4* (929/930) Cincinnati/Tampa Bay OVER the total 12:10 Eastern MLB Key Total Angle…BDS After pushing our total last night, we still are red hot on the math card with a magnificent 25-10 run. On to Wednesday afternoon action where the Reds and Tampa Bay tangle again. The Rays picked up a win last night increasing their record to 38-36. The Reds with loss have fallen to 30-40 on the season. Cincinnati starts RHP Adelman (4-3, 4.22) who has found the road a tough venue going 2-11, 1-4 in interleague play. In June, he has thrown 18 innings with 5 earned runs and 4 home runs but, the hurler is ranked #192 in WAR calculations this season. Tampa Bay brings inconsistent RHP Ramirez (3-2, 5.17) to the hill. He was 4-0 in his team starts during April and May but, has faltered in June. In three starts against Detroit, Seattle and Oakland the young pitcher has given up 15 earned runs in 14-2/3 innings with 3 home runs. Inside the pitching WAR numbers, he is not even in the first 200. On the total board, Tampa Bay comes in a solid 5-1 OVER with the hurler on turf, 5-of-6 overall at home. In the last seven games on the charts, TB has gone OVER 7 straight at home and 9-0 OVER on turf, 4-0 OVER vs. RHP. In closing, with the Rays 16-5 OVER against interleague units, we’ll go high this afternoon.

4* St. Louis/Philadelphia (951/952) OVER the total MLB Total Angle…BDS We are 25-10 on the Baseball Total board last thirty-five times out, cashed Blue Jays OVER early last night. Tuesday the situation is comparable to the selection we made yesterday with key indicators appearing to favor the low position. The Cardinals (38-28 OVER) are coming off a series with the Orioles and Brewers with runs at a premium. St. Louis is 2-5 L7 games with a team ERA of 9.39. The road bullpen is leaking with a current 5.01 ERA. The Cardinals start RHP Leake (5-6, 3.14) who is 3-3 with a 5.40 ERA against Philadelphia. The Phillies (35-28 OVER) come 1-11 L12 and are dying for a huge turnaround win. They use RHP Hellickson (5-5, 4.91) who was just tagged (control issues) by Boston for six runs and nine hits in 5 innings of work. Both hurlers have fostered fairly consistent UNDER numbers with Leake 5-1 UNDER in game #1 of a series, Hellickson comes 4-1 UNDER in game #1. Recently the series has shot UNDER 5-of-7 but, in Philadelphia the total is 7-3 OVER L10. In addition, the Cardinals have gone a perfect 5-0 OVER vs. a hurler with a +1.30 WHIP and 4-0 OVER after a loss. Philadelphia is 3-1-1 OVER with Hellickson at home challenging a losing unit and 5-1 OVER after day of rest. Good Luck.

4* (913/914) Texas/Toronto OVER the total @ 8:05 MLB Key Total Monday…BDS Cashed on the total board again Sunday with Baltimore OVER. Monday, we find Toronto traveling after a win at home against the White Sox, Texas losing at home versus Seattle. The Blue Jays have Estrada (4-5, 4.54) throwing for the Rangers Austin Bibens. Estrada is 0-3 the last three starts accumulating 12-2/3 innings allowing 28 hits and 17 runs. Bibens just beat Washington and Scherzer in D. C. charting seven innings with just three hits and one run. Although the Rangers lost yesterday they outscored the Mariners 23-15 winning the series 2-1, the bats are alive! They average 5.4 runs per game at home. And, have gone 8-2 OVER against a losing road unit, 9-3-1 OVER at home overall. The Blue Jays have been perfect at 5-0 OVER with Estrada and 4-1 OVER L5. Although, the right-hander has thrown well against the Rangers in the past, can’t accurately project considering current form. Believe Bibens just might be an anomaly, and the Blue Jays should be jacked winning yesterday and experiencing a frustrating series with the Sox.

4* (979/980) STL/Baltimore OVER the total MLB Sunday Key Total….BDS Another interleague affair has conflicting data but, for sure this will be another wacky game in Baltimore. Yesterday the struggling Orioles won 15-7 with 15 hits, while the Cardinals dropped in ten more hits. In 6-1/3 inning the St. Louis bullpen gave away six runs and eight hits. Now here comes Baltimore veteran RHP Jimenez (1-2, 7.72) to the hill after a bout in the pen. In his eight starts this season the hurler has clearly shown location issues especially, up in the strike zone. Baltimore is without their All-Star closer but, still brings a competitive pen when not under duress. From the total standpoint Baltimore and St. Louis series is 5-0 OVER, while the Orioles are OVER 5 straight at home. Against the National League Central, Baltimore is 36-15 OVER. The Cardinals show 7-0 OVER against American League East. In addition, St. Louis starts 4-0 OVER L4 and 4-1 OVER in game #3 of a series behind Lynn (5-3, 2.69). RHP Lynn is coming off a fine 6-0 win earlier this week at home with Milwaukee and possesses a 5-7 record with a 3.38 ERA versus interleague competition. However, the Cardinals have struggled on the road this season of late with a 1-8 record L9. Yesterday, the Machado and Mancini of Baltimore came alive which should show benefits today and assure a heightened attack against Lynn. Since, the Cards have shown an inconsistent road pen (5.09 ERA), we’ll go HIGH. Good Luck.

The Braves are a super 46-15-1 OVER after allowing 5+ runs in their last game. Miami comes in a perfect 5-0 OVER in game #2 of a series, and 5-1 OVER vs. LHP. With umpire Eddings behind the play with Atlanta at home vs. Miami the total has gone OVER 3-0-1 times. In closing both teams average almost 5 runs a game vs. LHP. Good Luck.

The Rockies have played well on the road and challenge with young lefty Freeland (7-3, 3.34), whereas the Pirates bring RHP Taillon (2-1, 3.31) to the mound in his first outing since going on the DL in May. He looked shaky in the rehab assignments prior. In totals, Colorado is 8-2 OVER on the road with the number at 9-9-1/2, Pittsburgh 5-3 OVER when in the same position at home. In the last seven days, Colorado is averaging 4.67 runs per game, the Pirates 4.48. But, the Pittsburgh bullpen is carrying and inflated 5.65 ERA during that time span. In addition, Pittsburgh is a perfect 3-0 OVER off an UNDER and 9-2-1 OVER versus a hurler with a WHIP greater than 1.30. In pitcher Taillon’s home starts the total has shot OVER 3-0-1. Although lefty Freeland of Colorado has been consistent accruing 6-1/3 innings on average and looking impressive, the Rockies trend out 5-1-1 OVER after surrendering 5+ runs in their last outing and 7-2-1 OVER in game #1 of a series

4* (929/930) Washington/Oakland OVER the total Washington (34-19) is rated #1 in runs per game at 5.64 and TBA 2.78. They have scored 20 runs over the last three games. They are 27-23 OVER on the season. RHP Ross (2-1, 6.18) is going for the visitor and the hurler has had problems getting out of the 5th inning fairly consistently of late. He was drilled for 12 hits by the Padres on Sunday. Oakland is down the list in runs scored and TBA but, has a decent 4.46 runs per game scored on average at home. The A's are 29-25 OVER thus far. RHP Mengden (0-1, 13.51) throws for the A's. In his first outing this season at Cleveland he was notched for 7 hits and 5 runs. Last season Mengden was 0-7 with a 6.86 ERA. The A's come in 6-1 OVER with the hurler off a team loss. The series between the Nationals and A's has recently been high scoring with a 4-0-1 OVER mark. With umpire Wolcott behind the plate, the total is 10-2 OVER of late, therefore, we are going OVER!

5* Washington (Gonzalez 3-1, 2.90) over SF (Samardzija 1-6, 4.50) @ 10:15 MLB POWER ANGLE...BDS Not chasing the Giants out on the coast, as the public seems to think a bounce back is in order. We remind you this is Washington at 31-19, 15-10 on the road vs. San Francisco showing a 22-31 season, 13-12 in home games. The Giants have lost 5-of-7 and are dead last in hitting with 3.44 runs per game and a horrid .228 batting average. Lefty Gonzalez of Washington has a nice 2.94 ERA against San Francisco and now he's matching up with a lesser unit than in prior years. RHP Samardzija is 2-5 against San Francisco, while coming off a solid outing last time on the hill. However, we note Washington is #1 in offense garnering 5.59 runs per game. So, with the Giants 0-5 L5 against >.600 units and 4-12 with Smars facing a >.500 plus unit we like the visitor to survive here. Good Luck.

Further, for the Royals lefty Vargas has not looked that sharp recently which helps our cause. In fact, with Vargas in day action, KC is 15-26 carrying a 3.97 ERA. Hurler Salazar for Cleveland has proved to be inconsistent at times. He is 3-4 with a 5.55 ERA, 1-2 in Cleveland showing a heavy 5.19 ERA. The Indians should improve on their 4.47 runs per game at home. Remember last night, the Royals scored 6 to the Indians 4, so we might expect a higher scoring this around. Cleveland comes in 4-0-1 OVER off a loss and 5-1 OVER L6 at home. With Salazar throwing against a

052617 Play on: 4* STL (Martinez)/Coloroado (Senzatela) OVER the total @ 8:40 Eastern St. Louis (23-21) travels to Colorado (31-18) off a west coast swing while, the Rockies return home from a series in Philadelphia ending yesterday. In the NL Central the Cards are now dueling it out with the Cubs and the Brewers for first place after starting with a very slow April. They will use ace RHP Martinez who is coming off a 2-hit gem against the Giants. STL comes in winning 7-of-10 in the most recent series. After less productive April the Cardinals have upped their run production but, sit at #26 (4.5) in runs scored this season. Overall STL is 2-6 L8 on the diamonds using Martinez who is throwing a 5.62 ERA L3 starts. At Coors field the veteran has won 2 games without a loss bringing a 5.54 ERA. The Cardinals have gone OVER 66.7% in Martinez’ road tests. The Cardinals are 5-1 OVER after scoring three or less runs and 4-0 OVER against RHP. And, carve out a solid 5-1 OVER record after their opponents scored two or less runs in their last game. Colorado (31-18) just won three of four against hapless Philadelphia and have been playing a soft road schedule recently. Still, the Rockies hit Coors red hot 2nd in the NL West chasing surging Arizona (9-1). They will start RHP Antonio Senzatela who is 7-2 in his team starts. The Rockies machine, surprisingly, is 21-26-2 OVER this season picking up the pace of late with a majestic 13-6 OVER haul. Colorado adds to the equation with a decent 60% OVER record versus the NLC. Critical, in starter Senzatela’s last six starts the total runs scored combined by the challenging units is 99, that’s around 16.5 on average. The Rockies pen helps too at Coors where they have a 5.60 ERA. In closing, Colorado is a perfect 5-0 OVER in game #1 of a series and 5-1 OVER after their opposition scored 2 or less runs in their last game…OVER!

052619 Play on: 4* Texas(Griffin)/Toronto(Bolsinger) OVER the total @ 7:05 Eastern AL TOTAL OF THE WEEK The Rangers visit Canada tonight after dropping 4-of-6. However, we note in that run Texas faced Verlander, Boyd, Porcello and Sale. They were out-scored 26-12. RHP Griffin (6-1) hits the bump for Texas tonight carrying a 5.02 ERA. He was showing improvement until his recent start against Detroit who crushed the hurler 9-3 while hitting 4 home runs. And, that was in 3-2/3 innings of work. Now add a real scary road bullpen stat of 6.94 ERA this season and winning tonight just may be a real difficult task. Technically, the Rangers are a perfect 5-0 OVER on turf and 4-0 OVER versus RHP. With Griffin on the hill the Rangers are 6-1 OVER the total. Texas has lost 4 straight at Toronto. Toronto Manager Gibbons has pulled the trigger (the morning information) with Tulo and Donaldson coming back off the DL giving the Blue Jays lineup a huge lift considering a .240 TBA. The Blue Jays will throw RHP Bolsinger (0-2, 6.32) who shows with a 1.787 WHIP. Gibbons had high hopes for the hurler but, the numbers say different as we enter Friday evening. The Jays are 2-1 OVER with Bolsinger and 6-4 OVER L10 on the field. Toronto plays 4-1 OVER vs. RHP and 8-3 OVER in game #1 of a series. Overall, the Texas and Toronto series has shot OVER at a 4-0-1 clip. Go OVER!

040817 4* (921/922) NY/Baltimore UNDER 8 @ 4:05 Eastern The time start in Camden Yards can be a little difficult for hitters until the outfield darkens. So, despite this being the Yankees and Orioles doing battle, we see this encounter going UNDER the total. First off, RHP Tanaka of NY is off a sorry start vs. Tampa Bay allowing 7 runs in 2-2/3 innings. Being a veteran and a fiery competitor we fully expect a solid rebound today. Gausman (3.38) goes for the O’s. In his initial start this season he was not part of the decision. Against NY the right-hander is 5-0 at Camden Yards but, more importantly the Birds are 10-1 UNDER with Gausman, 5-0 UNDER at home. By the way, Gausman is a perfect 5-0 UNDER with 4 day’s rest, while the Birds are a historically solid UNDER play the last 81 games, going 57-23-1. The Yankees with Tanaka in Saturday editions are 5-1 UNDER the number. Overall NY is 4-1 UNDER on the road against a >.600 plus unit. As far as the home plate umpire (Gibson) the total has gone UNDER 4-of-5 on Saturday when calling balls and strikes in Camden Yards. Other factors, we note the Yankees have a younger lineup which should help Gausman, whereas Tanaka is such a tough hurler we can’t help projecting an outstanding turnaround off start #1. Go UNDER the total this afternoon.

The favored Cardinals come into action 7-of-10 OVER at home vs. Cincinnati, while with umpire Miller the Reds have gone 10-1 OVER. Good Luck.

5* Baltimore/Boston OVER 9 Most observers thought last night was a gimme OVER when the line hit 10 UNDER/OVER in the Sox and Orioles initial series battle at Fenway, not so...UNDER! Here the line opened 9 it's now 9-1/2 at most stores. Interesting situation to look out for rests in each bull pen, the Orioles went 4 deep and the Sox 6 deep last night. Also, Baltimore scorched the Boston staff for three home runs, however, neither Davis, Machado, Trumbo or Weiters participated. So, look out for that crew this evening despite RHP Porcello on the hill. Remember Porcello's only outing against the Orioles this season back in June say the hurler allow 5 earned runs in 6 innings of work, including 3 home runs. And, Boston with Porcello are 4-0 OVER last 4 times out. Further, the Sox has shot OVER 4-of-5 with Porcello off 4 days of rest. Baltimore is OVER 5-2 vs. RHP and 4-1 OVER on Wednesday with Gausman....OVER!

(917/918) 4* Baltimore (Miley)/Boston(Price) OVER the total @ 7:10 Eastern MLB TOTAL BEST BET Brad Diamond Sports Cashed another winning total yesterday with the Orioles/Tigers UNDER the number. Here the Orioles fly across to the east coast for a critical series with the Red Sox @ Fenway. The current number is 9-1/2 and I don't believe you will see any adjustments in the line of 9-1/2 through game time. Miley (8-12, 5.49) goes for Baltimore, while star Price (15-8, 3.87) starts for Boston. Despite Baltimore going UNDER yesterday in Detroit, they garnered a 9-4 OVER record in road sets coming into Monday. Boston, on the other hand, has been consistently high with Price. How about 8-0 OVER L8 starts and 7-0 OVER when the hurler shows off 4 days of rest. As we know we are entering the final stages of the pennant race with the Sox having a 2 game lead over Baltimore and Toronto. So, you fully expect an all out effort from both units at the plate and on the bases, taking chances wherever possible. We'll be riding high tonight in this Boston showdown series. Good Luck.

091116 5* (970) Baltimore/Detroit UNDER 8-1/2 @ 1:10 Eastern Continued our MASSIVE STREAK in games with the Baltimore Orioles going OVER with an 11-3 win versus Detroit. Sunday afternoon veteran hurler Verlander (14-7, 3.28) takes the hill for the Tigers, while the Birds issue RHP Tillman (15-5, 3.76) who is off a horrible start of 2 innings against Houston allowing 6 earned runs. He was up in the strike zone! Verlander comes off a solid 7 innings of work on the road against the White Sox dishing out 8 hits, but limiting Chicago to just two earned runs. The veteran has put together 11 quality starts in a row. He orchestrated a solid performance against Baltimore back on May 13th, surrendering one earned run in 8 innings of work. The Tigers are a PERFECT 6-0 UNDER after a Verlander 5-day rest period. Also, Detroit has gone UNDER in 5 straight with Verlander when umpire Danley is calling balls and strikes. Finally, with Tillman the Orioles are 4-0 UNDER in his road outings against quality opponents (>.500), and 22-5 UNDER after a win…UNDER!

This time around with the subject hurlers in the box believe we will go HIGH tonight. Jimenez for Baltimore has been rocked on the road this season with a 5.94 ERA and a horrid 2-7 mark. For the Tigers, Zimmerman is 5-4 with a huge 6+ ERA at home? With Zimmerman at home Detroit has shot OVER at a 5-0-1 clip. The Orioles with Jimenez have been OVER at a 9-2 clip when the hurler throws with four days of rest. Detroit with umpire Fletcher calling balls and strikes is 5-1 OVER on Saturday.

971/972 4* (LAA/Detroit) OVER the total of 8-1/2 Both units changing sites, while the Angels travel to hot Detroit to face the Tigers who just clubbed the Twins. One pitcher we can't trust this time of year is Nolasco of the Angels. Recently at home he threw 6-1/3 innings allowing 7 hits and 5 runs against the Yankees. Over his last three outings he possesses a 5+ ERA, and he now must battle Detroit. The Tigers use Verlander who has recorded 8 straight quality starts, and comes off a solid home outing against the Red Sox allowing 1 earned run, in six innings. Clearly, the veteran is in a spot that could present a mental letdown. His only outing this season against LAA the hurler carved out 7-1/3 innings surrendering 4 earned runs, while garnering the loss. He is 5-7 with a 3.77 ERA life time against LAA. The series has been under lately, but the Tigers have gone OVER 4 straight, and 4 straight OVER off a win.

We look for the Astros especially, to bounce back with their bats as Nova held the visitor to just 1 earned run on Tuesday. The Astros were red hot winning four straight off the Orioles series, and found some quality youth to spike their lineup. Pittsburgh continues to be one of the best OVER units in Baseball, and currently show 8-2 OVER in interleague games. And 4 straight OVERs with Cole after 4 days of rest. Hellickson (9-7, 3.65) pitched well last time nailing down 5 difficult road innings in LA allowing only 3 hits and 1 earned run. However, must recommend the total going OVER tonight, even knowing it was low Friday. Remember, overall series has shot OVER at a 9-2 clip and with umpire Reyburn calling balls and strikes the home team is 4-1 OVER. Not discouraging, but pointing out that we are accruing some line value because of the Philly and Colorado issues. When you look at what hurler Eichoff (4-5, 2.92H) has done this season with a struggling unit for the most part, it’s amazing. He does have a 1-1 mark L3 with a 2.50 ERA last 18 innings out. The kid likes to pitch in the hot weather and it’s sweltering early this morning in Philly. Philadelphia with Eichoff is 6-0 UNDER on Saturday and 9-0 UNDER in game #2 encounters. In addition, the Phillies come 5-1 UNDER with the hurler off 5 days of rest. Supporting, Colorado’s Anderson is 5-1 UNDER after 4 days of rest. In his last three starts the hurler put together a solid 19 innings giving up just 5 earned runs (2.84). Against KC he struck out 10 hitters. Challenging Toronto he has thrown back-to-back solid outings surrendering 3 earned runs in 11 innings. Also, he is 2-0 with a 0.56 ERA at Rogers in his career. In the series this season TB has a 6-2 edge, so we have a major get back encounter for the Yankees, and especially for RHP Pineda. The hurler has been lite up by the Rays this season on two occasions in 9-5 and 8-1 losses. Pineda has allowed 13 earned runs in 8-2/3 innings of work against Tampa Bay. However, he should come with a sharper mental edge this time considering his 2-1 mark and a 3.00 ERA L3, while bringing in the revenge motive to the cue. One of the reasons New York has had a so-so overall season is the lack of run support for the staff. Add, the reduction in the ARod time line and you have a unit that is 13-of-16 UNDER recently. The suffering Phillies have averaged three runs or less the last ten of fifteen encounters. In addition, they have supported offensive frustrations stranding at least 9 (LOB) over the last week and half. Now they must face talented RHP Teheran of Atlanta who has been sidelined recently with a minor injury. For sure, the Braves don’t back the hurler scoring only 2.5 runs in his 2016 outings. RHP Hellickson opposes today with a decent 7-7 record and a 3.65 ERA, not bad coming out of a struggling offensive unit. The hurler has been showing some improvement of late with 1.89 ERA in his most recent mound appearances. In this last outing against Atlanta the hurler was superlative. Remember, this series has been a consistent UNDER play 11-4-1 L16 times out. Combing starts for Hellickson and Teheran, the total has shot UNDER 5-of-6. On the other hand, Atlanta came alive offensively last night (for a change) against Minnesota. Only once in the prior ten games did the Braves score more than three runs. And, Atlanta is a perfect 5-0 OVER off a win. With the Phillies 7-0 OVER backing Nola off 4 days of rest and 6-0 OVER in his road starts, we are high tonight in Atlanta...OVER!

5* Texas/Oakland (962) UNDER the total Thought the game #2 in this series would be OVER based on the subject hurlers in the box. However, only 9 runs were scored bringing the UNDER in the series in Texas 5-0-1. So, with Darvish rounding into form, and based on his 20-5-2 UNDER mark at home, we are staying low tonight. Remember too, lefty Manea of Oakland has gone UNDER 4 straight after coming off 4 days of rest. Finally, with the A's UNDER game #3 of a series at 4-0-1 we'll go UNDER!
