Utah at Charlotte 8:00 ET

Hornets (+) over Jazz- Utah is on a tear and have won 13 of their last 14 games going 12-2 ATS including a romp over the Hawks in Atlanta last night. This means that the Jazz of course are playing their second of back-to-back games and their seventh in 10 days. Charlotte meanwhile just had their 3-game winning streak stopped by the 76ers but are 20-7-2 ATS I their last 29 games as underdogs including 9-2-1 ATS as home dogs and they are 15-5-1 ATS on one days rest. Take the HORNETS!

Arizona at Utah 7:00 ET

Utes (+) over Wildcats- This Pac-12 contest pits a pair of squads that in past years would have a top-25 ranking with Arizona always a contender bidding to get to the Final-4 or at least the Sweet-16 but this year they are a step below. Utah has also had some clubs that were on the verge of breaking through and made it to the Sweet-16 but again a middle-of-the-road this season. This is year is a bit different as Sean Millers' club is good enough to make the tournament but will have difficulty. The Wildcats are 2-5 ATS both as favorites and on the road while the Utes are just 4-10 ATS as home underdogs. Things change here. Take UTAH!

Boston at Sacramento 10:00 ET

Kings (+) over Celtics- Boy, I hate coming back against a team that beat me the night before but playing against the Celtics is the way to go tonight. Boston is one of the rare NBA teams that have thrived in the second of back-to-back games going 7-0 ATS with no days rest but are just 2-6 ATS as road favorites. Sacramento returns home and is 5-0 ATS in their last five games overall and are 7-3-1 ATS hosting the Celtics. Although the Kings are 4-0 ATS in their last four outing as dogs they are just 1-6 ATS in their last seven as home underdogs. Still it's SACRAMENTO!

Virginia Tech at Pittsburgh 7:00 ET

Panthers (+) over Hokies- I love this match-up as it pits a pair of winners from their last betting opportunity and 'we' took advantage of both last time and will combine it here. Virginia Tech was a huge winner for us Saturday over rival No. 8 Virginia 65-51 and now head to Pittsburgh where the Panthers fell to our 'Highest-Rated' Megabucks winner Notre Dame 84-58 their worst loss of the season. I expect both teams to move toward the center after both good and bad performances and that should present us a more competitive game. Take PITTSBURGH!

Boston at Golden State 10:00 ET

Warriors (+) over Celtics- The weary Celtic have dropped their last two including their Sunday showdown with the Lakers losing 96-95 getting the money but not the win. After a horrid start Golden State behind Stephen Curry's deadeye shooting have become a threat any night out. Boston has become more of an offensive club but certainly not on the Warriors level but will be without their one defensive standout in Keith Smart and Curry will take advantage. Add Celtics are 1-6 ATS in last seven as road favorites but 6-1 ATS in last seven trips to Golden State most as underdogs. Take GOLDEN STATE!

Tennessee at Mississippi 7:00 ET

Rebels (+) over Volunteers- A few days ago Tennessee was ranked as high as No. 10 and after losing 2-of-3 they are as low as No. 18 in some places. The Volunteers just destroyed Kansas on Saturday 80-61 and were never threatened and they out rebounded the Jayhawks 38-23. Mississippi is off a pair of SEC road losses at Arkansas and Georgia the second of which irritated Rebels coach Kermit Davis to call out his club for lack of hustle down the stretch. The home team is 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings and the Volunteers are 1-5 ATS against teams with winning records. Take MISSISSIPPI!

Oklahoma at Texas Tech 9:00 ET

Red Raiders (+) over Sooners- Too quick, too fast and too soon and I'm not talking about style of play or performances I'm referring to the time between an upset win at home by the Sooners who ow move into into a foreign environment (Big-12 /SEC Challenge) as it makes for usual matchups. Saturday, Oklahoma hosted the SEC's hottest squad as Alabama has won 10-straight while the home Sooners were to be without leading scorer, assist man and rebounder All Big-12 Austin Reaves and of course they out-played the 'Ebbing' Tide winning 66-61. Now, Tech won on the road at LSU and managed to 'cover' although they didn't play all that well. They return home ready to pounce on a Sooners club that will come out of the clouds about halftime but by then it will be too late. Take TEXAS TECH!

Sacramento at New Orleans 8:00 ET

Kings (+) over Pelicans- The Kings who are much improved this season just lost a heartbreaker to Miami 105-104 Saturday that ended their season high three-game winning streak come to an end. New Orleans had a mini 2-game win streak of their own end on Saturday as well falling to Houston 126-112 and dropped to 1-6 ATS in their last seven as home favorites. Sacramento is 21-8 ATS in their last 29 games as road underdogs. Take the KINGS!

No. 7 Iowa features 6-11, 265-pound Luke Garza and he will up against No. 19 Illinois center 7-foot, 285 pound Kofi Cockburn. Illinois just ended 2-game skid with a win over Penn State 10-days ago while Iowa who hasn't played in eight days and is off a home loss to Indiana and are 18-39-2 ATS on the road games against winning teams. The home team is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings. Take ILLINOIS!

Hornets (+) over Pacers- Charlotte has dropped two straight and six of their last seven including a 116-106 loss the Indiana on Wednesday. Conflicting trends surround this matchup as the Pacers are 12-3-1 ATS as road favorites (that's really good) but the Hornets are 14-5-1 ATS in their last 20 games as underdogs and 7-2 ATS in their last nine as home underdogs. Indiana is just 3-9 ATS in their last 12 visits to Charlotte and are 2-5 ATS in their last seven games against teams with losing records. Take the HORNETS!

Michigan State at Rutgers 7:00 ET

Scarlet Knights (-) over Spartans- When these two last met on January 5 both were ranked and Michigan State won easily 68-45. But, the virus has had an impact on the Spartans as this is just their second game since their first meeting and and their first outing in 20 days. MSU has struggled this season and are 1-8 ATS in their last nine games overall and are 4-9 ATS in 13 road games against teams with winning records. Rutgers is 15-7-2 ATS in their last 24 road games and get ti done here. Take RUTGERS!

Mississippi at Arkansas 8:30 ET

Rebels (+) over Razorbacks- Strong contrast in styles in their matchup as Arkansas posts one of the highest scoring offenses in the SEC while Mississippi used a tough defense that held their last two opponents Mississippi State and Texas A&M to 46 and 50 points respectively in those games. The Razorbacks are 9-4-1 ATS in their last 14 home games as favorites but the road team is 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings. Take MISSISSIPPI!

Detroit at Cleveland 7:00 ET

Pistons (+) over Cavaliers- Detroit who has the worst record in the NBA broke a 4-game losing streak and can win their second in-a-row for the first time since last January. Although their straight-up record is as bad as it is the Pistons are a more than respectable 10-7 ATS. In the first meeting between these two in December the Cavaliers won in double-overtime after trailing but eight in the first extra period and by nine in the second overtime period before winning 128-119. This time they close the deal. Take DETROIT!

New York at Utah 9:00 ET

Jazz (-) over Knicks- Oh boy, the way this sets up with New York having beaten Utah at MSG three weeks ago rallying form an 18-point deficit to post a 112-100. The Knicks have won just three of 10 since then and the Jazz haven't lost since then winning a league high eight straight games. The Knicks have 'owned' the number in this series going 12-3 ATS in their last 15 meetings in Utah. But, 'tings' change and revenge is sweet. Take UTAH!

Texas Tech at West Virginia 9:00 ET

Red Raiders (+) over Mountaineers- No.12 Texas Tech hasn't played since January 16 as games this past week against TCU and Iowa State were cancelled. Saturday's postponement gave the Red Raiders an opportunity to concentrate on No. 14 West Virginia. The Mountaineers just took apart a weak Kansas State team 69-47 on Saturday their only game in the last 16 days. Tech is 4-1 ATS on the road in their last five games as underdogs and play the tougher defense allowing just 59.9ppg. Take TEXAS TECH!

Philadelphia at Detroit 7:00 ET

Pistons (+) over 76ers- The Pistons have the worst record in the NBA at 3-13 and have lost four in-a-row and in two of those games they blew 19-point lead to Miami and a 17-point fourth quarter lead to Atlanta. Philadelphia has been just terrible on the road going 5-17-1 ATS as road favorites and are 14-35-2 ATS in their last 51 road games. Take DETROIT!

New York at Portland 10:00 ET

Knicks (+) over Trailblazers- New York has been one of the bigger surprises in the NBA this season as veteran coach Tom Thibodeau has them playing defense first (they had to as they are some of the worst shooters in the NBA). Portland has had some rest as they have had a pair of games cancelled this week and are 2-8 ATS in their last 10 home games. Knicks look to reach the breakeven mark here and get there. Rutgers at Indiana 12:00 ET

Scarlet Knights (+) over Hoosiers- Strictly from an emotional viewpoint the Hoosiers are coming off an upset win at Iowa while Rutgers is off a bummer and not just a single bummer but five straight losses. Indiana has alternated five straight wins and losses and it's pattern should continue here and they lost outright. The points are bonus...take RUTGERS!

Golden State at Utah 9:00 ET

Warriors (+) over Jazz- With Draymond Green keeping his mouth shut Golden State might have a legitimate shot at winning outright as Curry continues his torrid shooting. Of course Utah has the longest winning streak in the NBA this season and is currently at seven straight with seven straight covers. State is 7-2 ATS on the road against teams with winning records. Take GOLDEN STATE!

Duke at Louisville 4:00 ET

Boilermakers (+) over Wolverines- Michigan started the season with 11 straight wins before getting thrashed at Minnesota 75-57 but managed to rebound with a strong winning performance over Maryland 87-63. Coach Juwan Howard says that the win was a big bounce-back game and I wonder if they will have to same motivation on the road against Purdue who is on a four-game winning streak. But, the Wolves are 6-2 ATS in their last eight away games and are an impressive 36-17-1 ATS in their last 54 games as favorites but the underdog is 6-1-1 ATS in the last seven meetings. Add that Purdue is 6-2-1 ATS at home against teams with winning records. Take PURDUE!

New York at Golden State 10 ET

Knicks (+) over Warriors- For the first time in a decade the Knicks look like a real basketball team under head coach Tom Thibodeau and a win here would bring New York to even on the season. They have won two-in-a-row after having lost five straight and are much improved but still have difficult making shots fall as they hang the hats on defense. One thing Golden State doesn't worry about is shots going into the basket even with Klay Thompson to compliment Stephen Curry. State is at Utah next up and they may be thing about atoning for a 129-96 beating. Take NEW YORK!

Rutgers and Penn State 7:00 ET

Nittany Lions over Scarlet Knights- It has been quite a year as Rutgers at one time was ranked No.11 but haven't won a game in 2021 with their last victory coming on Dec. 29 having lost four straight. Penn State has also had to cancelled four games between Jan 3-12 and have played since three games since losing them all to make it five straight losses. So with all their issues did Penn State opened the Vegas favorite despite being 1-6 ATS in their last seven home games. Rutgers is 1-4 ATS in their last five against teams with losing records. Take PENN STATE!

Brooklyn at Cleveland 7:00 ET

Cavaliers (+) over Nets- Okay here it is the game that will tell me more about the Nets than other would realize. Brooklyn has won four straight including the last two since they acquired James Harden and Kyrie Irving is supposed to return to action tonight and the Nets are 5-2 since his vacation. Cleveland started the season 3-0 and have won just 3-of-10 since including a win over New York their last time out. The Cavaliers expect the return of starting guards Sexton and Garland who have been out for two weeks but practiced Tuesday. Brooklyn is just 2-6 ATS in their last eight games as favorites and the Cavs are 5-2 ATS in their last seven as home underdogs. Take CLEVELAND!

Phoenix at Memphis 5:00 ET

Grizzlies (+) over Suns- Ja Morant is back for the Grizzlies and he always has an impact when in the lineup and he joins his teammate as they ended a 3-game home losing streak before capturing their last four. Phoenix is playing their fourth straight road game and it have been an extended trip as they haven't played in over a week and last time out the were blown out by a 1-win Wizards team. The Suns are improved and will be great to watch this season but the Grizzlies are a 'comer' as they have fantastic balance with seven players averaging double figures. Take MEMPHIS!

Cleveland at Kansas City 3:05 ET

Chiefs (-) over Browns- Boy, I LOVE this side! (Nothing is 100%...but man!) Last week having the Cleveland as 'our' Highest-Rated' Megabucks and the easy way they won has given me so much confidence in the Chiefs here. The Browns were never headed as the first snap of the game resulted in a TD for them and they didn't have to do anything but fall on the ball. A gift from Kansas City is NOT going to happen here. Things have been great for the Browns and I thank them for all the winners they provided to us this season but like the 'Rolling Stones' sang 'It's all over now...!' Take KANSAS CITY

New York at Boston 1:00 ET

Knicks (+) over Celtics- Two eastern clubs that are moving in opposite directions as Boston has won five straight and after a quick start the Knicks are now 5-8 SU after losing their last five. The Celtics have been dealing with COVID issues and finally have 12 players in uniform and have played once in the last nine days. Boston has won four of the last five meetings and are 5-1 ATS at home but Tom Thibodeau will have his young squad eager and ready. Take NEW YORK!

L.A. Rams at Green Bay 4:35 ET

Rams (+) over Packers- Coming off the winner with the LA Rams over the Seahawks but it didn't quite go as I had thought. Yes, we won both the side and total but I was expecting and hoping that John Wolford would get the playing time but he was in juried early and No. 1 QB Jared Goff played and will play despite an injured thumb. There is no doubt who will start at QB for the Packers and if Aaron Rodgers doesn't get the MVP the league has lost all credibility and he is tough to beat. Green Bay is 6-2 ATS in their last eight playoff games and are 7-3 ATS as home favorites. They are also 9-1 ATS in the last 10 meeting including 6-0 ATS in the last six. But these are different Rams who are 21-7-1 ATS in their last 29 NFC games and 6-1 ATS against teams with winning records and 6-2 ATS as road underdogs. Take LA RAMS!

Arkansas at Alabama 3:30 ET

Razorbacks (+) over Crimson Tide- After a slow start Alabama has won six straight and is 5-0 in SEC action and is 6-0 ATS in their last six overall. Arkansas has lost 3-of-4 but still have a point differential advantage of 87.2 to 69.2 and are 5-0 ATS after a straight-up loss. The Razorbacks are well balanced with five players averaging double figures and getting points gives them the edge as the underdogs is 8-2 ATS in the last 10 meetings. Take ARKANSAS!

Wisconsin at Rutgers 7:00 ET

Scarlet Knights (+) over Badgers- Yeah, I was one of those guys that was sucked in, into taking Wisconsin last time out at Michigan when they trailed 69-29 getting out-scored 36-3 during one stretch. Usually I would look to rebound with a team after a bad loss but this is something a bit different. The Badgers have failed against Marquette, Maryland and Michigan as their shooting hasn't kept up with their relivable defense. Rutgers has lost a step as well opening 6-0 and getting ranked as high as No. 11 but have dropped their last four including a 78-68 home loss to Ohio State on Saturday. Looking for the Knights to rebound at home as the hosts are 7-1 ATS in the last eight meetings. Take RUTGERS!

Orlando at Boston 7:00 ET

Magic (+) over Celtics- Boston hasn't been able to play for a week as they could not put the minimum eight players in uniform and now they get to play with a skeleton crew minus Jayson Tatum and Robert Williams. Orlando has dropped three straight all by at least 10-points including a 121-99 loss Monday at Milwaukee yet they are just a long FG try underdogs. The Magic are 13-5-1 ATS in their last 19 road games and 4-1 ATS in their last five trips at Boston. Take ORLANDO!

Stanford at Utah 5:00 ET

Utes (+) over Cardinal- These two Pac-12 clubs are struggling to find regular scheduled games and are moving in opposite directions. Stanford has won three straight and are 4-1 in conference play while Utah has lost four straight and is 1-4 in Pac-12 action blowing 10-point second half leads in their last two games against Colorado and Oregon (two pretty good clubs). The Utes have won five straight at home against the Cardinal and have swept all the Bay area schools at home since 2014-15 and the home team is 8-1-1 ATS in the last 10 meetings. Take UTAH!

Texas Tech at Texas 9:00 ET

Red Raiders (+) over Longhorns- I love this Texas team as Shaka Smart has finally turned out a product the alumni can be proud of being ranked No. 4 to start the week. Undefeated 4-0 in Big-12 action they managed to avoid an upset after defeating Kansas by 25-points taking down Iowa State and won at the buzzer at West Virginia. They have shown me plenty of character and against will face a stiff test in state rival Texas Tech who have won their last two and four of five. The Red Raiders had lost seven straight before their 91-64 win at Iowa State and they are ready to start a new trend. Take TEXAS TECH!

Dallas at Charlotte 7:00 ET

Hornets (+) over Mavericks- Dallas has won their last four and are now over .500 (5-4) for the first time this season The Mavericks last game scheduled against New Orleans was postponed as the Dallas did not have the minimum of eight players cleared to play. But, they should have enough players tonight as Kristaps Porzingis is supposed to return to play. Although the Mavs have dominated the Hornets in Charlotte going 14-3 ATS in their last 17 visits but they are 1-6 ATS as favorites including 0-5 ATS on the road as favorites and the Hornets are 15-5-1 ATS as underdogs and 7-0 ATS as home dogs. Take CHARLOTTE!

Kansas at Oklahoma State 8:00 ET

Cowboys (+) over Jayhawks- Kansas may have the matchup they want as coach Bill Self prefers to play an 'inside' game as their 'big man' David McCormack is expected to clean the boards and managed to score 37 points in the past two games including scoring the game winner against Oklahoma Saturday. The Cowboys play tough defense allowing opponents just 39% FG shooting although undersized and ranking No. 222 in defensive rebounding. The Jayhawks are tough on the road going 9-2 ATS as favorites but State is 4-1 ATS as underdogs and the home team is 5-1 ATS in their last six home games. Take OKLAHOMA STATE!

Miami at Philadelphia 7:00 ET

76ers (-) over Heat- This has got to be the COVID game of the year with both clubs struggling to provide the minimum of eight available players. Miami has their last game cancelled against Boston as the Heat had eight players on the protocol list. Philadelphia has had their own virus issues and have dropped three straight after starting the season 7-1. The Sixers were beaten in Atlanta last night as they were missing five players of their own but they expect the return of en Simmons tonight. Take PHILADELPHIA!

Ohio State vs Alabama 5:00 ET

Buckeyes (+) over Crimson Tide- Ohio State had their best game of the year using Dabo's 'Bulletin-board' material to dismantle Clemson and established that they belong here. Alabama's 31-14 win over Notre Dame was never in doubt as they scored the first time they had the ball and led 14-0 after having had two possessions and controlled the outcome from that point. The Tide may welcome wide receiver Jaylen Waddle back to saddle up with Heisman Trophy winner DeVonta Smith as if QB Mac Jones didn't have enough ammo with Najee Harris (27 TD's) running the ball. OSU QB Justin Fields is supposed to be banged-up but I'm sure he will be out there. Take ALABAMA!

Phoenix at Washington 7:05 ET

Wizards (+) over Suns- A year ago these two clubs were both outsiders trying to reach the playoffs. Both teams made changes in the off-season and they both have different looks and results. Phoenix has added Chris Paul and is off to a 7-3 start including 4-2 AU on the road. The Suns have improved to the point where they are favored on the road while the Wizards with the addition of the most 'overrated' player in NBA history Russell Westbrook now hooked up with scorer Bradley Beal are last in defense allowing 123 ppg. Although Phoenix is 12-2 ATS at Washington this is the first time that they have been favored here. Take WASHINGTON!

Colorado at Utah 6:00 ET

Utes (+) over Buffaloes- Colorado who is off a 79-72 home win over Oregon were in the middle of a four-game home stand but instead are on the road in Salt Lake City tonight. Utah on the other hand is also off a home game against the Ducks but with different results as they fell 79-73 and have lost three straight in Pac-12 play. The Buffaloes are 6-1 ATS in their last games seven as favorites but it is a different story when on the road where as favorites as they are 6-16 ATS in that role and 11-40-1 ATS in their last 52 road games overall. Take UTAH!

Toronto at Golden State 8:30 ET

Raptors (+) over Warriors- Golden State has picked up the tempo and are off a great come-from-behind win over the LA Clippers, trailing by 20-points in the second half Curry goes on a run and the win outright 115-105 going away. The Raptors finally put and end to a slide that saw them dropped 7-of-8 ATS as they ran away from the Kings in Sacramento 144-123. Toronto has been tough on the road against winning teams and are 21-10 ATS in that role. Take TORONTO!

Cleveland at Pittsburgh 8:15 ET

Browns (+) over Steelers- No surprises here at these two rivals meet for the third time this season and the second week in-a-row. These two split the season series with Pittsburgh getting the money in both games and four of the last five with the home team going 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings. No matter what issues I read about concerning Cleveland as to players, coaches and not being able to use their facilities the line has not moved. The Steelers were 11-0 and have dropped four of five and I believe have been exposed and just won't have enough to get by here. Browns ground game will be the difference. Take CLEVELAND!

Cincinnati at Wichita State 4:30 ET

Bearcats (+) over Shockers- The Bearcats who have been the 'kiss-of-death' to backers broke through with an outright win over SMU for 'us' last time out and from what I am hearing they actually like what it feels like to be a winner. So, I am giving them another opportunity to prove their worth against not-so talented group of Shockers. Hey how about this the underdog is 4-0 ATS in their season and the road team is 7-0 ATS in the last seven meetings. Take CINCINNATI!

L.A. Rams at Seattle 4:40 ET

Rams (+) over Seahawks- This could be the most difficult of all to call because of the quarterback situation with the Rams. Starter Jared Goff was replaced by first time starter John Wolford who guided LA to an 18-7 victory over Arizona. Seattle defeated the Rams here two weeks ago with Goff as a starter 20-9 although the Seahawks were held to 292 yards total offense. LA has the NFL's No.1 defense hands down in points, yards , FD's and more. Seattle is 10-4 ATS in the last 14 meetings and 11-5 ATS as hosts.But, Seattle is 1-7 ATS following a SU win and 1-5 versus the NFC while the Rams are 20-7-1 ATS against the NFC and are 5-2 ATS in last seven as road underdogs. I expect an outright victory...take the RAMS!

Mississippi State at Vanderbilt 1:00 ET

Commodores (+) over Bulldogs- Mississippi State is coming off a great come-from-behind win over No. 13 Missouri 78-63 trailing by 16 at one point while Vanderbilt trailed Florida and Kentucky and never recovered and stand 0-2 in SEC play. The only positive trend that I can find for the 'Doors is that the underdog is 9-4-3 ATS in the last 16 meetings and that they are 4-2 SU at home. Bad spot for Bulldogs who may get caught napping. Take VANDERBILT!

Toronto at Sacramento 10:00 ET

Raptors (-) over Kings- Toronto who won the NBA championship two seasons ago is 1-6 SU this year and 0-4 SU and ATS on the road. 0-4 ATS on the road and yet they are favored here at Sacramento where the Kings are 3-1 SU. This doesn't make any kind of sense what-so-ever although the Kings De'Aaron Fox strained his right hamstring last time out and mostly likely will be sidelined tonight. The Raptors are 4-1-1 ATS in the last six meetings and the Kings 1-6 ATS after scoring over 125 points the pervious game. Take TORONTO!

Purdue at Michigan State 7:00 ET

Boilermakers (+) over Spartans- Boilermakers have covered but once in their last nine games going 1-6-2 ATS and have dropped their last two straight-up. Michigan State is bouncing back from a 3-game slide with a pair of wins over Nebraska and No. 13 Rutgers but had lost seven straight to the 'number' before the win over the Scarlet Knights. Purdue has won the past two meetings and are 5-1-1 ATS in the last seven meetings. Take the BOILERMAKERS!

U.S.C. at Arizona 9:00 ET

Trojans (+) over Wildcats- This could play out as one of the better Pac -12 match-ups as 9-1 unranked Arizona winners of four straight including a pair of wins over the Washington schools hosts 6-2 USC off a smothering win over Utah. The Trojans who have the size to get the ball off the rim held the Utes to 27.9% shooting and just 46 points. Arizona also makes claim to the ball off the boards as they possess a plus-11.4 edge in rebounds. USC is 7-1 ATS in their last eight games as road underdogs and 17-7 ATS against teams with a winning record while Arizona is 2-6 ATS against teams with a winning record. Take SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA!

Iowa at Maryland 7:00 ET

Terrapins (+) over Hawkeyes- Iowa as most are aware have one of the best 'big men' in the country in Luke Garza but many are not aware of the fact that they are a great 3-point shooting team that helps open the inside. The Hawkeyes have rebounded from their OT loss at Minnesota and are off a 77-75 win at No. 14 Rutgers. Maryland has dropped two straight after an upset win at Wisconsin and will try and get it done with defense as they allow 66.6 ppg while Iowa scores at a 92.7 clip. The trends are all one-sided and if I wrote them out it might steer me away from who I believe is the winner. Take MARYLAND!

Washington at Philadelphia 7:00 ET

Wizards (+) over 76ers- Can Doc Rivers really be the difference in Philadelphia...as the 76ers who have been the biggest underachievers in the NBA the past three seasons currently have the best record (6-1) in the league. 'We' caught 'on' the Sixers three times during their four game SU and ATS streak but now it's about to turn. Washington started in horrid fashion losing their first five games including opening night to Philadelphia 113-107. The Wizards have won their last two as Westbrook and Beal are starting to mesh. Although they haven't fared well in Philly the Wiz are 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings. Take WASHINGTON!

Virginia Tech at Louisville 6:30 ET

Hokies (+) over Cardinals- No. 19 Virginia Tech (8-1) has played seven games at home and two on neutral sights which makes this their first true road game of the season. But, how much of an 'actual' road game can this be if there are no spectators, no fans there to intimate their opponents and to harass the refs. Still, the Hokies are 1-6 ATS in their last seven road games and are 7-17 ATS in their last 24 overall. The Hokies had their game with Virginia postponed so it has been a week since their 80-78 win over Miami their fourth straight. No. 25 Louisville has won three straight after suffering pounding at Wisconsin 85-48 their sole loss and are 6-2-1 ATS at home. Take VIRGINIA TECH!

Missouri at Mississippi State 9:00 ET

Bulldogs (+) over Tigers- No. 13 Missouri is the surprise of the SEC (aside from Kentucky being 2-6) and are 7-1 and coming off a huge win at Arkansas. That makes them but 1-1 in conference play falling to Tennessee 73-53. Mississippi State was good to 'us' at Georgia winning 83-73 outright as a 3-point dog a week ago but fell to Kentucky in overtime at home Saturday 78-73. The Tigers haven measured up to the competition on the road going 3-8 ATS in their last 11 against teams with winning records while the Bulldogs are 10-4 ATS after a SU loss. Take MISSISSIPPI STATE!

New York at Atlanta 7:30 ET

Knicks (+) over Hawks- Break-up the Knicks! New York has won 3-of-4 and two of three which came on the road on this current four game trip. Atlanta's free wheeling style opened the season with three straight wins and 4-of-5 also incurred their defeat at the hands of Cleveland Saturday as they committed 20 turnovers. The Knicks have a completely new outlook under Tom Thibodeau and attitude and the difference is striking. NYK is 3-0-1 ATS in their last four trips to Atlanta while the Hawks are 0-4-1 ATS in their last five games as home favorites. Take NEW YORK!

Portland at Golden State 8:30 ET

Warriors (+) over Trailblazers- This is the second of the two-game home series between these two as the Trailblazers took out the Warriors 123-98 Friday night. In that game Portland turn the tide by made 20 3-point shots while the Warriors made only seven. Golden State at times looks like the worst the in the NBA as all of their three losses have come by double-digits losing by 26, 39 and 25 points as their defense ranks No. 30 (Dead last). Although State is 2-8 ATS in their last 10 home games they are 24-11 ATS against the Blazers at home. Take GOLDEN STATE!

Houston at S.M.U. 7:00 ET
Mustangs (+) over Cougars- This contest should be battle between two clubs could an epic AAC battle as No. 5 Houston off their first loss of the season to Tulsa 65-64 and are playing their third straight on the road. Undefeated SMU (6-0) is 4-0 SU at home going 3-1 ATS and has a well balanced squad that has five players averaging double-digits and they are shooting 38.2% from 3-point range. The Cougars are just 1-7 ATS in their last eight road games as favorites while the Mustangs are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 home games. Take SMU!

Cleveland at Atlanta 7:30 ET

Cavaliers (+) over Hawks- The Hawks are flying high and if Trae Young continues to score at this rate many will be hard pressed to match Atlanta's offensive output. They are No.1 in scoring at 129 ppg and are 4-1 coming off a huge 114-96 win at Brooklyn and return home for this game tonight. Cleveland jumped out 2-0 on the season and have dropped their last two including a 119-99 loss to Indiana two nights ago. The Cavaliers will be without Kevin Love and often that is a plus as they have started playing more competitive basketball going 7-3 ATS in their last 10 road games. Atlanta as favorites haven't done all that well going 1-3-1 ATS in their last five and they are 3-9 ATS in their last 12 on zero days rest. Take CLEVELAND!

Oregon vs Iowa State 4:00 ET

Ducks (+) over Cyclones- Wally Pipp felt ill took himself out of the lineup and never played again as Lou Gehrig did the next 2,130 games. Well, the Washington Huskies felt ill and the Oregon Ducks filled in quite nicely in the Pac-12 Championship game defeating USC 31-24 and they are still playing. Iowa State recovered after an opening week loss to Louisiana-Lafayette winning 8-of-9 before falling in the Big-12 Championship game to Oklahoma 27-21. Like most Pac-12 teams the Ducks struggle out of conference 5-11-1 ATS last 17 but are 25-9 ATS playing on grass. Although Iowa State is 16-7 ATS after a SU loss they are 2-7 ATS in non-conference games and 0-6 ATS at neutral sites. Take OREGON!

LSU at Florida 2:00 ET

Tigers (+) over Gators- Both clubs are coming off dominate performances as Florida was never headed at Vanderbilt winning 91-72 while the Tigers manhandled Texas A&M 77-54. I must give the gators credit as they are 4-1 and have played four of their first five games away from home only hosting Stetson winning 86-40 as 24-point favorites. LSU (6-1) unlike the Gators have played just one true road game at St. Louis receiving their only defeat 85-81 as the Billikens made 44-of-70 shots.Neither team has any impressive trends to speak of other than the road team is 5-1-1 in the last seven meetings. Take LSU!

L.A. Clippers at Utah 9:00 ET

Jazz (+) over Clippers- I wonder about these 4-1 LA Clippers because in their loss to Dallas they scored just 27 points in the entire first half. Now, I will give you that Leonard was not in the lineup, but they have played and won countless times while he's getting his nails clipped. After opening with a win at Portland the Jazz have failed to cover three straight and squeezed out their lone will against the striped bare Oklahoma City Thunder. Going back to last season the Jazz opening win was the only ATS win in their last nine games overall. Still, it's time...take UTAH!

Ohio State vs Clemson 8:00 ET

Buckeyes (+) over Tigers- No. 11, yup, that where Dabo Swinney ranks the Buckeyes and if you don't think that statement wasn't billboard material think again. The Tigers' head coach wasn't actually saying he thinks they are the 11th beat team in the country he was stating that you shouldn't be playing for the NCAA Championship with a five-game regular season resume. I understand that Trevor Lawrence is who we think he is but the Buckeyes will have him in their sights. Ohio State looked lack luster and even sluggish in the Big Ten Championship game against Northwestern and we find out for good reason. The last time these two met OSU had a 16-0 lead 25 minutes into the game and Clemson closed strong winning 29-23. This time the Buckeyes get it done a full 60 minutes. Take OHIO STATE!

Michigan at Maryland 7:00 ET

Terrapins (+) over Wolverines- So here comes No. 16 ranked and undefeated Michigan (7-0) into College Park and the Terrapins return home after upsetting ranked Wisconsin in Madison. The Wolverines just had an easy time as Nebraska where they were never threatened winning 80-69 as a 7.5-point favorite. That was Michigan's first game since Dec. 13 and in their last meeting in the final game last season the Big Ten co-champs who closed the season with a 83-70 win over the visiting Wolverines. Take MARYLAND!

New York at Toronto 7:30 ET

Raptors (-) over Knicks- Okay, enough le'ts get back to reality! Having 'had' the Knicks both games I am quite comfortable looking to pay against them here. Toronto who isn't sure where home is hasn't won a game (0-3) and they haven't covered' either. Now, the Raptors who have defeated New York eight straight times are a healthy 9-point favorite. If ever there was a spot to use a cliché this is 'what the doctor ordered' as Toronto needs a fix in the worst way. Last time out the blew a 14-point second half lead to the 76ers and they have already claimed that this is a 'must win' and I agree. Take TORONTO!

West Virginia vs Army 4:00 ET

Mountaineers (-) over Cadets- Having been a former platoon Sergeant in the US Army it pains me to even write this up. Fort Campbell, KY and Fort Sill, OK stand proud as are both coming under fire for it's past policies and practices. After defeating Navy and Air Force on consecutive Saturdays to end the season the Cadets got this opportunity when Tennessee developed issues. So, the Army who had packed up their gear and ended their season had to unpack and start the 'show' up for one more game when this invite came along. Meanwhile, West Virginia hasn't missed a beat continuing to practice through all the crap. I could go on about schedules trends and such but it still comes down the the Cadets having ended a satisfying season (9-2 SU) and then end up getting drafted to play. Take the MOUNTAINEERS!

L.A. Lakers at San Antonio 8:30 ET

Spurs (+) over Lakers- Los Angeles open the season with four games at home won the middle two while dropping their opener to the Clippers and Monday to Portland. They take to the road for the first time and are 1-3-1 ATS in their last away games. Lebron has been as good as ever and the Lakers still haven't settled in or found their chemistry, with Davis and others in-and-out things may take a bit of time. But, we are still talking about LeBron James who can and is the difference ANY time he decides. San Antonio broke out with a pair of wins but were totally out of whack last time out as they didn't box out allowing 13 offensive rebounds, committed 15 turnovers and made only eight free throws. Spurs 18-8 ATS in last 26 as home underdogs. Take SAN ANTONIO!

Florida vs Oklahoma 8:00 ET

Gators (+) over Sooners- In this the most unusual of seasons in all sports the Cotton Bowl which set up as one of the best games of the entire bowl venue has been tainted by defections. Florida and Oklahoma ranked 7 and 6 were to have a battle matching epic offenses that were running on all 16 cylinders. Both quarterbacks Florida's Kyle Trask and the Sooners Spencer Rattler are exceptional as the Gator senior has 43 TD passes (10 more than any other QB) and the red-shirt Sooners freshman one of the nations top recruits and he has completed 68% of his passes with 25 TD passes averaging 280 ypg. But, as you must have noticed by now the line which had the Gators favored and climbing to minus-3 has turned and jumped to Oklahoma -3 and then -4, 4.5, 5.5 and 6 and it will keep climbing until kickoff. The reason for this is that a number of Florida receivers will not be playing. If it's true that can be a big blow to the Gators, but that's how stars are born. So, we will have Florida and wait as long as, we can before making a play. Take FLORIDA!

Mississippi State at Georgia 7:00 ET

Bulldogs (+) over Bulldogs- So big bad Georgia is undefeated (7-0) but was so lightly regarded by the oddsmakers that two games ago against a 2-5 Cincinnati team they were a 2-point underdog at home. Miss State is 4-0 at home and 0-3 on the road and all three were at neutral sites against better competition. This is the start of a 'new' season as it is the SEC opener for both and it takes on that little something extra. Of any trends of significance Georgia holds the edge but the oddsmaker say different. Take MISSISSIPPI STATE!

Texas vs Colorado 9:00 ET

Longhorns (-) over Buffaloes- No. 20 Texas closed their season with a rush winning four of their last five heading into their fourth straight bowl under Tom Herman and they are 3-0 the past three bowls. Under first year coach Karl Dorrell Colorado was the surprise of the Pac-12 opening the season with an impressive win over UCLA but finished on a down note losing at home to Utah.The price is high to me as Texas is just 1-3-1 ATS in last five as favorites although they are 7-1 ATS in their last eight non-conference games and 7-1 ATS in the last eight meetings. Buffs are only 3-8 ATS after a SU loss (before Dorrell) but also 5-2 ATS out of conference. Take TEXAS!

New York at Cleveland 7:00 ET

Knicks (+) over Cavaliers- Break-up the Cavs, no hey break-up the Knicks! All of a sudden these two dog franchises have show life and have actually won some games. Cleveland is 3-0 both SU and ATS having defeated Charlotte, Detroit and Philadelphia not exactly the top tier of NBA clubs but their was one common denominator...the were underdogs in all three. The turnaround here is that they have become the favorite and have a target on their back. New York finally jumped into the win column handing Tom Thibodeau his first win with a 130-110 pounding of Milwaukee. That's a great confidence builder for this young Knicks team who look much improved. Take NEW YORK!

Purdue at Rutgers 7:00 ET

Boilermakers (+) over Scarlet Knights- Rutgers was 6-0 with a pair of Big Ten wins over Maryland and Illinois and then ran into Ohio State was were out-classed 80-68 after building a 13-point lead. The Scarlet Knights won their first five games by double-digits but a 20-1 run by the Buckeyes brought Rutgers back to reality. The are lead by one-gang Ron Harper Jr. who can't do it alone and the Knights will be short handed as a pair of their standout freshman are questionable. Purdue had won the first eight meetings between the two until last season when Rutgers swept the series (2-0) and this time out the boilermakers get their revenge. Take PURDUE!

Colorado at Arizona 9:00 ET

Buffaloes (+) over Wildcats- Something smells here! Arizona (6-1) who perennially is a national contender on the hardwood is a meager favorite at home over Colorado who since joining the Pac-12 in 2011 has never won in Tucson. Get this the Buffaloes are 13-39 ATS in their last 52 road games and yet they virtually have to win the game outright to win the bet. Coach Sean Miller said of his Wildcats he has five new faces starting and they may have won six games but they are 0-1 against Division I schools. Losing to Stanford in their conference opener. The Buffaloes are a veteran team that leads the nation in free throw percentage (85.9%) while Arizona is shooting 54.4% at the line in their last two games. Take COLORADO!

Houston at Denver 9:00 ET

Nuggets (-) over Rockets- Denver is 0-2 on the season and yet is a 9-point favorite over a team that has the league's leading scorer the last three seasons in James Harden. But that's not all, Houston also has four players in quarantine and the league is still looking to take action against Harden for violations of the COVID regulations. Denver who went to the conference finals last season is 0-2 at home losing outright as 9.5-point favorites in both games. Although the Rockets are 8-3 ATS in the last 11 meetings but they are 7-17 ATS on the road while despite the recent losses the Nuggets are 9-4-1 ATS in their last 14 at home. Third time will be a charm for the Nuggets at home...take DENVER!

New England at Buffalo 8:15 ET

Patriots (+) over Bills- It has just got to be! With Buffalo (11-3) having already clinched the AFC East could be looking past the Patriots toward the playoffs but having won the Division for the first time in 21 years (1999) they may want to made a statement to New England who has dominated the AFC East since Belichick's arrival. Getting Cam Newton to replace Tom Brady was a one-year experiment that just didn't work as he has eight games without a touchdown pass and New England has to rebuild from the bottom up. I'm really impressed with Josh Allen this season and his top receiver Stephon Diggs but, I can see the Bills taking their foot off the gas while the Pats play for pride. Take NEW ENGLAND

Philadelphia at Cleveland 7:30 ET

Cavaliers (+) over 76ers- The Sixers seem to have a new attitude under Doc Rivers leadership as Joel Embiid looks rejuvenated as he averages 28 points and 12 rebounds. Cleveland has won their first two games for the first time since LeBron James left as No. 1 draft pick Collin Sexton has been unstoppable and is off a 32 point performance. Kevin Love is back in the lineup and the Sixers were just 10-24 on the road last season. Take the CAVALIERS!

Carolina at Washington 4:05 ET

Panthers (+) over 'Those Guys'- Carolina is one of those team that have played much better than their record shows as they fought through injuries to key personnel. The Panthers have been especially under-rated on the road as they are 2-5 SU but get this 6-1 ATS. So, here we have division leader Washington who must win to stay in playoff contention only a 1-point favorite at home. It just looks the 'books' know Haskins can't cut it. Cats are 8-1 in last nine as road underdogs while the Football Team is 1-4 ATS as favorites and 6-13 ATS after a SU loss. Take CAROLINA!

Philadelphia at New York 7:30 ET

Knicks (+) over 76ers- The 76ers did their thing staging a fourth quarter comeback in defeating the Wizards gaining the victory with a non-cover. In their opener against Indiana New York held a lead at the half and then just could keep pace as the Pacers just ran over the Knicks in the second half. New York under their first year with veteran coach Tom Thibodeau showed some signs of promise as RJ Barrett looked like the player the Knicks thought he could be. I'm not sure if Philadelphia has solved any of their internal issues but the are still 16-35-2 ATS in their last 53 road games. Take NEW YORK!

San Francisco at Arizona 4:30 ET

'49ers (+) over Cardinals- San Francisco has had some kind of year and I mean in the NFL not what's going on in their streets but the results have been similar a total disaster. They were five minutes away from winning the Super Bowl and now they will try and be a spoiler against Arizona who can clinch a Wild Card spot with a win here. With backup QB Mullins going down last week the Niners signed Josh Rosen but C.J. Beathard will start and they are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 games as underdogs. How much of a road game this is can be questioned as San Francisco play their home game here now. Take SAN FRANCISCO!

Gonzaga at Virginia 4:00 ET

Cavaliers (+) over Bulldogs- No. 15 Virginia was looking to prove themselves against ranked teams like Villanova, Florida and Michigan State all of which were cancelled do to COVID issues. The Cavaliers have won three straight but haven't played anyone the likes No. 1 Gonzaga's (6-0) who just played a pair of games against Northwestern State just to stay sharp as they won by 38 and 17 as 39 and 43-point favorites. Virginia (4-1) will be facing a Bulldogs team that averages 95PPG and Tony Bennett will have his No. 5 ranked defense ready and they rise to meet their competition and are 37-16 ATS in their last 53 games as an underdog. Take VIRGINIA!

L.A. Clippers at Denver 10:30 ET

Nuggets (+) over Clippers- I just love the way this one sets itself up as the Clippers come off their opening night win over the NBA Champs and take to the road against a beaten-favorite. Denver lost in overtime at Sacramento and return home hungry for their first win of the season. The last time these two met was during the 'Bubble Playoffs' and LA had a 3-1 game lead in the series only to see the Nuggets come back with three straight wins. In their loss to the Kings Jamal Murray had one field goal before fouling out, I expect a much better performance tonight. Denver 10-4 ATS as home dogs. Take NUGGETS!

Marshall vs. Buffalo 2:30 ET

Thundering Herd (+) over Bulls- Both these non-Big 5 clubs started the season with prolonged winning streaks as Marshall was 7-0 before getting pasted 20-0 by Rice (they also lost to UAB 22-13 in their next game) while Buffalo was 5-0 entering their MAC Championship game where they were bested by Ball State 38-28 last Friday. The Bulls have the flash with Jaret Patterson who ran for 301 and 409-yard in back-to-back games but was removed in the final quarter as he injured his right knee. The Thundering Herd are 11-4 ATS in their last 15 as underdogs and 7-1 ATS in their last eight bowl games while Buffalo is 1-7 ATS at neutral sites. Take MARSHALL!

Hawaii vs Houston 3:30 ET

Cougars (-) over Rainbow Warriors- How 'bout diss, the New Mexico Bowl is being played in Frisco, Texas somewhere in that huge state near Dallas. Houston (3-4) has dropped their three after having eight games postponed or cancelled is 19-7 against Mountain West teams and they want to finish the season at .500. Hawaii who is used to playing and hosting their own bowl game will be playing a bowl game on the mainland for just the third time. The Rainbows defeated the Cougars 54-48 in 3OT's in the 2003 Hawaii Bowl and the cats have been waiting for revenge ever since (Ya think?)! Aside the Islanders are 17-41 ATS against teams with losing records and 19-46 ATS after an ATS loss. Houston who plays on field turf is 20-8 on natural grass. Take HOUSTON!

San Antonio at Memphis 8:00 ET

Spurs (+) over Grizzlies- Memphis who has the youngest roster in the NBA averaging just 24 years of age qualified as the 8th seed in last seasons playoffs but loss a one-game play-in game to Portland ended their surprising season. The Grizzlies had a strong preseason winning their first three while San Antonio failed to win a game going 0-3 and losing all three game by at least 13 points. This is Popovich at his best. Spurs are 5-1 ATS as underdogs and Memphis is 2-7 ATS in their last seven overall. Take SAN ANTONIO!

Villanova at Marquette 7:00 ET

Golden Eagles (+) over Wildcats- No. 5 Villanova has already beaten a pair of ranked teams in Texas and Arizona State and have run off five straight winners since their lone loss in overtime against Virginia Tech. Marquette has dropped 3-of-4 winning at Creighton but losing at UCLA and Xavier and falling to Seton Hall at home. The Wildcats are the better club but the Golden Eagles are in a in a foul mood should be ready to bring this one down to the final buzzer. Take MARQUETTE!

L.A. Clippers at L. A. Lakers 10:00 ET

Clippers (+) over Lakers- The defending NBA champion Lakers will open the season against the Clippers and their will be no home court advantage. Not only because fans won't be allowed to attend but of course because the Clippers and Lakers play in the same building. LAL went 4-0 in the preseason and with their off-season acquisitions many believe they are even stronger while LAC who was 0-3 in the preseason remained pat for the most part. Okay, he's meaningless support for 'our' side...Clippers are 7-0 ATS when playing the Lakers as visitors. Take CLIPPERS!

Cleveland at New York Giants 8;20 ET

Giants (+) over Browns- Daniel Jones is out and Colt McCoy is in for the Giants and there will be no homecoming or welcoming party here for Odell Beckham. New York had their 4-game win streak stop by Arizona last week and they were never in it while Cleveland had their own 4-game win streak stopped by the Ravens on Monday night. The Browns (9-4) are much improved but are still 4-9-1 ATS after a SU loss while the Giants are 6-0 ATS after an ATS loss and 7-1 ATS in their last eight as underdogs and 4-1 ATS in the last four meetings. Take NEW YORK GIANTS!

Providence at Seton Hall 4:30 ET

Friars (+) over Pirates- Just when they started putting it together with four straight wins Seton Hall is messing with their chemistry by adding two new faces into the mix at the same time. Providence hasn't played since dec 9 when they won 79-70 at TCU and should hungry to play Take PROVIDENCE!

Alabama vs Florida 8:00 ET

Gators (+) over Crimson Tide- Alabama opened the season by allowing 24, 48, and 24 points and it was said that they had defensive weaknesses. Well, in their last six games they have allowed 17, 0, 3, 13, 17and 3 a grand total of 53 points averaging allowing 9.1 points and now they are up against a powerhouse offense. Florida who has 609 yards in offense last week in their 37-34 loss to LSU leads the nation in passing yards with 386 and the Tide are ranked No. 5 overall with 538 yards per game. The Crimson Tide are 7-0 ATS in their last seven and are 5-1 TAS in the last six meetings while Gators are 5-1 ATS in last six games as underdogs. Ebb tide as Gators chomp! Take FLORIDA!

Western Kentucky at Alabama 2:00 ET

Hilltoppers (+) over Crimson Tide- Western Kentucky is 5-2 SU and only 2-5 ATS but have played some tough competition as their losses have come at the hands of Louisville and West Virginia while they have defeated a ranked Memphis team and Rhode Island. Alabama (4-2) has just one quality win over Providence and are 1-3-1 ATS in their last five games overall and are only 3-9-1 ATS in their last 13 home games and 2-7-1 ATS in their last 10 overall. The Hilltoppers are 6-2 ATS in their last eight road games. Take WESTERN KENTUCKY!

Oregon at U.S.C 8:00 ET

Ducks (+3) over Trojans- Before the season started this was the match-up the experts all predicted would happen in the Pac-12 Championship Game but, it didn't happen the way that was expected. USC was unimpressive early struggling as double-digits favorites lucky just to beat ASU and a terrible Arizona team and last week they put together a miracle finish to beat and 'cover' against UCLA after trailing by 18-points late in the 3rd quarter. The Trojans were expecting to play Washington but 'you know what happened' as they aren't able to field a team. Oregon was 3-0 before dropping their last two on the road at Oregon State and California. These Ducks flew south for this game and they will crap on the Trojans! Take OREGON!

Seton Hall at Marquette 9:00 ET

Pirates (+) over Golden Eagles- After starting the season 1-3 Seton Hall has won three straight including their Big East opener a 77-68 win over St. John's last Friday and their Tuesday game against Xavier was postponed. Marquette has defeated a pair of ranked teams taking down No. 4 Wisconsin 67-65 two weeks ago and Creighton 89-84 on Monday. But, the Eagles are now favored and should have difficulty focusing and that means trouble as the Pirates have a surefire No.1 draft pick in Sandro Mamukelashvili (how 'bout dat) who posted 32 points shooting 12-of-18 with nine rebounds against a weak red Storm. Add that the road team is 21-7-1 ATS in the last 29 meetings and the underdog is 13-3 ATS in the last 16 meetings. Take SETON HALL!

Duke at Notre Dame 9:00 ET

Fighting Irish over Blue Devils- It's bad enough that No. 21 Duke is 2-2 but, to be 0-4 ATS has the alumni grumbling and having lost to a pair of Big Ten teams falling to Michigan State and Illinois at home. The Blue Devils take to the road for the first time against a Notre Dame team off a 64-63 win over Kentucky scoring just 16 points in the second have hanging on for the win. The Fighting Irish also lost to a pair of Big Ten powers MSU and Ohio State and this will be this their fourth game against a ranked opponent as they go 0-4. It's a difficult task for a 'Devil' to win at this Catholic venue even if it's Blue but coach 'K' has made deals with the 'Devil' before. Take DUKE!

Ohio State at Purdue 7:00 ET

Boilermakers (+) over Buckeyes- This is another unusual situation where we an undefeated ranked team No. 20 Ohio State (5-0) an underdog against a two loss club. Purdue (4-2) lost twice on the road against Clemson and at Miami but are a perfect 4-0 at home against inferior competition but are also 6-2 ATS in their last eight home games against teams with winning records. The Buckeyes have winning trends all over the board but one spot, they are just 20-45 ATS on the road against winning teams above .600. It's the BOILERMAKERS!

Georgia Tech at Florida State 8:30 ET

Yellow Jackets (+) over Seminoles- One of the biggest and least known home-court advantages belongs to Florida State who is 3-0 this season and have a 26-game winning streak when playing as hosts and a has won 68-of-71 home games. One of those wins came against Clemson (2-2) who dropped a 70-58 decision in Tallahassee last season and have lost 14 of the last 16 meetings overall. But, the Tigers are 12-4 ATS in their last 16 road games and 10-4 ATS as road underdogs. Add that the road team is 12-5 ATS in the last 17 meetings and the underdog is 21-9 ATS in the last 30 meetings. After losing their first two the Yellow Jackets have bounced back with wins over Kentucky and Nebraska as their defense was the key factor. Take GEORGIA TECH!

Marquette at Creighton 9:00 ET

Golden Eagles (+) over Blue Jays- Marquette was short-handed when they fell 69-60 at UCLA Friday night as they had numerous players either out or hampered and used several line-ups had little practice time and committed 18 turnovers. Creighton just destroyed intra-state rival Nebraska using a 30-7 surge leading to a 98-74 victory while forcing 25 turnovers. The Bluejays had an incredible shooting night scoring on 10 straight possessions and hitting 17-of-24 during one stretch while the former 'Warriors' were 4-of-20 from 3-point range against the Bruins including 0-for-11 in the second half. Take MARQUETTE!

Illinois at Missouri 8:00 ET

Tigers (+) over Illini- No. 6 Illinois (4-1) is coming off an 83-68 win at Duke and are looking for double revenge after having lost the last two meetings against Missouri. The unranked Tigers are 4-0 and are off to their best start in seven years. This should be an inside as the Illini have a strong middle with 7-0 Kofi Cockburn and 6-9 Giorgi Bezhanishnili while Mizzou will kill you with a trio of guards that average between 13.5 and 17.2 points apiece. Illinois has lost to Baylor and Missouri has defeated Oregon and Wichita State. Take the TIGERS!

Minnesota at Nebraska 12:00 ET

Cornhuskers (-) over Golden Gophers- Nebraska has been good to 'us' winning all three times 'we' had them including last week's 37-27 win at Purdue their second straight road cover. The Cornhuskers are a young them that is getting better and gaining momentum but this number having them favored by double-digits peaks my interest. They have been favored just one other time this season against Illinois (-17) and the4y failed miserably losing 41-23 outright. Minnesota is coming off a win of their own over Purdue 34-31 at home but that was three weeks ago as the virus has affected their schedule. The Golden Gophers won last year's meeting in Minneapolis 34-7 and now it's payback...take NEBRASKA!

Marquette at UCLA 10:00 ET

Bruins (-) over 'Once Warriors'- A pair of 4-1 clubs that last met in 1964 when both side were coached by legends of their day and Hall of Fame members UCLA's John Wooden and Marquette's AL McGuire. The 'Legend of Westwood' got his Nat'l Champion Bruins to best (61-52) of the brash New York rookie coach that day, McGuire later captured his NCAA Championship (1977 vs NC), but hey just wanted to say I remember that as Gail Goodrich got the best of Cazzie Russel of Michigan in the 91-80 Finals victory as the star and MVP Bill Bradly led Princeton to the finals. Okay, so what...well the Bruins also defeated Marquette in Dec. 1949 but I was only nine months old and don't remember it but I like the 71-year and two game streak to continue. Take UCLA! PS-I could have written up some scenario but the answer would have been the same...BRUINS!

Arizona State at Arizona 7:00 ET

Sun Devils (-) over Wildcats- The best thing about the outcome of this game is that at least one major college football team in the state has a victory. Arizona State (0-2) has played both LA schools losing to USC 28-27 (Trojans scored twice in last minute after on-side kick) and to UCLA 25-18 at home last week. Last week Arizona jumped out to a 13-0 lead against Colorado and with six minutes to go in the second quarter the game was over for the Wildcats as the Buffaloes went 24-0 the rest of the way and were never threatened. This 'price' is way out of whack for a 'rivalry game' considering the Sun Devils haven't won a game yet...until tonight. Take ARIZONA STATE!
