the season as his time off after April has been beneficial. He had one bad start in Tampa Bay this month but has a 2.53 ERA in his other four August starts. Part of the number is Logan Gilbert who is having another consistent season with his 3.36 ERA, his fifth straight season with a sub 3.75 ERA, and his 20.0% K:BB% but Toronto does not strike out as they are the third best team in K Rate. 10* (962) Toronto Blue Jays |

| 08-29-26 | Memphis +6.5 v. UNLV | Top | 27-21 | Win | 100 | 325 h 24 m | Show |
|
This is a play on the MEMPHIS TIGERS for our CFB Opening Enforcer. We have seen the UNLV line on the move as this number opened at 3 and moved the most in late July and has slightly risen again. The season UNLV had last year is a big reason and the Rebels are favored to win the Mountain West Conference but bring back only seven starters total and have a new quarterback in Jackson Arnold who has underachieved in his two previous stops. He will be fine here based on the competition he will be facing is a lot weaker but this is a tough matchup as he is prone to getting sacked and will face a heavy pressure defense. Memphis comes in with a new head coach and a relatively overworked roster but the Tigers look to be in good shape. Charles Huff takes over after turning around programs at Marshall and Southern Mississippi with the latter being the most recent and very impressive as he turned a 1-11 team into a 7-6 bowl team last season. Now he heads to Memphis and a program with the highest NIL money to spend in the Group of 6 thanks to $25 million from FedEx alone. He brought 12 important players with him from Southern Mississippi to provide instant chemistry and hired two awesome coordinators. Great value in this spot as we have this line UNLV -1.2. 10* (315) Memphis Tigers |

This is a play on the PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES for our MLB Prime Attraction. The Phillies took the opener of this series last night 5-3 to make it two straight wins and they now are one game behind the Cubs for the top Wild Card spot in the National League. Cristopher Sanchez is coming off a rare poor home start as he allowed four runs in 6.2 innings and he now hits the road where he has been inconsistent. He has a 4.07 ERA and pitching to a 5.31 xERA on the highway and while Philadelphia is 14-2 in his 16 home starts, they are just 6-5 in his 11 road outings. In his career, the Phillies are 2-2 in his four road starts when favored by -200 or higher. Ryan Johnson is not having a good season but he is better at home and the Angels are a respectable 3-3 in his six home starts. Most important, he is tossing his best baseball right now as he has a 1.69 ERA in four August starts across 21.1 innings. 10* (934) Los Angeles Angels |

| 08-29-26 | Jacksonville State v. North Dakota State -6.5 | Top | 7-33 | Win | 100 | 321 h 54 m | Show |
|
This is a play on the NORTH DAKOTA ST. BISON for our CFB Game of the Month. North Dakota St. comes in as a significant favorite in its first ever FBS game but this isn’t just any new FBS team and we have this number at 13.7. The Bison have ten FCS national titles in the last 15 seasons and won five D-II national championships so they have a winning pedigree and come in as a near co-favorite to win the Mountain West Conference at +300 with a win total of 8.5. Offensively last season, they were among the best in the nation on third downs and controlled the time of possession battle in every game with the exception of the playoff loss to Illinois St. They have to break in a new quarterback in Nathan Hayes but he has plenty of experience in the system as a backup as he logged a lot of time and he has the tools and mobility. They were No. 1 in the country in total defense and scoring defense and bring a ton back. There isn’t a huge difference as Jacksonville St. is just three years removed from the FCS level and while it has found great success with three nine-win seasons, it is a rebuilding year for the Gamecocks and they could not have asked for a worse scenario than what they will be going into. The running game was outstanding but lost a lot and the defense will be tested. 10* (320) North Dakota St. Bison |

This is a play on the KANSAS CITY ROYALS as part of our MLB Double Play. Michael Wacha has been one of the quietest and most consistent pitchers over the last month and a half as he has allowed three runs or less in seven of his last eight starts and has a 3.49 ERA and 1.13 WHIP on the season across 26 starts and this has been the case over his last five years. His home and road splits are in line and he has allowed just three runs in 14 innings against Cleveland. Tanner Bibee has been equally consistent with his 3.97 ERA and 1.19 WHIP and is overpriced based on the Cleveland record and recent run but he still has an offense behind him that is second worst in baseball. 10* (965) Kansas City Royals |

This is a play on the DETROIT TIGERS as part of our MLB Double Play. We are totally going against the betting public here with Tarik Skubal coming back to Detroit for a juiced up stat. He has not been great since going to Los Angeles with a 3.38 ERA which is the highest from his last four seasons in Detroit and while the fans will appreciate him because it was a trade, this is a massive Tigers spot at great value with Drew Anderson who made a couple spot starts around his bullpen work early in the season and has been inserted into the rotation and has been solid. He has a 2.88 ERA and a 1.20 WHIP in his six outings and if he doesn’t allow the long ball, his value here is outstanding. 10* (972) Detroit Tigers |
|||||||
| 08-27-26 | Royals v. Blue Jays +101 | Top | 13-2 | Loss | -100 | 14 h 46 m | Show |
|
This is a play on the TORONTO BLUE JAYS for our MLB Prime Attraction. Spencer Arrighetti was activated last week and made his Blue Jays debut and it did not go well as he came out of the bullpen in a bulk relief role and he went 3.1 innings and allowed three runs on three hits but it was against the Yankees and he was forced to go in with baserunners on in the first inning so it was a tough spot. He now will be making a traditional start and it will be his home debut in Toronto and while he has not pitched here, he feeds off the home crowd as he posted a 3.05 ERA at home with Houston while pitching to a 2.55 xERA. Noah Cameron tossed one of the best starts in baseball two outings back as he tossed a complete game one hit shutout against the Angels and he followed that up with five shutout innings against Detroit so we go contrarian while knowing the Royals are 2-9 in his 11 road starts. 10* (912) Toronto Blue Jays |

This is a play on the TEXAS RANGERS for our MLB Big League Baller. Texas and Houston remain tight for the lead in the American League West and we will back Mackenzie Gore despite his top line poor road numbers. He has a 5.42 ERA in 15 road starts but that is skewed with four bad outings as the other 11 have been good and he is pitching to a 4.47 xERA on the road is certainly not great but shows he has been better. The White Sox are trying to hold off the Guardians in the American League Central and part of the turnaround season has been due to Sean Burka who comes in as the favorite with his 3.41 ERA in 13 home starts but it has not translated to wins in Chicago as the White Sox are 5-8 in those games. 10* (971) Texas Rangers |

This is a play on the SEATTLE MARINERS for our MLB Afternoon Dominator. Philadelphia is in the second Wild Card spot in the National League and hopes to get another quality start from Jesus Luzardo who had a three-game quality outing streak snapped against St. Louis. He has been a road warrior this season hence the price as he is 7-0 with a 2.41 ERA and 1.17 WHIP and we go contrarian here with the value and with the Phillies going 11-2 in his 13 road starts. Seattle is three games out of the Wild Card in the American League and turn to Bryan Woo and his numbers are even better at home than Luzardo on the road as he is 7-0 with a 1.96 ERA and 0.75 WHIP in 10 starts with Seattle going 8-2. 10* (976) Seattle Mariners |

This is a play on the LOS ANGELES ANGELS as part of our MLB Tuesday Triple Play. Walbert Urena’s advanced pitch metrics have established him as one of the top rookie arms in the American League thanks to his sinker that generates heavy groundball rates and clocks up to 101 mph but his 90.5 mph change-up features 17 inches of horizontal arm-side run and it ranked as one of the absolute best singular pitches in baseball this season. He has a 2.80 ERA overall and that drops to 2.27 to go with a 1.84 xERA at home across 67.1 innings over 12 starts with the Angels going 8-4. Gavin Williams is having a solid season with a 3.72 ERA but has been far from dominant. That ERA increases to 4.25 on the road in 12 starts with Cleveland going 6-6 in those games and is now laying his second biggest number of the season on the road so he is overvalued in this one. 10* (922) Los Angeles Angels |

|
This is a play on the ATLANTA BRAVES as part of our MLB Tuesday Triple Play. This line is skewed in that it is based on a heathy and full strength Tyler Glasnow but that is not the case. He is healthy but is not at full strength as the Dodgers are going to bring him along slowly and have him go all out come playoff time. He has not pitched since May 6, when lower back spasms forced him out of a start against the Astros and after suffering multiple setbacks he was eventually put on the 60-day IL. He made three starts with Triple-A Oklahoma City and one for Single-A Ontario, completely dominating lower-level hitters. Bryce Elder had a bad start against the Mets two games back and with the exception of that, he is back to pitching like he was early in the season as in his last six starts and taking the New York game out, he has a 1.80 ERA in the other five outings. 10* (906) Atlanta Braves |

This is a play on the NEW YORK METS as part of our MLB Tuesday Triple Play. We went against Kyle Harrison in his last start and it ended up being the worst call of the season in a 22-0 loss but we will fade him again now on the road. He tossed five shutout innings against the Mariners in that game but we see regression coming. He was nearly untouchable through his first start in June as he posted a 1.57 ERA through his first 11 starts but he has been all over the place since then as he has a 4.64 over his last nine starts across 41 innings while missing a month due to left forearm extensor tendinopathy. Zac Thornton opened his rookie season by allowing four runs in 4.1 innings against the Nationals and in his eight starts since then, he has posted a 2.54 ERA across 46 innings. This is a game where the number is based on records and not the arms on the hill. 10* (904) New York Mets |

|
This is a play on the PITTSBURGH PIRATES for our National League Game of the Month. Braxton Ashcraft has quietly put together a solid season with a 3.68 ERA and a 3.36 xERA which is second among the Pirates starters only behind Paul Skenes but not far off his 3.17 xERA. Most importantly, he is winning and the Pirates are winning as they are 17-8 in his 25 starts including 9-4 in his 13 road starts, accounting for over 30 percent of their 29 road wins. Robbie Ray has made three starts since being dealt to San Diego with only one of those being a good one and that was last time out at New York against the Mets. His other two starts were at home and he allowed six runs in nine innings while striking out six and walking eight. The walks have been an issue all season as he has issued 68 in 137.2 innings and his 4.52 BB/9 is No. 152 out of 164 starters that have gone at least 50 innings. 10* (955) Pittsburgh Pirates |

|
This is a play on the LOS ANGELES ANGELS for our MLB Prime Attraction. After spending time back in Triple-A to refine his game, George Klassen earned another opportunity with the big league club and has taken full advantage of it as he owns a 2-0 record with a 1.59 ERA and 15 strikeouts across 17 innings. He relies on his fastball that hits 101 mph which has made his slider even more effective as opposing hitters are batting just .103 against the pitch, while it's generated an outstanding 49.2 percent whiff rate. Parker Messick has been outstanding this season with a 2.54 ERA in 25 starts but Cleveland is just 13-12 in those games so the Guardians have been on the negative side of the profit line. This includes a 3-7 record over his last 10 starts with a lot of that due to a lack of run support as he has received one run or no runs or less in five of those losses, three being shutouts. 10* (964) Los Angeles Angels |

This is a play on the ATLANTA BRAVES for our MLB Prime Attraction. The Braves have dropped the first two games of this series, scoring just one run in each but they faced Jacob Misiorowski and Logan Henderson which have a combined 1.97 ERA and now catch the backend of the rotation. Shane Drohan is coming off a two-inning bullpen appearance where he allowed just one hit but he is now back in the starter mix which has not gone well as he has posted a 5.71 ERA in his previous six outings, all in the starter role. Tyler Mahle was a pick up at the trade deadline for Atlanta and so far so good as since joining Atlanta, he has a 1.45 ERA and 2.93 FIP over 18.2 innings across three starts, all being quality outings. 10* (909) Atlanta Braves |

This is a play on the SASKATCHEWAN ROUGHRIDERS for our CFL Sunday Enforcer. B.C. came into the season as a contender in the West Division and opened the season 2-6 but the Lions have won three straight games and the markets have adjusted although we think it is a false move. The offense has kept the momentum going but has a tough test here and the defense has fared well over this winning streak but it is skewed. Two of those wins came against teams without their starting while the third came against a Calgary defense that's the worst in the West Division. Saskatchewan opened its Grey Cup defense by going 4-1 but has gone just 2-2 in its last four games including a loss in Hamilton last week and we expect the bounce back. All three losses have been by one possession and now they come in as an underdog for the first time all season. The injuries have been the talking point this week but there has been good news heading into the weekend as the Roughriders take it outright. 10* (677) Saskatchewan Roughriders |

This is a play on the CHICAGO WHITE SOX for our MLB Big League Baller. The Mets are 12-5 since the trade deadline which is tied with the Phillies and Padres for the best record in baseball and look to win another series against a contender behind one of their best young starters in Nolan McLean. He has allowed one run over six innings in each of his last two starts and hits the road where has a 2.70 ERA and is favored because of that. The White Sox have been average over the same span since the All Star break but are hanging on in the American League Central with a 3.5-game lead. Sean Newcomb makes the start as the opener and he has made eight straight appearances without allowing an earned run and Chicago will be relying on the bullpen that is No. 8 with a 3.79 ERA. 10* (922) Chicago White Sox |

This is a play on the COLORADO ROCKIES as part of our MLB Saturday Triple Play. Colorado is always a contrarian play and even more so tonight with Gabriel Hughes on the hill after allowing seven runs in each of his last two starts but those were on the road and he has been much better at home. His advanced metrics are considerably more encouraging as he has a 3.03 xERA, along with low barrel and hard-hit rates and he has the better upset path because his underlying stuff is better than his recent ERA. Tanner Bibee is coming off a quality outing but it was average as he allowed three runs in six innings and he is coming to an awful environment for his weakness. He has allowed 25 home runs which is basically allowing over a home run and half per nine innings and he gives up home runs in batches and that is not good at Coors Field 10* (978) Colorado Rockies |

|
This is a play on the LOS ANGELES ANGELS as part of our MLB Saturday Triple Play. The Angels pitching which has been a liability has been particularly strong over their last 10 games, posting a 1.82 ERA and Ryan Johnson has contributed to that. He has been pitching to his expected potential of late as he has a 2.51 ERA over his last three starts and while his road numbers are an issue, it is inflated by two bad starts against the Cubs and Giants and he shut down this Texas offense just two starts back. Cody Bradford has a 2.93 ERA through his first three starts but it is misleading. Opponents are hitting .310 against him and he's struck out only 10 in 15.1 innings so he has been very fortunate as he is pitching to a 5.96 xERA. He could rely on run support but not with this current Rangers stretch as they are hitting just .220 over its last 10 games. 10* (965) Los Angeles Angels |

This is a play on the TORONTO ARGONAUTS for our CFL Game of the Week. This is the overreaction game of the week based on recent results, plus this quarterback matchup clearly favors Toronto although some people would argue that based on Chad Kelly’s recent struggles. The Ti-Cats are riding the momentum of a win over Saskatchewan last Saturday which snapped a three-game losing streak and they have covered two straight games after a 1-4 ATS stretch. In their two road games against top-five scoring offenses without quarterback Bo Levi Mitchell, Hamilton has been outscored 69-25. The overreaction mentioned is also being factored into the line with the other part being the fact Toronto was blown out last week at Edmonton. We went against the Argonauts last week but will grab them here as we expect a bounce back from Kelly who has one touchdown and five interceptions over his last two games. The Argonauts will also be out for revenge following a one point loss on a missed field goal in the first meeting. 10* (676) Toronto Argonauts |

This is a play on the ST. LOUIS CARDINALS as part of our MLB Saturday Triple Play. In his first two MLB starts, Quinn Mathews has allowed only three earned runs over nine innings, with 10 strikeouts. His second start against Cincinnati was especially encouraging as he went four innings, allowing one run and striking out seven. He is one of the top prospects and has solid stuff as His fastball has been around 94 mph with a riding profile, while his slider gives him a second weapon and he showed that ability to miss bats immediately. Andrew Painter had a nice run but got exposed again against the Twins. Through 16 starts, he has a 6.57 ERA and 1.58 WHIP, allowing 98 hits and 34 walks in 85.1 innings. He has surrendered 17 home runs this season for a 1.91 HR/9 rate which is No. 149 out of 164 starters that have gone at least 50 innings. 10* (955) St. Louis Cardinals |

This is a play on the ATHLETICS as part of our MLB Friday Double Play. The Athletics came up small on Thursday but we are backing them again at a great number with a pitching edge. J.T. Ginn has been one of the few bright spots of the rotation even though he had a rough outing against Texas last time out as he has a 3.53 ERA in his 22 starts while allowing three runs or less in 18 of those. Two exceptions were at home against Milwaukee and Cleveland and while he had one awful start at the White Sox, he has a 3.49 ERA on the road across 67 innings. The Astros are one game over .500 and continue to lead the American League West by two games and turn to Hayden Wesneski who has put together a couple decent outings but has a 5.16 ERA in four starts which includes a 6.30 ERA at home and faces a tough offense when it gets going. 10* (917) Athletics |

This is a play on the ST. LOUIS CARDINALS as part of our MLB Friday Double Play. Philadelphia is in the third Wild Card spot in the National League and hope to get another quality start from Jesus Luzardo who tossed two straight at home in his previous two outings before another one at Minnesota last time out. He still has not been consistent at home as he remains undefeated on the road, he is 4-5 with a 4.63 ERA in 12 home outings. The Cardinals are 2.5 games out of the final Wild Card spot and this series could go a long way. Hunter Dobbins has made seven starts and three bulk reliever appearances and he has been solid with a 3.42 ERA across 50 innings following a decent effort against the Cubs at home and he has been equally efficient at home and on the road. In five true road starts, he has a 3.46 ERA with opponents hitting just .215. 10* (903) St. Louis Cardinals |

This is a play on the WASHINGTON NATIONALS for our MLB Big League Baller. Washington is one of only 11 teams in baseball with a winning record on the road and they are getting a solid price here based on who they are facing. Andrew Alvarez is a big reason behind the overall road success as he has mixed time between a starter and bulk reliever and on the road he has a 3.12 ERA across 34.2 innings. He has been especially sharp overall of late as he has a 2.49 over his last four appearances, three starts and a relief outing across 21.2 innings. Jacob deGrom is the reason for the big price but is coming off a limited start due to triceps fatigue and he went only two innings. He has struggled as after posting a 2.01 ERA though his first six starts, he has been up and down with a 4.63 ERA in his last 17 outings. He has been deemed healthy but we are not trusting him good health or bad. 10* (967) Washington Nationals |

This is a play on the ATHLETICS as part of our MLB Early Double Play. Gage Jump has been the atypical pitcher with his reverse splits which are some of the most glaring in baseball. He is coming off another no so good start at home as he allowed three runs over 5.1 innings against Texas and his ERA at Sutter Health Park is now 6.02 and 1.64 WHIP across 43.1 innings but the road has been a different story as he has a 2.60 ERA and 1.16 WHIP in 34.2 innings. This includes one poor start in Arizona and take that out, his ERA is 1.20 in his other five road outings. Randy Dobnak comes in with a 1.73 ERA in eight games including six starts and he is split down the middle home and away with four games and three starts. He has yet to allow a run on the road so he is good like Gage and conversely has a 3.93 ERA at home and is pitching to a 4.74 xERA overall so the road numbers are skewing everything. 10* (955) Athletics |

This is a play on the SAN FRANCISCO GIANTS as part of our MLB Early Double Play. Gavin Williams started the season strong with a 3.07 ERA through May over 12 starts but he has been inconsistent since as he has a 4.46 ERA in 13 starts since then. Everyone lauded his streak from early July through early August when he became just the third pitcher ever to record five straight games of 10 or more strikeouts and no more than one walk (55:3 KBB ratio) but he has leveled out since with a 12:6 K:BB ratio in two starts since then. Landen Roupp has looked pretty as he has a 4.31 ERA over 24 starts as he has allowed four runs or more in four of those but he has been really solid in the other outings and he could bounce back after a poor start against Colorado as he is facing one of the worst offenses in baseball with Cleveland being bottom three in several categories including slugging and xOBA. 10* (961) San Francisco Giants |

This is a play on the LOS ANGELES ANGELS for our MLB Big League Baller. We will once again back one of our favorite young pitchers this season as Walbert Urena has been the best and most consistent pitcher in this rotation with a 2.72 ERA in 20 starts. He had a bad start to close June but had a 0.99 ERA in his next five starts prior to another poor outing at Miami but bounced back with another gem against Texas. That was at home where he has been outstanding with a 2.27 ERA and while he has not been as good on the road, he still has a 3.35 ERA in 40.1 innings which should not be shunned. He has dominated Houston in two starts this season, allowing one run over 11 innings, one each at home and on the road. The Astros recalled Ethan Pecko to make his Major League debut and while a top prospect, he has not been great with a 4.57 ERA in 20 appearances. 10* (915) Los Angeles Angels |

This is a play on the ARIZONA DIAMONDBACKS for our MLB Afternoon Dominator. Arizona is on the outside looking in for the National League Wild Card but it is just one game out. We played on Brandon Pfaadt in his last start against an elite starter and will do so again. After a rough start, he was sent down to the minors and was recalled in late June only to dominate. He has not allowed an earned run in 32.2 innings including seven shutout innings against the Braves facing Chris Sale and since being recalled, he has not allowed more than two runs in nine starts, posting a 1.15 ERA. Payton Tolle may not be considered elite but he is proving he is on the right path as he has a 2.97 ERA in 20 starts. He is coming off a gem where he tossed eight shutout innings against Toronto on the road where he has been nearly a run better in ERA than he is at home. 10* (923) Arizona Diamondbacks |

This is a play on the COLORADO ROCKIES for our MLB Diamond Dominator. We played on Ryan Feltner in his last start against Arizona and he came away with a win at a nice +158 closing price and we will back him again in probably the best spot in this series. He had a nice run in June before another slew of bad outings but he is coming off two good ones and while it doesn’t sound great, the Rockies are 5-5 in his last nine starts which is actually good at these numbers. Eric Lauer is having a pretty poor season overall with a 4.67 ERA in 19 games including 16 starts between Toronto and Los Angeles which includes a 4.59 ERA in just those 16 starts. His ERA goes up to 5.06 on the road in 10 games and eight starts across 48 innings and faces a Colorado team at Coors Field that is No. 5 overall in wOBA including No. 3 at home. 10* (958) Colorado Rockies |

This is a play on the SEATTLE MARINERS for our Interleague Game of the Month. Kyle Harrison was nearly untouchable through his first start in June as he posted a 1.57 ERA through his first 11 starts but he has been all over the place since then as he has a 6.50 over his last eight starts across 36 innings while missing a month due to left forearm extensor tendinopathy. The damage has mostly been done on the road as he has been sharp at home still but things are not right and he cannot be trusted at this number. Bryce Miller is on a similar path as he started strong and has faded of late with a 6.12 ERA over his last six starts and he is similar also in that he has been dominant at home and not so much on the road. We have two pitchers on near identical runs and we will take the value as this one is priced wrong. 10* (973) Seattle Mariners |

This is a play on the MINNESOTA TWINS as part of our MLB Monday Double Play. The Twins remain right in the American League wild Card mix, one of six teams within 1.5 games vying for the final spot. They send their biggest home/road splits pitcher to the hill for this series opener as Bailey Ober comes in off a poor outing against the Orioles as he allowed five runs in six innings and suffered his first home loss of the season. He has a 3.20 ERA in 10 home starts while posting a 6.75 ERA in eight road outings so he was excellent here prior to that blowup. Martin Perez has the same splits issues as he has a 2.02 ERA in 14 home games including 11 starts but a 4.30 ERA in nine road games, eight of which were starts. He has not allowed an earned run this month in 16 innings over three starts but all of those were at home. 10* (920) Minnesota Twins |

This is a play on the SAN DIEGO PADRES as part of our MLB Monday Double Play. The Padres have climbed from outside the National League playoffs into one of the Wild Card spots over the past week and they need to stay hot as does Walker Buehler. He struggled to open July, allowing 20 runs in three starts across 11 innings but has posted a 3.40 ERA over his last five starts, all wins by the Padres and they are 8-3 in his 11 road outings. Nolan McLean has a ton of promise and he is pitching solid with a 3.42 ERA and 1.13 WHIP in 24 starts and we might be seeing starts becoming shorter since there is nothing to play for to protect his arm. He is coming off a great start in Atlanta to lower his ERA to 2.70 on the road but it climbs to 4.18 in 12 home starts with the METS 4-8 in those games. 10* (907) San Diego Padres |

This is a play on the MILWAUKEE BREWERS as part of our MLB Sunday Triple Play. Milwaukee has a chance to take three of four in this series and why not get it done against one of the best. Tarik Skubal was the marquee name to be dealt at the trade deadline and in two starts with the Dodgers, he has been average with a 4.09 across 11 innings. He is making his second straight start at home and the first was not great against the lowly Royals and he is being hit hard at the window with this line going up as his name carries a lot in the betting market. Logan Henderson continues to fly under the radar as he started the season with a 2.74 ERA through five starts but then landed on the IL with a lower back strain but has come back just as strong and he brings in a 2.88 ERA through 11 starts. 10* (961) Milwaukee Brewers |

This is a play on the ATHLETICS as part of our MLB Sunday Triple Play. The Rangers and Athletics have split their first two games of this series with the former fighting for first place in the American League West and the latter just playing spoiler and bringing along their young talent. Jacob Lopez is on a solid run and while his ERA sits at 5.38, he is pitching to a 3.29 xERA which is the biggest differential of any pitcher on the Sunday card. He struggled early on and was sent to Triple A but has responded great as over his last five starts, he has posted a 2.36 ERA and 1.09 WHIP across 26.2 innings. Cody Bradford missed a year and a half with internal brace surgery on his left elbow and he has made two starts which were both very strong but he is still going to be on a tight leash. 10* (970) Athletics |

This is a play on the ST. LOUIS CARDINALS as part of our MLB Sunday Triple Play. Edward Cabrera had a decent career in Miami but it has not carried over into Chicago in his first season with the Cubs. He is coming off a decent start against the Mets which lowered his ERA to 5.10 but he suffered a left hamstring and adductor strain while covering first base and has been out for nearly two months. He will be backed here based on his last rehab start where he did not allow a hit over five innings but that was at Double A and he gets back at it in Wrigley Field where he has a 5.71 ERA. Hunter Dobbins has made six starts and three bulk reliever appearances and he has been solid with a 3.40 ERA across 45 innings and he has been equally efficient at home and on the road. 10* (957) St. Louis Cardinals |

This is a play on the MINNESOTA TWINS for our MLB Diamond Dominator. Philadelphia and Minnesota resume their series following an off day after their game on Thursday at the Field of Dreams, won by the Phillies 7-1. Philadelphia is tied for the third Wild Spot in the National League and hope to get another quality start from Jesus Luzardo who tossed two straight at home in his last two outings. He has been a road warrior this season hence the price as he is 6-0 with a 2.01 ERA and 1.14 WHIP but was hit hard by the Marlins in his last road game and we go contrarian here with the value. The Twins are a half-game out of the final Wild Card spot in the American League and back home with Connor Prielipp who has been consistent of late and brings in a 3.86 ERA and 1.04 WHIP in nine home starts. 10* (928) Minnesota Twins |

This is a play on the BALTIMORE ORIOLES for our Divisional Game of the Month. Tampa Bay had a nine-game winning streak snapped with a 6-5 loss last night and remain 6.5 games ahead of the Yankees in the American League East. Ian Seamour gets the ball for the Rays and he is coming off a pair of quality starts that resulted in Tampa Bay wins. He has a 4.43 ERA overall in nine starts while pitching to a 4.33 xERA. Baltimore is now one game out in the Wild Card chase and turn to Kyle Bradish who has a 3.69 ERA in 23 starts following a quality outing last time out. We had him against the Rangers and it was a tough luck start as the Orioles scored just one run and Texas sealed it with a three-run home run in the eighth inning. Baltimore has won four of his last six road starts. 10* (917) Baltimore Orioles |

This is a play on the EDMONTON ELKS for our CFL Game of the Week. Toronto is coming off a victory over Calgary to make it two straight wins thanks to a big defensive stand against the Stampeders. It is now letdown time for the Argonauts as that win over Calgary was their first home game of the season as they were forced to play all road games with the World Cup taking precedence. It was a fortunate win not only because of the defensive stand but they overcame four interceptions from quarterback Chad Kelly and while he should fare better here, the Elks are in a great spot despite the recent defensive downfalls. Edmonton has lost two straight games following a three-game winning streak and it now sits at 6-3 and back home where the Elks are 3-1 with the only loss coming against West leader Saskatchewan by two points. Quarterback Cody Fajardo should be in for another big game as Toronto has allowed 31.1 ppg and 389.5 ypg, with their pass defense allowing the second-highest yards per attempt in the league at 9.23. 10* (692) Edmonton Elks |

This is a play on the ARIZONA DIAMONDBACKS as part of our MLB Friday Double Play. Chris Sale comes in as a big favorite which is no surprise as he is having an outstanding season with a 2.20 ERA and 1.02 WHIP and he has been even better at home but he is a fade here. While he has been great, the Braves just are not winning for him as after going 6-1 in his first seven starts, they are 7-7 in his last 14 and at his prices, that is a big negative outcome. Another reason for fading the Braves is that Brandon Pfaadt has been even better. After a rough start, he was sent down to the minors and was recalled in late June only to dominate. He has not allowed an earned run in 25.2 innings which includes seven scoreless innings against the Dodgers last time out and since being recalled, he has not allowed more than two runs in eight starts, posting a 1.32 ERA. 10* (957) Arizona Diamondbacks |

This is a play on the PITTSBURGH PIRATES as part of our MLB Friday Double Play. Bubba Chandler had a solid start to the season but then hit a rough stretch where he was inconsistent from late April all the way through early July but he has leveled out and been effective with a 2.05 ERA over his last four starts that included a pair of shutout performances against the Mets and Yankees. He has been a carbon copy both at home and on the road and over his last five home starts, he has allowed more than two runs only once and that was giving up three runs against Arizona. Jake Bennett has a masterful run from mid-June through mid-July but he has not been as sharp of late as he has allowed three or more runs in each of his last four starts to post a 5.09 ERA and he has been fortunate to do what he has done with a very low strikeout rate. 10* (976) Pittsburgh Pirates |

This is a play on the LOS ANGELES ANGELS for our Divisional Game of the Month. The Angels are 5-3 against Texas this season with four of those wins as underdogs and we are grabbing one of our favorite young pitchers this season. Walbert Urena has been the best and most consistent pitcher in this rotation with a 2.88 ERA in 19 starts. He had a bad start to close June but had a 0.99 ERA in his next five starts prior to his last one where he allowed four runs in 2.1 innings at Miami and is now back home where he has been outstanding with a 2.49 ERA across 61.3 innings. Texas is right in the mix in the American League West as it keeps hovering around .500 and sends Jacob deGrom to the hill who is coming off a much needed good start. Still, he has struggled as after posting a 2.01 ERA though his first six starts, he has been up and down with a 4.53 ERA in his last 16 outings. 10* (914) Los Angeles Angels |

This is a play on the CINCINNATI REDS for our MLB Afternoon Dominator. We are coming back with the Reds on Thursday which are treading water for a playoff spot and will need a big end to remain relevant. Andrew Abbott got off to a slow start but he has rounded into form as over his last four appearances, he has three quality starts. He is coming off his longest start of the year, going 6.2 innings while throwing 62 of 88 pitches for strikes. The White Sox remain atop the pretty awful American League Central and are the only team above .500 in the division. Davis Martin is coming off a start where he lasted just one inning because of a rain delay so the rest aspect is in his favor but he is still trending the wrong way. He surged out of the gate, posting a 1.61 ERA over his first nine starts but he has struggled significantly since June, posting a 6.83 ERA his last 12 games. 10* (915) Cincinnati Reds |

This is a play on the CINCINNATI REDS as part of our MLB Late Double Play. We played on Luis Castillo in his first start for the White Sox after being dealt from the Mariners and a change of scenery would maybe be the difference in him having the worst season of his career. It didn’t. He allowed five runs in four innings against the Red Sox and while Boston is one of the hottest teams in baseball despite a recent short skid, Castillo is not right. He now has a 5.26 ERA while pitching to a 5.13 xERA so he is not falsely regressed and is still laying a big number. Rhett Lowder has almost identical numbers overall and in the metrics but he has started to trend the other way. After three successful and dominating long relief appearances, he was reinserted into the starting rotation and it happened to be in Colorado where he got shelled but has a 3.18 ERA in three starts since. 10* (977) Cincinnati Reds |

This is a play on the TORONTO BLUE JAYS as part of our MLB Late Double Play. Jose Soriano was decent in his Blue Jays debut as he went 4.2 innings against Philadelphia on the road while allowing one earned run and now he makes his home Toronto debut. The trade was more for the future as he remains under team control through two remaining arbitration-eligible offseasons but he is having the best season of his four-year career with a 3.29 ERA and 1.24 WHIP in 22 starts. He has been more successful on the road than at home the last two seasons but this is not Angel Stadium. Ranger Suarez is having a solid season for Boston with a 3.32 ERA and 1.17 WHIP in 20 starts but his recent injury remains a concern. He has not allowed more than three runs in his last four starts and while it has been nine runs combined, he has only gone 14.1 innings so he is overpriced here. 10* (972) Toronto Blue Jays |

This is a play on the COLORADO ROCKIES as part of our MLB Afternoon Dominator. Colorado is in a funk which is nothing out of the norm but we have to pick their spots and this is one of those against an inconsistent Arizona team that has no real edge in the pitching matchup on Wednesday. Merrill Kelly posted a pair of solid starts right before the All Star Break and then followed that up with three more decent starts before getting lit up in Cleveland. He did bounce back with another good effort but his command is an issue and he is having the worst season of his career after coming back to Arizona after being traded to Texas last season. He has a 4.88 ERA while pitching to a 6.96 xERA in 21 starts. Ryan Feltner had a nice run in June before another slew of bad outings but he is coming off a good one and while it doesn’t sound great, the Rockies are 4-5 in his last nine starts which is actually good at these numbers. 10* (953) Colorado Rockies |

This is a play on the ST. LOUIS CARDINALS as part of our MLB Tuesday Double Play. We were on the Cardinals Monday fading Andrew Painter who has suddenly figured things out and we will fade the Phillies again Tuesday against Cristopher Sanchez who has been a completely different pitcher on the road. He is a Cy Young candidate because there is no one more comfortable at home than he is as he is 10-1 with a 1.41 ERA and 1.03 WHIP in 14 starts across 89.1 innings. On the road, his ERA is over three runs higher at 4.48 to go along with a 1.49 WHIP in 10 starts across 60.1 innings but he is favored big because of who he is overall. Andre Palllante has been the opposite as he is 7-0 on the road with a 2.55 ERA and 1.23 WHIP while posting a 4.34 ERA and 1.36 WHIP at home but even those numbers are not horrible and he has been great overall since June with a 3.14 ERA in 11 outings. 10* (908) St. Louis Cardinals |

This is a play on the SEATTLE MARINERS as part of our MLB Tuesday Double Play. Two of the worst offenses in baseball open a series on Tuesday and we will be on the underdog with the better pitcher. Seattle is hitting .229 which is second worst in baseball but the Yankees are not far behind with a .230 team batting average, third worst in the major leagues and are hitting .217 since May 31, coincidentally the last time Aaron Judge played. Bryan Woo has not been the same pitcher as last season when he was an All Star as he has a 4.31 ERA but is pitching to a 3.62 xERA so there is positive progression. He halted a four-game winless streak when he allowed three hits in seven scoreless innings last time out against the Tigers. Ryan Weathers has been the better pitcher of late with a 0.48 ERA over his last three starts but overall is pitching to a 4.36 xERA and his recent stretch will run out. 10* (915) Seattle Mariners |

This is a play on the ATHLETICS as part of our MLB Monday Triple Play. Tampa Bay is coming off a sweep in Seattle to make it six straight wins to open this roadtrip and have a 5.5-game lead in the American League East. They send out Freddy Peralta who has been anything but the ace the Mets thought he would be when they signed him and he was traded at the deadline and abruptly allowed seven runs in 3.2 innings against the Rockies but the offense bailed him out. Granted, that was in Colorado but he now heads to another hitters park with his 5.37 ERA that balloons to 7.11 in 10 road starts. The Athletics took two of three in Boston to bring in some momentum back home after a long skid and Jacob Lopez is back to his early season form after a rough May that led to a demotion. He has posted a strong 2.13 ERA over 21.1 innings across his last five starts. 10* (966) Athletics |

This is a play on the LOS ANGELES ANGELS as part of our MLB Monday Triple Play. The Rangers lost Sunday to conclude a 4-2 homestand and they hit the road where they are five games under .500. Mackenzie Gore comes in as the favorite as it is based on facing the Angels and he has a 4.55 ERA through 24 starts as he has been all over the place and that is mostly bad on the road as he has a 5.79 ERA across 65.1 innings and has allowed 22 runs in his last six road starts. Reid Detmers had a pair of poor starts prior to the All Star Break but has pitched well since then and comes in with a 4.12 ERA but has a 1.10 WHIP and is pitching to a 3.50 xERA. This is the contrarian side as the Angels have lost his last six starts and he is back home where he has yet to pick up a win as he is 0-5 but has been sharp as he has a 1.65 ERA over his last three starts here. 10* (964) Los Angeles Angels |

This is a play on the ST. LOUIS CARDINALS as part of our MLB Monday Triple Play. The Phillies avoided the sweep Sunday with an extra innings win and we go against them here. Andrew Painter is on the hill and it means fade time. We missed out in his last start as he was facing Washington so it was not a play but we will fade here on the road as he is overpriced. He had a rough start to the season but he was recalled on July 31 and has looked good but we cannot be sold laying this one the road. The Phillies won his first two starts but are 1-11 in his 12 starts since then including seven straight losses. Hunter Dobbins has mainly been a spot starter and bulk reliever but was recalled last week to fill in full time after Dustin May was traded and he was awesome in his first start against the Yankees, allowing two runs in 6.1 innings and brings in a 3.60 ERA across 40 innings. 10* (954) St. Louis Cardinals |

This is a play on the NEW YORK METS for our Divisional Game of the Month. The Mets were shutout on Saturday against Pittsburgh but responded with 11 runs on Sunday to win the series and make it five runs in their last six games. We played on Christian Scott two starts back against this same Braves team and he had a tough luck loss against Chris Sale in a 1-0 defeat as he allowed that lone run over six innings. In 16 starts, he has a 3.15 ERA and 1.26 WHIP including a 2.85 ERA in his last 11 outings. The Mets have been able to win around him, going 11-5 in his 16 starts. Atlanta salvaged the series finale against the Yankees in a one run win after losing the first two games by one run. Bryce Elder has picked it up, allowing one run in each of his last three starts but is favored by his biggest price since late May against Washington and we will take the enormous value. 10* (951) New York Mets |

This is a play on the ARIZONA DIAMONDBACKS for our Divisional Game of the Month. The Dodgers snapped a seven-game losing streak with a fortunate 2-1 win last night in 10 innings as Arizona tied the game in the bottom of the ninth with an RBI triple but stranded the winning run on third. Justin Wrobleski looks to keep the momentum going but he has been struggling. He had a nice five-game run wrapped around the All Star Break but he has allowed 12 runs across 10.1 innings in his last two starts and is in another fade spot. Arizona remains in a tie with the Phillies for the second Wild Card spot in the National League and turns to Eduardo Rodriguez who is having a great rebound season. He did allow five runs in his last start against the Padres but it was just the fifth time he has allowed four runs or more and brings in a 2.71 ERA over 23 starts. 10* (908) Arizona Diamondbacks |

This is a play on the BALTIMORE ORIOLES as part of our Sunday Double Play. Baltimore and Texas both had six hits last night but a costly Orioles error in the second inning allowed the go ahead run and a three-run home run in the eighth inning sealed the deal. Baltimore is still hanging around in the American League Wild Card as it is three games out and look for another solid performance from Cade Povich who made his first start in nearly two months with a forearm issue and did not miss a beat after gearing back up in the minors as he tossed six scoreless innings against the Angels while striking out seven. Kumar Rocker counters for the Rangers and he has had a decent season with a mixed bag of results. He has a 4.08 ERA in 19 starts and two long relief appearances and that number jumps to 4.26 at home including 6.23 in his last four home starts. 10* (913) Baltimore Orioles |

This is a play on the KANSAS CITY ROYALS as part of our Sunday Double Play. The Royals look to take the series on Sunday following a 6-3 win on Saturday and this would mark their fifth straight home series win. They are back to .500 at home and catching a value number with Randy Dobnak who is far from a household name but has turned some heads. He made his Royal debut on July 2, making two relief appearances before allowing two runs and 15 hits across 21.1 innings in four starts with the Royals winning three of those, the only loss coming in Detroit 4-3 against Troy Melton. The Cubs meanwhile will be looking for their eighth consecutive road series win and are heavily favored to do so behind Matthew Boyd who continues to defy age. He has a 3.59 ERA over 13 starts and has pitched better on the road but is laying his biggest road number by far. 10* (926) Kansas City Royals |

This is a play on the COLORADO ROCKIES as part of our MLB Late Double Play. We lost a tough one with the Rockies last night as they outhit the Cardinals 10-4 but they lost on two sacrifice flies and a home run and we will come back with them here on Saturday. Colorado sends out Kyle Freeland who is coming off his best start of the season as he tossed a complete game against the Royals, allowing just one run on five hits and that is a huge confidence as he hits the road where it has not been good as he has yet to get a victory. He has a 1.49 WHIP overall which is the same WHIP as that of Matthew Liberatore who is also coming off a great start as he shut out the Blue Jays on one hit over six innings. He is back home where he has not been good with a 4.80 ERA and 1.53 WHIP. 10* (955) Colorado Rockies |

This is a play on the BALTIMORE ORIOLES as part of our MLB Late Double Play. Texas snuck out a 2-1 victory last night on a two-run home run by Joc Pederson as the Orioles wasted a great effort from Shane Baz and the Rangers are back to .500 and 1.5 games behind the Astros in the American League West. Baltimore is two games out in the Wild Card chase and turn to Kyle Bradish who has a 3.79 ERA in 22 starts following a pair of not so good outings. The Orioles have won four of his last five road outings. Jacob deGrom started the season great through his first six starts as he posted vintage deGrom numbers including a 2.01 ERA though his first six starts but he has been up and down since then. He has a 4.70 ERA in his last 15 outings and his current 3.96 ERA is the highest of his career. 10* (963) Baltimore Orioles |

This is a play on the HAMILTON TI-CATS for our CFL Game of the Week. Hamilton won the first meeting 41-27 back in June as 2.5-point favorites and we are seeing a nine-point line swing which is a huge swing. Part of that is due to a quarterback change for Hamilton as Harrison Frost will make his first start, replacing Tre Ford and ultimately replacing Bo Levi Mitchell so while he may be raw, he has appeared in 20 games so he knows the league and there is no film to go off from. On the other side, Nathan Rourke returns after essentially missing three full games with his left shoulder injury and on the season, he has completed 71.3 of his passes (107/150), while recording 1,403 yards and five touchdowns against four interceptions so it has not been great. He will be facing a tough defense as the Ti-Cats are allowing only 279.3 passing ypg, second fewest in the CFL. And don’t expect the Lions to rush for 377 yards, a franchise record, as they did last week in their win over Winnipeg. 10* (685) Hamilton Ti-Cats |

This is a play on the ATHLETICS as part of our MLB Early Double Play. This is the spot to fade opposing streaks as Boston has won nine straight games while the Athletics have lost their last nine which the latter caused the dismissal of general manager David Forst. Boston is a remarkable 27-3 over their last 30 games and turn to Jake Bennett who has been a welcome addition to this rotation as the rookie has a 2.90 ERA. He has not been as sharp of late as he has allowed three runs in each of his last three starts to post a 4.58 ERA and he has been fortunate to do what he has done with a very low strikeout rate. The Athletics counter with Gage Jump who is coming off a rough outing against Detroit at home but shut down Boston in his start prior and hits the road with a 2.51 ERA across 28.2 innings. 10* (959) Athletics |

This is a play on the LOS ANGELES ANGELS as part of our MLB Early Double Play. The Angels stole the series opener on Friday 4-3 despite getting outhit 12-6 by the Marlins for their second straight win. Walbert Urena has been the best and most consistent pitcher in his rotation with a 2.58 ERA in 18 starts. He had a bad start to close June but has a 0.99 ERA in his last five starts. The Marlins sustained a 12-game losing streak wrapped around the All Star Break and then got hot with a 6-1 run but have since lost four straight games and are heavily priced here based on Sandy Alcantara. He is coming off a pair of shutout performances against the Phillies and Mets and while he has been much better at home than on the road, the Marlins are just 6-5 in his 11 home starts. 10* (969) Los Angeles Angels |

This is a play on the TAMPA BAY RAYS as part of our MLB Friday Triple Play. Tampa Bay is coming off a sweep in Colorado which may not be saying much but the bats came alive, again not saying a whole lot in thin air, but still important for confidence after scoring just three runs in its three-game series against Chicago. Drew Rasmussen had a rough end before the All Star Break with a pair of bad starts but he has rebounded with a 1.00 ERA in his three starts since the break over 18 innings and he has allowed three runs or less in eight of his last 10 starts. Seattle was shutout twice in its series loss against the Tigers and counters with Logan Gilbert who has won his last three starts but has not been great in doing so as he posted a 4.34 ERA. He remains home where he has a 4.12 ERA compared to a 2.50 ERA on the road. 10* (913) Tampa Bay Rays |

This is a play on the COLORADO ROCKIES as part of our MLB Friday Triple Play. This will be the top contrarian play of the night, one because it is the Rockies and another because of the pitching matchup. St. Louis is among a group of six teams within playoff distance but the Cardinals were sellers at the deadline and going back, they are 10-19 over their last 29 games. Kyle Leahy has been one of the top pitchers in baseball over the last month and a half as he has a 1.21 ERA over his last seven starts across 37.1 innings while striking out 32. He is now laying his biggest number of the season by far. Ryan Feltner is also playing into the number as he is not having a good season but he is facing a Cardinals lineup that has scored three runs or less in eight of their last 10 games and really do not deserve the accolades to be laying this. 10* (905) Colorado Rockies |

This is a play on the CHICAGO WHITE SOX as part of our MLB Friday Triple Play. Cleveland missed an opportunity to gain ground in the American League Central as the White Sox were swept in Boston but the Guardians Got swept themselves against the Mets. We lost a tough one with Chicago last night and we will back them again as they are back home where they are 13 games over .500 and turn to Noah Schultz who will be a big piece to count on in the division race as he has struggled. He is coming off a solid performance as he followed an opener and allowed one run over five innings so the momentum is there and now faces an awful Cleveland offense. Parker Messick has been outstanding as he has allowed just one run in his last five starts but Cleveland went just 2-3 and now he is laying a big road number. 10* (916) Chicago White Sox |

|
This is a play on the CHICAGO WHITE SOX for our A.L. Game of the Month. The White Sox were hammered in the series opener after getting swept in Chicago by the Red Sox early last month as the latter remains red hot heading into the playoff push. Luis Castillo makes his Chicago debut after easily having the worst season of his career as he posted a 5.06 ERA, his first season with an ERA over 4.00 since his second season in Cincinnati in 2018. A change of scenery could be the best thing for him. Boston counters with Ranger Suarez who has been limited since back from the IL and while his pitch counts are eventually going to get back to normal, they are bringing him back slowly. He has a 3.52 ERA at home compared to a 2.83 ERA on the road and this number is too big against a quality offense. 10* (963) Chicago White Sox |

This is a play on the ATHLETICS for our MLB Afternoon Dominator. The Athletics were in the playoff mix even though it was still early six weeks ago but they have played themselves out of the picture with a 7-26 record over their last 33 games and we have the value. Mason Barnett will be making his second start after a solid first outing following a stint in the bullpen mostly in June. He was recalled July 22 and was recently solidified into the Athletics' starting rotation following a strong 5-inning, 6-strikeout performance against the Red Sox and should stay for a while after Jeffrey Springs is out with an injury. Hunter Greene was scheduled to start but a Tuesday side session resulted in elbow stiffness and he was put back on the shelf. We will likely see an opener for the Reds which have no starter ready on regular rest. 10* (967) Athletics |

This is a play on the TORONTO BLUE JAYS as part of our MLB Tuesday Triple Play. Toronto was mostly selling at the trade deadline as it got rid of three key pieces in Kevin Gausman, Jeff Hoffman and Dalton Varsho, the latter going on the opposite side of the dugout in this series. Trey Yesavage gets the ball for the Blue Jays and he is backing up his rookie season with a solid campaign as he has a 3.73 ERA and 1.16 WHIP across 17 starts and is pitching to a 3.00 xERA. After four straight losses, Toronto finally won for him in his last outing. Houston also made some solid moves before the deadline and they counter with Hayden Wesneski who is making just his second start after allowing three runs in 5.2 innings in his opening start. He was fortunate us wasn’t worse as he allowed seven hits and two walks. 10* (967) Toronto Blue Jays |

This is a play on the CHICAGO CUBS as part of our MLB Tuesday Triple Play. The Dodgers made the biggest splash at the trade deadline as they got Tarik Skubal from the Tigers which solidified the downfall of baseball. He is one of the best pitchers in baseball as Los Angeles is trying to buy their third consecutive championship. He will be making his debut on the road where he has been very effective but he comes in as a massive road favorite with a lot of that due to the hype as well. We will fade him in the debut against a very dangerous opponent. The Cubs are six games behind the Brewers in the National League Central but lead the wild Card by four games. Javier Assad has split time in the bullpen and as a starter and since a rough start, he has been great with a 2.31 ERA over his last 50 innings. 10* (958) Chicago Cubs |

This is a play on the CHICAGO WHITE SOX as part of our MLB Tuesday Triple Play. We played on Boston in all three games against the Dodgers and the Red Sox produced the sweep but we fade them heading home where they are four games under .500. Patrick Sandoval has looked decent in his four starts as he has a 3.32 ERA but he has not gone deep into games as his biggest output has been just five innings twice. He does have a 1.58 WHIP and the contrarian angle here is that Boston is 4-0 in those four starts. The White Sox took two of three in Tampa Bay yet are still six games under .500 on the road which is also adding contrarian value. Davis Martin has been great this season although he has leaked a little oil of late but still has a 3.62 ERA and 1.26 WHIP across 21 starts. 10* (963) Chicago White Sox |

This is a play on the BOSTON RED SOX for our MLB Prime Attraction. Boston has taken the first two games of this series and the Dodgers are the heavy public play because of that and we have already seen this line significantly rise. Jack Bennett continues to deal as he posted a 5.28 ERA and 1.50 WHIP over his first three starts with just eight strikeouts but since then, he has put up a 1.97 ERA and 0.81 WHIP across 50.1 innings. Take away a pair of back-to-back starts against Tampa Bay and he has been exceptional. He is the reason Boston was able to unload Connelly Early this past week. Emmet Sheehan has been very inconsistent following a solid but limited 2025 season as he has a 4.95 ERA through 19 starts. He was lit up for six runs in 5.1 innings against the Phillies in his first start after the All Star Break and did bounce back against the Mets but still has a 4.63 ERA at home. 10* (979) Boston Red Sox |

This is a play on the SAN FRANCISCO GIANTS for our MLB Diamond Dominator. The Giants took the opener of this series on Thursday but has dropped the last two and look to get out of San Diego with a split. Landen Roupp was on a solid run with three straight quality outings before the Brewers got him for four runs in 3.2 innings in his last start earlier this week. He has been consistent at both home and on the road and take away two bad road outings, his road ERA is his other 10 road games. Michael King was supposed to be the ace of this rotation and he has pitched like it with a 3.38 ERA so he is priced correctly but is overvalued based on the results as the Padres are 9-13 in his 22 starts. He has better home numbers but San Diego is 6-6 in his 12 home outings as this underachieving offense has given him little run support. 10* (957) San Francisco Giants |

This is a play on the ATHLETICS as part of our MLB Saturday Triple Play. The Tigers snapped a 1-4 skid with a big 13-1 last night but we are fading them here because of Framber Valdez being overpriced again. We faded him last time as it has almost gotten to the point where he doesn’t care. He got tagged for six runs while recording just two outs against the Cubs two starts back and on Monday, he wasn’t horrible as the bullpen gave up the loss but he is back on the road where he has won just once while posting a 4.94 ERA and 1.47 WHIP in 11 outings and his 7.31 K/9 rate is the lowest of his career. Jack Perkins closed June on a solid four-game run but allowed 10 runs in 6.2 innings in two games prior to the break but has rebounded with a pair of decent starts. The Athletics have lost his last six starts so we get contrarian value. 10* (916) Athletics |

This is a play on the BOSTON RED SOX as part of our MLB Saturday Triple Play. We were on the Red Sox last night with Ranger Suarez and we were going to take them even with facing Yoshinobu Yamamoto but he got bumped and we will fade him here in another good Boston matchup. Yamamoto is coming off a pair of great starts but those were both on the road where he has been sensational with a 2.24 ERA and he heads back home where he has a 3.27 ERA, still good but far from dominant and faces an offense that is again getting hot. Payton Tolle counters for Boston and they call him PayDay Toll Booth for a reason. He had one bad start against Washington to open July but he has been consistent as they come. He comes in with a 2.83 ERA and 0.94 WHIP on the road in eight road starts and will not be intimidated here. 10* (927) Boston Red Sox |

This is a play on the BALTIMORE ORIOLES as part of our MLB Saturday Triple Play. The Orioles stole a win last night with four runs in the seventh inning and with two straight wins, they are two games under .500 and right in the hunt in the pitiful American League Wild Card race. We haven’t backed Cristopher Sanchez at home because of the prices involved but we have faded him on the road in a couple spots and will do so again here. He has been nearly unbeatable at home with a 1.28 ERA and 1.00 WHIP but the road has been a different story as he brings in a 4.97 ERA and 1.53 WHIP but is still a big chalk. Baltimore counters with Shane Baz who is having a solid season with a 3.98 ERA through 21 starts with slightly better numbers at home and this is another contrarian spot with the Orioles 1-6 in his last seven starts. 10* (920) Baltimore Orioles |

This is a play on the BOSTON RED SOX as part of our MLB Friday Double Play. It is rare but sometimes pitchers feel more comfortable on the road and that is the case with Ranger Suarez for the Red Sox. This season, he has a 3.52 ERA at Fenway Park in nine starts and when he hits the road, that ERA goes down to 2.55. This has not been a one off season as it has been the case throughout his career in nearly every season and he has a 3.03 ERA in 434.1 road innings. He came off the IL in his last outing and he was limited but will have no restrictions here. Yoshinobu Yamamoto was the starter as of last night but now it is Edgardo Henriquez that will be pitching the opener so we get a better matchup even though the number is reduced . 10* (979) Boston Red Sox |

This is a play on the OTTAWA REDBLACKS for our CFL Friday Enforcer. This is the ultimate contrarian play as we catch Ottawa that is winless with the market completely fading the Redblacks. They have not won since last September, losing their last 12 games and we are not looking for the outright here, just the cover and waiting has been key as the line has gone up from opening. Ottawa is off a bye so they have the edge over Montreal in that regard as the Alouettes are playing with just four days of rest. Montreal has lost only once this season but has had the advantage of winning the close games as they are 5-1 in one possession games. The fact they are winning is a huge asset but being involved in so many close calls will catch up and this is the sneaky fade spot. 10* (674) Ottawa Redblacks |

This is a play on the WASHINGTON NATIONALS as part of our MLB Friday Double Play. Foster Griffin is coming off a quality outing in his last game and it was the worst start he has put up since the end of May. He tossed six innings and allowed three runs against Arizona and prior to that, he went eight straight starts of allowing one run or no runs and posted a 1.26 ERA across 50 innings over that eight-game stretch. He has been equally good on the road as he has been at home as those sit at 2.63 and 2.75 respectively and he has a 0.97 WHIP on the road. Bryce Elder has settled down after a rough stretch at the end of June but he still have been regressing since an awesome start. He posted a 1.97 ERA through his first 11 starts but he has put up a 7.00 ERA in his last nine outings. 10* (955) Washington Nationals |

This is a play on the SAN FRANCISCO GIANTS for our MLB Late Crusher. The Giants took two of three against the Brewers to conclude a 4-2 homestand. Robbie Ray had a rough May and early June but he has been spot on with a 1.04 ERA over his last seven starts and while he has not been nearly as sharp on the road overall, his poor outing away from home came against Arizona where he allowed nine runs in 4.1 innings to skew the numbers. The Padres have won five straight games to get within a half-game of the Wild Card in the National League. JP Sears has had a great July thus far with three starts and one bulk relief appearance which came after a poor start against the Cubs to close June. He is trying to live up to his early prospect potential but we are far from sold and he is going up against the wrong opposing pitcher at the wrong time. 10* (909) San Francisco Giants |

This is a play on the CHICAGO WHITE SOX for our MLB Early Dominator. The White Sox were able to get a game back last night in 3-2 win over Cam Schlittler and will look to even the series today as we do not typically play favorites but it is close enough in the pickem range. Sean Burke had a very good June with a 3.21 ERA in five starts that included only one poor one and that was against the Dodgers and he looks to close a strong July even better. He has a 1.40 ERA in four starts this month and while he has not been as good at home as the highway, he still has a strong 3.71 ERA here. Ryan Weathers is coming off a very good start against the Phillies which followed up a bad start against the Pirates as he continues to be all over the place. He has similar road numbers with a 3.89 ERA and now faces another sneaky good offense. 10* (916) Chicago White Sox |

This is a play on the NEW YORK METS as part of our MLB Late Double Play. The Mets turn to Christian Scott who bookended shutout performances around the All Star Break, not giving up a run over 10.2 innings against the Royals and Phillies before giving up three runs in 3.2 innings against the Brewers on the road. In 13 starts, he has a 3.13 ERA and 1.26 WHIP including a 2.70 ERA in his last nine outings. The Mets have been able to win around him, going 10-4 in his 14 starts. Chris Sale has tossed a pair of quality outings coming out of the All Star Break, both of which were at home where he has a 1.67 ERA and the Braves are now 8-2 in his 10 home starts. He is still very solid on the road but his ERA is over a run higher than it is at home at 2.79 in nine outings with Atlanta going just 4-5 in those games. 10* (982) New York Mets |

This is a play on the CINCINNATI REDS as part of our MLB Late Double Play. Brady Singer has had a rough season but his struggles have been on the road where he has a 5.89 ERA in 11 outings on the highway and he is back home here where he has made nine starts and posted a 2.98 ERA to go along with a 1.22 WHIP. The money is going the other way as he opened as a slight favorite and now it has completely flipped. Joey Cantillo got off to an uneven start to the season as he had a 4.57 ERA through his first 14 starts and while he made a solid recovery in his six games leading into the All Star Break with a 1.59 ERA, he has struggled out of the break with a 9.35 in two starts. He has similar numbers both at home and on the road and overall, the Guardians went 9-2 in his first 11 starts but are 5-6 since. 10* (978) Cincinnati Reds |

This is a play on the COLORADO ROCKIES as part of our MLB Early Double Play. Gabriel Hughes will be making his fourth start of the season and he has looked sharp from the start as he debuted out of the bullpen, earning a three-inning scoreless save against the Giants. He has been better at Coors Field where he has made three appearances and while the road is a small sample size with just one start, it was a quality outing and it was against the Dodgers no less. Griffin Canning is struggling, whether it be as a starter or as a bulk reliever following an opener as he has a 6.97 ERA and while he has been better at home, he still has a 5.74 ERA across 31.1 innings. In his last 10 starts, the Padres are 1-9 as they have given him no run support, averaging just 1.7 rpg over those 10 games and this actually does not set up well. 10* (959) Colorado Rockies |

This is a play on the BALTIMORE ORIOLES as part of our MLB Early Double Play. Trevor Rogers got off to an awful start to the season as he posted a 6.84 ERA through his first 10 starts in 48.2 innings so he was far from what he showed last season. However, it is showing now as he has a 1.80 ERA over his last nine outings across 55 innings and he comes in as a significant underdog after being favored most of the time. This is due to facing Tarik Skubal who is likely on the move and he does not have to make any sort of impression, he just has to stay healthy. He has been solid as always but he does possess reverse splits as he has a 2.07 ERA in eight outings and that goes up to 3.46 in seven home starts. That is certainly still very good but he is now facing another elite opposing starter and laying way too much. 10* (963) Baltimore Orioles |

This is a play on the CHICAGO WHITE SOX for our A.L. Game of the Month. Gerrit Cole was bumped from his start on Monday for an extra day of rest and he is overvalued here. He opened the season with a pair of shutout performances over 12.2 innings but he has been far from dominant since then. In his last nine starts, he has a 4.93 ERA and while he is coming off a pair of great outings against the Dodgers and Pirates, those were at home. He has been very solid at home but he has struggled on the road with a 4.73 ERA in five outings. Anthony Kay has been on a solid run as he has allowed three runs or less in six straight starts including two runs or fewer five times for a 3.21 ERA over those six outings. He has struggled on the road as well with a 5.56 ERA over 45.1 innings but that ERA goes down to 3.06 across 53 innings. 10* (918) Chicago White Sox |

This is a play on the SAN FRANCISCO GIANTS as part of our MLB Monday Double Play. Tyler Mahle had a rough start to the season as he posted a 6.10 ERA through his first 10 starts but he has settled down with a 4.02 ERA over his last six outings which includes one poor start against Arizona, a team that has been his nemesis in three starts this year. He has one of the biggest home/road split differentials in baseball as he has been atrocious on the road with an 8.05 ERA and 1.76 WHIP in eight starts. At home through eight starts, he has a 3.00 ERA and 1.18 WHIP. Brandon Sproat nearly lost his roster spot after two games after allowing 11 runs in 6.2 innings but he has turned things around and has been fairly consistent since re-entering the rotation. He has a 4.28 ERA in 16 starts and one relief appearance since then and overall is pitching to a 4.80 xERA compared to a 4.29 xERA for Mahle. 10* (960) San Francisco Giants |

This is a play on the MIAMI MARLINS as part of our MLB Monday Double Play. Tyler Phillips pitched primarily out of the bullpen last season and was dominating and after opening this season in the same role, he earned a spot to enter the rotation and he has mostly taken advantage. He came into the league with the Phillies in 2024 and he made a start in Philadelphia and was lit up for eight runs in four innings so his redemption game did not go well. He had another poor start in Sacramento against the Athletics but he has been awesome at home with a 1.41 ERA across 44.2 innings. Zack Wheeler has been on a mission since getting snubbed from the All Star Game, only adding to an already strong season. He is 10-2 with a 2.16 ERA in 16 starts and this includes a 1.73 ERA on the road in nine outings and chalk players will be all over him here but we go with the value in this contrarian spot. 10* (952) Miami Marlins |

This is a play on the ATHLETICS as part of our MLB Sunday Triple Play. Joe Ryan was scheduled to make the start today for the Twins but he has been pushed back a couple days to work on things. Connor Prielipp takes his place as he has been activated from the IL after spending nearly three weeks on it due to a blister on a pitching finger and that is word no pitcher likes to hear and it still could not be fully healed. He comes in with a 5.00 ERA through 13 starts and while he has been better at home than on the road, he is far from dominating with a 4.15 ERA in eight starts. Jeffrey Springs is coming off a solid start against Arizona but it did not result in a win for him as he is winless in his last 16 outings as he has taken the loss in nine of those with the other seven being no decisions. He has struggled at home with a 6.79 ERA but that drops to 5.03 on the road, not great yet better with value. 10* (919) Athletics |

This is a play on the KANSAS CITY ROYALS as part of our MLB Sunday Triple Play. Framber Valdez is another pitcher that has not lived up to expectations in his first season with his new team but the difference here is that he is severely overpriced. He got tagged for six runs while recording just two outs against the Cubs so the only positive coming into this game is that he is coming off an outing where he tossed only 42 pitches. He is back home but he has not been much better here with a 4.14 ERA in nine starts with the Tigers going just 5-4. Luinder Avila opened the season in the rotation but after one start where he allowed five runs in three innings, he was relegated to the bullpen where he made nine appearances. He came back into the rotation and has made nine starts and with the exception of a bad start against Houston, he has been excellent. He has a 3.07 ERA in those other eight starts. 10* (917) Kansas City Royals |

This is a play on the NEW YORK METS as part of our MLB Sunday Triple Play. The Dodgers and Mets are now separated by 24 games after Los Angeles grabbed the first two games of this series and they again come in as heavy favorites. Emmet Sheehan has been very inconsistent following a solid but limited 2025 season as he has a 5.13 ERA through 18 starts. He was lit up for six runs in 5.1 innings against the Phillies in his first start after the All Star Break and he comes in with a 5.71 ERA in eight road starts. The Mets counter with Freddy Peralta who has not been living up to expectations after coming over from the Brewers. He was also lit up in his most recent start as the Brewers tagged him for seven runs in 5.1 innings but that was on the road where he has been a disaster. He has been far from great at home but his ERA is well over two runs less than it is on the road as it sits at 4.08. 10* (906) New York Mets |

This is a play on the CINCINNATI REDS for our N.L. Game of the Month. This is a buy low spot on Hunter Greene as he is an underdog once again as we feel he has regained his form after a horrible opening start after coming back from injury. He pitched a gem against the Cubs in his second start and while his follow up after that was not as sharp, it was still a quality outing and the damage was done by two home runs which is nothing to lament about at Coors Field. Andre Pallante is having a surprisingly good season after having a disaster a year ago as he has a 4.02 ERA and 1.26 WHIP in 19 starts and while he is a groundball specialist, his 9.9% K:BB% is No. 115 out of 143 starting pitchers that has gone at least 50 innings. He has been spectacular on the road as he has not lost and is undefeated at 6-0 with a 2.33 ERA and 1.01 WHIP but he has not been good at home with a 4.99 ERA and 1.42 WHIP across 61.3 innings. 10* (961) Cincinnati Reds |

This is a play on the CHICAGO CUBS as part of our MLB Double Play. Going against Paul Skenes is never easy but when we have a comparable starter, it makes it easier. The Cubs got another solid start from Matthew Boyd and look to get the same from Shota Imanaga who is coming off one of his best starts of the season after the break. He had a rough stretch in late May and Early June as he allowed 18 runs in 17.1 innings over three starts but since then he has posted a 2.65 ERA in seven starts. He has been better on the road than at home highlighted by his 1.02 WHIP. Skenes is having a solid season but has been far from as dominant than he has been in the past. He also opened the second half with a great outing against the Guardians and the Pirates have won his last three starts after dropping his previous nine outings. He was given a ton of run support over the recent three games but that is unlikely here. 10* (955) Chicago Cubs |

This is a play on the CLEVELAND GUARDIANS as part of our MLB Double Play. Tanner Bibee is coming off a quality start against the Twins to open the second half in what has been a solid season with a 3.90 ERA and 1.15 WHIP over 21 starts. He has made three starts this season of allowing six runs or more and take those out and he has a 2.52 ERA in his other 18 outings. He has been better on the road than at home as he has posted a 3.66 ERA across 51.2 innings and he still has one of the best bullpens behind him. Tampa Bay counters with Nick Martinez who is having a better season in regard to ERA but every other statline in nearly a wash. He is on a solid run of late and like Bibee, he is better on the road and while he has double the wins at home, he has an ERA at home that is a run higher than it is on the road and the contrarian aspect here is that we go against the fact the Rays have won his last five outings. 10* (967) Cleveland Guardians |

This is a play on the LOS ANGELES ANGELS as part of our MLB Friday Triple Play. There is not a whole lot of difference here between these two teams with the exception of the home and road records so we will take the value play on a pitcher no one wants any part of. Grayson Rodriguez has an 8.23 ERA so he is struggling after missing all of last season but he is looking a lot like Jose Soriano from last season. Six of his eight starts have come at home and he has been awful with a 10.22 ERA and 2.03 WHIP in those games and while it is a small sample size, he has a 3.48 ERA and 1.06 WHIP in his two road outings. The Giants are on an equally bad run with a 7-12 record in their last 19 games which is just one game better than the Angels over that stretch. Logan Webb is struggling despite coming off a quality outing as he has an 8.10 ERA over his last three starts. He has been really good or really bad and while mostly good, the Giants are just 5-12 in his 17 starts. 10* (929) Los Angeles Angels |

This is a play on the TORONTO BLUE JAYS as part of our MLB Friday Triple Play. Boston had its 15-game winning streak snapped with a loss against Baltimore in the second game of its doubleheader against the Orioles on Wednesday and is now back to three games over .500. Six of the wins were at home where the Red Sox remain under .500, where they are 23-28. Patrick Sandoval made his season debut right before the All Star Break and it was a decent start where he allowed just one run but went only 4.1 innings and his first start after the break was not good, as he allowed four earned runs on nine hits in five innings against Tampa Bay. Toronto broke its four-game skid with a 3-1 win on Thursday thanks to another great start by Shane Bieber. The Blue Jays are hoping for something similar from Trey Yesavage who bounced back with a quality start against the White Sox. He has been surprisingly bad with a 4.15 ERA at home but backs it up with a 3.32 xERA and 1.13 WHIP. 10* (917) Toronto Blue Jays |

This is a play on the NEW YORK METS as part of our MLB Friday Triple Play. The Dodgers took two of three at Philadelphia to open their roadtrip 4-2 after a series win over the Yankees prior and now have the best matchup series but this is not the spot. Roki Sasaki has been a major disappointment as he has a 4.98 ERA and 1.34 WHIP through 17 starts where he has allowed 19 home runs. He had a solid four-game run in late May and early June where he had a 1.47 ERA across 24.1 innings and it looked like he was finally showing his potential but has put up a 6.91 ERA in six starts since then. The Dodgers are just 9-8 in his starts. The Mets were unable to take their series win against the Phillies into Milwaukee as they dropped two of three but are back home with three good pitching matchups. Sean Manaea opened the second half with a poor start against the Phillies but he has actually been good since entering the rotation as he had a 3.94 in his previous six starts. 10* (908) New York Mets |
